Organizational Culture of Performance of the Organization of Private Security (민간경비원의 조직문화와 조직성과의 관계)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 민간경비원의 조직문화와 조직신뢰 및 조직성과의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2010년 6월 서울소재 4개소 민간경비회사의 민간경비원을 모집단으로 설정한 후 판단표집법을 이용하여 최종분석에 이용된 사례 수는 총 161명이다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$값이 .592이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비원의 조직문화는 조직신뢰에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 개발적, 합리적, 합의적, 위계적 문화가 활성화 되면 인지 감정적, 행동적 신뢰를 증가시킨다. 둘째, 민간경비원들의 조직문화는 조직성과에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 합리적, 합의적 문화가 활성화 되면, 직무만족은 높다. 반면, 개발적, 합의적, 위계적 문화가 활성화 되면, 조직몰입은 높다. 셋째, 민간경비원의 조직신뢰는 조직성과에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 인지 감정적, 행동적 신뢰가 높게 작용하면, 직무만족, 조직몰입은 증대된다.

  • This study aims to emphasize the importance of organizational culture through case studies on the activation of Atomy corporate culture, which is a key factor in corporate sustain-ability. A company is a purely Korean network marketing company that is advantageous to consumers, and further enhances the sustainable growth system by realizing the value of A company that realizes customer's success beyond customers' with better quality and more reasonable prices. In particular, A company has the following three characteristics of organizational culture to realize its founding philosophy, motto, management goals and management policy. First, it is a culture of Observing Principles. Second, it is a culture of glowing together. Third, it is a sharing culture. In addition, A company established and practiced, a unique thinking and organizational culture characteristic of work, to realize growth and development of a top-notch company beyond a global Korean network marketing company. On the other hand, A company is realizing the re-establishment and implementation of the human resource management system that strategically reflects the value of industry according to the changes and characteristics of the times. In other words, the most important factor for revitalizing the organizational culture is the aspect of changes in the personnel system. We are further improving our sustain-ability management system through system innovation to provide continuous value to our partners, members, and consumers along with a strategic HR system differentiated from existing network marketing companies.

A Study on the Organizational Factors for the Activation of CRM: Learning Organization Theory Approach (CRM 활성화를 위한 조직관련 요인에 대한 연구: 학습조직이론을 바탕으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to conduct a theoretical and empirical study to identify the appropriate organizational culture for the activation of CRM. The contents of this study are consisted of two parts: First, using the organizational learning theory originated in the organizational behavior area this study proposed which culture related factors are indispensable for the activation of CRM. Second, the propositions in the first part were confirmed by analyzing the survey data from the CRM practitioners in Korean companies. Conclusively the results show the follows: First, for the activation of CRM not only the individual learning(including team learning) but also the enterprise-wide sharing of the information is the crucial element. Second, for the activation of the individual learning, the enterprise-wide participation, the active experimental trials based on the empowerment, and the facilitative leadership of top management must be encouraged. Third, for the activation of the information sharing the active communication among the departments and the possession of organizational memory must be realized.

Relationship between Organizational Culture, Organizational Trust and Organizational Performance of Special Guard Organization (특수경비조직의 조직문화와 조직신뢰 및 조직성과의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture, organizational trust and organizational performance of special guard organization. This study had selected special guards from 4 different private guard companies which are in Seoul area on March 2011. Using Judgement Sampling, 161 samples were drawn for the use of final analysis. Questionnaire used in this study was consisted of the total 42 question, and executed frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis by SPSSWIN 18.0. The Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value which represents the reliability of the survey came out to be over .592. The results are following: First, the organizational culture of special guard organization affects organizational trust. That is, when a developmental, reasonable, consensual and hierarchical culture is activated, cognitive emotional and behavioral trust is increased. Second, organizational culture of special guard organization affects organizational performance. That is, when a reasonable and consensual culture is activated, job-satisfaction becomes higher. On the other hand, when a developmental, reasonable and hierarchical culture is activated, organizational flow becomes higher. Third, organizational trust of special guard organization affects organizational performance. That is, when a cognitive emotional and behavioral trust works highly, job-satisfaction and organizational flow is increased. Fourth, Special security organization's organizational culture affects as a result in organization result. As well as organizational culture exerts direct influence on organization outcome, I exert effect that is indirect in organization outcome through action trust which is low rank factor of organization trust.

  • 최근 4차산업혁명으로 산업계에 전반적으로 확산하고 있는 디지털트랜스포메이션과 코로나19로 인한 장기적인 경기 불황의 여파로 대응 역량이 제한적일 수밖에 없는 중소기업의 어려움이 갈수록 심화하고 있다. 중소기업은 기업의 성과를 높이기 위해 경영혁신과 함께 조직구성원들의 역량을 강화하기 위한 다양한 노력을 지속하고 있다. 이러한 중소기업의 성장과 조직구성원의 역량 향상은 국가 경제에 매우 중요한 의미를 가지고 있다. 이에 조직구성원의 자발적인 참여와 동기부여를 통해 직무만족도를 높이고 조직성과를 창출하려는 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 중소기업의 조직문화와 조직구성원의 자기효능감이 직무만족도와 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 잡 크래프팅의 매개 역할 여부를 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 조직문화와 자기효능감이 중소기업의 잡 크래프팅을 활성화하고, 활성화된 잡 크래프팅이 직무만족도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 관계를 검증하고자 한다. 불확실한 경영환경 아래서 중소기업의 지속적인 생존과 성장을 위해 자기주도적으로 새로운 변화에 빠르게 대응할 수 있는 잡 크래프팅을 매개변수로, 그리고 조직구성원의 핵심 역량으로 요구되고 있는 직무만족도를 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

  • Organizations are facing a new, diverse security threat as ICT based industrial environment arises. As a way of effective countermeasure for security threat, organizations are making an effort to establish internalization of security culture, targeting a organizational members. However, members' awareness toward security receptiveness is low as inconvenience exists in business process and existing security culture focuses on controlling and regulating. Accordingly, this research desires to develop a participatory security culture which can higher the efficiency of security work process and induce members' voluntary participation. A comparative analysis on security culture related prior researches is conducted and based on a drawn components, statistical verification is accomplished. It is expected to contribute on future research on measuring a security culture level.

  • This study aimed to assist the improvement of organizational commitment and the preparation of an action plan regarding support from the organization by examining the effects of organizational culture types and perceived organizational support on firefighters' organizational commitment. To this end, 205 fire-fighting officers from the northern area of Gyeonggi-do were surveyed using the purposive sampling method. The results demonstrated that among organizational culture types, the perception of group culture, rational culture, and organizational support held by firefighters had a significant influence on their organizational commitment. Based on these results, this study suggested various support plans at the organizational level for stimulating group culture and rational culture among firefighters, and improving organizational commitment.

  • This study was to investigate the level of oragnizational culture and self-leadership on organizational effectiveness and the significant factors influencing organizational effectiveness in radio-technologists. The dominant organizational culture was innovation oriented culture. The mean score of self-readership score was 3.35 out of a maximum 5 points. organizational commitment was statistically significant with age, place of work, relational culture, hierarchial culture, self-goal establishmental leader ships. job satisfaction was statistically significant with marital status, realational culture, self reward leaderships, self-goal establismental lederships. these results suggest that further development should be continued to develop the effective self-readership and organizational culture to improve the organizational effectiveness of radio technologists.

  • Knowledge Management System(KMS) is being built or built in many construction companies for their Competitive Power over expecting that KM leads to Managemental effective outcome and brings out profit. But the real aspects contrary to those Expectations and the outcome through KM dose not match the anticipant value. It is why most of them do not have a tendency to consider of besides of Computer system which are organization culture or cognition of members and think important of Computer System except others and the study on KM has not been enough. As those reason, there are little great managemental or administration growth through KM. On these problems this study has been started, and Organization Culture for KM's practical efficiency was treated and studied in the paper how to solve the problems and make KM effective.
