Korean society has frequently seen the conflicts between environmentally oriented ideology and development ideology which generally take shape as regional problems. An interesting example is the case of Paldang water resource protection area in Yangpyung-kun, Kyunggi Province. At the area, the rural residents are trying to take regional development by utilizing as much as natural resource in the region, and the central government is trying to make clean water sustained for the public interest of the whole people living within the supplying area of the water resource. Accordingly, the conflict is inevitable. It is the role of environmental movement group that makes us pay attention to this region. Under the present situation regarding environmental protection as a core keyword, the environmental protection groups tend to stand on the side of the central government. That is, those groups let the government consolidate its dominance discourse, which help the resistance discourse of the residents weakened. This basic structure of relationship sometimes touches off the situations of antagonistic confrontation. It is the group for organic fanning movement on the region that is playing a significant mediating role between the two. It has eased severe confrontation, and has persuaded the residents, expecially the farmers, to accept so-called win-win strategies which are related with various kind of organic fanning. The agriculture can be regarded as a win-win action because it is a way of fanning adapted to the protected natural environment. It is taking firm hold in this region as an alternative which can satisfy the ideology of 'sustainable development' or 'sustainability'. It could give us a kind of paradoxical confusion that the strategies of regional development of pro-environment are being carried out in the region where the residents are fighting against the government's strict control of natural environment. The example of this region, however, could show a significant direction for solving the continuous problem of conflict between environmental protection and regional development.

As science and technology advanced, specialized and massive, development through mutual cooperation or research based on patent licensing such as material transfer contract, technology transfer contract etc are actively taking place to minimize or separate the cost and risk of R&D. In R&D, such mutual work can enjoy the merit of division of labor by effectively allocating resources and manpower to accomplish its goal. Inevitably, however, there are also many possibilities of disputes regarding the ownership and use of intellectual property rights resulting from such mutual/post-studies, or inventions upgraded by using prior patents. The case reviewed by this paper is noticeable regarding the recent trend of upgraded inventions. In the case, a pharmaceutical company conducted tests/assessments on the complete technology of patent owned by a university on the premise of transferring the technology, and then terminated the technology transfer contract due to reasons of toxicity. The university then filed a damage claim suit against the company for infringing the contract. This is a dispute case betw een a university which developed a potential ingredient for new medicine and a pharmaceutical company which agreed to transfer and receive the technological later on. Regarding the upgraded inventions of source patents, this case has many implications on the protection of prior patents, research contract, and research security to protect the accomplishment of research. This paper reviews the subject ruling and the protection of upgraded patents and source technologies. As critical notes, the paper also summarizes the major issues of case ruling to observe the standard of ruling patent infringement related to the extortion of upgraded patents. Then, through the ruling of the case above, the paper suggests implications and future strategies.

The brand consulting for paving the way for overseas-based companies to develop local brands includes many processes such as the analysis of local markets and consumers, the analysis of in-and-out circumstances including the diagnosis of corporate competence and resource, the establishment of brand strategies, the development of brand concepts, and the development of design, which should be performed before the eventual launch of overseas markets. So, the success of overseas-based brand consulting just depends on coworking(i.e., consortium) by brand experts from international marketing, design to local-overseas brand rights which have been barely touched upon by the brand experts. This study aims to present brand consulting framework and to support the development of local-fit brands when the small and medium industries, esteemed relatively less compatible than conglomerates, expand their business in the non-English-speaking countries. This study also includes the results of a demand inquiry on the local fit brand targeted for SMEs. As a brand consulting framework which has been performed at work sites through the accumulated many year's trial and error, it could be a significantly meaningful guidance for the brand experts who perform local-fit brands consulting and the SMEs who look for overseas-based brand consulting.

As defense science and technology are developing, smart weapons are being developed continually. The collection and analysis of the future strategic weapon information from all over the world have become a greater priority because information sharing became active. So, a system to manage and analyze heterogeneous defense intelligence is required. Semantic Web is the next generation knowledge information management technology for integrating, searching and navigating heterogeneous knowledge resource. Recently, Semantic Web is wildly being used in intelligent information management system. Semantic Web supports the analysis with the high reliability because it supports the simple keyword search as well as the semantic based information retrieval. In this paper, we propose the semantic web based multi-dimensional information analysis system on the national defense weapons that constructs ontology for various weapons information such as weapon specifications, nations, manufacturers and technologies and searches and analyses the specific weapon based on ontology. The proposed system supports the semantic search and multi-dimensional information analysis based on the relations between weapon specifications. Also, our system improves the efficiency on acquiring smart weapon information because it is developed with ontology based on military experts' knowledge and various web documents related with various weapons and intelligent search service.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the components and to verify the relationship among internal marketing, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention in international logistics firm. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, literature survey related to internal marketing, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention was carried out and took an empirical analysis by the use of questionnaire method for employees in international logistics firm. The final results and conclusions are as follows; Internal marketing of international logistics firm was positively related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Internal marketing, Job satisfaction and organizational were negatively related to turnover intention. Through this results, to increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and to decrease turnover intention, it is necessary to concentrate on improving internal marketing strategy.

The May 18 Democratic Movement has been considered to be specific case of the big deviation in social memory among the events that occurred after the Korea War. Compared with other events associated with the democratization movement, the May 18 Democratic Movement is special in that can be achieved various changed meaning. In this study, primary focus will be on the background and logics to show what changed the meaning of the May 18 Democratic Movement from the perspectives of the memorial project. And to investigate influences of change of meaning on perspectives and forms of memorial projects. Recognition and forms of memorial projects on the May 18 Democratic Movement had been largely changed around 2000s. Memorial projects were the aspects that are the logics of the social movements absorbed into the logics of the institutionalization before 2000s. During this period, it was done primarily the discourse of a holy ground for democracy and sanctuarization, had characterized the nature of the struggle of memory. After 2000s, the May 18 Democratic Movement has been interpreted historical resources to create a cultural city and a human rights city. Sometimes the May 18 Democratic Movement was appropriated by local development discourse, and sometimes was adopted as the material of differentiation strategy in the city. Form of memorial projects has also been changed type of struggle of memory to type of heritage industry.

The purpose of this study is to design a teaching model applying a problem-based learning model and to analyze the educational benefits that students felt. This study initiated a problem-based learning model from an analysis of existing studies. Through the consultation of experts, the scenario was modified. The problem was designed according to the design stage activity (problem analysis, PBL class suitability judgment, contents analysis, learner analysis, environment analysis, PBL operating environment decision, PBL class) and Strategic Design (problem situation design, learning resource design, Facilitation design, operational strategy design, evaluation design, PBL operating environment design). Based on the initial scenarios, the researcher analyzed the results of the problem - based learning through learners' reflective diaries. The researcher was able to confirm that the critical thinking and creativity were improved in the first PBL problem situation, and the method for smooth communication and cooperation was utilized. The results on analyzing the effects of education about the first problem-based learning and students' opinions about modification will be used for the second revision and supplement of the course design. This study introduces a case of PBL course development and expects further application and research.

이 논문은 과학영재교육원의 학생 선발과정을 중심으로 과학영재아 판별과정을 분석해보고, 과학영재교육원의 학생 선발과정에서 발생할 수 있는 오류를 점검하여, 이를 보완할 수 있는 개선안을 마련하고자 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 분석결과 과학, 수학과 관련된 창의적 문제의 지필평가 성적이 선발의 가장 중요한 기준이었다. 지필평가 단계에서 지망분야에 관계없이 과학, 수학 및 창의력검사를 모두 치러야 하는 교육원에 초점을 맞추어 그 점수 활용에 있어서 발생할 수 있는 오류를 점검하였다. A 교육원의 경우 학생 선발은 다단계 평가를 원칙으로 하고 있었으며, 1단계 지필평가에서 과학, 수학, 창의력검사라는 세 과목 시험의 합산점수로서 선발하고 있었다. 이 교육원의 ○○년도 중등과정 응시자 276명을 대상으로 합격자와 불합격자의 지필평가 점수를 분석하여 과학, 수학, 창의력검사의 시행에 오류가 없었는지 점검하였다. 또 이들의 합산에 의한 선발이 의미 있는 결과를 보이는지 분석하였다. 그 결과 과학, 수학, 창의력검사의 상관도분석에서 과학은 수학 및 창의력검사와 유의미한 상관이 있었으나, 수학과 창의력검사는 독립적으로 분석되었다. 또 이들의 합산에 지원분야별 배점으로 계산한 선발은 본래의 취지, 즉 과학, 수학, 창의력에서 모두 우수한 학생을 선발하고자 하는 의도대로 진행되었으나, 판별분석 결과 합격과 불합격자 판별에서 88.1%의 정확도를 보여 다소 오류가 있었음을 발견하였다. 이는 해당년도에 출제된 문제의 난이도 및 시험 과목별 평균점수 차를 고려하지 않아 발생하는 문제로 파악되어져 원점수 대신 표준점수로 변환하여 오류를 보완할 것을 제안한다. 자체와 직접 관련되는 영역으로는 좌반구의 측두엽과 전두엽 부분이 관찰되었다. 특히 한국어 어말어미 산출시 나타나는 형태점화 양상과 관련된 대뇌영역으로 발견된 브로카 영역에서의 활성화는 어미 변환과 관련된 영역이라기보다는 산출시 관련되는 articulation, motor coordinate관련 영역으로 추정되고, 측두엽의 활성화는 형태소, 의미 관련 지식의 data base로 추정된다. 또한 우반구 전두엽 부분에서 관찰된 활성화는 억제관련 영역으로 짐작된다.러한 동물실험이 그 기초를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다. 또한 행동성향 및 기억의 종류에 따른 약물효과의 차이는 기억과 관련된 질병인 알츠하이머 환자에 있어 개개인에게 맞는 적절한 특징적인 치료약물이 존재할 것이라는 가능성을 제공해줄 뿐만 아니라 학습과 기억력 증진 효과를 기대해 볼 수 있을 것이라고 생각된다. 및 지역산업발전의 기획${\sim}$조정기구로서, 선진국의 지역발전기구(Regional Development Agency : RDA)인 지역전략산업기획단이 2002년도부터 산업자원부와 9개 시도에 의해 설립되어 지역네트워크의 활성화와 클러스터의 형성 촉진을 하게 되었고 2004년도에는 13개시도로 확대${\sim}$운영되고 있고, 지역특화사업(H/W)과 지역산업기술개발과제(S/W)와 함께 패케지 형태로 지원되며, 주요역할은 크게 지역산업의 정책기획 분야와 평가관리, 지역혁신역량 조사 및 DB구축 등으로 구분된다. 그중에서도 권역별, 지역별, 지역산업진흥사업 육성과 중장기 산업발전계획을 수립하기 위하여 지역혁신역량을 바탕으로 한 지역 Technol

This study was performed to analyze the sequence variations of mtDNA D-loop and their effects on milk in Hanwoo(Korean cattle). The resulting sequences were compared with previously published sequences for other cattle breeds (GenBank JOI394). The Polymerase Chain Reaction was performed to amplify a total of 964 bp between nucleotide 15758 and 383 within D-loop region of mtDNA using specific primers. Twenty polymorphic sites by nucleotide substitution were found in mtDNA D-loop region of Hanwoo. The frequencies of positions at 8, 169, 16042, 16051, 16057, 16093, 16119, 16122, 16209, 16255 and 16302 nt with high levels of sequence polymorphism were 0.150, 0.950, 0.085, 0.138, 0.106, 0.085, 0.138, 0.212, 0.085, 0.148 and 0.180, respectively. The substitution effect at 16119(p<0.1) and 16185(p< 0.05) nt was found significant on milk production. Polymorphism of mtDNA sequence in D-Ioop region could be useful for the analysis of cytoplasmic genetic variation and associations with the other economically important traits and maternal lineage analysis in Hanwoo.

The dramatic rise of experience space using cultural heritage in modern architecture has been generally acknowledged in recent literature. The present study aims to investigate effective ways to enhance competitiveness in local experience space, with an emphasis on the use of cultural heritage in modern architecture. Using the case of the Sam-Rae Arts Village in Wanju-gun, Jeollabuk, this study analyzes the characteristics of the 4Es in experience economy theory. In order to arrive at findings that represent the variety of perspectives found in this context, qualitative interviews were conducted with three groups: public officials, maintenance staff in the experience center, and field experts. The results of this study revealed that the Visual Media Art Museum and Book Wooks were used for entertainment, the Corpentry Shop for education, the Book Museum for escapism, and the Design Museum Culture $Caf{\acute{e}}$ The O's for aestheticism. Additionally, depending on the commercial potential of the respective experience space, the Corpentry Shop, Book Wooks, and the Culture $Caf{\acute{e}}$ The O's were used for profit purposes while the Design Museum and the Visual Media Art Museum for non-profit. Based on the findings of the present study, effective ways to enhance competitiveness in the local experience space are suggested. First, the public nature of cultural enjoyment may be realized in a field that bears non-profit characteristics. In exhibiting works, the experience space could suggest the extra demonstration. Second, in the for-profit experience hall, the securing of tourists may help to maximize profit. In so doing, a variety of experience programs and activity spaces could be provided internally, while advertisement marketing through mobile and SNS could be reinforced externally.
