이 연구는 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 분석기법을 활용하여 사방댐 대상지 선정과 관련된 인자의 중요도를 정량적으로 산정하고, 이를 시범 적용함으로써 사방댐 대상지 선정과 관련된 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. AHP 분석을 위해 평가항목 및 평가인자를 구분한 결과 평가항목은 3개(위험성, 취약성 및 시공성), 평가인자는 총 12개(위험성 10개, 취약성 및 시공성 각 1개), 평가기준은 평가인자별 2~6개로 선정되었다. 선정된 평가항목, 평가인자 및 평가기준별 중요도를 활용하여 평가기준별 상대적 중요도를 산출한 결과, 취약성 항목인 의료시설, 노유자시설, 교육시설 및 민가 등이 타 항목보다 높게 나타났다. 사방댐 타당성평가 적격 판정지역의 중요도를 강원도 내 사방댐 미설치유역 24,431개소에 적용한 결과, 사방댐 배치가 가능한 산림유역은 전체 산림유역의 35.2%에 해당하는 8,601개소로 나타났다.

Objectives: Lately, non alcoholic fatty liver patients are increasing rapidly and the average age of patients are getting younger. Non alcoholic fatty liver often represents asymptomatic and korean pattern diagnosis is difficult to implement without symptoms. This study aimed to analyze interrelationship between non alcoholic fatty liver disease and Injinho-tang. Methods The AHP is a systematic procedure for analyzing the elements of any problem hierarchically. Based on survey of expertise, as series of pairwise comparison judgements is performed to evaluate the various elements in the hierarchy. We are expected to use the AHP analysis that would apply to oriental doctor's diagnostic process analysis. Results and conclusion Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease induced complex causes of the metabolic syndrome. Injinho-tang has been widely used disease that causes jaundice and liver biliary disease. According to AHP analysis, LFT is the most important facor in choosing Injinho-tang on non alcoholic fatty liver disease. BMI and body composition by bioelectrical impedance analysis are the next important factors. Personal hot temper also gives a big impact on choicing Injinho-tang on non alcoholic fatty liver disease.

There are many positioning studies utilizing Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in tourism industry. In this study, it was tried to develop new evaluation criteria for positioning and to discuss the importance of evaluation factors, as the development of tourist's spots was pursued in diversified ways. The purpose of this study was to allow the development of tourist spots more objectively and more efficiently utilizing Analytic Hierarchy Process ("AHP" hereunder) to appoint the best place for the tourism complex in Buyeo. According to AHP analysis procedures, 5 places near Baikje Cultural Block connecting with a ferry in Buyeo-gun were selected as candidates. To perform AHP analysis, evaluation criteria and a survey were used and then weight of evaluation criteria was induced. With the conditions on criteria, standard score of each criterion and candidate was calculated. By multiplying standard score and final weight and then summing up, the candidate place with the highest score shall be appointed as the most optimal place for Buyeo-gun Agricultural Tourism Complex.

The purpose of this study is to develop the KPIs(Key Performance Indices) needed to improve management and strategy in the dental clinic based on the four perspectives of BSC(Balanced Scorecard). The questionnaire was conducted on 52 dentists approved by Dental Managment Research Committee in Seoul National University as a panel. Using the Delphi technique, the top five KPIs for each point of perspective in BSC were extracted from KPI pools. In the third survey, the top five KPIs of all points were compared with each other through AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, and priority and overall importance rankings were calculated. The biggest difference in the three level AHP results was the customer perspective took priority to others. In the second survey, the financial perspective, which was number one, was pushed back. The overall significance of KPIs was in the order of customer, internal process, finance, learning and growth perspective, with the exception of medical profits (5th of 20) and new patient growth (10th of 20). We were able to overcome the limitations of the Delphi Technique with the AHP method. In general, the financial perspective in BSC is known to be the most important, but we conclude that the customer perspective is more important through the pairwise comparison survey. In the current dental service market, which is a long-term recession, excessive competition, customer satisfaction and customer relationship management seem to be the first goal to pursue in dental clinic.

본 연구는 의료 환경의 변화로 병원의 경쟁력을 갖추기 위하여 병원의 행정전략에 대한 변화의 필요성이 있으며, 의료서비스 향상을 위해서 어떤 전략이 가장 중요한지 제시하여, 의료서비스 향상을 위한 병원 행정전략에 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 병원행정 분야와 관련된 행정학 및 경영학 박사급 전문가 20명을 선정하였고, 자료분석방법은 AHP 방법으로 상대적 중요도를 측정하였다. 이에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 측정영역에서 의료서비스 향상을 위한 병원 행정전략에 대한 상대적 중요도는 의료진 요인(1순위), 제반시설 요인(2순위), 직원서비스 요인(3순위), 접근편의 요인(4순위) 순으로 결과가 나타났다. 둘째, 복합가중치 분석 결과, 의료진 전문성(1순위), 의료진 다양성(2순위), 의료장비수준(3순위) 순으로 상대적 중요도가 측정되어 의료서비스 향상을 위한 병원 행정전략은 의료진의 전문성 확보, 의료진의 다양성, 그리고 의료장비 수준을 높이는 것이 가장 중요함을 알 수 있다. 이러한 결과가 의료서비스를 향상시키기 위한 병원의 행정전략 마련 시에 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 또한 향후 병원 행정전략 마련 시에 다각적인 요소들을 파악해야 할 것이다.

기존의 급경사지재해 평가방법은 현장조사를 기반으로 하여 일정 과정의 실내분석이 실시된 후 그 결과를 도출하기 때문에, 현장에서 즉각적인 평가결과를 도출하기 어려운 점이 있었다. 이러한 문제점과 기존의 주관적 평가방법에서 발생하는 평가결과의 오차를 줄이기 위해 본 연구에서는 현장에서 직접 관련요소를 조사하고 이를 토대로 급경사지재해 취약성을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 방법을 개발하고자 노력하였다. 이를 위해 응용통계기법의 하나인 AHP 분석을 이용하여 급경사지재해 취약성 평가표를 개발하였는데, 이는 전문가 설문을 통한 AHP분석 방법의 결과를 이용해 수행한 것으로서, 각 평가항목과 평가항목별 세부등급에 대한 가중치를 각각 설정하였다. 평가항목들의 가중치를 100점으로 환산하여 점수화 한 결과 사면경사가 가장 높은 중요도를 보이고, 투수계수, 함수비, 공극율, 암질, 그리고 고도의 순서로 결정되었다. 이렇게 결정된 평가항목별 점수를 기준으로 평가항목 각각의 세부등급에 대한 점수를 할당하여 급경사지재해 취약성 평가표를 개발하였다. 급경사지재해 취약성 평가표를 이용하여 평가자는 평가대상 지점에 대해 각 평가항목별 해당 속성, 즉 세부등급을 선택하고, 선택된 각 속성별 평가점수를 더하면 급경사지재해 취약성을 점수로 파악할 수 있다.

Productivity analysis is the most important and significant method for evaluating management and engineering performance during whole project stage. However, it is very difficult in developing qualitative index to construction industry comparing to other industries. Therefore, analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is one of the methods for overcoming these limitations by checking consistency index using duality comparison. In this study, it is scraped up an application plan and selection for innovative tools by analyzing survey results on tool users and site managers with respect to using Modified-AHP performance measurement method.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the feasibility of outsourcing test/inspection activity in construction work. This research conducted a questionnaire of interested parties as well as a survey by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with experts on quality control. For the evaluation by AHP, five criteria were adopted and a number of pair-wise comparisons were conducted through two stages. Finally, the weighting coefficient to approve the outsourcing was calculated at 0.606 and it therefore appeared more reasonable to permit rather than prohibit outsourcing. According to the AHP result, it was found that outsourcing would be necessary to enhance the objectivity and specialties of quality testing and inspection, even though somewhat undesirable in terms of enhancing a sense of responsibility and systemically conducting the testing and inspection.

The purpose of this study lies in enhancing an understanding of on-line collaboration among manufacturing companies for innovation. To meet this purpose, this study adopts Eisenhart(1989)'s case study approach to explore the success factors of on-line collaboration among Korean small-medium-sized manufacturing companies. Firstly, an exhaustive case study is conducted for four collaboration hubs in the Korean injection mold industry. This study identify the success factors through a structured questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews based on experts of K Institute, which performs the overall management of the collaboration hubs, and personnel of the participating businesses and vendors. Secondly, AHP analysis is conducted to identify the priorities among the success factors. Finally, several propositions of on-lin collaboration are derived.

The SM(System Management) is more important than SI(System Integration) in business model of software industry. And the role of ITO(IT Outsourcing) is increasing, recently. Also, The interest of ITIL increasing in the software industry. In the perspective of business, IT organization has been transformed from supportive division the core business organization, IT organization needs the satisfaction of customer’s requirements. So, process oriented IT management is required. In the perspective of technique, according to need of IT infra for a rapid change management, an application management, systematic development and operating process are required. Therefore, this paper analyzes of IT service core process in service support and service delivery that was offered by ITIL using the AHP methodology This paper shows the results of IT service survey in domestic software industry. And this paper gives a guideline of introduction ITIL
