The movie "Beautiful Mind" directed by Ron Howard is about a genius global mathematician, John Nash's life. In the movie, the main actor, John Nash is a schizophrenic patient who suffers from hallucination and delusion, and his illusion appears as three distinct characters. Each researcher has had a different opinion on the interpretation of these three characters, but many parts of their opinions are losing consistency. Especially the girl is assumed to be a character from the main actor's hallucination because she is ageless or there is no interpretation of the girl. Although the director Ron Howard did not adopt Aldous Huxley's theory "the more you know the more you see" for the movie, he analyzed the characters in the way of his own with thinking that he can analyze them in accordance with the knowledge level of audience. The imaginary characters come out from John Nash's head and who he wants to be. They are the basic human needs, earthly desire, sexual desire and the desire for honor. John Nash minutely reflects these three kinds of desires in an imaginary world through the three characters. This thesis is to newly suggest the symbolic meaning of the imaginary characters in the movie by clearly analyzing the meaning of the controversial three characters.

The Gumi basin, situated in the mid-southeastern Yeongnam Massif, has the Cretaceous stratigraphy that is divided into Gumi Formation, andesitic rocks (Yeongamsan Tuff, Busangni Andesite), rhyolitic rocks (Obongni Tuff, Doseongul Rhyolite, Geumosan Tuff) and Intrusives (ring dikes, other dikes) in ascending order. The Geumosan Tuff is composed mostly of many ash-flow tuffs which are associated with Geumosan caldera along with the ring dikes. The caldera is outlined by ring faults and dikes and has about 3.5 × 5.6 km in diameters. The intracaldera volcanics show a downsag structure that is dipped inward in their flow and welding foliations. The caldera block represent an asymmetric subsidence, which drops 350 m in the northern margin and 600 m in the southern one. Based on these data, the Geumosan caldera is geometrically classified as an asymmetric piston subsidence caldera that suggests a single caldera cycle. The caldera reflects the piston subsidence of the caldera block bounded by the outward-dipping ring faults following a voluminous eruption of magma from the chamber. The downsag in the caldera block refers to the downsagging during the initial subsidence at the same time as the full development of the bound fault. In the ring fissures following the sagging, magma was injected due to the overpressure of magma chamber caused by subsidence.

The Testament is 'the repository of the psyche' which can understand the images revealed from human life, mind, and numinous experiences. When the Scripture is psychologically interpreted, not only does it offer an abundance in biblical exegesis, but is also incredibly valuable in understanding the actual dimensions of life. This study examined the meaning of main visions in the Book of Revelation from the perspective of analytical psychology. The core contents of these visions are 1) the image of Christ represented as One like the Son of Man and Apocalyptic lamb, 2) Sun and Moon Woman and Dragon, 3) Whore Babylon and Bride New Jerusalem, 4) Hieros Gamos and Descending New Jerusalem. Such archetypal images lead to become conscious of an individual, and at the same time the visions of Revelation as a drama of archetype present the transion of civilization, as ultimately penetrating the history of the time period. This article contemplated on the characteristics of the archetypal image emerging in the visions and categorized them into the father archetype, mother archetype, or anima archetype. The ultimate purpose of all the visions can be understood as the ascent, conjunction and descent. This will mean to become conscious of human and incarnation of God, i.e. the individuation process. In our time suffering from masculine one-sidedness, the vision of new Jerusalem presents how the feminine can redeem an individual and this world.

Increasing rate of late or deferred marriage in our society may have been inferred from alleged contribution of media use on people's idealistic expectations about marriage. This study examined the relationship between Korean-Chinese romance drama viewing and various sub-concepts of idealistic fantasy about marriage. Results from survey analysis indicate that although romance drama viewing has a positive association with life satisfaction, it was positively associated with various aspects of idealistic marriage fantasy (i.e., less materialism in marriage, more belief in love at first sight, and more unrealistic expectations on marriage). Further, differential cultivation effects of Korea and Chinese romance dramas were discussed.

Focusing on (2017), I would like to consider the way twin motifs' desires, deaths, and fantasies are reproduced in mirror images. First, the desire of twin motifs expresses the duality of good/evil and norm/desire as a mirror of sensual temptation. Second, the death of twin motifs expresses the spread of death as a mirror of punishment. Third, the fantasy of twin motifs expresses mental defense as fragmented mirror. In , the twin motifs effectively express three keywords-desire, death, and fantasy- with three mirror images-duality, punishment and division.

The design of two-dimensional zero-phase FIR digital filters by transformations is a popular and well-developed technique, but is suffers from the disadvantage that in its current form the filters with only four quadrant symmetry can not be designed exactly circular symmetry at frequencies far from the origin. it is shown how symmetry requirement for the filters with any number of dimensions can be fulfilled with arbbitrary percision by adapting transformation with the appropriate series expansions. this transformation has been known generally as the McClellan transformation. In this paper, a simple method for ensuring exelent circular symmetry at frequencies far from the origin is presented. This method which employs the Modified Mcclellan trnsformation for the design of 2-D FIR filter form 1-D FIR filters is quite useful for the design of 2-D FIR filters with multiple cutoff boundaries such as band-pass filters.

인구 12억의 무한한 잠재력, 지난 78년 말 개혁개방 이후 연평균 10${\%}$ 이상의 고도성장. 여기에 2015년까지 연평균 $7~8{\%}$이상의 안정적 성장이 예상되고 2008년 올림픽 경제특수까지 기대되는 기회의 땅, 중국. 한편으로는 기회만큼의 위협의 대상이 되는 중국 경제 성장에 있어 과연 자판기 산업의 가능성은 어느 정도로 볼 수 있을 까. 이제 자판기 산업이 태동기에서 성장기 단계로 넘어가는 문턱에 있다 할 수 있는 중국 자판기 시장을 바라보는 국내 산업계의 시각은 다분히 양분적이다. 장밋빛 환상 가득한 가능성의 시장으로서 보는 시각과, 한편으로서는 실체 없이 리스크만 가득해 조심스러운 접근이 필요한 시장으로의 시각이 교차한다. 그래서 어찌 보면 환상과 현실사이에서 갈피를 잡기 힘든 시장이 중국 자판기 시장이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 중국시장을 제대로 보고, 가능성 가득 찬 시장을 만드는 주체로서의 역할을 이제 국내 산업계가 해야할 시점이다. 하드웨어적 기반을 갖추어 가고 있는 중국시장에 있어 우리의 24년 산업 노하우는 세계 어느 나라 못지않은 경쟁력을 가질 수 있다는 점에서 벤처적인 도전 정신 역시 한껏 고양될 필요가 있다. 이러한 중국시장을 제대로 보고자 본지에서는 지난 5월 22일부터 24일까지 중국 상해에서 개최된 Vending Asia 2002 전시회를 찾았다. 비록 'SIAL China 2002', `PackTech&Food Tech China 2002` 전시회와 병행 개최된 작은 규모의 전시회에 불과했지만 그래도 미지의 중국 시장에 대한 정보갈증을 풀어준 의미 있는 전시회였다. 금호에서는 이번 전시회 취재를 통해 중국시장의 현황에 대해보고 느낀 리포트를 준비했다. 아울러 중국 자판 산업을 국내 업체들은 어떻게 바라보고 시장공략을 진행해야 할지, 그 환상과 현실 속의 거대한 중국시장으로 독자 여러 분을 안내 한다.

Girdling of trunk and rainproof installation over kiwifruit (Actinidia deliciosa) trees were turned out to alleviate bacterial blossom blight effectively in kiwifruit orchards. The disease was most effectively prevented by girdling of tree trunks with 20 mm width around April 10 before about 45 days of flowering stage of kiwifruit, but control efficiencies were not affected by height of girdling on trunks above the ground. Use of a transparent polyvinyl film to protect kiwifruit trees from rain was more effective than windbreak net to prevent the disease, irrespective of kinds of rainproof installation. Installation of partial rainproof vinyl cover over kiwifruit trees around March 10 before about 75 days of flowering stage of kiwifruit prevented most of the disease occurrence on kiwifruit. It is expected that girdling of tree trunks and installation of partial rainproof vinyl cover over kiwifruit trees will be practical as environmentally friendly control methods to manage bacterial blossom blight in kiwifruit orchards.

The film has always reflected the culture of the era based on reality and imagination. The visual effect in the film has mainly played a role of expressing the reality more realistically or recognizing the virtual as reality. This study examines the meaning and the effect of fantasy realism through Oasis of Lee Chang-dong. Fantastic realism has separated the reality from the imaginary space by using a dual meaning tool that affects the time and space in the film and reflects the human desire and desire to see. It was also reproduced in the real world through the medium of pigeons. In addition, it separates visualized space from non-visualized space in film narrative structure, separation of real and unreal space, segregation of consciousness and unconscious space, and separation of reality and reality space into power structure. With the development of technology, the image of the yellow image comes closer to us like reality, which will express the space of unconsciousness that we could not think of.
