본 연구는 강의실에서의 면대면 교육이 아닌, 온라인 교육모델을 혼합한 하이브리드 모델 가운데 어떠한 모델이 기독교 대학에서의 기독교 과목 교육에 가장 적절할 것인지를 알아보고 이 모델의 효과적인 교육 결과를 도출하기 위한 다양한 변수들을 확인하는데 그 목적이 있다.

By adopting HIL(Hardware-in-the-Loop), component characteristics in vehicle environment can be obtained without implementing component in the vehicle. In this paper, when specific motor is adopted as traction motor in hybrid electric vehicle HIL implementation procedures are explained. In order to implement HIL method motor testing. vehicle performance simulator and load characteristic are explained. Vehicle controller used in simulator is directly uploaded in real controller. Especially as a load dynamometer actively controlled motor system is used without connecting conventional mechanical inertia. Motor characteristics are obtained using HIL implementation when test motor is used as a traction motor for parallel hybrid electric vehicle. Proposed method can be used as experimental equipment to educate driving characteristics of hybrid electric vehicle.

Recently, the COVID environment has had a serious impact on the university education system. Career guidance methods of students, which have a significant impact on enrollment and employment rates of universities, should be changed in the COVID environment. While a traditional career guidance activity mainly use offline counseling methods, it should consider online counseling methods more seriously in the COVID environment. In this paper, I propose a hybrid(online and offline) career guidance model that can be effectively used in both online and offline education environments. The proposed hybrid model, which has the characteristics of online and offline, can effectively guide college students even in the COVID environment. In this paper, I show the usefulness of the proposed model by applying it to a real-world counseling case.

The purpose of this study was to explore which factors should be considered mainly in operating hybrid learning in which offline and synchronous online environments are integrated in elementary education. Using qualitative data through interview and so on for 8 elementary school teachers with experience in operating hybrid learning, major consideration factors were identified. Before class, it is necessary to increase the level of understanding through concrete guidance or education for what the characteristics of hybrid learning are. The redesign of the environment including hardware and software technology is considered because the foundation was not established properly so that effective operation was difficult. In particular, based on the simultaneity and interactivity between the environments, activities which learners can connect and participate in the two environments should be considered. Further, design strategies to guide the operation of teaching and learning will be developed.

본 논문에서는 접촉하는 두 물체의 동적접촉문제를 해석하기위한 음해법과 양해법을 합성한 새로운 하이브리드 해석방법을 제안하였다. 그리고 양해법의 결과를 기준으로 하여 그 계산정도를 비교하고 제안한 방법의 정도와 효율의 유효성을 조사하였다. 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 아래와 같다. 1) 마찰을 고려한 음해법과 양해법의 정식화를 통하여 접촉상태에서 분리가 일어날때 까지를 표현할 수 있는 새로운 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 2) 본 방법은 종래의 음해법에 비해 계산시간이 짧고 계산정도는 거의 비슷한 결과를 보였다. 3) 하이브리드법은 알고리즘의 변경이 간단하고, 동적접촉문제의 해석을 위한 실용적인 면에 큰 장점을 가지고 있다.

We propose how to configure the AI education system based on the purpose of hybrid learning and the teaching-learning principle. Based on the four components of hybrid learning, we have designed the system conceptual diagram and DB configuration diagram for on-line and offline learning environments for effective AI education. The proposed AI education system model in this paper is expected to be a foundation for maximizing the effectiveness of AI education according to the level and needs of learners and building a more effective learner-centered learning environment in cultivating computational thinking in AI education.

Recently, Hybrid Electric Vehicle(: HEV) is in the spotlight to global warming caused by carbon dioxide and emission reduction. HEV consists of a combination of mechanical engine and electric motor system. The flow of energy required to drive a HEV depends on the driving conditions of the vehicle. In this paper, we study the contents of HEV education using real-time monitoring system. A real-time monitoring system consisting of hardware and virtual programs is used to simulate the overall operation of a HEV through simulations according to driving conditions and to explain how to learn through hardware.

The landscape of Christian higher education is changing. Students once spent most of their time in a traditional classroom with a professor, but now they take online and hybrid courses (face to face and online). Some students complete their entire degree in a fully online program. Nearly every type of college in the United States offers online courses. Online learning has clearly moved from a fad to a fixture, and nowhere is that more apparent than at one of the largest universities in the country. As the demand for online course and programs increase, teachers and administrators in Christian universities and colleges face new challenges. Even though some teachers and administrators still believe online education is inferior to traditional face-to-face learning, we found no statistically significant differences in standard measures of learning outcomes between students in the traditional classes and students in the hybrid-online format classes. In this situation, since online education will develop continuously, Christian universities should utilize it variously through complete understanding and research about it predicting the future of online education style.

English education taken with native English speakers is very effective, but it is hard to obtain English education with native English speakers in rural schools. In this study, therefore, we supported English education with on-line content and video conferencing with native English speakers. This study worked with one hundred fifty students from six elementary and middle schools equally distributed by city size over three months. This study performed experimental research by T-test comparing of pre- and post-tests of the hybrid model. In our results, the upper group showed greater improvement in understanding while the lower group showed more improvement in writing. In addition, the lower group showed more improvement than the upper group in overall English accomplishment.

In this paper, we develops the hybrid career coaching model combined the face to face and the E-coaching, and applies students of childhood education for career guidance. The presented hybrid career coaching manages a profile and state information and a remote access between the coach and coachee on Internet. Then, online part of hybrid coaching deals with saving the data, and understand of the situation of the coachee if it is necessary. And face to face part of hybrid coaching have a conversation, the checking, counsel and introspection if the coach needs. Presented hybrid career coaching model has th procedure of 6 steps such like career coaching guidance, self-understanding, career decision-making, establishment of the career execution planning, execution plan and action will inspection and execution result inspection. Proposed hybrid career coaching is possible to understand coachee's current state on the career map, realize the importance of the execution strategy and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness self-regulation capacity.
