Effects of Job Characteristics and Organizational Effectiveness of Security Guard on Martial Arts of Security Service Guard (경호무도 수련이 민간경비원의 직무특성과 조직효과성에 미치는 영향)

  • The Guard might focus on a king's personal safety in the wake of the system of the Silla and Taebong dynasties until the establishment of the Goryeo Dynasty's unique political system. The purpose of this research is to examine gob characteristics and organizational effectiveness of security guard on martial arts of security service guard. The subjects of this study are private guard as working security companies of Seoul and Kyongi area and 250 persons. It was a method of questionnaire for this study and used a questionnaire developed by Hackman and Oldham(1976) for gob characteristics and used a questionnaire developed by Tymon(1988) for organizational effectiveness that translated and modified from Kim, Ilsoon and measured by 5 point likert. It used to analyze the data for one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. There are conclusions of this study. First, there was a partially difference on god characteristics and organizational effectiveness of population statistical character. Depending on sex, 'female' group was high, depending on the age, '46 year-old+ group' was high, depending on the educational level, 'bachelor group' was high, depending on the income, '400manwon+ group' was high. Second, it becomes positive result to the period, the frequency and the intensity of security martial arts practice. Third, it happened that gob characteristics is increase and organizational effectiveness is also positive way.

Study on corporate Culture & Job Satisfaction of Airlines' Flight Attendants (항공사 객실 승무원의 조직문화와 직무만족에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, what effects corporate culture of airlines' flight attendants has on job satisfaction was analyzed and the following results were derived. First, it showed that flight attendants of airlines feel job satisfaction with the ability of handling works by themselves before supervisors order something, with the faith of supervisors that subordinates will be able to work well, and with being able to talk about difficulties of the company open-minded. Second, flight attendants inairlines showed different levels of recognition about corporate culture based on age, married or not, position and how long they have worked in the company. Especially, it showed a big difference by their positions. Third, looking into the effect demographical characters have on job satisfaction, it indicated that the higher the positions were, the higher job satisfaction was, and especially, compared that job satisfaction of flight attendants having 4-7 years' careers is low, that of the flight attendantsmore than 8 years is high.

  • The study was conducted to investigate the activities of working people in the sports club. The subject of this study was to take samples of workers who participated in the physical education system using the convenience sampling method. Out of a total of 400 questionnaires, 387 were used for research purposes, except for invalid or error questionnaires. Factor analysis and reliability tests were performed using IBM SPSS statistics Ver 21.0. Frequency analysis was conducted to explore the general characteristics of the study participants. An independent sample t-test ANOVA were conducted to verify differences among groups according to demographic characteristics, and a correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between variables. Regression was performed to verify the effect of variable factors. The results of the study are as follows. First, there was no difference in wellness and job satisfaction according to gender. Second, there was no difference in wellness and job satisfaction according to sport. Third, there was a significant difference intellectual wellness according to age. In particular, 40s and 50s were higher than 60s and over. Fourth, there was a significant difference in social wellness according to activity duration. In particular, 1~2 years were higher than 3 years or more. Finally, If you look at the impact of working people's wellness lifestyle sports club activities on job satisfaction, the professional wellness lifestyle club activities showed significant influence on job satisfaction.

  • Korea port customs surveillance of administration is operated around the 24 hours without a break in accordance with the characteristic of trade, in this specific environment, Ocean fisheries officials are performing this important duty. This research investigated various factors which might influence Korea Customs Service civil servants who are engaged in port, based on advanced researches on job satisfaction and Herzberg's two factors(motive hygene factor), and analyzed the difference in job satisfaction in respect of job satisfaction composition according to Ocean fisheries officials at port customs sociodemographic characteristics through a survey. Also, the researcher comprehended the factors of job satisfaction which have the biggest influence on the whole job satisfaction. Based on the analysis result, The researcher expects that the results of this research can contribute to customs administration's inherent goal achievement by finding out customs civil servants' job satisfaction degradation factors, who are engaged in port surveillance of administration, and properly controlling them and improving organizational members' job satisfaction.

  • objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate job satisfaction of dental hygienist who were employed at the private dental clinic in Ulsan, Korea methods: The date obtained from some dental hygienists during 1 month. the survey was performed by face-by-face interview questionnaire consisting of 23 items and 6 point Likert type response format. The respondents were 77 from dental hygienists. The adjusted response rate was 88.5%(77/87). Data were analyzed using frequency distribution, independent T-test, ANOVA, chi-square and correlation. all statistical analyzed were conducted using Statistical Package for SPSS 11.5 result: In each factorial duty contentment, the level of the self-conceit from their own job was the highest. on contrary, the level of their monthly earnings was the lowest. In such a case as there was experience to move to another dental hospital, the job satisfaction was higher than nothing to move. conclusion: The dental hygienist who is in charge of protecting and hygiene of the teeth and the disease of oral has much influence of oral health. job satisfaction the dental hygienists have for their own job can influence themselves and even patients. So, making the job satisfaction higher is necessary to improve the quality of general dental hygiene.

  • This study is designed to figure out internship stress factors which took place in their work place of Hotel. Then, the relationship between these internship stress factors and internship satisfaction were explored. Lastly, the internship satisfaction of student under high stress in each stress factor and that of students under low stress were compared each other. five internship stress factors(internship-related stress, human relation stress, regulation stress regarding human resources, organization stress, and Foreign language barrier stress) were delineated from factor analysis. The levels of each internship stress sere significantly different based on several demographic variables. As like as other studies, there were negative relationship between stress and internship satisfaction. finally, the students with low stress in each stress factor except language barrier stress were more satisfied with their internship than those under high stress.

The Effects of Open Kitchen Employees' Emotional Labor on Job Satisfaction and Customer Orientation (오픈 주방 종사원의 감정노동이 직무만족과 고객 지향성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study conducted frequency analysis to explain demographic characteristics using SPSS 18.0 in order to examine the effects of emotional labor of open kitchen employees working for hotels or food service companies. In addition, factor analyses and reliability analyses were performed to test validity and reliability of measured items, and this study also conducted regression analyses in order to test proposed hypotheses in this study. Results are as follows: First, for the effects of the emotional labor of open kitchen employees on job satisfaction, it was found that deep acting has positive effects on job satisfaction, whereas surface acting has negative effects on it. Second, the result shows that job satisfaction has a positive (+) effect on customer orientation. Third, it was found that deep acting has positive effects on customer orientation, while surface acting does not have any significant effects on it. It is considered that supervisors and colleagues' support and assistance are required as a way of reducing emotional labor of employees who work in the open kitchen.

A Study on the Effects of Employees' Job Stress on Organization Effectiveness (직장인의 직무스트레스가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect that the job stress of employees would have on the organization effectiveness. In this study, 222 employees in Seoul and Gyeonggi province were surveyed from March to May, 2015 through empirical research with the structured questionnaires, and the collected data were statistically computerized under a statistical package of SPSS 18.0 and analyzed based on the correlation analysis, frequency analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The Following results were derived. First, the job stress of employees according to demographic characteristics had a significance difference. The technical employees had the lower role ambiguity of job stress compare to other group and the higher the income years and educational background, the higher the role overload of job stress. Second, the job stress of employees had a negative effect on the job satisfaction and Organization effectiveness but a positive effect on the turnover intention and the hypothesis was adopted. Thus, it turned out that the job stress of employees had a significant effect on the organization effectiveness and there was a significance at the statistical level. Based on this research finding, it is considered necessary to seek the specific measures that can help reduce the turnover rate of employees and improve their job satisfaction and organization commitment in a more effective methods.

A Study of the Effects of Job Burnout on Organizational Effectiveness and Turnover Intention (직무소진이 조직유효성과 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구)

  • This study attempted to investigate an efficient human resources management plan by enhancing organizational performance and reducing the factors which influence turnover intention after analyzing the effects of job burnout on organizational effectiveness and turnover intention. To test a research model, after explaining the purpose of the study to them at work, data were obtained through a standardized questionnaire survey. To figure out the effects of job burnout on organizational effectiveness and turnover intention, causality was analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). According to hypothesis testing, a total of five hypotheses were chosen, and the following results were obtained: Job burnout had a significant effect on organizational commitment (-0.456), job satisfaction (-0.488) and turnover intention (0.501). In terms of relations between organizational effectiveness and turnover intention, organizational commitment (-0.350) and job satisfaction (-0.199) decreased turnover intention. Therefore, it is important to discover and analyze these obstacles which hinder employees from being absorbed in their work with attachment.

  • In this paper, the qualification process to target trainees of 200 questionnaires collected 158 call was using the SPSS 18.0 statistical program was statistical results are as follows. First, the demographic characteristics of 158 people a total of 146 people men (92.4%) were 30 and 40 adults. Second, according to gender for women than men showed high satisfaction of sayibeogang. More than a college education group showed a high level of satisfaction. Depending on the marital satisfaction of married people was higher sayibeogang. In addition, cyber-lecture on satisfaction surveys women, highly educated, married, educated in the group were satisfied. 74.5% of total variance, variance, with 88.7 percent reliability was very high reliability. Thus, students' demographic variables, motivation, learning to fit in the field of instructional design and content to support the various efforts will be.
