A Study on the Design of Korean Textbooks in Elementary Schools for Learning Interest (학습흥미 유발을 위한 초등학교 국어 교과서 디자인 연구)

  • It is the Korean language textbook of elementary school 1~2 grade that forms the basis of the textbook to nurture the creative convergence talent with the core competence required by the future society. In order to increase the learning effect based on the textbooks, the interest inducing factors were derived on the basis of the learning interest, and the textbook design was analyzed by the in - depth interviews and discussions of the expert group. As a result, Graphic elements using bright and soft colors, illustrations of peer groups related to learning contents, and resilient use of sans serifs. However, issues such as lack of proper mixing of photos and illustrations, further development of learning helper characters, configuration of spare margins, graphic image design, and lack of a structured layout that utilizes color and visual images were cited as problems.

Cognitive Processing Therapy as a First-line Treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (인지처리치료: 외상후 스트레스 장애의 일차 치료)

  • Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is well known to have a limited response to drug treatment. Many recently published clinical care guidelines recommend trauma-focused psychotherapies such as cognitive processing therapy (CPT) and prolonged exposure therapy (PE) as first-line treatment and medication such as serotonin reuptake inhibitors and venlafaxine as second-line treatment. Current review introduces the session composition and contents of CPT and presents various CPT studies that show therapeutic effect for civilian and veterans/military with PTSD. In order for clinicians to help effectively patients with PTSD, it is necessary to learn and actively use evidence-based trauma-focused psychotherapies including CPT and PE.

A review study on the impact of divorce upon children's well-being (이혼이 자녀에게 미치는 효과에 관한 개관 연구)

  • The present study reviewed the study on the impact of divorce upon children's well-being presented in both abroad and Korea. The criteria for the selection of the study for the review are as follow; The study must have a comparative child group of non-divorced family and include at least one psychological variable that are measured quantitatively. Two studies are found in Korea and 92 in abroad. Both the domestic studies and foreign studies indicate the lower self-esteems of children of divorced families than those of children of non divorced families. In domestic study, the sociable was found as the variable that give a negative impact to the children of divorced families among elementary population but not to the children of middle school. In contrast, the studies of foreign showed the negative impact of the seven psychological variables included in the studies upon children of divorced families. The study suggests that the impacts of divorce on the children will be more pronounced in Korea than in abroad and the necessities of the studies in the future in Korea.

Patient Understanding of Patient Safety: Based on Results from Focus Group Discussion (환자안전에 대한 환자의 이해: 초점집단토의 결과를 중심으로)

  • Purpose: To examine the degree of recognition regarding the concept of patient safety, as perceived by the patient, using a focus group discussion. Methods: A focus group discussion was conducted with a patient group comprising seven patients. Results: When the participants heard the term "patient safety" they seemed to understand it to be related to the hospital environment or satisfaction with the overall hospitalization experience. The participants emphasized communication between the medical staff and the patients in relation to the explanation of treatments, as well as the provision of information regarding prevention, experience, and the treatment of incidents with patient safety. They agreed on the need for indicators reported by patients. However, they emphasized that additional items and a questionnaire method that considers the patients' point of view are needed. Conclusion: It is necessary to establish and implement various strategies that can raise the awareness of patient safety using patient safety indicators and increase participation in patient safety activities.

耐 마모 코우팅 생산을 위한 CVD와 PVD 기술

  • 超硬合金과 高速度鋼에 TiC, TiN 그리고 $Al_2O_3$의 耐 마모 코우팅시에 사용되는 CVD와 PVD 기술을 M E Sjostrand와 A G Thelin 등이 본 논문에서 논의하였다. 또한 CVD와 PVD 의 특별한 장점과 응용영역에 대하여도 토의하였다. 수년동안 CVD 기술은 금속질화물, 금속탄화물 그리고 금속산화물 등의 耐 마모 코우팅을 생산하는데 성공적으로 사용되어 왔다. Munster와 Ruppert에서는 1950년대 초기에 TiC와 TiN의 CVD 공정을 연구했는데 이런 코우팅 재료의 높은 화학적 안정성과 더불어 高硬鋼라는 독특한 성질로 인해 그 주요 영역이 명백해졌다. 1968년에 처음으로 CVD법에 의한 보호막 코우팅의 대규모 응용이 이루어졌는데 그것은 超硬合金 절삭공구의 코우팅이었다. (그림1 참고) 이것은 硬금속산업에 있어서 가장 중요한 발전단계였다. TiC, TiN 그리고 $Al_2O_3$로 코우팅된 공구의 생산은 1970년대에 빠른 성장을 보였으며 오늘날 사용되는 절삭날의 50% 이상을 점유하고 있다. (그림2 참고) TiC와 TiN은 현재 이용되고 있는 모든 耐 마모 코우팅 중에서 독보적인 위치를 차지하고 있다. 그 이유는 생산과정이 비교적 단순하기 때문이다. 지난 5년동안 절삭공구와 總形바이트의 코우팅에 대한 PVD기술의 응용이 폭발적으로 증가했다. 증착기술인 이들 CVD와 PVD 각각은 자체의 독특한 장점이 있으므로 그 응용영역은 증착조건, 즉 기지금속의 접착성과 증착온도 그리고 증착속도등에 따라 매우 다를 것이다. PVD 공정으로 인해 고속도 공구강이 급속도로 발전되었고 더우기 PVD공정은 500$^{\circ}C$ 이하의 증착온도에서 brazed carbide 공구의 코우팅을 가능하게 하였다. 따라서 두 증착기술은 서로 상반적이라기 보다는 상호보완적인 것이라고 생각하는 편이 더 좋다.TEMPLA에 비해 CLB의 수가 15.58% 감소되었다. 높은 활성을 나타내었다. 정제된 효소의 최적온도는 40$^{\circ}C$이었으며 20~50$^{\circ}C$에서 비슷한 활성을 나타내었고, 30$^{\circ}C$에서는 60분동안 효소활성이 거의 상실되지 않았다. 정제된 효소는 ethanol과 chloroform 처리에는 안정하였으나 12mM AT 와 0.1mM $NaN_3$ 및 1mM KCN에 의해 90% 이상의 활성이 억제되었다.이에 근거하여 서울시 학생들($7{\sim}18$세)의 만성신부전증 유병률은 1백만명당 5.7명으로 추정되었다. 결론 : 서울시내 학생들 중 11세, 14세, 17세 3개 군에서 한 번 검사로 확인된 무증상 단백뇨의 유병률은 0.28%(약 2.8명/1,000명)이었고 이들중 약 5%만이 3차검사에서 신질환이 의심되었으며 이에 따른 신질환 유병률은 1만명당 1.4명이었다. $7{\sim}18$세 연령층에서 무증상으로 발생하는 사구체 신질환 중에는 IgA 신병증의 유병률이 가장 높아 1만명당 0.64명으로 추정되었고 만성신부전증의 유병률은 1백만명당 5.7명으로 추정되었다. 집단뇨 검사를 통해 확인되는 신질환은 대부분 사구체 질환이기 때문에 집단뇨검사의 의의는 좀더 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각되었다. 오히려 증상을 동반하는 경우보다 빈도가 증가한다는 사실은 집단뇨 검사에서 소변의 이상소견이 발견되어 신장 조직검사를 실시할 경우 혈청 $C_3$치의 감소 여부에 관계없이 MPGN도 진단적 고려 대상이 되어야 한다고 생각한다.신장 조직검사를 시행한 결과 진행성 경과를 취할 수 있는 막 증식성 사구체 신염과 매우 희귀한 증례인 신유전분증 등으로 진단됨으로써 지속성 단백뇨의 경우 정확 진단적 접근이 필수적임을 알 수 있다. 기립성

The Effect of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction: Analyzing the Mediation Effect of Organizational Trust and the Moderated Mediation Effect of Communication (조직문화와 직무만족의 관계에서 조직신뢰의 매개효과와 커뮤니케이션의 조절된 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational culture (group culture, development culture, rational culture, hierarchical culture) on job satisfaction based on the mediating effect of organizational trust on workers corporations. In particular, in the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction, the mediating effect of organizational trust was demonstrated, which varies by communication control variables. The results of the study of 8,615 workers in the manufacturing, financial, and non-financial industries in HCCP(Human Capital Corporate Panel) are as follows. First of all, the result of research showed that rational culture, group culture, development culture among organizational culture had a positive effect on job satisfaction. But, the hierarchical culture had a negative influence on job satisfaction. Second, rational culture, group culture, development culture among organization culture had a positive effect on organizational trust. But, hierarchical culture had a negative influence on organizational trust. Third, in the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction, the partial mediating effect of organizational trust was verified. In other words, although organizational culture directly affects job satisfaction, it indirectly affects job satisfaction through organizational trust. Fourth, it showed a significant moderating effect of communication between organization trust and job satisfaction. In other words, it was found that the group with high organizational trust in the relationship between organizational trust and job satisfaction had higher job satisfaction than the group without it. Finally, in the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction, the mediating effect of organizational trust was demonstrated, which varies by communication control variables. In other words, the indirect effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction through organizational trust is higher in the group with high communication capabilities. Through discussion and conclusion, the academic and practical implications, limitations, and research directions of this study were presented.

A Case Study on Flipped Learning Methods in 'The History of Science 'Liberal Arts Class for Undergraduate Students (플립러닝을 적용한 '과학사의 이해' 교양 수업 사례 연구)

  • This study aims to provide a science history content system necessary in the course design process of liberal arts subjects, along with the application of flip learning in liberal arts science classes for humanities and social sciences students. For the research, we analyzed the current state of the liberal arts and history of science classes at universities. Then we developed the 'Understanding the History of Science' subject by applying the flip learning method through the analysis of various previous studies. As the goal of science history lectures that can reach the essential purposes of science liberal arts education, including knowledge acquisition and strengthening various competencies, scientific attitude cultivation was set, and the content system of week 15 was designed to consider this. The four topics corresponding to the "History of Science" part of the "Understanding Science History" content system consisted of flipped learning classes and teaching and learning activities, including online video materials and group discussion activities. As a result of opening courses for students in the humanities and social sciences and operating classes for 56 college students, it was confirmed that students' interest and awareness of science increased. This study provides educational evidence for science history and liberal arts education.

  • In this study, we investigated the interlanguage of ninth graders that was used to classify and explain the phenomena related to the change of the matters in a group discussion and semi-structured interview. The patterns of the interlanguage were classified and analyzed through the change of their understanding of science languages. The analyses of the results suggested that the interlanguage of the students are classified into the three patterns according to its meaning and form. Pattern 1 is science language used in combination with everyday language to express scientific meaning. This was used by most students regardless of the level of understanding of science languages. Pattern 2 is everyday language used to show scientific meaning, which was used by students who had better understanding of science languages than the others. Pattern 3 is using languages with multiple meaning, which was mainly used by students who have superficial understanding of science languages. Educational implications of these findings are discussed.

Comparative Study on Effects of Sexuality Education in Elementary School Students (초등학생의 성교육 효과에 관한 비교연구)

  • 본 연구는 성교육이 학생들의 성 지식, 태도, 역할 정체감에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 실험군과 대조군으로 집단을 나누어 실험군에게 의도적인 성교육 실시하여 그 결과를 살펴보고 향후 학교에서 실시되는 성교육 계획 수립에 도움을 주고자 하는 실험연구이다. 본 연구의 대상은 충청북도 제천시에 위치한 J초등학교 5학년 6개 학급을 대상으로 실험군 100(남 50, 여 50), 대조군 100(남 50, 여 50) 총 200명을 대상으로 실시하였으며 자료 수집은 2009년 10월 15일부터 2009년 11월 25일까지 실시하였다. 연구도구는 문헌고찰을 통해 성 지식, 성 태도, 성역할 정체감에 사용한 설문지를 구성타당도 검증을 통해 문항을 구성 선정하였으며, 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ 값으로 검증하였다. 연구 대상자의 일반적 특성을 보면 92%의 학생이 부모님이 있고, 88.5%가 형제자매가 있으며, 집안 분위기는 60%가 자유스럽고, 7%가 엄한 것으로 나타났다. 연구 대상자의 성관련 특성으로 가정에서 성교육을 받아본 경험이 있는 경우는 36%로 나타났으며, 성과 관련된 정보를 얻는 순서는 87.5%의 학생이 학교 보건선생님한테 성 관련 정보를 얻는 경우가 대부분이었고, 다음 순서로는 부모님, 서적류, 담임선생님, 영상매체, 친구, 형제자매 순으로 나타났다. 연구 대상자의 신체변화정도를 살펴보면 여자의 경우 월경이 있는 경우는 20%정도, 가슴의 변화는 84%로 나타났으며, 남자의 경우 몽정이 있는 경우는 4%로 나타났으며, 남녀 모두 변성기, 여드름, 발모, 몽정, 월경, 가슴변화 등 한 가지 이상 신체변화가 나타난 경우는 56%로 나타났다. 연구 대상자의 성지식 사전 사후 점수를 비교해보면 두 집단 모두 사전보다 사후 점수가 증가하였다. 사후검사에서 교육을 받지 않은 대조군의 성지식 점수는 소폭 증가하였으나 성교육을 실시한 실험군의 성지식 점수는 더 큰 폭으로 높았으며, 특히 신체발달에서 사전검사에 대조군은(M=2.17), 실험군은 (M=1.66)으로 실험군의 점수가 낮았으나, 사후검사에서는 대조군은(M=2.76), 실험군은(M=3.90)으로 실험군의 점수가 더 높았다. 이상의 결과를 종합해보면 학교에서의 체계화된 성교육은 학생들의 성 지식, 태도, 성 역할 정체감 형성에 도움을 줄뿐만 아니라 성교육을 부끄러워하고, 쑥스러워하며, 어색해 하던 아이들이 문제 중심 학습을 적용하여 자기 주도적으로 문제를 해결하고, 체험, 실습, 역할극, 토의 등의 활동적인 수업에 적극 참여하고, 자연스럽게 활동하여 긍정적인 '밝은 성(性)'으로 변해가는 모습을 관찰할 수 있었다. 성교육은 인간의 성장과 발달에 따라 변화하는 과정이라는 것을 인식하여 건전한 성, 건강한 성을 함양하기 위해 체계적이고 발달 단계에 맞추어 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Development and Evaluation of the Cohousing Teaching.Learning plan (가정과 주생활 교육을 위한 코하우징 교수.학습 과정안 개발 및 평가)

  • This study aims at developing and evaluating the cohousing teaching/learning plan for middle and high school. The plan was developed into 5 stages such as data collection and analysis, design, development, implement, and evaluation_ It was composed of 3 lessons with various teaching materials; the concept and necessity of cohousing, spatial composition, and making a cohousing village as the main theme. The 3 home economics teachers carried out the plan for 28 classrooms (1125 students) in 2 middle and I high school, during 23th, Aug., to 17th, Sep. 2010 in Kyunggido. The high level of understanding, learning processes, interest, satisfaction with the class reported by the students showed that the plan might be adequate to both high and middle school students. The teachers carried the lessons reported the similar positive responses to the plan with some suggestions to increase teaching hours, prepare class appliances, and prepractice the teaching materials.
