본 연구의 목적은 간호 대학생을 대상으로 표준화환자를 활용한 통합시뮬레이션실습프로그램을 개발 및 적용하여 그 효과를 평가하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 일 종합대학 간호학과 4학년 30명을 대상으로 한 단일군 사전사후설계로 지역사회에 거주하는 당뇨를 동반한 만성알코올중독대상자 간호를 위한 시나리오를 개발하였다. 연구결과 통합시뮬레이션실습프로그램 후 의사소통 능력은 프로그램 실시 전보다 유의하게 향상하였으나(t=4.24, p<.001) 전이동기와 학습 자기효능감은 프로그램 전과 후를 비교하였을 때 통계적으로 유의한 향상을 나타내지 못하였다. 또한 의사소통능력과 학습자기효능감, 의사소통능력과 전이동기 사이의 상관관계는 유의하지 않았으나, 학습효능감과 전이동기 사이에는 양적 상관관계가 측정되었다(r=.758, p<.01). 이는 학생들의 학년과 실습경험을 바탕으로 한 적절한 사례를 개발하여 적용함으로서 전이동기를 높이고 문제해결을 통한 학습자기효능감을 증가시키는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 표준화환자를 활용한 시뮬레이션학습은 의사소통 능력과 같은 대상자중심의 간호능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 통합실습프로그램으로서 유용함을 확인하였으며, 향후 의사소통능력 뿐 아니라 학습 자기효능감과 전이동기의 향상을 위한 다양한 통합시뮬레이션학습 시나리오개발에 관한 연구가 필요하다.

본 연구는 간호학생이 시뮬레이션 실습교육 과정을 통해 문제 해결능력을 향상시키면서 경험하는 성취의 본질을 밝히고자 하는 목적으로 진행되었다. 연구대상은 4학년 간호학생 13명으로 시뮬레이션 실습 후 성취경험에 대한 개별 인터뷰를 통해 자료수집하였다. 자료분석은 질적연구 방법인 내용분석에 따라 자료를 코딩, 범주화, 주제화 단계로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과로 도출된 간호학생의 시뮬레이션 실습을 통한 성취 경험에 대한 결과는 '개선을 통해 자신감을 확인하는 과정', '변화를 확인하는 과정', '간호의 효능감을 경험', '임상이라는 목표에 가까워짐' 이었다. 또한 간호학생이 성찰을 통한 지식의 내면화 과정을 확인하고 시뮬레이션실습을 통한 통합적 학습이 이루어질 수 있도록 다방면의 면밀한 설계를 통한 효율적인 운영과 평가도구를 적용하는 시도가 진행되기를 제언한다.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships among self-leadership, communication and team efficacy of nursing students participating in integrated simulation training courses. Methods: Participants were 124 nursing students from the two different schools. Data were collected from December 2018 through January of 2019 and analyzed using t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficients. Results: Self-leadership, communication and team efficacy were significantly different according to satisfaction of major, satisfaction of simulation course and satisfaction of leadership. Also significant correlations were found among self-leadership, communication and team efficacy. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that education programs based on simulation courses should be developed to promote self-leadership, communication and team efficacy of nursing students. A diverse simulation curriculum to improve the practical skills of nursing students needs to be developed.

본 연구는 Parse의 연구방법을 적용하여 간호대학생의 온라인 정신건강간호학실습 경험의 의미와 구조를 밝히기 위한 질적 연구이다. 연구대상은 K대학 간호학과 4학년 재학생으로 COVID-19상황에서 정신건강간호학실습을 온라인으로 진행한 학생 9명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집은 2022년 3월 7일부터 2022년 5월 27일까지 이루어졌다. 연구결과 COVID-19상황에서 간호대학생의 정신건강간호학 온라인 실습 경험의 핵심 개념은 '자기와 타인 이해의 중요성 인식', '치료적 인간관계 형성을 위한 의사소통 준비', '간호의 의미 탐구를 통한 미래에 대한 조망'으로 나타났다. 핵심 개념을 생생한 경험의 구조로 전환시키면 '자기와 타인 공감', '상호적 인간관계를 위한 마음가짐', '간호의 본질탐구와 자기실현'으로 나타났다. 핵심 개념을 개념적으로 통합시키면 '가치화', '노출-은폐', '강화성'으로 재해석할 수 있다. 결론적으로 COVID-19 상황에서 간호대학생의 정신건강간호학 온라인 실습 경험은 정신건강간호의 목적이 되는 치료적 관계를 위한 인간의 이해, 의사소통의 중요성을 인식하며 미래 간호사로 성장하고, 초월해 나가는 경험이었다. 본 연구는 향후 팬데믹 등 예측할 수 없는 다양한 상황에 효율적인 임상실습 운영을 위한 기초자료가 될 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an integrated nursing practicum education matrix based on the learning outcomes of each stage. Methods: In this Delphi technique study, 10 experts, consisting of six professors and four nurses, participated in the development of the matrix. The first step was an in-depth review for the composition of the questionnaire and the second step was the Delphi technique. The Delphi survey was conducted two times in order to complete the components of the matrix. The survey data was analyzed for statistical averages and standard deviations to decide the order of priority. Results: According to each stage (i.e. fundamental stage, competent stage, and proficient stage), the matrix was composed of education contents, methods, evaluation methods, and curriculum outcomes. Conclusion: The integrated nursing practicum education matrix of Y University was completed. The developed matrix will result in a reduction in the gap between nursing education and clinical practice and an improvement in nursing competency.

2016년부터 전국적으로 확대되고 있는 간호 간병통합서비스 인식과 제공되는 간호업무에 대한 수행도와 중요도를 파악하고자하는 서술적 조사 연구이다. 연구대상자는 임상실습을 경험한 간호학생과 간호사들이며, 간호 간병통합서비스에 대한 인식과 114개 업무분류, 235문항으로 구성되어있는 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였다. 연구 결과로 연구대상자의 간호 간병통합서비스에 대한 인식정도는 '알고 있다'가 가장 높았고, 간호 간병통합서비스 도입 시 간호의 질과 업무의 양과 간호사 책임정도는 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 수행도는 '환자 간호 관리 및 정보관리', '투약 및 수혈' 등의 순이었으며, 중요도는 '투약 및 수혈'이 가장 높았다. 본 연구를 통해 간호 간병통합서비스사업의 확대 실시의 필요성은 인식하고 있으나, 간호업무의 양적 확대와 책임에 대한 부담을 높게 인식하고 있으며, 직접 간호시간의 확대가 예상되므로 앞으로 간호 간병통합서비스의 효과적인 간호업무 관리에 대한 논의가 필요할 것이다.

본 연구는 간호학생 대상으로 문제중심학습 기반의 시뮬레이션 실습 프로그램을 개발하고 효과를 검증하기 위한 혼합연구이다. 자료수집은 2021년 4월 19일부터 6월 11일까지 J도 소재 일개 대학 간호학과 학생 91명의 구조화된 설문지와 12명의 초점집단면담을 실시하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 주제분석을 활용하여 분석하였다. 양적연구결과, 문제중심학습 기반의 시뮬레이션 실습 프로그램은 대상자의 임상수행능력(t=2.78, 𝜌=.006), 학습만족도(t=2.41, 𝜌=.017)와 자신감(t=2.81, 𝜌=.005)을 향상시키는 데 효과가 있었으나, 문제해결능력 향상에는 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 질적연구 결과, 4개의 중심주제와 8개의 하위주제가 도출되었으며, 도출된 중심주제는 '우선순위에 근거한 통합적인 간호를 학습함', '의사소통을 통한 팀 상호협동을 경험함', '중환자간호를 선명하게 학습함', 그리고 '간호역량이 향상됨'이었다. 본 연구는 혼합연구방법을 통하여 문제중심학습 기반의 시뮬레이션 실습 효과를 검증하였다는데 의의가 있으며 간호학생 대상으로 근거 기반의 시뮬레이션 실습 교육 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초적인 자료로 제공되어 실습교육 현장에서 다양하게 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

본 연구의 목적은 문제중심학습을 적용한 시뮬레이션 실습 교육이 간호학생의 문제해결능력, 비판적 사고성향 및 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 K 지역 U 대학교 통합시뮬레이션 실습교과목을 수강한 63명의 간호학생으로 자료는 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 시뮬레이션 실습 수업 전 후에 수집되었다. 연구결과 문제해결능력과 학습만족도가 유의하게 향상된 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 문제해결능력, 비판적 사고성향 및 학습만족도간에는 양의 상관관계가 나타나 문제해결능력이 높아지면 비판적 사고성향과 학습만족도가 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 문제중심학습을 적용한 시뮬레이션 실습교육이 문제해결능력과 학습만족도를 향상시키고 비판적 사고성향을 향상시키기 위해서는 충분한 반복 연습이 실습에서 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

Purpose: This mixed method study was conducted to analyze the changes in nursing students' practice environment due to comprehensive nursing care services. Methods: For the quantitative study, a checklist and practicum evaluation surveys completed by 85 students were analyzed using SPSS utilizing a Mann-Whitney U test. For the qualitative study, 13 students with experience of practice in comprehensive nursing care service units participated in focus group interviews. The data were analyzed using a content analysis method. Results: From the qualitative findings, four themes and eight sub-themes were identified. The four themes were , , , and . The quantitative findings found that students could observe and perform fewer nursing tasks and the students' satisfaction with practice was lower in the comprehensive nursing care service unit. Conclusion: This study was meaningful in that it analyzed the experiences of nursing students in comprehensive nursing care services.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate an integrated clinical evaluation program to increase the competency of senior nursing students. Method: A cross-sectional one group test design was utilized. Based on a framework derived from the prior studies, an integrated clinical evaluation program was developed. In order to assess the effect of the developed program, the senior students' experience with the program was measured. The participants were senior nursing students and the program was performed on November, 2005 after their semester was all finished. Result: The evaluation score for ability in application of nursing process was 83.87 and nursing skill was 85.69 by evaluators. The students reported that the program provided a chance to relearn and practice basic nursing skills and it was helpful in increasing decision making competency and their ability to apply the nursing process. Conclusion: This study suggests that the integrated clinical evaluation program contributes to cultivating a nurse with comprehensive nursing competencies and to improve the nursing students' knowledge, attitude, and skill.
