현대사회가 발전 할수록 대량산업화와 도시화가 심화되어 건축물의 초고층화 및 대형화가 증가하고 있으며, 안전적인 건축물 보다는 건물 및 제조사업장의 시각적인 디자인에 치우쳐 화재하중이 높은 건축자재의 내 외장재 및 고급스러운 장식물을 사용함으로써 그 위험뿐 만 아니라 화재발생시 대규모 인명 및 재산상의 피해를 가져오게 된다. 그리고 제조사업장화재는 화재로 인한 직접적인 손실 즉 물적 손실은 물론 생산중단으로 인한 간접적인 손실은 실로 측정하기가 어렵다. 지금까지 발생한 제조사업장화재의 발화요인별 분석은 부주의, 전기적, 미상 순으로 인한 화재가 가장 많고 발화열원은 작동기기, 담뱃불(라이터), 마찰 전도 복사등이 주요 원인이 되고 있고 대형화제 취약시설로는 공장 및 창고로 나타나고 있다. 소방방재청의 통계자료를 살펴보면 2012년 화재 발생현황 중 발화요인에 대한 화재별 장소 건수를 검토 한 결과 비주거의 화재발생 16,009건 중 5,758건으로 (36%)부주의이고, 주거에도 화재발생 10,715건 중 5,560건으로 51.9%의 부주의로 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 제조사업장의 사소한 부주의로 발생하는 화재를 예방하기 위해서는 소방안전관리자의 처우개선과 기업활동규제완화의 겸직 허용을 재검토 하여야 하며, 소방안전관라자의 실무능력 강화를 위한 소방안전관리 실무교육과정을 이론적 교육 보다는 현장 실습위주로 할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해서는 소방안전관리자에 대한 법정 실무교육 횟수를 확대하여 현행 2년에 1회 에서 1년에 1회로 하고, 실무교육에 있어서도 우수송방안전관리 업체를 선정하여 화재예방에 대한 구체적인 업무를 활성화 하고, 문제 발생요소들을 분석하여 실습을 통한 소방안전관리자의 실무교육을 실시해야 할 것이다. 이러한 전문 소방안전관리자로 소방대상물의 소방교육 및 훈련을 성실히 수행 해야 할 것 이다. 한순간의 부주의로 인하여 화재가 발생하면 돌이킬 수 없는 수백명의 생명을 앗아가고, 수백억원대의 재산피해를 줄이기 위해서는 소방안전관리자의 역량을 넓히고 화재예방 업무를 최우선적으로 수행해야 할 것이다. 화재예방을 위해 소방안전관리자의 업무개선 및 전문교육을 활성화 하여 업무능력을 향상 시켜 화재발생시 초기진압에 신속하고 정확하게 대처해야 한다는 것이 전문적인 화재예방 대책 일 것이다.

The study was performed to investigate basic tree growth and fruit characteristics of 'Nero' black chokeberry (Aronia melanocarpa) depending on the different cultivation regions and altitudes in 2014, 2015. Tree growth and change of developmental stages of 'Nero' were similar regardless of meteorological environment of the four cultivation regions (Danyang, Okcheon, Yeongdong, and Geumsan) in 2014. Fruit characteristics of 'Nero' were significant differences in berry weight and anthocyanin content among the four orchards due to difference in cultivation techniques and relatively wide daily temperature range just before harvest, respectively. Tree growth and change of developmental stages of 'Nero' grown at the two orchards with different altitudes appeared to be similar during the successive years 2014 and 2015. Soluble solids content of the berries cultivated at low altitude (117 m) was higher than at high altitude (342 m). Acidity showed an inverse pattern with soluble solids content. Anthocyanin content increased progressively until at the middle of August, 2014-15 and then it decreased. Our results showed that black chokeberry is a species adaptive to the domestic environment as there were no differences in tree growth and change of developmental stages of 'Nero'. Considering fruit quality of black chokeberry such as soluble solids content, acidity, and anthocyanin content, our results suggest that optimal harvest period of black chokeberry 'Nero' is August 8 to 19.

Plastic artwork can be appeared crack, change of color and whitening event by various environment conditions. A large scale plastic artwork often exhibits in outside it will be directly degraded by physical and chemical degradation factor such as strong sunlight, high humidity and rainfall. We should know degradation characteristic of plastics to prevent these damages. In this study, we studied degradation characteristic of plastics (5 types of wide use plastics; polypropylene, polystyrene, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane) depending on various artificial degradation conditions such as high temperature, ultraviolet and these complex conditions (high temperature and ultraviolet). As a result, polypropylene, polystyrene and polyethylene show the most visible change especially polypropylene, polystyrene. Polypropylene didn't show a great change degree of tensile strength and contact angle, on the other hand polystyrene did. Polypropylene and polystyrene weakened by photo degradation, polyvinyl chloride and polyurethane had relatively good light stability. Also the high temperature and complex conditions were most degradation characteristic. High temperature worked for degradation catalyst because its energy can not enough worked for cut off binding energy of plastics while ultraviolet condition effected as directly degradation condition. Though following results, we expect it can be applied to investigation of degradation factor depending on plastic artwork materials and basic result of plastic artworks conservation.

The purpose of auditing is to express an auditor's opinion on the fair presentation of the financial position and business operations of companies according to the financial accounting standards, and to raise the reliability of the financial statements and to enable the user of the financial statements to make a proper judgement on the companies. There should be an audit risk in the audit of the financial statements in a modem sense because it is done by the sampling audit not by the detailed one. Audit risk is the risk that an auditor may unknowingly fail to modify appropriately the auditors' report on financial statements containing a material misstatement. The audit risk eventually hurt the reliability of the financial statements when the auditors set up different audit risks because it is determined by the auditor's professional judgement. Thus, there have been negative opinions on the Audit Risk Model suggested in the SAS No. 47 because it cannot explain the process of auditor's judgement and bring different results. In view of the results so far achieved, which influences the auditor's decision making, should be done by the Belief Function Mode Model in a position of raising the reliability of the financial statements and emphasizing the usefulness and effectiveness of the auditing.

This study was carried out to investigate and analyze the congnitive degree of dental subjects and general pubic who have an experience to be treated for their teeth on the dental knowledge, operative dentistry, and dental prothesis in the oral health care through the questionnaires. The results are as follows: 1. In the knowledge on the care of dental prothetic stuff, there isn't any significant difference, but the degree of therapeutic knowledge was significantly high as showing 71.6% in I can prevent a gingivits;(P<0.01) Therefore, they have well known an importance of prevention. 2. In the knowledge on the orthodontics, it was appeared to cure their teeth due to an esthetic reason(47.9%). There is not any significance in the Statisics, but it appeared the relatively high knowledge in the time and period of orthodontics(P<0.01) 3. In the congnition on the necessity of dental prothesis, it appeared relatively high, but 'Be necessary' didn't show the significance as 77.2%. The proferance to dental prothesis material showed the similar difference of porcelain(45.6%) and gold(43.7%), and the moderns tend to ptefer porcelain teeth similar to the color of matural teeth in the modern, getting out of the existing cognition of preferring the gold. Accordingly it is considered to be preferentialy necessary the motivae the general public for the oral thealth education on the dental knowledge, operative dentistry, and dental prothesis the knowledge and practice of general public have an important effect upon the oral health as the abovementioned results.

For nursing as a science to establish a unique system of knowledge, nursing researchers should include the philosophical activities such as establish of nursing philosophy. For establish of philosophy nursing, the nature and realms and essential characteristics of nursing science should be made clear at first. The purpose of this study identify alienation and the situation of happen to alienation and Martin Buber Philosophy(I and Thou). Understanding of this concept should enlighten nurses to interaction and relationship problems between patients and nurse and thus lead to further toward enhancing these interaction and relationship. The alienation was serious problem in present society which was cultural, political, economical, mechanical, religious classified. The overcome of alienation in nursing situation was caring and interpersonal relationship based on Martin Buber philosophy. The essential philosophy of Martin Buber was "I and Thou" relationship. I and Thou relationship are consist of five characteristics ; 1)mutuality 2)directness 3)presentness 4)intensity 5)ineffability As health care technology becomes more sophisticated, there is a tendency to rely on monitors and machines to assess the patient's status. Therefore focus on the functioning and care of machine can result in less meaningful communication with patients. This study points to the need for health professional and patient relationship based on Martin Buber philosophy(I and Thou). This relationship may suggest that professional shoud have sincerity, concerning, respect and warm emotional toward their patients. Ultimately this study provide the basic information to contribute understanding of "I and Thou" relationship and nursing philosophy development in nursing education.

Recently, the quantity of risk in construction project has been inflated due to the fact that current construction projects have been large and complicated. Therefore, a study on the risk management methods is necessary that can predict and respond to the need in complicated modern construction projects. In this study, the objective is to analyze the cause of accident in actual construction sites and develop a risk assessment model based on insurance claims records. To reach the goal of this study, first, the frequency and severity of accidents are analyzed the causes of accidents based on the classification; progress rate, season, and total construction costs. Second, a risk assessment model is developed by utilizing a multiple regression analysis. The dependent variable is loss ratio of material damage and three categories; natural hazards, geographic information, and construction method & ability, are used as the independent variables. The model's adjusted R-square is 0.455. The contributions of this study will be used as a material for a quantitative risk analysis model development and review of the construction risk factors for future study.

In the modern society, the adolescence needs the career development competency which makes them probe changing social phenomenon critically and use the given environment and resources progressively. Thus, adolescence should be offered with the career development competency education, but the education in the school fields remains as school entrance coaching focusing on the academic clique and career coaching as a mere job education. As a result, the study connection between high school and university was destroyed and it caused students' study-unfitness and dropouts after the university entrance. Hence, career education to culture major suitability of high school students in the new paradigm should be developed through high school-university connection. So, this study developed a career education program through the collaboration among the professor of college of human ecology, a home economics specialist, undergraduates majoring in human ecology, and a high school student, using the ADDIE model. The result of this study is as followed. First, this study searched for the direction of the program for the career development competency reinforcement of high school students. Second, the program arranged the newest issues of each department of human ecology to make high school students come in contact with and study them easily, aiming at cultivation of major suitability of high school students. Third, the study established the teaching-learning materials that is managed by the high school-college of human ecology committee. Fourth, this program will be the good opportunity for students who are interested in departments of human ecology to check their major suitability.

Contemporary art make-up is being widely developed in line with the trends of individualization and differentiation departing from basic desires or logical thinking about the desires of human beings who ultimately pursue beauty and experiencing diversified convergence and integration befitting customer needs. Cubism that has been playing a central role at the center of art history in the $20^{th}$ century can act as a good material based on creativity with regard to expression of the art make-up. In this regard, the study was focused on creating new concepts of design and novel areas of expression by combining expressive methods of cubism with art make-up to suggest an art mask. As for a method of the study, cubism and art make-up were examined based on preceding studies, Internet data and technical books, and the expression method of cubism was divided into plural points of view, partition of shape and collage and motivated the works of Picasso for the purpose of art mask-converged design. As a result of the study, it was found out that the expression method of cubism was applicable to the art make-up, and creative art make-up converged design could be generated to make a suggestion. In this regard, it is hoped that further studies will be facilitated and that this study can be instrumental in developing art make-up design.
