The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of error sources in emotional intelligence assessment of young children. The emotional intelligence of 198 five years old children was assessed using the Emotional Intelligence Scale developed by Lee[14]. Evaluation results were analyzed using G study for generalizability theory. G study results show that parents can be effective evaluators for emotional intelligence in young children. Strategies to reduce error effects are discussed.

United Nations Depository Library Systems is not yet well known to the Public. United Nations as an international organization founded on the basis of various cultures, ethnic groups and political & economical backgrounds, have complied all its policies and activities into various type of materials in written form from the beginning. These materials including laws, periodicals and monographs produced from UN\`s various activities have a great vale as library materials containing useful information. UN has distributed them throughout the designated libraries called UN Depository Libraries for the world users. So UN materials are available to users not only from the member countries but from the world. I the Republic of Korea several depository libraries have received a large quantity of UN materials since the 1990\`s. However, these materials have not been utilized well. Under thee circumstances, this study tries to present the ways to promote user\`s understanding of UN material and encourage them to use the valuable information more effectivity.

This study is basically focused on the relationship between the franchisors and franchisees. The goal of this study is mainly to inquire the variables of relationship characteristics affecting the commitment which lies in internal polity, and secondly to comprehensively analyze the performance resulting from commitment and examine the efficient alternatives onto relationship management. The practical methodology using in this study has been done in a national representing food franchise system. This study has been resulted in following: First, the variables that show significantly to the commitment are noncoercive influential strategy, dependence, cooperation, and goal divergence. In the contrast the coercive influential strategy hasn't showed significantly; Second, the result has showed that the commitment when it would be related with performance furthered the financial performance and role performance; and. therefore, we finally conclude that it would be more important to make lots of efforts of establishing the win-win relationship through the long-term commitment between the franchisor and franchisee in order to develop the more effective relationship of the franchise system.

The self-control of 259 five-year-old children was assessed using the Self-Control Rating Scale(SCRS) developed by Kendall and Wilcox[1]. The evaluation results were analyzed using G study of generalizability theory. The results of G study shows that parents can be effective evaluators for the self-control assessment of young children. The strategies to reduce the effects of error are also discussed.

In this paper, we propose an ontology-based approach to measuring degree-of-interest in country by analyzing wikipedia usage data. First, we developed the degree-of-interest ontology called DOI ontology by extracting concept hierarchies from wikipedia categories. Second, we map the title of frequently edited articles into DOI ontology, and we measure degree-of-interest based on DOI ontology by analyzing wikipedia page views. Finally, we perform chi-square test of independence to figure out if interesting fields are independent or not by country. This approach shows interesting fields are closely related to each country, and provides degree of interests by country timely and flexibly as compared with conventional questionnaire survey analysis.

This paper is studied on the effect of the bolt joint stiffness on the Thrust Measurement Stand(TMS). TMS is a test stand for thrust performance of the propulsion system, which depends on two factors: The $1^{st}$ is the parallel degree between directions of the thrust vector and action lines of the corresponding measuring load cells for the vector, and the $2^{nd}$ is the orthogonality between action lines of the measuring load cells. Therefore, it is essential to maintain the original shape of the TMS under operating conditions. In this paper, it is examined how the geometric tolerance of the bolt joints and threads of the load cell trains affect the performance of the TMS. Also, some techniques to overcome related problems are proposed.

In Korea, bellwether voting places were selected for exit poll based on the past voting results. Sometimes, voting place stratification were used to improve the exit poll performance. The sampled voting places are intended to mirror the general voters of the entire electoral district. But few studies have been done as to which sampling method works better. This study compared the four sampling methods-bellwether voting place sampling method, random sampling method, stratified bellwether sampling method and systematic sampling from ordered voting places method. When we applied the four methods to the 2004 general election data, the systematic sampling from ordered voting places method outperformed the other three sampling method. Also, we found that the additional sampling of voting places over nine contribute little to the accuracy of the estimation.

Through the survey of the K university students' perception on participation in elections, we want to find ways to induce a sound political participation and to effectively be able to boost voter turnout. We analyze the relations among image on election, interest in election and will of participation via structural equation model. We found that both image on election and interest in election significantly influence on will of participation in election. Using the last election participation as a moderating variable, we found that image on election has more effects on will of participation for the participants but not for the case of interest in election.

The purpose of this article by looking into the international commercial arbitration system of China is to provide solutions regarding commercial disputes that may occur in trade between China and Korea. For the research, literature review based on the Chinese Arbitration Law and CIETAC Arbitration Rules was employed. According to the research, the arbitration system of China applies partially differentiated legislation between domestic and international arbitration rules, unaccepting any ad-hoc arbitration, a limitation to the party autonomy, a deficiency of independence given to the arbitral institution, the participation of jurisdiction on arbitration is severe and it brings hardships in the execution of arbitral award. Beside these, in China's arbitral institution the jurisdiction directly progresses adjustments during the arbitration procedure and the following result is written as the award. Thus, the research is expected to provide legal and practical solutions to the commercial dispute with Chinese companies by looking into the main contents of legislations of the international commercial arbitration system in China.

Changes in political and economic environments require a new concept of 'culture' and a paradigm shift in cultural policies. Especially, broadcasting is needed to construct a productive infra-structure in order to play its role as culture industry in multi-channel environments caused by the progress of digital technology. In addition, Korea-USA FTA Agreement and a subsequently expected open policy of broadcasting market raise issues of a flow of foreign capital and a compatibility of cultural diversities and cultural identities. From this perspective, this study attempts to suggest alternatives for cultural diversity of program contents in new global media environments. More specifically, these alternatives examine the meaning and achievements of co-production of broadcasting programs as an active and direct method to preserve cultural identities and universalities of cultural contents at the same time. Details of this study are as follows: thorough review of internation co-production and program format industries and their possibilities to overcome cultural harriers and to provide local alternatives.
