  • This study was intended to present an online survey and analysis of the survey results after the operation of the AI education leading school initiation workshop consulting training and the creative convergence type information education room consulting training. Through this, it was confirmed that there is a perception that support such as AI education leading school consulting training is necessary, and the network should be activated to share best practices and an efficient and flexible operating system in terms of operation of leading schools nationwide. could In addition, while the subjects of the survey recognized the importance of AI education-related competency, it was identified that they had low awareness of their AI education-related competency, and recognized the need for various support for systematic and customized AI education-related competency reinforcement.

  • 지식 서비스 산업 중에서 경영 컨설팅 산업은 타 산업으로의 파급효과를 통해 얻을 수 있는 부가가치가 막대하므로 우리나라의 성장을 위해서는 필수적인 산업이다. 그러나 국외에 비해 국내의 컨설팅 관련 연구는 많이 부족한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 성공적인 컨설팅을 결정짓는 요인들로 컨설팅 관련자들의 특성을 고려하였다. 컨설턴트의 특성, 의뢰기업 측 컨설팅 프로젝트 팀장의 특성을 성공적인 컨설팅 결정 요인으로 하여 실증분석을 하였다. 분석을 위하여 한국경영기술컨설턴트 협회에 소속하여 활동하는 경영 컨설턴트 172명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 이를 바탕으로 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 분석 결과 컨설턴트의 역량은 물론 의뢰기업 측 팀장의 역량도 컨설팅 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The consulting company conducts consulting for the purpose of repurchasing consulting and the intention of repurchase according to the consulting quality appears in the small and medium enterprises which received the consulting service. The purpose of this study is to find out the difference of consulting service quality according to the degree of correspondence. As a result of the questionnaire and statistical analysis for consulting SMEs, it was confirmed that the quality of consulting service affects the intention of repurching consulting, Research shows that even though consulting service quality is high, it does not lead to re-purchase unless it responds appropriately to changes in the environment. In other words, in order to enhance service responsiveness, consulting firm should be able to monitor the market information that changes with service quality and build a response system to respond quickly. However, to generalize it, In order to increase the consulting repurchase intention, further research is needed to supplement the responsiveness of the consulting service in connection with the quality of the consulting service.

  • This study is about the effectiveness of Jahwal consulting. We analyzed 275 self-supporting participants of 58 self-supporting companies in eight wide-area self-supporting centers nationwide. After consulting by conducting a questionnaire before consulting, we conducted a questionnaire to analyze the differences. The measurement variables consisted of 3 variables and 6 subparameters. The top variables are interpersonal relationships, organizational systems, and self-help business will. The sub-elements are interaction, communication between members, horizontal leadership, organizational stability, personal suitability and developability. The questionnaire was analyzed using SPSS 21.0, frequency analysis, and t-test. The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of consulting conducted by Jahwal institutions. For this reason, we developed a measurement scale, and analyzed changes before and after consulting using that scale. As a result of the analysis, it was found that self-help consulting is effective. It was also analyzed that there was mode significance in the analysis by gender, age, region and educational background.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of consulting participation level, consulting specialty, and consulting capability on consulting intelligibility and consulting performance for Small Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).This study performed statistical analysis such as AMOS 22.0 to conduct exploratory factor analysis and measurement model in order to identify interrelationship among the consulting participation level, consulting intelligibility and consulting performance. The results of our study are as follow. Firstly and secondly consulting participation level, consulting specialty and consultant capability has positive effect on consulting performance and consulting intelligibility. Thirdly, consulting intelligibility has non positive effect on consulting performance. According to this survey, it is important to make good consulting performance through consulting participation level, specialty and capability. But the consulting intelligibility is not effected on consulting performance.

  • This study examinined the casual relationship between consulting service characteristics and management performance based on absorption capacity and innovative willingness in order to find out the factors of effective consulting In an age of infinite competition. 131 questionnaires were used to test 8 hypotheses using SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS(3.3.2). Results are as follows: expertise and consultant knowledge among consulting service characteristics had a significant positive impact on management performance through the company's absorption capacity and innovative willingness. However, the consultant's attitude had no significant effect. This study suggests the necessary of factors that can enhance the consulting effectiveness. We would like to consider and analyze the psychological variables that can enhance the various attributes and management performance of consulting in future research.

  • This study was carried out to verify application motive for consulting upon the path between quality perception and use of results in the government-supported convergence consulting service on SMEs. A survey was conducted on SMEs which went through government-supported consulting, with the following results of the study. First, it turned out that the perception of the quality of consultant's performance and the perception of the quality of the government support have a positive impact on the perception of the quality of consulting results. Second, the perception of the quality of consultant's performance has a positive impact on the use of consulting results. Third, it was proved that the perception of the quality of the government support has no impact on the use of consulting results. Fourth, it was demonstrated that the perception of the quality of consulting results has a positive impact on the use of consulting results. Fifth, it turned out that there is a difference in paths of non-voluntary application group and application group and application group for consulting service. This study implies that it is necessary to reinforce consultant's competence, government support system and voluntary application for consulting.

창업가가 인식한 창업지원사업의 중요도: 만족도 분석

  • 본 연구는 창업지원사업의 효과성을 높이기 위해 창업지원사업의 분야 및 창업지원사업의 기대충족도와 경영성과와의 인과관계를 규명하고 창업기업의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 검증하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 우리나라 창업지원사업의 분야별 인지도, 중요도, 만족도를 살펴보고, 이러한 인식도의 차이인 기대충족도를 비교분석하여 이에 근거한 문제점을 파악함으로서 현 시대에 맞는 발전방향을 도출하여 우리나라 창업지원사업의 발전방안들을 제시하며, 합리적이고 효과적인 정책방향을 탐색하고자한다. 조사대상은 충청남도와 충청북도의 창업보육센터에 위치하며, 중소기업창업지원법에 의해 사업을 개시하고 7년이 지나지 않은 개인사업자 및 법인 사업자로 한정하였다. 자료수집 방법은 창업보육 매니저에게 요청하여 10개의 창업보육센터를 대상으로 총 150개의 입주기업에 이메일 설문지가 발송되었고, 자기보고식 작성방법에 따라 설문회수된 123개의 설문지 중 불성실 하게 응답한 설문지 1부를 제외한 총 122개를 최종 설문지로 사용하였다. 연구를 위한 자료의 수집은 2017년 10월 10일부터 2017년 10월 25일까지 2주간 실시하였다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 창업지원사업 분야별로 창업자들이 상대적으로 중요하게 생각하는 정도와 실제 만족하는 정도의 평균값과 그 차이에 대한 검정을 한 결과는 다음과 같다. 창업지원사업 중 가장 중요하게 인지하고 있는 분야는 자금지원(4.44점), 시설 공간(4.25점), 컨설팅(3.80점), 창업교육(3.76점) 순으로 나타났고, 자금지원과 시설 공간은 4점 이상의 높은 점수를 보였다. 창업지원사업의 만족도는 창업교육(3.39점), 시설 공간(3.48점), 자금지원(3.36점), 컨설팅(3.33점)순으로 나타났다. 창업지원사업의 창업교육, 시설 공간, 컨설팅, 자금지원 각각 분야의 중요도와 만족도의 차이에 대한 통계적 유의성을 검정한 결과 모든 분야에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Effects of Consulting Characteristics on SMEs Management Performance -focusing on government supported consulting- (컨설팅 특성 요인이 중소기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향 - 정부지원 컨설팅을 중심으로 -)

  • This study was carried out to verify the effect of consumer and supplier characteristics on the utilization of consulting results, quality of consulting service and management performance in the government-support consulting service on SMEs. A survey was conducted and analyzed on SMEs which went through government-support consulting, with the following results of the study. First, for consumer characteristics, consulting awareness was found to have positive effect on the utilization of consulting results while organizational culture have no effect. Second, for supplier characteristics, consultant capability was found to have positive effect on the quality of consulting service but with no effect of government support policy. Third, consumer characteristic of consulting result utilization and supplier characteristic of consulting service quality were both found to have positive effect on management performance. Suggestions and significance of this study are as follows: the result of this study suggests a need to increase the SMEs' understanding of consulting service and the utilization of the consulting results as well as institutional support for enhancing the capability of consultants, a provider of knowledge service. It also has significance in presenting an effective and efficient direction of policy on consulting support project for SMEs.

Comparison Analysis on Operation Characteristics of Design Consultancies between Korea and America (한국과 미국의 디자인컨설팅기업의 운영현황 비교 분석)

  • This study aims to consider the action plans to make the industry of Korean design consultancies accomplish qualitative growth by comparing the operation characteristics of design consulting firms between Korean design firms and American ones. For this, questionnaire survey and comparison analysis was performed for the operation characteristics of 109 Korean design firms and 97 American ones. The analysis results shows that operation characteristics of Korean design firms comparing to those of American ones keep low in all 7 areas of building long-term partnership relationship, building multi- disciplinary organization, utilizing result-based compensation system, developing design at the strategic business level of clients, executing active design business, making convergent networking with other industry and performing specialized design services. In order to accomplish stable industry infrastructure of design consulting industry with qualitative growth, it requires continuous effort to execute 7 operation characteristics of Korean design firms.
