The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of ego-resilience and professionalism awareness on occupational stress of early childhood teachers. The subjects of this study were 154 early childhood teachers working at day care centers and kindergartens. The data and information were collected through questionnaires. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed on the collected data with the SPSSWin 18.0 statistics program. The following results were shown: First, in regards to the relationship between ego-resilience, professionalism awareness and occupational stress, there were high correlations among them. Second, ego-resilience of early childhood teachers had a greater influence on occupational stress. Third, professionalism awareness of early childhood teachers had an influence on occupational stress. Forth, ego-resilience and professionalism awareness of early childhood teachers had influences on occupational stress, and their explained variance was 28%. These results imply that the support systems shoud be prepared to improve positive thoughts and attitudes of early childhood teachers.

This study was performed to determine the job satisfaction and its association with sociodemographic and health related characteristics, job-related factors, perception on socioeconomic status, professional job perception, job stress and social support among nursing officers. The survey was administered to 542 nursing officers working at military hospitals of the ROK Armed Forces, from Oct. 1 to Nov. 30. The structured self-administered questionnaires were delivered and they were collected without respondents' personal information. As a results, The job satisfaction of respondents turned out to be significantly higher in the following groups: an elder, married, subjective sleep quality is good, feels they are healthy, higher positional status, a longer job career, satisfied with their work, without consider quitting the job, their physical burden of work is adequate. The survey results showed that respondents' job satisfaction is positively correlated with the professional job perception and social support. while it is negatively correlated with job stress. When analyzed by Covariance Structure, it turned out that the professional job perception is more influential on job satisfaction than job stress and social support. The study found the professional job perception, high social support, and low job stress tends to improve job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the study also found that the professional job perception and high social support reduces job stress.

This study was conducted to the purpose of elucidating the factors affecting the professional job perception of the medical recorders working at general hospitals. The study subjects were 428 medical recorders working at general hospitals. The survey was conducted using a standardized self-administered questionnaire from September 1 to 30, 2015. As a results, the professional job perceptions of the subjects were significantly related to the group of lower age, lower educational level, the unmarried group than the married group, lower monthly income, lower BMI, lower job position, dissatisfaction in work, unfit to the job, considering quit the job, irregular exercise, irregular eating breakfast, lower perception on socioeconomic status of medical recorders, lower perception on socioeconomic status of oneself, and lower future status of medical recorders. In particular, hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that the sociodemographic characteristics and the job related characteristics is highly correlated with the professional job perception. In conclusion, it suggested that the professional job perception of medical recorders was significantly related to the sociodemographic characteristics and the job related characteristics.

In this research, the factor having an effect on the cancer check inspection through the cancer check service and process, of desiring against the cancer check examinee living in the illustration and rural area environment, and analysis about the result tries to be sought for. This research performed the frequency analysis, cross analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis and came to the conclusion. The examination reservation procedure, medical team professionalism, examination contents of notice, result of medical examination explanation, examination notification date, and examination duration of subscription was analyzed as the significance factor as the factor reached to the urban district inspection. And the examination contents of notice, total examination time, result of medical examination explanation, medical team professionalism, examination duration of subscription, and process of the medical examination explanation as to rural area, was analyzed as the significance factor. The cancer check was inspected according to the illustration and farming village and there was no big difference in the significance factor having an effect on the inspection. However, the Profiling about the examination procedure and service has to be continuously performed. And the differentiation strategy and policy considering the illustration and fairness between rural areas are required.

This study aims to inquire into experience of geography teachers participating in a teacher learning community based on the grounded theory methodology. Participation observation was conducted on one of geography teacher learning communities. The total of 11 research participants were selected to conduct in-depth interviews. The data collected were analyzed by the coding method proposed by Strauss and Corbin(1990, 1998). In open coding, 125 concepts, 43 sub-categories and 17 categories were drawn and in axial coding by paradigm model, phenomenon, conditions, action/interaction and consequences turned out. In selective coding, the participants were classified into four types and the condition/consequence matrix was developed. As a result of the analysis, first, participation, obstacles and continuous participation factors of geography teachers in the teacher learning community could be understood from multi-dimensional aspects. Second, principles of the collaborative teacher learning and the factors promoting collaborative teacher learning were established. Third, the professional development of geography teachers through teacher learning community could be understood.

This study aims to examine care workers' role perceptions of their occupation and job satisfaction with their work. They are core human resources in elderly care work practices and their perceptions of their occupation are likely to affect their work performance and job satisfaction. A mail survey is conducted targeting to 400 care workers who are at work in long-term care facilities located in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Pusan. Research findings are as follows: firstly, the perception level of care workers' professionalism is 3.38, and job satisfaction is 3.41. Secondly, the correlation analysis between perception level of professionalism and job satisfaction, coefficient is .553, which shows positive relations between two variables. Thirdly, the study shows that care workers' perceptions of professionalism significantly affects their job satisfaction. This study concludes that it is necessary to take a variety of measures in contribution to improve the quality of service through reinforcement of perception of professionalism higher than present level of care workers who supply direct service in long-term care facilities.

This study analyzes the relative importance and priorities on the early childhood teacher's rights using hierarchical analysis process(AHP) and suggests the theoretical and practical implications. We conducted the survey of the practitioners and academics in order to provide comprehensive and balanced discussion on the area of early childhood teacher's rights and sub-factors. The results of analyses show that the professional authority is the most important rights of establishing the early childhood teacher's rights. Second, the results show that the rights to guide young children and to decide on a teaching method are more important than other factors in professional authorities. Third, the results indicate that the right to have an their identity and the right of claim for remuneration are more important than others in the Publicness. In the labor factor, the experts emphasize that the right to make union for early childhood teachers is more important than the right of teachers' union for bargaining. These confirm the difference of the perceptions of the relative importance and priority on the areas of early childhood teacher's rights and sub-factors between the practitioners and academics. Based on these findings, we discuss the implications for improving the early childhood teacher's rights.

This study attempted to analyze the relationship between influencer's characteristic factors such as professionalism, authenticity, and interactivity and content quality factors consisting of accuracy, completeness, and diversity on brand attitude and purchase attitude through trust and self-consistency. To reveal the structural relationship between main variables, a survey was conducted on 201 users. An EFA, CFA, and reliability analysis were performed to confirm reliability and validity. And structural equation was conducted to verify hypothesis. The main results are as follows. First, it was found that professionalism and interactivity had a significant positive effect on trust. And, accuracy, completeness, and variety were all found to have a significant positive effect on trust. Second, in the relationship between individual characteristic factors and self-consistency, it was found that professionalism and authenticity had a significant positive effect on self-consistency. In addition, in the relationship between content quality and self-consistency, accuracy, completeness, and diversity were found to have a positive effect on self-consistency along with trust. Third, in the relationship between trust and self-consistency on brand attitude and purchase intention, both trust and self-consistency were found to have a statistically significant positive effect on brand attitude. It was found that only self-consistency and brand attitude had a statistically significant positive effect on purchase intention. These findings showed that when users perceive professionalism and interaction with influencer, trust increases, and professionalism and progress increase self-consistency with influencer. In addition, in the case of content quality, it was found that trust and self-consistency responded positively when perceived content quality through content accuracy, completeness, and diversity. Also, trust and self-consistency increased attitudes toward brands and could influence consumption behavior such as purchase intention. Therefore, for effective marketing performance using influencer's influence in the field of influencer marketing, which has a strong information delivery on products and brands, not only personal characteristics such as professionalism, authenticity, and interactivity, but also quality of content should be considered. The above research results are expected to suggest implications for marketing strategies and practices as one available basic data to exert the expected effect of marketing using influencer.

The objective of this study is understand the influence of the teaching ethics of preservice childcare teachers on teacher efficacy and professionalism awareness. In order to achieve the study objective, the questionnaires were distributed to 285 preservice childcare teachers in A city. In the results of the study, first, regarding the teaching ethics perceived by preservice childcare teachers, 'the ethics of infants' were the most highly perceived while the 'teaching strategy' on teacher efficacy, and 'social service' and 'professional ethics' on professionalism awareness were the most highly perceived. Second, preservice childcare teachers' teaching ethics, teacher efficacy, and professionalism awareness had statistically significant correlations. Third, preservice childcare teachers' teaching ethics had positive influence on teacher efficacy and professionalism awareness. Based on the results of this study, in order to improve the quality of the childcare service after understanding the importance of preservice childcare teachers' teaching ethics, it would be necessary to have various researches on the internal stability of the systematic education for childcare teachers to have teacher efficacy and professionalism awareness.

A school library is an institution that supports the school's educational objectives through various educational activities based on information resources, and teachers' perception is essential to connect resources and users. However, most studies have been conducted based on the self-perception of teacher librarians. This study aims to understand the effect of teachers' experience of library programs and cooperative classes with the school library on their perception of the school library roles and librarian teachers' professionalism. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 78 teachers at eight national and public high schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and the results were statistically analyzed using factor analysis and regression. As a result, it was found that the teachers' experiences affect their perception of the school library's roles, especially informational, educational, and cultural roles. Also, the teachers' experiences affect their perception of librarian teachers' educational support and library expertise. Based on the results, considerations in school library programs and cooperative classes were suggested to improve teachers' perception of the school library roles and librarian teachers' professionalism.
