Test Subject and Test Evaluation Criteria for National Technical Qualifications in Livestock Field Based on DACUM (DACUM법을 이용한 축산분야 국가기술자격의 시험과목과 출제기준 개발)

  • This study is aimed to design for qualification structure and criteria for preparation of qualification test of the Livestock. In this study, a DACUM(Development A curriculum) method job analysis to extract contents such as task range, eligibility, examination standards, selection criteria of examination questions, examination methods, etc was done by an job analysis committee composed of 7 specialists in the industry and academia. In the first place, this report presents job analysis models by procedures for developing selection criteria of examination questions of the Livestock. The first step is preparation for job analysis(data research, interviews and selection of experts), the second step the establishment of job models(first expert council and site study), the third step the drawn-out of knowledge, skills, and tools(the second expert council and site study), the fourth step the selection of courses and an examination subject(the third expert council), the fifth step the establishment of guidelines for making questions(the third site study).

Effect of the Private Security Guard Unethical work ethic on job attitude and customer service (민간경비원의 비윤리적 직업의식이 직무태도 및 고객서비스에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to investigate the relationship of the effect of the private security guard unethical work ethic on job attitude and customer service. We extracted about 450 people examples after the Selection of the private security guard's in active service in Seoul in 2010, and totally 412 people examples were used. This study carried out factorial analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and pass analysis using SPSSWIN 16.0. The followings are conclusions. First, unethical work ethic affects on job attitude partially. Namely, tampering with work and information leaks reduce job attitude. Also, information leaks increase company's turnover rate. Second, unethical work ethic has no effect on customer service. Third, job attitude affects on customer service partially. In other words, the organizational commitment improves the quality of service but decreases the customer-centered service. Fourth, unethical work ethic has an effect on job attitude and customer service indirectly.

  • The object of this study is to examine the relations between leisure activity and duty stress and separation intention in private guards. The subject of this study is set up the private guards who are working at private guard company in a capital sphere. This study applyed the way of judgement abstraction and abstracted the total of 360 persons. However, the number used in the final analysis is 333 persons. The last conclusion in this study is as follows. Firstly, the relation between duty stress and separation intention has a matual effect meaningfully. Secondly, the physical stress hasn't an effect on the term of leisure activity, and separation intention. affects meaningfully the physical stress. Thirdly, the relation beween leisure activity and separation intention exerts a meaningful influence mutually in all sphere. Duty stress is a important parameter between leisure activity and separation intention.

  • Students at Maritime University can expect to improve their understanding of the jobs they will perform in the future through long-term boarding in a one-year boarding practice that allows them to understand necessary work practices. Satisfaction with attending maritime college can also affect the job satisfaction and turnover intention of shipping industry workers after graduation. Therefore, by checking job satisfaction for each year of study, we intend to analyze and improve the curriculum or factors necessary for their future career choice. Based on previous studies, this study attempted to determine the effects of self-efficacy, teamwork, and self-leadership of maritime college students on job satisfaction through career planning, .analyze the factors that affect job satisfaction by year of study, and empirically confirm the factors students need in each year. The analysis, found that self-efficacy had the greatest influence on job satisfaction, and the effects of teamwork and self-leadership were similar in size.

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically research the effect of jaycustomers behavior perception on emotional dissonance, job enthusiasm, and management performance. The sample was 327 beauty workers. The research methods were conducted by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis. First, the study shows it was confirmed that the perception of jaycustomers behavior causes emotional dissonance and loss of job enthusiasm for beauty professionals. Second, it was confirmed that the perception of the behavior of jaycustomers had a statistically significant effect on emotional dissonance. Third, the perception of the behavior of jaycustomers had a statistically significant effect on management performance. Fourth, emotional dissonance had a statistically significant effect on job enthusiasm. Fifth, it was confirmed that management performance had a statistically significant effect on job enthusiasm. Therefore, it is believed the perception of jaycustomers behavior negatively affects beauty professionals.

  • This study was carried out to analyze the job of care managers in their social welfare practicing fields about the frequency of care management duties they perform, types of duties considered to be most important and the reason, and types of jobs counted to be the most difficult and the reason by qualitative case study research methods. The job area of care management was elicited using DACUM method, and those 9 job areas derived from it were analysed according to frequency of performance, importance and difficulty. The subjects were 10 social workers serving more than 3 years with major duty of care management and chosen by reputational-case selection, and those collected data analysis was operated according to embedded analysis types. We discussed the implication of this research. : The experience of participants are the process of maintaining the tension, and search the equilibrium point between client centered service and institutional pressure.   • This study is to suggest the theoretical and policy implications by analysing the moderating effects of trust for senior in the causal relationships among the research variables. For this study, 273 of the local public servants were sampled and surveyed. The results of this study showed that local public servants' performance oriented values affect job attitude through their acceptance for performance management system. And this study showed that trust in the leader moderates the relationships among individual orientation, performance orientation and job attitude. This study suggested some theoretical and practical implications on the base of the results.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 민간경비원의 사건충격과 직무스트레스 및 대처능력의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2011년 인천소재 공항에서 재직하고 있는 민간경비원들을 모집단으로 설정한 후 판단표집법을 이용하여 최종분석에 이용된 사례 수는 총 239명이다. 연구에 사용된 설문지는 총 67문항으로 구성되었으며, SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$값이 .779이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비원의 사건충격은 직무스트레스에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 침습이 자주 반복될수록 인간관계에 대한 스트레스는 증가한다. 또한, 과각성이 자주 반복될수록 역할에 대한 스트레스는 증가한다. 둘째, 민간경비원의 사건충격은 대처능력에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 과각성이 자주 반복될수록 문제중심적 대처능력은 감소한다. 반면, 회피성향이 지속적으로 작용할수록 문제중심적 대처능력은 증가한다. 셋째, 민간경비원의 직무스트레스는 대처능력에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 직무특성에 대한 무력감이 작용할수록 문제중심적 대처능력은 증가한다. 반면, 역할에 대한 모호성이 높게 작용할수록 문제중심적 대처능력, 사회적지지 추구능력은 감소한다.

  • Until now, many leadership styles have focused only on behavioral characteristics or skills. However, genuine leadership focuses on the essence of leadership. This study intends to analyze the effects of genuine leadership, the main body leading the corporate organization, on the organization's influence in order to achieve the organizational mission. In order to examine the relationship between genuine leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment after deriving a research model as a method of research, we conducted a regression analysis after frequency analysis, validity, and reliability analysis to examine the effect of genuine leadership on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. looked at the As a result of the analysis, it was found that leadership had a positive effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction.

  • This study empirically investigates the causal relationship between healthcare accreditation system and Job Satisfaction, Service value, and organizational commitment. The results of this study can be summarized as followings. First, healthcare accreditation system had not a positive significant on the job satisfaction. Second, healthcare accreditation system had a positive significant on service value. Third, job satisfaction had a positive significant on the organizational commitment. Forth, service value had a positive significant on the organizational commitment.
