Popular content stored within the Internet may be convenient to download via modern 3G connections, but costly due to a fee charged by telecommunication providers on the basis of the amount of data transferred. This paper presents a network in which several mobile devices, called the peers, cooperate to download their assigned portion of the content using a 3G connection in order to reduce the overall cost. Then, the peers exchange their assigned portion of the content with other peers via a wireless ad hoc network and the peers reconstruct the whole content using the exchanged portion. This paper focuses on the per-peer based distribution method, and presents the performance comparison with a similar method, called the per-packet distribution method. Both methods are designed to reduce packet collisions while content is exchanged. The simulation result indicates that the per-peer based method outperforms the per-packet based method, and approximately 90% of the telecommunication cost is saved with as few as 10 peers.

In Korea, the concentration for the use of urban railroads is comparatively high during peak hours. In case of road traffic, overcrowdness leads the increase of total travel time and cost naturally but this does not happen in railroad systems because of fixed operational interval. Thus, passenger's disutility is generated physically and mentally from congestion increment. The increase of railroad capacity from new transit lines and expansion of existed lines contributes traveler's comfort benefits to rising. However, present evaluation guidelines for feasibility studies of road and railroad projects do not include any valuation methodology about passenger's comfort benefits. Therefore, in this research, various factors affecting comfort benefits are reviewed and stated preference survey is performed in order to estimate traveler's comfort benefits for congestion reduction. In addition, willingness to pay for congestion avoidance is calculated from that stated preference survey based on Tobit Model. As a result, detailed unit for willingness to pay according to congestion reduction is proposed in this study.

Recently, the frequency of dealing important information regarding financial services like paying through smart device or internet banking on smart device has been increasing. Also, with the development of smart device execution environment towards open software environment, it became easier for users to download and use random application software, and its security aspect appears to be weakening. This study inspects features of hardware-based smart device security technology. Furthermore, this study proposes a realization method in MTM hardware-based secure smart device execution environment for an application software that runs in smart devices. While existing MTM provides the root of trust function only for the mobile device, the MTM-based mobile security environment technology proposed in this paper can provide numerous security functions that application program needs in mobile device. The further researches on IoT devices that are compatible with security hardware, gateway security technology and methods that secure reliability and security applicable to varied IoT devices by advancing security hardware are the next plan to proceed.

The purpose of this study was to understand the influence of research of consumers' consumption values and toward usage attitude, usage intention and willingness to pay of modern people. The study is a consumer research about food delivery services which is rapidly grown up due to recent transformation on a modern dietary life. This study was based on the main survey had conducted from 23th May 2019 to 26th May 2019 by 336 consumers, aged 18 and older, who had experienced Food delivery services in the past. Statistical analysis was performed by using the IBM SPSS v.25.0. In summary, the results of this study are as follows. First, consumption values of food delivery services had a positive influence on usage attitude. Consumption values were catagorized in five sub-values: functional value, social value, emotional value, epistemic value, and conditional value, all of which were found to be significant in affecting on usage attitude. Second, usage attitude toward food delivery services had a positive influence on usage intention. Third, usage attitude toward food delivery services had a positive influence on willingness to pay. Fourth, usage intention of food delivery services had a positive influence on willingness to pay. The results of the study renders industrial and academic implications to the area of Food delivery services industry.

The economic development and the development of medical treatment by scientific technology development progressed the level of national people life and improved average life gradually. In this reason, old people who have finance power would like to receive a comport and high level service, though paying proper expense. In this study, receiving this requirement, we focused that silver town have reasonable and comfortable residing environment in developing rural and rest form silver town objecting external area of Chon-Ju city, and selected land suitability. Through the learning of the neural network theory in the method of land suitability, we applied in the full of study area and improved a flexible determination making as giving each class value in each cell. Also, we compare a method of land suitability using the neural network theory, and it's analysis with a method of land suitability by the duplication method of Boolean Logic have been used In Geo Spatial Information System(GSIS) and proved the Boolean Logic's lose of values and the propriety.

This study commercialization of 5G will enable transformation of university education. This study identifies five attributes (device type, learning place, learning content, learning field and expense payment) and corresponding levels to study the impact of 5G in the future of university education. The attributes and the levels are then combined into few 5G education service alternatives for respondents to rank. 102 students ranked the alternatives based on their preferences and intent to use. Results indicate that the intent to use 5G-based education service was high with 86% and the most important factor was expense payment (37%), followed by learning field (26%), learning content (24%), device type (8%) and learning place (5%). Specifically, students preferred smart device, practical and experiential content, ubiquitous (no limitation of space and time) learning, practical education and free rate when adopting 5G-based education service. These will provide implications to accelerate adoption of and exploitation of 5G for innovating university education.

Company's interest in the work place training and investment has been growing continuously because the talent of human resource is the competitiveness itself in the knowledge based society. However, corporate training programs mainly have focused on large companies and SMEs despite the economic business volume have been treated too lightly so far. This paper regards corporate training programs with one of the methods for SMEs innovation and proposes the smart learning in the smart device diffusion. Concretely, this paper analyzes the utilization intention, each attribute and level in smart learning characteristics using conjoint analysis. The result shows that SMEs have positive response for smart learning acceptance and SMEs consider significantly the usage fee type and location with the difference between regular employee and administrator. Specially, interactive communication and customized contents are preferred in the training type. Smart learning can be used as strategic means in supporting the value innovation and enhancing the absorptive capacity in SMEs innovation process.

Companies that use open source SW must comply with the "Open Source SW License" in order to use it freely. However, despite the potential legal responsibilities and risks associated with compliance, they do not know or neglect the risks. For this reason, cases of disputes, including license violations, are soaring. Recently, Open source SW license compliance platform services have been developed and actively utilized to address these issues. This study designed a business model for open source SW license compliance platform and conducted an economic feasibility analysis. The focus of the study is the establishment of a business model and the estimation of potential customers and actual purchase rates. For this purpose, we designed seven business model scenarios for promotion and sales period, and performed an economic evaluation using an expanded model of the Bass model, the Kalish model and the customer's maximum willingness to pay.

The global intelligent transport systems (ITS) market is experiencing rapid growth, and domestic ITS companies' efforts to extend its business abroad are steadily increasing. However, due to the burden of costs associated with the overseas expansion and the lack of strategy for local market, domestic companies' contracts for global businesses are far short of the technology. Although the government is actively promoting Korean enterprises' participation to overseas business, it has obvious limits due to the lack of its specialized strategy. This study established a customized export model for the countries in which Korean companies want to enter, and developed a strategy to advance into the local market.

There is imminent need to find a way to measure the recreational benefits of water so that appropriate actions can be taken to make a multi-purpose reservoir. Therefore, this study attempts to apply a choice experiment to quantifying the recreational benefits of a multi-purpose reservoir, using a specific case study of Sangkwan multi-purpose reservoir. We consider the trade-offs between price and attributes of recreational attributes for selecting a preferred alternative and derive the marginal willingness to pay (MWTP) estimate for each attribute. The results show that the MWTP for providing additional 10,000 ton of water is estimated to be 3 won per household per year. The MWTP for improving 1 level of water quality is computed to be 645.5 won per household per year. Moreover, the MWTP for providing recreation facilities is calculated to be 1,518.6 won per household per year. This study allows us to provide policy-makers with useful quantitative information that can reduce uncertainty in the decision-making process related to a multi-purpose reservoir construction projects.
