A Research of the Width of Passage in the Namyangju Elementary School Classroom (남양주 초등학교 일반교실의 통로 폭에 관한 조사 연구)

  • This research is a preliminary study to find out the module of 20 students in a classroom. This research investigated the widths of passages in the 30 classrooms of 5 elementary schools in Namyangju City, Korea. The conclusions were as follows: First, the area of unit for 1 student was 650 (W) × 950 (D). Second, the desk placements for most classrooms were one-way types (87%), and group-study types constituted 13%. Third, the width between the blackboard and the very front desk was 2.17 m. The width of passage between the very back seat and the backside lockers was 1.32 m. The width of passage between the sidewall and the nearby desk was 0.8 m. The width of passage between the window and the nearby desk was 0.8 m. The average widths of 2 vertical passages between the desks were respectively 0.67 m and 0.68 m. Fourth, the area of the teacher was 2.1-2.25 m × 2.16 m = 4.5-4.8 ㎡.

  • 교수-학습 현장에서 일반제시형, 전달형의 자료는 컴퓨터 환경에 익숙한 학생들에게 더 이상의 효과를 주기 어렵다. 따라서 학습자 주도적인 학습자료가 필요하다. 이러한 개념에 바탕을 두어 과학 에듀게임을 설계 및 구현하여 제시하고자 한다. 게임의 주인공이 과학의 4영역인 에너지, 물질, 생명, 지구 각각의 영역을 하나의 무대로 사용하여 활동하고 과학수수께끼를 해결하면서 과학의 이론과 개념에 접근하고 미션을 완수하면서 상위개념을 획득하며 피드백을 통해 습득된 이론을 종합하고 경험의 폭을 넓히는 과정으로 설계하였다. 학습자의 흥미와 집중을 유도하기 위해 실시간 전투 RPG의 형식을 도입하였으며 향후 연구에서 스토리 보강과 각 단원의 세부 맵 보강이 요구된다.

Korean Wang-ta: Characteristics and Prevention Program (한국의 왕따와 예방프로그램)

  • When observing the subjects and seriousness of Korea's Wang-ta, it is urgent that we know the characteristics of Wang-ta and its conditions. In this study, we investigated the definition of Wang-ta, which partly differs from bullying. Also, the phenomenal characteristics of collectivism, the victimization of an individual once stigmatized in the Wang-ta process, the generalization of the Wang-ta process where bullies extend their territory into general students were examined. Moreover, external environment such as Korea's school environment, negative house environment, and collective culture were examined. The three general structures in researching Korea's Wang-ta were presented. The first structure consists of a bully, victim, and a bully-victim. The second structure focuses on the certain groups, which consists of followers, outsider, and the defender. The last structure deals with the psychological characteristics of the participant roles, which are the bully, reinforcer, assistant, defender, victim, and outsider. Wang-ta prevention programs, which reflects the characteristics of Wang-ta, are presented. Implications on future Wang-ta prevention programs are discussed.

A Comparison Study of Learning Style, Self-regulated Learning and Learning Flow between Gifted and Normal Student (영재아와 일반아의 학습양식, 자기조절학습전략 및 학습몰입 비교 연구)

  • This study compared the difference of learning style, self-regulated learning, learning flow, analyzed the learning style impact on self-regulated learning and learning flow between gifted and normal student. The subjects of this study were 118 sixth grade gifted students and 124 general students who showed academic achievement of the same level. According to the results of this study, gifted elementary children had more than the general independent, competitive, participatory learning style and they used personal, behavioral and environmental self-regulation strategies more often. Also they had a higher degree of learning flow than the general. Both gifted and general students, the more independent and participatory learning style, the more increased self-regulated learning and learning flow. And the more used self-regulated learning, the more increased learning flow. The learning flow of the gifted children was higher the more independent, the more participatory, the more used behavioral and personal self-regulated learning strategies. The learning flow of the general elementary children was higher the more participatory, the more used environmental and personal self-regulated learning strategies.

  • This study aims to explore alternative strategies for the archival professional training system in response to changing records management environments. It found implications in the training and qualification system for overseas archival professionals and compared and analyzed the qualification system for Korean archival professionals. In addition, by analyzing the archival graduate schools' general status and the instructors' research performance, the study confirmed that many instructors have low academic interest in archival studies and the gap between schools was significant. Based on this, interviews with professors and experts were conducted to gather opinions on improving the archival professional training system. In conclusion, the study presents prerequisite tasks of organizing an archival community governance system and securing self-regulatory power. Moreover, it proposes innovative measures for the archival professional training system with three major tasks: creating graduate education guidelines, establishing a continuing and deepening education system, and transforming educational institutions.

  • Growth of minors learning space that the school is a place where many students live. Students, but in the living space of these minors values of change and chaos that occurs in addition to school safety incidents typically occur many accidents and potential for accidents to occur. Tinking of these potential events. Indifferent about the safety of schools and teachers with the much more conscious of the safety of the students lean due to being generated. Body and life, and damage to property due to these events. Accidents due to wear and sometimes liability and indemnity issues surrounding tarnished with the image of the school and teachers look forward to hearing from parents about the school deterioration, resulting in an unfavorable impact. Therefor in this essay, we are presenting case analysis may occur or re-occur. Prevent accidents that can identify and Countermeasures against accidents that occur within the school.

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the learner's characteristics of students of Korea Science Academy by comparing general high school students and science high school students to Korea Science Academy students in terms of scientific attitude, learning styles, preferred teaching style, and learning environment, and to find out the differences of the learner's characteristics by gnender and school number, and to establish teaching strategies based on the findings. First, scientific attitude level of Korea Science Academy students was similar with science high school students and was high level comparing with general high students. Second, for learning style, the students of Korea Science Academy had many independent, collaborative and participatory types, Third, for the prefered science teaching style, the students of Korea Science Academy had high demands for diversification and thinking at higher levels girl students had open-mindedness and cooperation and voluntariness of higher level in scientific attitude, had more independent types in leraning style, and had higher preference of teacher's support, subject convergence and permissive atmosphere than boy students. there were no difference of student's characteristics and preferences by school number. Based on the findings, we proposed 4 teaching strategies.

A New Multimedia Courseware System for Learning Contemplation-Complement Course (심화ㆍ보충 수업을 위한 새로운 멀티미디어 코스웨어 시스템)

  • 본 연구는 멀티미디어를 활용한 웹 기반 코스웨어의 개발로서 첫째, 7차 교육 과정 9학년 과학 교과의 '생식과 발생' 단원을 선정하여 기된 과정의 내용을 철저히 분석하고 심화ㆍ보충 과정과 관련된 자료를 추출하였으며, 둘째, 멀티미디어 기반의 코스웨어가 구동될 수 있는 서버 환경을 구축하였고, 세째 멀티미디어 기반의 웹 코스웨어를 제작하고 구현하였다. 네째. 구현된 코스웨어를 교실 환경에 투입하고 교사와 학생의 반응을 조사하는 순으로 수행하였다. 코스웨어 설계의 기본 방향은 기된 과정의 학습 내용을 학습자 중심의 학습이 되도록 주제별로 적절히 재구성하고 심화ㆍ보충 과정에 해당하는 부분의 내용을 추출하여 학습자가 학습 동기를 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 학습자와의 상호작용을 할 수 있도록 CGI를 활용하여 구현하였다. 코스웨어의 기본 구조는 기본학습(내용 항목), 학습평가, 학습 자료실, 보충 학습, 심화 학습, 교과서를 넘어서, 유용한 사이트 등으로 구성이 되어 있다. 교사용 검사지는 주로 일반 사항, 수업 설계 측면에서 추출하여 사용하였고, 학생용 검사지는 일반 사항과 기술적 측면에서 추출하여 사용하였다. 설문지 조사 결과 대부분의 항목에서 보통이상의 점수를 얻음으로써 개발된 코스웨어의 필요성 및 유용성이 입증이 되었고 앞으로도 더 많은 멀티미디어를 포함한 웹 기반의 코스웨어가 개발되어 학교 현장에 투임 되어야 한다는 것을 시사한다.

  • This research is a pre-research to find out profit module of 20 students in a classroom. I researched the widths of passages in the 30 classrooms of 5 elementary schools in Nothern Kyeonggi-do. I found the conclusions as follows. 1st, the area of 1 student's unit is $650(W){\times}950(D)$ 2nd, most of classrooms' students table placements are one-way types(77%). U-types are 13%. group study-types are 7% 3rd, The width between blackboard and front student's table is 2.08m. The width of passage between back seat and backboard is 1.12m. The width of passage between side wall and near student's table is 0.89m. The width of passage between window and near student's table is 0.74m. The width of vertical passage(A) between student's tables is 0.68m. The width of vertical passage(B) between student's tables is 0.7m. 4th, The area of teachers' is $2.1m{\sim}2.25m{\times}2.1m=4.41{\sim}4.73m^2$

Comparative Study on Color of Environment Evaluation of General Classrooms at Elementary Schools - With elementary schools in Gwang-ju Metropolitan City Since the 7th Curriculum - (초등학교 일반교실의 색채 환경 평가에 관한 비교연구 - 제7차 교육과정 전.후의 광주광역시내 초등학교를 중심으로 -)

  • This study compares, analyzes and reevaluates color conditions and images before and after the execution of the 7th curriculum with elementary schools in Gwang-ju Metropolitan City based on the fact that color among physical environments of elementary classrooms has an important influence on children's emotion and draws problems and aims to accumulate the basic materials for preparing guidelines of improving color environment at general classrooms of elementary schools. Consequently, according to color conditions, major colors on ceiling and wall were high brightness/nigh chroma of Y and YR line regardless of division of grades and other color factors of classroom showed that wall and ceiling used similar colors, but brightness was higher after change than before it. In evaluation of color images, lower grades showed negative color images such as 'common,' 'rustic,' and 'strange' before change, but they showed positive color images after change such as 'clean,' 'unique,' and 'soft'. But, most of higher grades showed negative reactions before change such as 'common,' 'strange,' and 'rustic' and they showed positive reactions after change only in such items as 'clean,' 'warm,' and 'unique', but Indicated negative reactions in remaining items such as 'strange,' 'rustic,' 'stiff,' and 'artificial'. Accordingly, in using colors for lower grade classroom, arrangement of colors through adjustment of brightness and chroma between ceiling, wall and other components based on coloring of high brightness and low chroma of similar colors should be considered and for higher grade classroom, arrangement of colors of unique images of mid-brightness/mid-chroma among warm color lines of similar colors should be examined.
