The purpose of this study is to correctly understand the shaping process of Mongolian women's costumes, which had close connection with Korean costumes. 'Nomadic' factors of Mongol costumes are trousers and jacket, with deel(袍) pleated in the waistline for horse riding, and knee-covering narrow-sleeved long dress for men and women alike for protection against the cold. However, Married women wore bogthag(gogo: ) containing symbols derived from nomadic way of life. 'Foreign' factors are divided into two kinds; foreign culture applied to Mongolian costumes(woven stuff, Koryo style), and transformation in costumes to adjust to the environmental alteration owing to extended territory(pigap(比甲), Jacket and skirt), the last of which served as the chief distinction between nomadic and Y an fashions. 'Religious' factors are unique patterns and colors while retaining their symbolism. Some aspects(mongke tengri or eternal sky) of Shamanism is reflected in avoidance of washing, while positive effect of Lamanism is evidenced in yellow cosmetic applied on the forehead and 16 sky devil dance clothes.dance clothes.

The literature on Km women's history from ancient times to the end of the Japanese occupation is collected and analyzed The total number of documents treated in this paper is 369. The documents, all written by 2003 include books, theses for master's and Ph. D. degrees, journal articles, and digital papers on the Internet home pages. The results shows that the favored themes of the researchers were women's status, education, and arts. Other subjects include women's activities, daily life, biographies, and religion. The most preferred period was the Chosun Dynasty and the least preferred period was the Koryo Dynasty. The usual method of these documents is narrative. There are few attempts to compare women's history of Korea with that of other countries.

국제연합은 1975년에 "장애인 권리선언"을 결의하였고, 1981년을 "세계 장애인의 해"로 결정하였다. 우리나라에서도 1981년 6월 5일, 법률 제 3452호 "심신장애자 복지법"을 제정, 공포하였고 1989년 12월 30일 "장애인 복지법"으로 개정하였다. 한편, 미국에서는 1990년 7월 26일 George Bush 전 대통령이 "The American with Disabilities Act of 1990(ADA)"에 서명하였다. 이 법은 인종, 성별, 출신지, 그리고 종교에 관계없이 장애자에게도 같은 시민 권리 보호를 제공한다는 것이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 장애인을 위해 설계된 건물이나 시설물들이 그렇게 많지 않다는데 그 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 신체 장애인에게 “동등한 생활의 질”을 제공하자는 데 있다. 그에 따른 목표로써 신체장애에 대한 구분이 이루어 졌고, 이동 수단으로서의 wheelchair에 대해 조사되었고, ADA accessibility guidelines가 분석되었다. 또한 인간공학과 감성공학으로 재활공학에 접근하였으며 가상현실이 이용되는 현 추세도 연구되었다. 결론적으로, 제시된 guidelines를 이용하여 가상현실의 세계에서 충분히 simulation을 마친 후에 장애인을 위한 좀더 과학적이고 합리적인 건물 또는 시설물 그리고 wheelchair를 제작할 수 있으면 한다.과학적이고 합리적인 건물 또는 시설물 그리고 wheelchair를 제작할 수 있으면 한다.

우리 국민에게 2000년은 야누스의 두 얼굴로 다가오고 있다. 새로운 천년에 대한 희망의 얼굴과, 세기말 대재양론에 Y2K문제까지 가세하여 불안함을 감추지 못하는 절망의 얼굴이다. 일부 종교단체나 예언가들은 Y2K문제로 인해 지구의 종말이 온다고 믿고서 피난처를 만들고 있으며 인터넷망 등을 이용, 지지세력의 확장을 꾀하고 있다. 그러나 우리는 이에 편승하여 인류의 미래를 이들에게 맡길 것이 아니라, Y2K문제의 실상을 정확히 이해하고 지혜로운 대처를 위해 모든 역량을 결집해야 할 것이다. Y2K문제는 개인용 컴퓨터에서부터 금융, 통신, 전력, 행정전산망 등 국가산업 전반에 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라 모든 국민의 생활과 직결되는 문제이기 때문이다. 특히 안전성이 생명인 원자력 발전소에서의 Y2K문제는 모든 국민과 언론의 집중적인 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 이 같은 관심과 우려의 표명은 원전의 특성을 고려할 때 당연한 현상이지만, 2000년이 되면 원전이 불시에 정지되고 큰 사고가 발생할 것이라는 일부의 시각은 국민의 불안만 가중시킬 뿐이다. 결론부터 말하자면 이러한 우려는 기우에 불과하다. 예를 들면 은행 전산망에서 이자를 계산할 때는 날짜가 필수적이다. 그러나 일반 산업 자동화 설비와 마찬가지로 24시간 연속 가동되는 원자력발전소를 운전 할 때는 미리 일정한 값으로 입력된 각종 운전자료, 즉 온도, 압력, 유량 등과 매순간 생성되는 운전자료들을 단순 비교하기 때문에 날짜가 필요치 않다. 이는 마치 실내 난방온도를 일정 값으로 미리 정해놓으면, 그때 그때의 실내온도와 미리 정해진 온도를 비교하여 난방기가 자동으로 작동되는 방식과 같다. 따라서 운전과 직접 관련되는 설비는 Y2K와 관련이 없고, 운전 편의를 위한 데이터취득설비 일부와 방사능 계측 등의 측정장비에 Y2K영향이 있다. 한전에서는 이들 문제의 적시 해결을 위해 충분한 예산과 인력을 확보하여 문제를 해결하는 과정에 있으며 3월 현재 약 70$\%$의 공정을 보이고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the difference of importance-performance about human right of social worker who works in housing facilities of the disabled. Based on our result, we suggest strategies to implement human rights for the disabled. We collected data from 344 social workers in Busan. We analyzed descriptive statistics, and employed T-Test and Importance-Performance Analysis. Results found the importance level was higher than the performance level of human rights for the disabled. Second, agreement of residential space open and vote right guarantees, the importance level was higher than performance level. Items, excluding ensuring religious activities, prohibiting corporal punishment, strengthening the facility monitoring system and improve facility environment and strengthen program, featured a higher performance level than the importance level. Third, based on the IPA analysis, we derived action strategies for each IPA analysis matrix. We examined 10 items, including free communication included in the first quadrant, improvement of facilities management policy in the second quadrant, prohibition of corporal punishment and strengthening of facility monitoring system in the fourth quadrants.

This study was conducted to identify factors influencing depression symptoms among college students. To accomplish this, a self-administered questionnaire was distributed to 546 college students from October 1st to November 30th, 2015. Univariate analysis, logistic regression, and multivariate regression analysis between variables were then conducted using depression symptoms as the dependent variable and other relevant factors as independent variables. The level of depression among the subjects differed significantly according to personal attributes, family life and school life characteristics, as well as health related behavioral characteristics. The risk of depression was significantly higher in the lower group than the higher group of family and friends social support, the lower group than the higher group of self-esteem, the lower group than the higher group of locus of control, and in the high risk stress group than the normal stress group. Factors influencing depression symptoms included religion, social support from family, social support from friends, interpersonal dependency, locus of control, and stress were identified as significant variables, indicating that depression among college students is related to diverse elements including sociodemographic characteristics, social support from family/friends, interpersonal dependency, locus of control, and stress. Depression symptoms significantly increased when social support from family or friends, low psychological behavior characteristics are low, and when stress is high. Thus, it is necessary to understand factors related to depression and reduce them to decrease depression levels of college students.

It seems to be quite an ambitious endeavor to trace back the translation history of Catholic Vulgate Bible from Latin language to Asian languages since 16th century. I try to bring out the translation(translative) procedure of Latin Bible to the Chinese Version, which is eventually come up (and the latter)to the Korean Version. It has been supported and funded by the National Research Foundation of Korea. This task has a three-year plan. For the first step(operation), I examined and searched the European situation of the Vulgate Bible in the Catholic Church, i.e. the ritual use of Vulgate Bible in the Mass and the religious retreat. The liturgical texts, to begin with, were analysed to disclose how the Vulgate Bible was reflected in them. The Lectionary and the Evangeliary were the typical ones. The structure or the formation system of the Lectionaries for Mass was based on the liturgical year cycle. From this point, the Vulgate Bible was rooted in the religious life of European Catholics after the Council of Trent which had proclaimed the Vulgate to be authentic source of the Revelation, therefore, to be respected as the only authoritative Bible. How did the Catholic Church use the Vulgate Bible out of the context and the boundary (sphere) of liturgy? The Meditation guide books for the purpose of instructing the religious retreat was published and (diffused) circulated among the priests, the religious persons and even the laymen. In those books also were included (found) the citation, the interpretation and the commentaries of the Vulgate Bible. The most of the devotees in Europe read the biblical phrases out of the meditation guide books. There are still remained the unsolved problems of how to understand (for understanding) the actual aspect of the Vulgate Bible in the European Catholic Church. All the Biblical verses were translated into French and included in the meditation guide books published in France. What did the Holy See think the French translation of the Vulgate Bible? Unfortunately, there were not found the Vatican Decrees about the European translation of the Vulgate Bible. The relationship between the Vulgate Bible and the Meditation guide (Those) will be much important for the study of Chinese translation of it. The search for the Decrees and the researches on it and the European and the non-European translations of the Vulgate Bible will be a continuous task for me as well as the other researchers on these subjects in the future.

Today, design is not free from fashion, which emerges and vanishes temporarily, and aims at equalization. As a result, products quickly become obsolete because of fashion. This means that the span of products is determined by a social concept, which is not clarified, regardless of their functions. Usable products will gradually disappear from us and it will cause serious environmental problems, unless we can find out measures against fashion. As such, it is important to study the characteristics of the shaker's design in this circumstance. The Shaker's community has a distinguishable difference from other general societies. Temporary fashion and misled information cannot interfere with their consciousness. Religion, the life and the principle of design have developed on the same level in their community. Especially, any decoration or the difference of materials is not allowed in shaker's design. It reflects their thinking that all people are equal in the sight of God. Therefore, any decoration for social and economical superiority can not be used. Through this consciousness, they can be free from fashion or decoration. They, also, believe that they can reach perfection through practicality and simplicity. The reason why shaker's design is not disturbed by fashion is that their belief is involved in their design. Consequently, if religious or conscious contents are primarily set up, design can be free from fashion and products can be used for a long time.

Purpose: This study is to understand how community members perceive past life recollection and preparation for death. Methods: Using a questionnaire, we surveyed 160 adult residents of one of the districts (gu) in Seoul, Korea. Descriptive statistics were used. Results: Participants chose their 30s and 40s as the most difficult time in their lives. The most painful experience was "an illness of a family member", followed by "trouble with a spouse", and "trouble with children". As for the most difficult social experience, "sense of loss in life" was ranked the highest. Personally, the happiest time was "accomplishment of a goal", while it was "happiness through children" in family relationship and "contribution to society through my career" in social life. As for the most regrettable experience, personally "having lived without purpose" was the highest, "not meeting my parents' expectation more" in family relationship; "not providing sufficient education" in relationship with children; "not having an occupation that I wanted" in work life, and "lack of social skills" in social life. More than 87% of the surveyed showed a positive attitude about the system of the do not resuscitate (DNS) order. For a situation where participants were supposed to have an incurable disease, "I want to be notified of the true condition" and "I want to write a will and advanced directives" ranked high, receiving more than 3.1 points out of 4. Conclusion: These results demonstrate the need for death education to provide people with an opportunity to accept their regrettable experiences in the past as part of their life. Also, this study suggests the importance of writing advanced directives for people to prepare for "death with dignity" how it can help their decision to be better respected.
