As for career, there was a difference in 'education and teaching activity' a subordinate factor of role performance. As for working facility type, there was a difference in emotional intelligence and organizational culture. Second, there was correlation between infant care teachers' emotional intelligence and organizational culture, and their role performance. • The study aims were to verify the influences of job environment factors and work attitude on turnover intention of school foodservice employees, and then to verify the mediating effect of organization commitment between six areas of worklife and turnover intention so that organizations can intervene to reduce the turnover intentions of employees. The subjects were 205 employees who were working in the school foodservice field. The job environment factors were measured by six areas of worklife (workload, control, reward, fairness, community, value) and the organizational commitment was measured by two types of commitments (affective, continuance). The results were as follows. First, workload, reward, community and value of six areas of worklife reduced affective commitment, control and fairness increased continuance commitment, and affective commitment reduced turnover intention. Second, only reward and community showed direct effect on turnover intention, but all six areas of worklife had a statistically significant indirect effect on turnover intention through affective commitment. These results showed that job environment factors had both direct and indirect effect on employees' behavior through employees' affection. These findings imply that organizations can control employees' turnover intention by providing education or social support to maintain their affective commitment even when organizations cannot change job environment.

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of innovation-oriented organizational culture on organizational members' innovation behavior, and to confirm the sequential mediating effect of the boss's coaching leadership and the basic psychological needs of organizational members. For this purpose, an online survey was conducted targeting 377 office workers who had been working with the same boss for more than 6 months. The collected data was analyzed using Hayes' SPSS PROCESS Macro. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the relationship between organizational culture and innovative behavior was statically significant. Second, it was confirmed that coaching leadership and basic psychological needs sequentially mediate in the relationship between organizational culture and innovative behavior. In other words, the innovation-oriented organizational culture does not directly affect innovative behavior, but rather leads to the exertion of coaching leadership by boss, and coaching leadership promotes more innovative behavior by influencing the satisfaction of members' basic psychological needs. This is meaningful as a basic study on how environmental variables, such as organizational culture and superior leadership, affect individual motivational variables, desire, and thus affect individual behavioral variables. In addition, based on the results of this study, academic and practical implications were discussed, and limitations of this study and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.

  • This study was conducted to confirm whether organization culture unbalance plays a role as a moderating variable on the mediation process that protean career orientation influences subjective career success through continuous learning activity. To this end, a survey was carried out on 276 office workers with more than 5 years of work experience in large companies, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 25 and Process Macro v3.5. The results showed that continuous learning activity mediates the relationship of protean career orientation affecting subjective career success, but moderating effect of organizational culture unbalance and the moderated mediation effect were not statistically significant. However, statistical significance was found on the moderating effect of organizational culture unbalance on the mediation process, that 'self-direction', protean career orientation's sub-factor, affects subjective career success and its' sub-factor 'employability', and 'career satisfaction' through continuous learning activity. The significance and limitations of our findings are also discussed.

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship between job calling consciousness and job enthusiasm for the development of marine police izations and individuals. A study was conducted on 136 Korea Cost Guard officials. Sub-variables of vocational calling consciousness consisted of transcendent calling, the existence of purpose and meaning, and pro-social-oriented motivation, and job enthusiasm consisted of vitality, immersion, and dedication. As a result of the verification, it was found that transcendent calling, purpose, and meaning, which are sub-variables of occupational calling recognized by Korea Cost Guard officials, have a positive (+) effect on vitality, and commitment. However, it was found that pro-social-oriented motivation did not affect vitality, commitment, and immersion. Through the analysis results, practical implications of the maritime police ization were proposed.

  • Purpose: This study identifies the impact on composition of the firefighting organization, fire command ability, and public opinion operation on organizational citizenship behavior for fire officials to respond to the earthquake disaster, and provides practical implications as basic data for firefighting organizations to cope with the earthquake disaster. Method: Questionnaire survey was performed for 159 fire officials, and the surveyed data was statistically analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 program. Result: First, the results of the verification of the hypothesis showed that the composition of the fire organization, firefield command ability and public opinion operation have a positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Second, the relative contribution of independent variables to the dependent variables was identified in the order of composition of fire organization, fire command ability and public opinion operation. Conclusion: The implications of this study suggested from a practical perspective that the government needs to organize firefighting organizations, develop firefield command ability and operate public opinion in advance in order to respond to earthquakes.

  • The purposes of this study were to: a) provide evidence concerning the effects of emotional intelligence on job outcomes, b) examine the impacts of emotional intelligence on employee-related variables such as 'job satisfaction', 'organizational commitment', 'organizational performance', and 'turnover intention' c) identify the conceptual framework underlying emotional intelligence. A survey was conducted to collect data from foodservice managers (N=231). Statistical analyses were completed using SPSS Win (16.0) for descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, correlation analysis, cluster analysis and AMOS (16.0) for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The concept of emotional intelligence (EI) has been on the radar screens of many leaders and managers over the last several decades. The emotional intelligence is generally accepted to be a combination of emotional and interpersonal competencies that influence behavior, thinking and interaction with others. The main results of this study were as follows. The four EI (Emotional Intelligence) dimensions correlated significantly with age. The means of job satisfaction score were above the midpoint (3.04 point) scale. The organizational commitment score was above the midpoint (3.41 point) scale and was higher at 'loyalty' factor than 'commitment' factor. The means of organizational performance score were above the midpoint (3.34) scale. The correlations among the four EI (emotional intelligence) factors were significant with job satisfaction; organizational commitment, organizational performance and turnover intention. The test of hypothesis using structural equation modeling found that emotional intelligence produced positive effects on job attitude and job performance. Emotional intelligence enhanced organizational commitment, and in turn, managers' attitude produced positive effects on organizational performance; emotional intelligence also had a direct impact on organizational performance. This study has identified the effect of emotional intelligence on organizational performance and attitudes toward one's job.

The findings of this study are as follows: First, nurses' acceptance of AI had a significant positive effect on deep acting but not on surface acting. Second, deep acting had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, but surface acting did not. Third, nurses' organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Fourth, deep acting significantly mediated the relationship between nurses' acceptance of AI and organizational commitment, but surface acting did not. Fifth, deep acting and organizational commitment significantly mediated the relationship between nurses' acceptance of AI and job satisfaction, but surface acting and organizational commitment did not. Theoretical and practical implications are provided based on the relationships between the variables found in this study.

In the case of unmarried people, the lower the organizational communication, the more favorable the 'Jol-hon'. Finally, this study will present the theoretical basis for studying 'Jol-hon' in the future and suggest the policy implications to solve middle and senior couple problems.

  • This paper describes the measurement of tissue blood flow by the the self-mixing effect of laser diode. A Laser doppler signals due to the moving object and the tissue blood flow were detected by the self-mixing effect of laser diode. The Doppler shifted frequency was changed linearly with the driving frequency of moving object and was increase after the exercise. The results of in-vivo experiment were consistent with the result of exercise physiology.
