In this article, we verify to influence in the management performance by the safety management system that is recommended by the ICAO for the safety management on the airside area in the airport. Also, We present a comprehensive mediator effect that the employees perceive safety culture and safety behavior. We design how participants were selected as study the employees from 4 airports on the airside areas of the Incheon International Airport, Gimpo International Airport, Jeju International Airport and Gimhae International Airport in the Korea using the simple random sampling method. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire, and it was developed. Data analysis was to conduct structural equation modeling. Test of the hypotheses were verified to Maximum Likelihood Estimator. As a result of the analysis, safety behavior and risk management of the safety management system found out that affect management performance. Also, the employees of a high awareness about safety policy could be seen that is a high impact on management performance through a safety culture and a safety behavior. Safety behavior has significant mediator effect within the relationship between the safety management system and management performance. So, We provide guidance of the safety policies for the safety management on the airside area in the airport.

Continued efforts to build up Safety Management System(SMS) and to improve its efficiency in airports, to which customers have direct access, are taken for granted due to continuous development of the aviation industry in both quantity and quality and rapid growth of air transportation market. This thesis proposed efficient operation methods of SMS for domestic airport organizations including Incheon International Airport(IIA), the largest airport in South Korea, aiming at strengthening aviation safety from the perspective of airport operators who play a pivotal role in service provider SMS. Those are consolidation of the existing safety management organizations and various improvements to promote voluntary incident reporting system. To draw a proposal for the improvements, conducted a research on domestic safety management status, carried out an analysis on operating conditions and did a research on ICAO regulations, domestic legal system as well as statistics data. Relevant studies and researches were also gathered and analyzed. A search for further improvements can also help increase operational efficiency and promoting a higher-level of safety awareness among operators can establish mature safety culture at airports.

이 연구의 목적은 공항운영자들이 인식하고 있는 4차 산업혁명이 공항경영시스템에 미치는 영향과 이러한 영향 관계 간에서 융합과 리더십의 조절효과를 규명하는 것이다. 데이터는 대한민국에 있는 6개 국제공항에서 Simple random sampling으로 공항운영자를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수집하였다. 데이터 분석은 Structural equation modeling을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 4차 산업혁명이 공항경영시스템에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것을 발견하였다. 또한 융합 및 리더십의 조절효과는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이 논문에서 우리는 공항경영시스템을 4차 산업혁명 시대에 부합하는 시스템으로 재구축해야 한다고 주장한다. 이 논문은 공항 연구자들에게 이론적 근거 자료와 실증연구의 방향을 제공하고 공항기업 경영자들과 공항정책 기획자들에게 시사점을 제공한다. 이 연구결과는 4차 산업혁명의 기술을 채택한 국제공항에 특히 유용하다.

This paper considers the arrival, airport and departure capacity as a whole, through which, the network effect between airports is fully emphasized, the flight action is coordinated, and the flight demand pattern is reasonably assigned. The optimization problem of flight queues in multi-airport is studied in detail; the mathematical model of multi-airport opening non-real time flow management in terminal area is established, and related problems such as the parameters, the simplification and the solving of the model are discussed in detail to some extent. Appropriate decision making variables are taken to make the multi-airport network system linear 0-1 integer programming model, thus, the solving of the model is available and the central flow management is realized. The heuristic implicit enumeration presented in this paper can effectively solve this kind of problems. Through the simulation of some airports network system, we not only validate the algorithm presented in this paper, but also give a deep analysis of the results, which would produce reference for later practicable use. The simulation proves that this algorithm offers a good way to settle the problem of multi-airport flight queue optimization in air traffic management automation system in terminal area.

International organization and airport operator have issued a guidance manual with regard to the sustainability specialized in airport by adopting environment friendly rating system and developing a variety of sustainable practices. The structure of framework is essential to the development of practical and effective sustainability guideline of airport. Evaluation criteria and method for airport sustainability properly designed is necessary for the assurance of the level of sustainability. In this study, evaluation criteria and method proper to airport after structuring of framework for airport sustainability will be suggested by reviewing a variety of reference documents issued from foreign and domestic organization.

An Airport is important space and even stands for the country because diverse people from other countries use a variety of facilities in the gateway to the country. Inchon International Airport(IIA) is constructed for Northeast Asia Gate as is important for IIA to become a 21 century's leader in the world, as is planned for open at december 2000 as a important economic link for unified korea. Airport Power Information System(APIS) is designed through investigation of advanced domestic and international example. In addition to power facility operation it is designed for using an information infrastructure of whole airport. APIS is newly designed for uninterupted power supply, effective power management, information infrastructure's construction. making a profit by positively introduction of new technology for collection and conservation of power related data, correlation with airport infra systems, data interrelative arrangement about related systems like outdoor lighting system and automatic measuring record, CCTV systems for remote power facility monitoring, and promotion of management ability in the emergency status.

This study develops a improved gate assignment algorithm and decision support system using its algorithm to extract a assignment result minimizing a walking distance of passengers in airport and maximizing the utilization rate of avaliable gates in domestic airports. By operation support system, it may contribute greatly in efficient enlargement of airport operation and increase the airport reliability through quickly coping with takeoff and landing delay of flight due to weather change, preservation and repair of gate, etc. Also, passengers who use airport terminal can minimize time and walking distance for departure, arrival, and transit, and it may greatly reduce the additional operation cost for common gates through maximizing the utilization rate for exclusive usage gates for airplanes which use gates.

본 연구의 목적은 공항정책과 리더십이 공기업 경영평가 수행도와 성과관리시스템을 통해 성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 데이터는 인천국제공항공사와 한국공항공사에서 simple random sampling으로 533명의 임직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수집하였다. 데이터 분석은 구조방정식모형(SEM; structural equation modeling)을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 공항정책과 리더십이 공항 성과에 핵심변수라는 것과 공기업 경영평가수행도는 매개효과가 유의하다는 것을 실증연구를 통해 규명하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 공항정책에 관한 적극적인 제안과 통찰력 있는 리더십이 필요하다는 것을 주장하고 있다. 이 논문은 공기업 경영평가 연구에 새로운 관점을 탐구하고 공항 성과를 위한 방향을 제공하는 연구자와 실무자에게 실질적인 도움을 제공한다.

본 논문의 주요 목적은 공항기관을 위하여 경쟁우위 확보와 탁월한 공항 달성을 위한 융합경영시스템 모델개발이다. 융합경영시스템 모델개발은 창의성경영과 경영품질의 시스템을 융합하여 개발하였다. 융합경영시스템 구조는 첫째, 토대부분은 최고경영자의 철학과 의도, 대학과 같은 기업, 핵심가치를 기반으로 한 창조적 기업문화로 구성하였다. 둘째, 본체부분의 프로세스는 6시그마, 시스템은 ISO9001을 적용하였다. 셋째, 상위부분의 전략 및 평가는 미국의 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Model을 적용하였다. 또한, 시스템 연결은 창조경영, 융합과 커버전스, 신뢰 및 시너지효과 선으로 연결하였다. 마지막으로 융합경영시스템은 공항기관을 위하여 실현하기 위한 실용적 관점에서 연구 및 개발하였다.
