  • The Sejong City was launched in July 2012 and was initially focused on the relocation of central administrative agencies, but it has been changing from an administrative city to a fourth industrial city since 2019 to a smart city and the implementation of Korea's New Deal in 2020. Identity design needs to be reevaluated accordingly. In particular, the web environment is also calling for an optimized identity design due to rapid changes in information technology such as various wearables and the Internet of Things. As the number of responsive web sites where information and communication technologies can be developed and optimized screens can be viewed increased, identity was intuitively communicated to users and designs were applied to make them more distinct and empathetic to other cities. Prior to the study, we looked at prior studies on the changing times in the web environment and the reactive web, and analyzed the identity design of the reactive web and applied minimalism characteristics step by step. Based on this, we surveyed experts and non-experts on the proposed survey by applying minimalist characteristics (simple, repeatability, and spatiality) of reactive identity and found that it was easily and intuitively recognizable in a small web environment such as mobile. Therefore, we hope that Sejong City's identity will continue to be studied in various ways and efficient management so that identity can be established in accordance with the changes of the times.

  • Smart City Technology, which is significant in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, greatly increases the efficiency and productivity of cities nowadays. The purpose of this study is to present a strategic approach for industrial revitalization and overseas export by analyzing the current status of smart city-related companies and discovering high-priority smart city technologies. To this end, the smart city theory and ASEAN smart city were reviewed through prior research, and a survey of companies with domestic smart city technology was conducted. As a result of the survey, it is revealed that companies with smart city technology in Korea are highly willing to export to ASEAN countries. There is a strong desire to export the following technologies: construction, traffic, green·energy, etc. And there was a high willingness to export the following services: IoT, platform, AI, etc. The following solutions have been proposed as solutions to Strategic Plans to Promote the Export: 1) Deregulation and incentives, 2) Global human resource development, 3) Information provision and strengthening of local networks, 4) Financial and public relations support.

  • The overseas military education, which began in 1948, and the commissioned education of professional degrees, which was implemented in 1958 to obtain a degree for a professor at the Korea Military Academy, are expected to be expanded further in order to nurture talent who will lead the future and transformation of the Army in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. However, the Army's commissioned education system has been criticized for being high-cost and low-efficiency, and the systematic evaluation of the performance of commissioned education has also been insufficient. Therefore, this study examined the transition process of commissioned education by the ROK Army. The validity of the assessment area the CIPP evaluation model for the performance evaluation of commissioned education in the Army was verified through expert Delphi survey. According to the Delphi survey, the validity of the assessment area for the performance evaluation was all appropriate and various opinions on commissioned education were obtained.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the satisfaction and needs from the student's point of view to improve the quality of university liberal arts curriculum in preparation for the 4th Industrial Revolution. The data of 333 students at K University located in Chungcheongnam-do were analyzed for satisfaction by factors using the CIPP model and the needs by IPA. As a result of the study, first, the student's satisfaction with CIPP was 3.38 on average and in the order of Process(3.49)> Input(3.40)> Product(3.34)> Context(3.30). Second, the priority of needs was 1) the needs of the social change and the students, 2) competent faculty and a suitable environment, 3) novel contents. Third, the factors affecting the overall satisfaction were the novel educational contents, operating methods and reflecting needs, and the factors affecting the intention of recommendation were student growth and career, core competencies and educational goals and organization. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the organization and operation policy of the liberal arts curriculum reflecting the voices of students.

  • Entering the 4th industrial revolution, many technologies are developing and various threats are emerging. In order to cope with such threats, research is being conducted in many fields. Even in the development of various fields, the threats caused by the development of medical technology and intelligent vehicles are the threats to life due to misinformation about medical care and the threats to life by preventing the safe operation of people through intelligent vehicles. In this paper, as the patient's information is important, the private blockchain is used to increase the safety, efficiency, and scalability of the patient's medical records. We propose an information protection technique using blockchain technology to hack the car system and threaten the driver's life, solve privacy problems by identifying personal information and differences, and prevent forgery in the Internet of Things.

  • With constant relaxation of regulations by the government in the 4th industrial innovation era, it has brought huge changes to the education environment as it has created solutions to hindrance factors against introduction of the cloud. Universities are getting more interested in the introduction of the cloud Computing but they still remain at the level of recognition diffusion and creating ambience. The study has analyzed empirical factors of the effect of introduction of the successful case "K Cyber University's Construction of Cloud-Based Remote Education System" through the previous studies on trait factors affecting the introduction of the cloud computing and the analysis of factors in terms of expandability, agility, compatibility, economic feasibility, security, stability and institutional support. Factors drawn through this are meaningful for empirical studies on presenting strategies and the directivity to introduce the cloud computing successfully. This study can be used as the background for further studies which will require various factors prior to introducing the cloud computing.

  • IoT technology is developing with various application areas in $4^{th}$ Industrial revolution. There are many users using the application services. Sensing data from various environment need to be transferred to cloud computing storage and store in the cloud storage. However, physical distance from the end node to cloud computing storage is far away, and it is not efficient to transfer data from sensors and store the sensing data in the cloud storage whenever sensing data happen. Therefore, Fog computing is proposed to solve these problems which can process and store the sensing data. However, Fog computing is new emerging technology, there is no standard security model and requirements. This research proposes to security requirements and security model for Fog computing to establish a secure and efficient cloud computing environment.

  • Purpose: This paper aims to propose a practical strategy for smart factories and a step-by-step quality strategy according to the maturity of smart factory construction. Methods: The characteristics, compositional requirements, and diagnosis system are examined for smart factories through theoretical considerations. Several cases of implementing smart factory are studied considering the company maturity level from the aspect of the smartness concept. And specific quality techniques and innovation activities are carefully reviewed. Results: The maturity level of smart factory was classified into five phases: 1) ICT non-application, 2) basic, 3) intermediate 1, 4) intermediate 2, 5) advanced level. A five-step quality strategy was established on the basis of case studies; identify, measure, analyze, optimize, and customize. Some quality techniques are introduced for step-by-step implementation of quality strategies. Conclusion: To build a successful smart factory, it is necessary to establish a quality strategy that suits the culture and size of the company. The quality management strategy proposed in this paper is expected to contribute to the establishment of appropriate strategies for the size and purpose of the company.
