The purpose of this study was to analysis a satisfaction about technical specialized high school supported by Seoul metropolitan office of education. The study was carried out through questionnaire survey method. The population sample for the study constituted 894 completed questionnaires from sample of 1050 technical specialized high school students and parents. A survey questionnaire for students consisted of 20 scales, and it for parents consisted of 16 scales. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were employed for data analysis. Major findings of this study were as follows: First, satisfaction perceived technical specialized high school students supported by Seoul metropolitan office of education was high. In sub-variables of school satisfaction, 'school facilities' was the highest, and 'relation to teacher' was the lowest. Second, three related variables were found to be significant in affecting the satisfaction of technical specialized high school students supported by Seoul metropolitan office of education. They were grade of students, achievement of students, and school type(public school/private school). Third, their parents were satisfied with technical specialized high school supported by Seoul metropolitan office of education. Fourth, gender difference of parents and school type(public school/private school) had no appreciable affect on satisfaction of parents.

The study were to examine relationship among creativity personality, career awareness, and occupational aspiration of elementary school students. For these purpose, we analysed the data from 322 elementary school students. Finding revealed that creativity personality positively related to career awareness and occupational aspiration. And creativity personality has significantly affected career awareness and occupational aspiration. Result of structural equation modeling analysis was creativity personality and career awareness were effect to occupational aspiration. However, career awareness had no mediating effect on the relation of creativity personality and occupational aspiration. The implication for career education and counseling practice are discussed based on he result of the present study.

This study identified the types and dimensions of faculty-student interaction (FSI). A narrative methodology was applied within the qualitative research paradigm. Data was collected using individual in-depth interviews involving 10 students who had experiences of faculty-student interaction more than 6 times over the prior 6 semesters. Data was analyzed according to actors' perspectives, the motivation of actions, and actions toward goal achievement. Three major types of faculty-student interactions emerged from our analysis. First, the initiative interaction type reflects active characteristics of the narrator within FSI and is goal achievement-oriented. Second, the stereotyped interaction was characterized as a unified reaction to the FSI and not significantly related to self-development. Lastly, the reciprocal interaction reflected characteristics of narrators who had potential and flexibility for self-development in the circumstances involving support from professors. The results of this study indicate that faculty-student interaction does not represent the best way to support students for their successful school lives. Faculty needs professionality and sensitivity for student teaching, and students must exhibit curiosity and activeness in developing their knowledge. Positive outcomes from the FSI will be expected in supportive school environments.

The purpose of this study is to present a more effective nutrition education activation plan. As a result of investigating the dietary education operating situation, 58.9% underwent direct education, and 89.5% underwent food life education through traditional food culture succeeding business operation. The results from investigating the recognition regarding dietary education are as follows. The activation level by education types was as low as 2.24 points, the necessity was as high as 4.54 points, the difficult point in performing food life education was 'overwork' with 4.43 points, and the teaching activity ability level was 'can effectively prepare a teaching guidance plan' at 2.96 points. As a result of investigating the nutrition consultation operating situations, 62.8% underwent it and all of the students as well as some parents and teachers performed it. The consumed time per consultation for effective nutrition consultation was 10~20 minutes, the required education equipment and data were 'consultation program' with 40.3%, and the important content during consultation was 'contents related to eating habits' with 70.5%, which was recognized as the most important.

현재 일선고등학교에서 사용하고 있는 학생생활기록부의 효율적 이용 및 명가방법에 대한 논의와 연구가 활발한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 학생생활기록부의 13개 항목을 분석하여 몇 개의 영역으로 일반화시킨 후 각 영역에 해당하는 확정계약조건들을 결정한다. 또한 이를 기반으로 일반화시킨 영역들을 추론하고, 교사들의 관찰내용과 같은 불확정계약조건들을 상담형태로 지식베이스화시켜 추론할 수 있도록 한다. 제안된 추론엔진은 교사들이 학생들에 대한 학습 및 생활지도시 이용함으로써 보다 정확하고 효율적인 지도를 유도할 수 있으며, 대학입시에서도 비교과 영역평가시 변별력을 높일 수 있다.

This study investigated the current status and needs of career counseling based on the student's perception of specialized vocational high school in Daejeon. The main purpose of this study is to provide the future direction and improvement strategies of career counseling in specialized vocational high school through the evaluation of current situation and student's needs. The analysis results of this study are as follows. First, most of students decided their admission into a specialized vocational high school when they were three grades in middle school. It indicates that career counseling teacher plays important roles during that time. Thus, it is necessary to strengthen the ability of career counseling teachers and to develop the various programs to seek student's aptitude and talent from the period of middle school. Thus, it is necessary to strengthen the ability of career counseling teachers and to develop the various programs to seek student's aptitude and talent from the period of middle school. Second, since most of career counseling takes place primarily with class teacher, professional counseling education for class teachers is required. It also needs to expand the specialized counselors to reduce the overburden of class teachers and develop various counseling programs. Third, vocational high school students need the specialized counseling programs according to their major. Effective group counseling programs as well as one-on-one counseling programs which can help the student's career decision should be developed.

Normally the 3rd grade class teachers at commercial rush schools suffer from coaching to selecting new employment of their students because of the lack of those data and systems. Also, the 3rd grade student are struggling for finding optimum information because there is hardly spare time and system for them So, in this article, the guideline for the new students employment-coaching system is described focused on simplification the coaching process by offering useful information and reducing time loss.

In this paper, we develops the hybrid career coaching model combined the face to face and the E-coaching, and applies students of childhood education for career guidance. The presented hybrid career coaching manages a profile and state information and a remote access between the coach and coachee on Internet. Then, online part of hybrid coaching deals with saving the data, and understand of the situation of the coachee if it is necessary. And face to face part of hybrid coaching have a conversation, the checking, counsel and introspection if the coach needs. Presented hybrid career coaching model has th procedure of 6 steps such like career coaching guidance, self-understanding, career decision-making, establishment of the career execution planning, execution plan and action will inspection and execution result inspection. Proposed hybrid career coaching is possible to understand coachee's current state on the career map, realize the importance of the execution strategy and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness self-regulation capacity.

To survive in the highly competitive environment, a vocational education institution must offer its students an attractive system of competency based vocational education. A first-term freshman at university and college should also be allowed to adjust the course selection Early exposure within one or more fields of study creates a high level of enthusiasm which helps students maintain their motivation. It also helps students decide if course selection is right for career choice and they should be provided a large number of diverse occupational opportunities later In this paper, we discuss how to activate the vocational education. Also we developed vocational guidance program for course selection through the subject for vocational guidance and the learning map for learning plan. This program was assessed through the survey on opinions of freshman.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of extracurricular activities such as creative experiential activities, life guidance, and counseling activities on school satisfaction of students and parents who are educational demanders, and to suggest practical and policy alternatives to improve school satisfaction. For this purpose, 1,242 elementary, middle and high school students in Seoul and 1,023 parents were tested through analysis of t-test, and regression. Three main results were derived. First, extracurricular activities had a statistically significant effect on school satisfaction. Second, in general, parents in Korea are expected to emphasize the entrance examination-oriented curriculum with a high degree of education, but the higher the extracurricular activities of students and parents, the higher the school satisfaction. Third, there was a difference in school satisfaction by education class, but the higher the education level, the lower the school satisfaction was. It can be seen that extracurricular activities are needed to increase the educational satisfaction of students and parents who are educational demanders. In addition, it is necessary to reinforce the extracurricular activities to the high school which is the upper grade school now.
