Effect of Powerlock Inner Ring Shape, Bolt-fastening Force, and Friction on Power Transmission Performance (파워록 형상 및 마찰이 동력전달 성능에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • A powerlock is used to transmit torque between two shafts, to protect important equipment from overloads, and to compensate for the misalignment of assembled shafts. In this study, the effect of the shapes of the inner rings, bolt-fastening force, and friction on power transmission performance of powerlocks is investigated. Finite element analysis and experiments were conducted for two cases, and the analysis results were validated. Analyses were carried out for inner rings of various shapes and for various values of bolt-fastening force and friction coefficient. The main factors that affect the torque transmission performance were investigated based on the analysis results.

The Mediating Effect of the Job Satisfaction between the Relationship of Empowerment and Organizational Immersion of Professionals in Community Rehabilitation Facilities (장애인복지관 전문인력의 임파워먼트와 조직몰입의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과)

  • This study inspected the relationship between the empowerment and the organizational immersion of professionals in community rehabilitation facilities for the disabled. And this also analyzed the mediating effect of job satisfaction. A survey of 348 professionals working in the 14 facilities of D Metropolitan City and C Province was conducted. The analysis results of this paper are as follows : the professionals' empowerment influenced the organizational immersion positively and the job satisfaction mediated between the two variables. According to the analysis results, several countermeasures were proposed to increase the professionals' organizational immersion. We need to provide decision making rights, various training opportunities, and appropriate supervision to advance their empowerment. To improve their job satisfaction, the education of professional ethics, the activation of successful case presentation, and the management of emotional labor are required.

  • This study verified the influence of distributive justice on burnout and inspected the mediating effect of empowerment of personnel in rehabilitation facilities. We surveyed 321 personnel in facilities of Daejeon and Chungnam areas. The main methods are structural equation model analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The important analysis result is that distributive justice influenced burnout negatively and mdiating effect of empowerment was identified. According to analysis results, some measurements were proposed to reduce personnels' burnout. For increasing distribution fairness, compensation by objective evaluation of ability and workload, establishment of transparent compensation system, improvement of working conditions of irregular workers are required. In order to improve empowerment, leadership education for managers and operation of related programs, voluntary participation of employees in programs, provision of supervision and education of empowerment are needed.

  • This research analyzed the influence of distributive justice on the job satisfaction and the mediating effect of the empowerment of social workers in rehabilitation facilities for disabled persons. A survey of 241 social workers being engaged in the facilities of A Metropolitan City and B Province was conducted. The analysis result of this research is as follows : the social workers' distributive justice influenced the job satisfaction positively and the empowerment mediated between the distributive justice and the job satisfaction. According to these results, some solutions can be presented to promote their job satisfaction. It is necessary to improve the social workers' perception of distributive justice and their empowerment through various methods. I think that this study will contribute to the improvement of the level of services in the facilities and desirable community life and self-reliant life of the disabled.

  • This study verified the relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction and mediating effect of self-esteem of specialists in rehabilitation centers. We surveyed of 325 specialists in 14 centers of Deajeon and Chungnam. The analysis result is that specialists' empowerment has an positive effect on the job satisfaction and the self-esteem mediates between empowerment and job satisfaction. Considering this analysis result, we can suggest several plans to improve the job satisfaction. Firstly, in order to promote the empowerment, it is important to provide directors' positive leadership, appropriate support for the improvement of empowerment of specialists and their voluntary efforts, and development of self-leadership for voluntary work efforts and improvement of self-efficacy. Secondly, for enhancement of the self-esteem, operation of monitoring program to advance self-awareness, establishment of smooth cooperative system with colleagues, and managers' advocacy supervision is required.

  • This research verified the influence of the empowerment on the burnout and the mediating effect of the turnover intention of professionals in the rehabilitation centers. A survey of 363 professionals working in the facilities of D Metropolitan City and C Province was conducted. The important analysis methods are correlation, confirmatory factor analysis, and bootstrap test. The research results are as follows : the professionals' empowerment influenced burnout negatively and the turnover intention mediated between the empowerment and the burnout. According to this analysis results, it is important to improve the empowerment and to lower the turnover intention for reducing the burnout. And some measures were suggested to improve the empowerment and to lower the turnover intention.

  • This study analyzed the mediating effect of turnover intention between the empowerment and the job satisfaction of professionals in the welfare centers for the handicapped. A survey of professionals working in Deajeon and Chungnam areas was conducted and the 352 data were analyzed. The analysis results are as follows : 1) professionals' empowerment had a positive effect on the job satisfaction. 2) the mediating effect of the turnover intention was proved between the both variables. Based on the research findings, it is necessary to provide proper authority for professionals and to raise the wage level for improving their empowerment quality. For reducing professionals' turnover intention, we need to ease the burden of work and to offer the mentor program, the club activities and the rest support service for the sake of managing emotional labor.

  • In this paper, we have proposed the power detection (PD)-based TDM-PON architecture, which is implemented with a hardware-based decentralized DBA (Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation) algorithm among ONUs, without OLT's intervention. Of particular importance in the proposed approach is that the hardware-based power detection scheme is used to manage the distributed MAC algorithm without any complex, time-consuming and costly software-processing elements for DBA in ONUs and OLT. We evaluate the performance of average packet end-to-end delay in a statistical analysis and numerical analysis. In addition, through simulations with various traffic models, we verified the superior performance of the proposed approach by comparing with the results of other E-PONs.

  • sub-30fs 펄스폭의 상용 Ti:sapphire 레이저시스템에 대한 펄스압축기 및 2차 조화파 발생기를 제작하여 특성을 평가하였다. 그림la에서 82MHz의 주파수로 모드록되는 상용 Ti:sapphire 레이저 (Spectra-Physics Millennia/Tsunami laser)의 출력이 반사경 Ml, M2를 거쳐 펄스압축기에 입사되고 압축되어 나온 펄스가 다시 M6, M7를 거쳐 2차 조화파발생기로 입사되는 2단구조로 설계되었다. 압축기에 입사되기전 평균파워는 파장 800nm에서 520mW로 측정되었으며, 측정된 스펙트럼 반치폭 47nm에 (그림 2a)에 대해 chirp-free sech$^2$t 펄스로 가정할 경우 본 레이저시스템의 변환한계 펄스폭은 14.5fs로 계산된다.   • Power window motor assembly including ECU system is important to doors of automobile. This study is done for own development instead of importing of power window motor assembly. This paper is written under five specific subjects. The first, making of prototype sample and analysis of mass-production problem using CAE, the second, design of mass-production mold(2D and 3D), the third, manufacturing of sample mold, the fourth, tryout and measuring of 3 dimensions, the fifth, data analysis and mold modify. In the among them, product sample and analysis of mass-production using CAE, design and manufacture of mass-production mold, and production of sample mold are successfully done. In the results, it is made clear that two cavity and one gate are proper to make a mold of power window motor assembly housing. Besides, it is acquired own technology for mass-production of power window motor.
