Computer based teaming system has considerable influence upon teaching technique and teaming efficiency. It is possible to make a learner-oriented teaching in the online learning system. In this case, it can provide easily and immediately learner with various information that relate to class status, for example, attendance, examination score and so on. In the case of conventional off-line education, however, it is inefficient to provide the information of class status for learners compared with on-line system. In this paper, we propose a monitoring system of class status which can provide various information of teaming status for learners, instructors and advisors. It is useful to advise student's course work and job. The main purpose of this system is to prepare a monitoring system of class status on a web based e-class system. It achieves self-monitoring systems which provide a feedback data as a result of class for students.
This study identified factors that have an influence on career preparation behavior in undergraduate students majoring in public health in technical colleges with the aim to provide basic data for the development of an employment counselling program which can have a positive influence on career preparation behavior. The subjects of this study were 556 college students studying public health in technical colleges in J $province^1$, J $province^2$, and G metropolitan city and they were randomly selected and sampled in convenience. The period of the survey was from September 7 to 9, 2015 and the survey was made with the use of a self-essay type questionnaire. 510 copies of the survey collected were analysed with the use of SPSS 14.0 for Windows. As a result it is shown that career barriers perceived by students studying public health in technical colleges had a negative effect on career preparation behavior. Therefore, organized and practical career counselling should be provided and career education programs should be developed to encourage subjects to have positive career preparation behavior. Therefore, it is suggested that practical career counselling and career education program should be developed to lead students studying public health to positive career preparatory activity, and research to verify its effect should be conducted.
This study examined the mediating effects of strengths use on the relation of strengths knowledge and career decision level among 393 college students. To analyze the data, the structural equation modeling were used. Finally, the mediating model examined the differences between goal orientation(validation-seeking orientation, growth-seeking orientation) of Dykman by carrying out of multi-group analysis. The results were as followed. First, strengths use partially mediated the relationship between strengths knowledge and career decision level. Second, the mediating model showed variation in different goal orientation type group. In other words, strengths knowledge occurs more severely and distinctively impact on career decision level in growth-seeking group than validation-seeking group. Based on the findings, implications for counseling practice, limitations of this study and recommendations for future study were discussed.

Vocational rehabilitation is defined as a process which helps people with disabilities to maintain life of non-disabled people and vocational assessment is a part of it. Traditionally, vocational assessment is performed through using of assessment tools or vocational counseling, but assessment tools are very expensive and we should move to the facilities for the disabled. It is very efficient to apply vocational assessment to people with disabilities using the smart phones which users are expected to surpass thirty million in 2012, because it enables them to access anytime and anywhere. In this paper, we design and implement the mobile aptitude test system on android smart phone OS for people with disabilities. We develop the mobile aptitude test system using the Holland Test which is the assessment tool of career guidance and counseling.

Data were collected from July 28 to August 5, 2021 for 302 middle-aged women aged 40-65 years. The Gender Role Conflict Scale specialized for middle-aged Korean women, internal traits subscale of Ahn's Resilience Scales, and Ryff's Psychological Well-being Scale were used for this study. PROCESS Macro 3.5 Model 4 was used to analyze the mediating effect. Results revealed that the middle-aged women's gender role conflict was negatively correlated with resilience and psychological well-being. And, the middle-aged women's resilience was positively correlated with psychological well-being. Because both the direct effect of the middle-aged women's gender role conflict on psychological well-being and its indirect effect through resilience were statistically significant, it was found that the middle-aged women's resilience was partially mediating their gender role conflict and psychological well-being.

The purpose of the survey is to find their satisfaction measurement with the department and how they recognize the dental hygienist as well as why they selected the dental hygiene department when they applied for university. The result, analyzed by SPSS 15.0, statistically shows that the measurement of satisfaction by each academic year represents the meaningful difference (P<0.05) in all variables such as the "satisfaction with people", "satisfcation with lectures", "satisfaction with facilities", "satisfaction with activities", and "satisfaction with the department characteristic". The measurement of satisfaction by the decision-making factor for the department selection shows the meaningful difference (P<0.05) in the variables of "satisfaction with lectures", "satisfaction with activities", and "satisfaction with the department characteristic". In the case of the measurement of satisfaction with counselling by each academic year, the 3rd year student shows the highest in the career counselling. All the groups recognize for this question as "higher" or "yes", while the higher academic year students were gradually less satisfied. In the case of the level of recognition by each academic year, the 1st year student shows high in the variables of "practical work recognition" and "vocation recognition" and the difference among groups shows statistically meaningful difference(P<0.05).

As an effort to further extend the existing understanding on the Psychology of Working Theory, this study examined gender differences in the paths to the attainment of decent work with Korean emerging adults. A total of 311 South Korean employees (mean age = 25.96, men = 94, women = 217) completed online questionnaires. We found that economic constraints inversely predicted work volition and career adaptability, which were positively relatedin turn, led to decent work. The overall indirect effect of work volition and career adaptability between economic constraints and decent work was significant., hHowever, the specific indirect effect of work volition and career adaptability was not significant. Further analyses showed a gender difference in the paths. Specifically, economic constraint was significantly negatively associated with work volition, and work volition predicted decent work only for women, but not for men. Moreover, economic constraint was significantly inversely associated with career adaptability, and career adaptability positively predicted decent work only for men, but not for women. Work volition mediated between economic constraints and decent work for women, while career adaptability had a mediating effect for men. It suggests that career resources for obtaining a decent work may be distinctive by genderdifferent groups.
