The purpose of this study was to evaluate the histological toxicity of chitosanoligosaccharide on the rat. A healthy male of Wistar rat that weighted $250{\pm}350g$ was used for experiment The experimental group was divided into five groups. Group 1 was control group which treated with general food Group 2 was $F_1$ generation which was born by mating of 0.1% (1 mg/ml) chitosanoligosaccharide was supplied by feeding ad libitum for 30 days. Group 3 was $F_2$ generation which was born by mating $F_1$ generation. Group 4 was treated with 90 days of 0.1% (1 mg/ml) chitosan oligosaccharide. Group 5 was treated with 365 days of 0.1% (1 mg/ml) chitosanoligo saccharide. All experimental groups were used to 10 rat. The results were as follow: The RER dilation was observed Group 4. However, there were no significantly changes of ultrastructures in the other groups compared to the control. It was concluded that chitosanoligosaccharide can be used for nontoxic natural material.

Two perforated plates (a square plate and a rectangular plate having an aspect ratio 1.57(L/sub x/=11, L/sub y/=7)) are taken as analysis examples. Each of these plates is given some changes in the boundary conditions. The size of cutouts as well as their locations are also changed in order to examine the variation of two eigenvalues corresponding to the fundamental mode. The relationship between two eigenvalues is established by changing the magnitude of edge thrust.

A two dimensional hierarchical elements are investigated for a use on the incompressible flow computation. The construction of hierarchical elements are explained through the tensor product of 1-D hierarchical functions, and a systematic treatment of essential boundary values has been developed for the degrees of freedom corresponding to higher order terms. The numerical study for the poisson problem showed that the present scheme can increase the convergence and accuracy of finite element solutions, and can be more efficient than the standard first order with many elements. Also, for Stokes and cavity flow cases, solutions from hierarchical elements showed better resolutions and future promises for higher order solutions.

일차원 및 이차원의 단순한 문제에 대하여 계층 요소를 사용한 혼합 차수 유한 요소해의 정확성 및 수렴성을 조사하였다. 이러한 작업은 임의의 차수를 가진 블록들을 조합하여 요소를 구성함으로서 이루어질 수 있다. 블록간의 연결성이 유지될 수 있는 블록의 구성과 요소 생성에 대하여는 코드개발과 관련하여 설명하고 있으며, 서로 다른 차수를 가진 인접 블록간의 해의 연속성에 대하여는 계층 요소의 구성과 관련하여 서술되었다. 수치적 결과는 블록의 차수를 잘 선택함으로서 유한 요소해의 수렴성과 정확성을 증가시킬 수 있음을 보여주고 있으며, 고차 요소 영역을 너무 많이 할당하여 선형 요소의 영역이 너무 적을 경우에는 경계 조건에 따라 오차가 내부로 전파됨을 보여준다. 또한 세분화된 요소에 대한 고차 보간의 경우, 해의 수렴성이 저해될 수 있음이 발견되었다.

In this paper, we implement that hollow type joint using two more than general motor and design for compact structure embedded electronic parts in the development of 7 degree of freedom manipulator. We propose a method to overcome risk and the limit of operating radius which are point out as a limit of previous industrial robot. and also propose to more efficient and stable manipulator implement method.

본 연구는 변화곡률 수평 곡선보의 면외 자유진동에 관한 연구이다. 뒴과 회전관성을 고려한 변화곡률 수평 곡선보의 자유진동을 지배하는 상미분방정식이 유도되었고, 이 지배미분방정식을 수치해석하여 곡선보의 고유진동수를 산출하였다. 지배미분방정식을 수치적분하기 위하여 Runge-Kutta method를 이용하였고, 고유진동수를 산출하기 위하여 Regula-Falsi method와 결합한 행렬값 탐사법을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 이론적 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 타문헌의 고유진동수와 비교하였고, 실험실 규모의 모형실험을 실시하여 이론값과 실험값의 고유진동수를 비교하였다. 수치해석의 결과로 무차원 재변수들의 변화에 따른 무차원 고유진동수를 제 3모드까지 산출하였고, 그 결과들을 고찰하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 곡선형 교량 등과 같이 곡선부재로 이루어진 구조물의 설계시에 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

이 논문은 사하중에 의한 정적 처짐을 갖는 변단면 보의 자유진동에 관한 연구이다. 사하중이 작용하는 변단면 보의 자유진동을 지배하는 상미분방정식을 유도하고 이를 수치해석하여 최 저차 3개 모드의 고유진동수 및 진동형을 산출하였다. 수치해석 예제에서는 선형 변단면과 등분포 사하중을 채택하였다. 지점조건으로는 회전-회전, 회전-고정, 고정-고정 보를 채택하였다. 수치해석의 결과로 하중강도, 세장비 및 단면비가 고유진동수에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 사하중의 영향을 고려한 경우와 고려하지 않은 경우의 진동형을 서로 비교하였다.

유한요소해석프로그램들의 적용대상이 최근들어 다(多) 자유도의 비선형문제로 확대됨에 따라 컴퓨터의 계산속도가 특히 중요한 제한조건으로 대두되기 시작하였으며 금속성형해석, 자동차 등의 충돌해석(자유도가 2만-6만), 토질 및 콘크리트 등의 점소성해석과 더불어 항공기, 터빈 등의 열응력해석 및 동적해석 등에 있어서는 막대한 계산시간으로 인하여 해석의 효율성에 대한 문제가 제기되고 있다. 따라서 슈퍼컴퓨터를 포함하여 고속연산기능을 가진 병렬처리컴퓨터를 이용하여 유한요소해석을 수행하여야 할 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 88년 9월중에 한국과학기술원 시스템공학센터에 현존하는 슈퍼컴퓨터중 최상위 성능을 가진 CRAY2S가 설치됨에 따라 국내에도 슈퍼컴퓨터시대가 열리게 되었으며 따라서 본 고에서는 CRAY2S의 시스템개요 및 응용소프트웨어에 대하여 소개하고 슈퍼컴퓨터를 이용한 유한요소해석에 관하여 간략히 기술하고저 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 유아교육기관의 자유놀이 시간에 자발적으로 출현하는 유아의 쓰기 활동의 양상과 이를 지지하는 유아교육기관의 환경에 대하여 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 연구의 대상으로 미국 캘리포니아주에 위치한 대학 부설 유아교육기관과 유아를 선정하고 관찰한 후 그 결과를 서술하고 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 연구의 대상인 유아교육기관의 전반적인 환경에는 다양한 문해 활동 자료들이 풍부하게 마련되어 있었고 유아들은 이러한 환경에서의 자유놀이의 맥락 내에서 자발적으로 쓰기 활동에 참여하였다. 유아들은 실제 생활을 운용하기 위하여 효율적으로 쓰기 활동에 참여하였고, 또래들과 교사들과 함께 그들의 쓰기 작품을 읽고 그 의미를 토론하면서 쓰기 언어에 대한 그들의 발전적인 지식을 표출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 형식적인 쓰기 교수법이 없이도 다양한 문해 활동 자료들이 풍부하게 갖추어진 질 높은 유아교육기관의 자유놀이 시간을 통해 유아의 쓰기 언어 학습이 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있다는 사실을 증명함으로써 유아교육기관에서의 언어 교육의 실제에 적용할 수 있는 시사점을 제공한다.

This paper introduces that it minimizes interference between links at high speed trajectory tracking of 2-degree parallel link robot. And in spite of system uncertainty, it introduces controller design method which is satisfied with performance specification. To do these, we separate two channels from parallel link robot through ICD(Individual Channel Design) and design controller of each channel using QFT(Quantitative Feedback Theory). Finally, we make sure of robustness and excellence of QFT control1er through simulation and experiment.
