Recently Following changes in the airport industry, this study aims to investigate the relationship between physical servicescape elements, a travelers' enjoyment and/or anxiety, and traveler satisfaction in the airport environment context. Six airport service scape factorsd design, scent, functional organization, air/lighting conditions, seating, and cleanlinessd should be considered when evaluating traveler response. airport design features and pleasant scent have a positive influence on traveler enjoyment, generating satisfaction. This study also provides valuable implications for airport design, organization and development. By combining previous research on servicescapes and airport design, this study confirms the significance of servicescape attributes in transit service settings in Inchon international airport. The results of this study may help airport industry practitioners understand the airport environment from a passenger's perspective.

Continued efforts to build up Safety Management System(SMS) and to improve its efficiency in airports, to which customers have direct access, are taken for granted due to continuous development of the aviation industry in both quantity and quality and rapid growth of air transportation market. This thesis proposed efficient operation methods of SMS for domestic airport organizations including Incheon International Airport(IIA), the largest airport in South Korea, aiming at strengthening aviation safety from the perspective of airport operators who play a pivotal role in service provider SMS. Those are consolidation of the existing safety management organizations and various improvements to promote voluntary incident reporting system. To draw a proposal for the improvements, conducted a research on domestic safety management status, carried out an analysis on operating conditions and did a research on ICAO regulations, domestic legal system as well as statistics data. Relevant studies and researches were also gathered and analyzed. A search for further improvements can also help increase operational efficiency and promoting a higher-level of safety awareness among operators can establish mature safety culture at airports.

본 논문에서는 항공 수요예측을 위한 빅데이터 기반 플랫폼의 설계 및 실증 결과를 제시한다. 항공 수요예측 통합 플랫폼은 항공산업 관련 데이터를 Open API, RSS Feed, 웹크롤러(Web Crawler) 등을 이용하여 수집 및 분석하여 자체 개발한 항공 수요예측 알고리즘을 기반으로 결과를 시각화하여 보여주도록 구현되어 있다. 또한, 제안하는 플랫폼의 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 변수 설정을 하여 단위별(Global, National 등), 기간별(단기, 중장기 등), 유형별(여객, 화물 등) 예측 통계 자료를 도출할 수 있다. 플랫폼의 성능 검증을 위해 정형화된 데이터를 비롯하여 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS), 검색엔진 등에서 수집한 비정형 데이터까지 활용하여 특정 키워드의 빈도와 특정 노선에 대한 항공 수요간 상관관계를 분석하였다. 개발한 통합 플랫폼의 지능형 항공 수요예측 알고리즘을 통해 전반적인 공항 운영 및 공항 운영 정책 수립에 기여할 것으로 예상한다.

An Airport is important space and even stands for the country because diverse people from other countries use a variety of facilities in the gateway to the country. Therefore, It is urgent for those people to increase efficiency and convenience of its usage and also. It's worth accumulating those know-how and technologies. In this situation, Incheon International Airport aiming to be a hub of north-east Asia need to focus more on restructuring general process of passenger's travel based on PI perspectives then simply improving a process of passenger's travel and have been trying to realize the process based on Innovation perspectives with following precess innovation consisting 5 steps And to conclude, this study will help Incheon International Airport to be innovative in a system of passenger's travel service related to a utility of airport and then achieve a hub Airport of North-East Asia.

In this paper, the types of airport operation are categorized four groups in context of ownership and operational management; full government ownership and operation; government ownership with privatization of selected service; government ownership and private management; private ownership and operation. The term,"Privatization" has a different definition when it is used in different contexts and cultures. In this paper, the definition of"Privatization" in the context of airport, is that the movement of an entity from the government sector to the private sector. To keep pace with the remarkable growth in the air traffic volume of passengers and cargo, more and more mega-international airports have been built or are under construction. As the air transport demand is expected to increase at an even greater rate in the 21st century, the need for new conception airport is merging to solve the current problems such as airport congestions and flight delays which will be essential factors to decide whether the competitive airports or not. Presently, we researched the type of the operational management to strengthen the competitiveness for Korea's airports. Specifically, It is focused on the government ownership with privatization of selected services. It seems to be evaluated as government ownership and private management when it is actively utilized within Korea Airport Authority's law or Inchon International Airport's public corporation law. To make more competitive airport in 21st Century, however, it is desirable to seek for the method to gradually evaluate to private ownership and operation.

The recent air transportation market is rapidly changing in air and airport infrastructure such as efficiency of airports and airplanes, speeding up and enlargement, deregulation of airline industry, low cost airlines and regional airports. The purpose of this study is to conduct a direct questionnaire survey for airport users who have experienced in and out of airport IT service at Incheon International Airport, so that the airport self - service technology and airport support technology can be used for the trust. At this point, I would like to develop a tool to understand the airport user's perception of airport IT and to test the theoretical model that investigates the relationship between various types of airport IT, airport users' trust, enjoyment and intention to use IT. In conclusion, this study aims to establish directions and suggestions for how to develop IT services among airport service provision factors.

This paper focus on information system, especially Intelligent Airport Information System to streamline process of passenger. There are a few of countries adopted this system in process. Therefore, IIAC(Incheon International Airport Corporation) establishing u-Information HUB System. It is unique and differential characteristics to Facilitation and increase passenger's satisfaction. u-Information HUB system unified stakeholder's process of Facilitation in Air Traffic Sides. u-Information HUB system gets the highest state of efficiency to Facilitation. 본 논문에서는 인천공항 Airside와 Landside에 위치한 자산의 효율적인 관리를 위한 사물인터넷(IoT) 기반 스마트 자산관리 시스템의 구성과 실증을 제시한다. IoT기반 스마트 자산관리시스템은 위치정보를 생성하는 IoT 태그와 게이트웨이, 수집된 위치정보를 수신하고 표출하는 서버로 구성되어 있으며, IoT 태그를 자산에 부착하여 자산의 실내외 위치정보를 자산관리 시스템에서 실시간으로 확인할 수 있다. 실내 위치정보는 BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy)를 통해 취득하며, 실외 위치정보는 GPS와 LoRa(Long Range)를 통해 취득 가능하다. 개발한 시스템의 성능 검증을 위해 인천공항 제1여객터미널 내 기설치된 AP를 활용하였으며, 공항 전역을 커버할 수 있는 LoRa Gateway를 설치하였다. 개발한 자산관리 시스템은 공항이 보유한 자산의 도난 방지 등 효율적인 관리 와 공항운영에 기여할 것으로 예상된다.

본 연구는 코로나19의 세계적 대유행(Pandemic)으로 인한 동북아시아 공항 네트워크의 구조적 변화를 분석하고 공항 경쟁력 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있는 정책 제언을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 소셜 네트워크 분석(Social Network Analysis; SNA)을 이용하여 코로나19 전후 네트워크의 중심성 분석을 시행하고 네트워크를 시각화하였다. 이를 위해 2019년 3월 4~10일 및 2020년 3월 9~15일 각 일주일간의 동북아시아 공항 국제선 전체를 대상으로 출발·도착하는 노선을 OAG(Official Airline Guide)의 Schedules Analyzer Database를 통해 추출하였다. 분석 결과 코로나19 사태 이후 동북아 공항 네트워크의 노드와 링크, 밀도가 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 전반적인 네트워크 밀도 감소 속에서도 인천공항의 중심성은 상대적으로 덜 감소한 것으로 확인되었다. 수요 급감을 겪고 있는 항공운송산업의 위기 극복을 위해 정부 및 공항의 적극적 지원이 필요할 것이다. 본 연구 결과는 코로나19 확산이 동북아시아 공항 네트워크의 중심성 지수에 미친 영향을 분석하여 향후 수요 회복 시 전략 수립에 필요한 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

The globalized modern society has facilitated the borderless travel which always starts and ends at the airport. The airport now serves the gateway in spreading and delivering the culture, beyond the role of simply providing assistance to the transport means. Nowaday, the nations throughout the world expand the existing facilities or build the new airport competitively as the medium to link the travel and modern community as well as the symbolism of economic and technical improvement and it has been developed as a huge industry creating a high added value, beyond the simple transport services. Incheon International Airport has already been recognized as the world-class airport but still has a long way to go. It's necessary to develop the comprehensive cultural and art concept for sustainable value creation, instead of remaining as the airport with sophisticated facilities alone.
