Consideration on Maintenance and Utilization of Eoryong-do Lighthouse (어룡도등대 유지 및 활용방안에 대한 고찰)

  • In order to promote the historicity of Eoryongdo Lighthouse, which was designated as a lighthouse cultural heritage in August 2023, and to utilize it as a water-friendly space, the facilities were improved to maintain the function of the lighthouse smoothly, and the buildings were reinforced to utilize it as a water-friendly space. We want to inform the public of the historical value of the lighthouse and make every effort to ensure maritime traffic safety, which is the original role of the lighthouse.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest a development plan for the waterfront in the coastal ocean. The research method is conducted mainly on various materials such as marine design, waterfront, marine industry, harbor waterfront space, marine landscape related reports, papers, and articles. As a result, it was found that it is urgent to move, dismantle, and manage various sculptures or structures that are installed on the shore and cause visual pollution. The location management and maintenance of indiscriminately scattered fishing grounds are urgently needed, secure sufficient green buffer space, develop coastal marine roads across the country, create eco-tourism sites, contribute to regional revitalization and secure the production value of aquatic products by restoring the ecosystem. This study is expected to contribute to suggesting a direction for maintenance by focusing on the main management measures of the waterfront rather than the aspect of reckless development of marine design.

A Study on Present Condition and Spatial Organization of Domestic Marina Club to Design Leisure Floating Architecture (레저용 플로팅건축물 설계를 위한 국내 마리나클럽 현황 및 공간구성에 관한 연구)

  • Marina and marina clubs are the essential structures to meet increasing marin tourism and marin leisure sports demand. According to the domestic situation, marina and marina clubs are divided into 6 types such as small sports type, small complex type, midium sports type, midium complex type, large sports type, large complex type. As a result of analysis of domestic three marina clubs, averagely marina facilities take 21% and commercial facilities take 79% of total space. In the short term, marina club should be designed focusing on complex program. Marina club will be for long-term transformed into marin leisure sports program. Additionally, it is certain that floating marina club is an architecture to have water-friendly space and to maximize marin tourism and marin leisure sports.

다대포항 관광어항 개발에 관한 연구

  • 다대포항은 1971년 국가어항으로 지정된 후 40여년간 방치되어 왔으며, 어항 내 수리조선 등 환경저해요인으로 인하여 지역발전에 부정적 영향을 미치는 장소로 인식되고 있다. 그러나 최근 해양레저, 관광 등 해양활동에 대한 수요 증가로 도심의 연안에 위치한 어항 등의 해양시설물을 활용, 보다 쉽고 유용하게 친수공간으로 재개발하여 활용하고자 하는 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 다대포항 또한 지역적 개발 요구와 함께 해양활동에 대한 최근의 트렌드를 반영한 복합관광어항으로써의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 다대포항을 직접 활용하는 수산업종사자와 지역의 자원으로써 다대포항을 바라보는 배후지역 주민들 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 지속가능한 어항 개발을 위한 해수면 상승 시나리오를 반영하여 복합관광어항으로의 다대포항 개발 방향을 제사하였다.

  • 본 고에서는 대형 복합플랜트에 대한 외력작용의 극소화의 구조물 주변해역의 환경개선 및 친수공간 기능 극대화를 위한 해역정온의 기술에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 해역제어구조물의 종류와 각각의 기능적 특성을 정리하고, 국내외의 개발현화을 살펴보며, 핵심 요소기술을 고찰함으로써 대형 복합플랜트 개발을 비롯한 새로운 해역 어용 및 개발에 필요한 해역정온화를 위한 제어구조물의 개발 방향을 논의하고자 한다.

Improvement for Marine Environmental Impact Assessment on the Coastal Development Project Type (연안개발사업 유형에 따른 해양환경영향평가 개선방안)

  • This paper suggested the improvement of marine environmental impact assessment of different types of project by analyzing the consultation on the coastal area utilization(133cases) of the coastal development project for 4years(2010-2013). According to the analysis results, the erosion protection project needs to precede the accurate analysis of erosion reasons, predict exactly possible problems and establish the systematic system to verify the effect of erosion protection by monitoring after projects. The construction projects of revetments and coastal roads have to require to sublate, examine the reliability in structures, give consideration to the problems of coastal erosion by increase of reflected waves. In addition, flooding protection projects have got to require to select the waves for evaluation items in conjunction with the effects of abnormal waves. furthermore, waterfront construction projects need to establish comprehensive and methodical space plans and reinforce the review to conserve the natural environment and conduct nature-friendly development. There are many problems inherently related to coastal development Project. To these problems, however, it is required to support the project on the side of the legislation and conduct additional studies reflecting the characteristics by sea areas and projects.

플로팅 건축의 출현배경과 유형구분 기준

  • 플로팅건축물은 최근 지구온난화에 따른 해수면의 상승, 소득 증대 및 관광행태 변화에 따라 급증한 해양 레포츠 수요에 대응하는 효과적인 건축물이다. 플로팅건축은 프로그램, 형태, 건축규모, 층수, 위치, 접근방법, 이동성, 에너지 자립도 등 8가지 기준에 따라 유형 구분이 가능하다. 또한 시공된 주거시설을 대상으로 분석한 결과 플로팅건축의 디자인 특성은 (1) 2층 규모, (2) 면적 비율이 높은 데크, (3) 장방형의 균형감 있는 매스, (4) 조망 극대화, (5) 친수공간 확보, (6) 공간의 통합적 사용 및 합리적 면적 배분의 평면계획, (7) 수면 반사를 고려한 단면계획, (8) 모듈화 및 유닛화 등으로 정리할 수 있다.

  • 부산항 북항재개발사업은 신항 조성에 따른 국내 외 해운물류환경의 변화와 해양레저관광수요의 증가로 재래항만의 재정비 필요성이 대두됨에 따라 2004년 부산항 재래부두 재개발방안 연구용역을 시작으로, 2007년 시민설명회 등을 거쳐 수립된 북항재개발 마스터플랜과 "항만 및 그 주변 지역의 개발 및 이용에 관한 법률"의 제정으로 본격적으로 시행된 우리나라 최초의 항만재개발사업이다. 이에 따라 북항재개발사업을 통하여 국제해양 관광거점으로 육성하여 지역경제 활성화를 도모하고, 세계적인 워터프런트를 조성하여 바다의 주인인 시민들에게 여가 및 휴식공간을 제공함으로써 우리나라 고유의 차별화된 항만재개발 모델이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Simulation of Flow field and Water exchange Change on the Redevelopment of Busan North Port (부산북항 재개발에 따른 유동장 및 해수교환 변화 모의)

  • In connection with redevelopment of Busan North Port, there has been lots of studies and efforts for the development of superannuated North general piers into a center of marine tourism and waterfront for the citizens of Busan. Recently it has moved to the stage of execution, after several trials to find concrete solutions. On the other hand, the change of flow field and tidal exchange cuased by redevelopment is one of the important investigation subjects. This study deals with the change of flow field and water exchange after redevelopment using numerical simulation technique, based on the general data which were collected and analyzed. As a result of simulation, the speed of tidal currents are tended to decrease near the North and inner-port and increase at the main waterway. Furthermore, the tidal exchange had a tendency to be small both before and after redevelopment by about 77% in a quasi steady state, which is about 15 days after.
