The Effects of Pay Satisfaction on Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention (임금만족이 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The current study examined the relationship between satisfaction with pay and performance. The purpose of this study is not only to analyse the effect of pay satisfaction on job satisfaction and turnover intention, but to verify the moderating effect of LMX in order to provide a useful theoretical and managerial implication. The empirical results reveal that satisfaction of pay positively affects job satisfaction, but has a negative impact on turnover intention. It is also found a moderation effect of LMX between pay satisfaction and performance. The empirical results imply that an effective compensation management should be applied and an enhanced LMX effort has to be made to motivate employee.

  • This study confirms the impact relationship between the president and employee competency related to smart factory construction of manufacturing SMEs, the acceptance intention and management performance in smart factory construction. The 310 data collected through a questionnaire were tested for research hypotheses through SEM. As a result, the president and employee competency affects the smart factory acceptance intention and the employee competency affects the management performance. Acceptance intention has a positive impact on management performance. Regional characteristics have a moderating effect on the relationship between president competency, acceptance intention, and management performance. Through this study, it was confirmed that the president and employee competency was an important factor in smart factory built.

Service Quality Factors Affecting Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention of Social Commerce (소셜커머스의 만족도와 재구매의도에 영향을 미치는 서비스품질요인)

  • This study derived from 5 variables(information, product diversity, communication possibility, responsiveness, price) of service quality on social commerce from literature studies and set up the research model and hypotheses. The 167 questionnaires are used in this analysis. The results were as follows: first, all the variables had positive influences upon satisfaction except responsiveness. Second, all the variables had positive influences upon repurchase intention except price. Third, the satisfaction of social commerce had a positive influence upon repurchase intention. This study suggested the strategic implications to induce customers satisfaction and repurchase intention after analyzing critical factors about service quality of social commerce.

  • With the development of information and communication technology, the size of the online market is increasing, and with it, the mobile shopping market utilizing smartphones is also growing day by day. This indicates that the effective use of mobile apps can be a strategic choice for businesses, and this is also true in the tourism and travel industry. In particular, the continuous growth of the OTA (Online Travel Agency) industry based on platforms has accelerated with With Corona, and due to its importance, this study aims to investigate the impact of perceived quality factors of mobile accommodation apps on reuse intention through emotional responses. To test the hypotheses, 260 users of mobile accommodation apps were analyzed, and the results showed that information quality has a positive impact on pleasure and dominance, and service quality has a positive impact on arousal and dominance, and pleasure and dominance have a positive impact on reuse intention. Through these findings, this study clarifies the relationship between mobile accommodation app quality factors and reuse intention, and effective marketing strategies were suggested by providing basic data for improving app quality.

  • 인터넷의 확산과 함께 금융 산업에서 인터넷뱅킹의 등장은 은행 산업 전반에 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 인터넷뱅킹은 더 이상 단순한 정보시스템이 아닌 은행의 경쟁력을 결정짓는 중요한 요소로 부각되고 있다. 또한 국내 인터넷뱅킹 사용자의 증가로 인해 은행에서는 기존 인터넷뱅킹 사용자가 지속적으로 인터넷뱅킹을 이용할 수 있도록 여러 가지 전략을 개발하여야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 연구 분야에서 기술 수용에 대한 많은 연구들의 이론적 기반이 되었던 계획적 행동 이론(TPB)과 기술 수용 모델(TAM)을 인터넷뱅킹 이용의도 분석에 적용시켜 인터넷뱅킹 이용 행위를 실증 분석함으로써 지속적인 인터넷뱅킹 이용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하고자 하였다. 더 나아가 TPB 모형과 TAM 모형을 체계적으로 비교분석하여 인터넷뱅킹 이용의도에 관한 이론적 기초를 제시하고, 인터넷 환경에서 은행의 적극적인 인터넷뱅킹 활용에 도움이 될 수 있는 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

  • This study focuses on the individual characteristics of consumers and creating shared value in relation to recent increasing value consumption. Specifically, it was intended to verify what socio-psychological variables of consumers affect value congruency and product purchase intentions in relation to cosmetics products based on creating shared value activities. In order to verify hypothesis, an online survey was conducted, and the main and mediate effects of the variables were verified through SPSS' Process Macro method. As a result of empirical analysis, the higher the ethical identity, altruism, and consumer effectiveness, the higher the value congruency. Altruism and consumer effectiveness had a positive impact on purchase intentions. We also find that value congruency has a significant mediating effect on the effect of socio-psychological variables on purchase intention. The results of this study provide practical values and implications for companies' need to emphasize consumers' consumption behavior as it can have a significant positive impact on society. It also suggests the importance of finding out what values consumers seek. In other words, this study can provide strategic implications for public relations plans when performing marketing activities by utilizing the values pursued by CSV in companies. Future research will provide strategic implications for promotional measures when marketing is carried out if the consumer's segment is further refined to verify the effectiveness of creating shared value.

  • Organizations continue to invest in the security of information technology as a means to be more competitive than others in their industry do. However, there is a relatively lack of interest in the information security compliance of employees who implement information security technologies and policies of organization. This study finds mechanisms for enhancing security compliance by applying theory of planned behavior, justice theory, and motivation theory in information security field. We use structural equation modeling to verify the research hypotheses, and conducted a survey on the employees of organization with information security policy. The results showed that organizational justice, sanction, and organizational identification affect the factors of the planned behavior theory and affect the employee's compliance intention. As a result, this research suggested directions for strategic approach for enhancing employee's compliance intention on organization's security policy.

The Influential Factors to Growth Intention and Performance in Early-stage Technology-based Start-up Companies (기술창업 초기기업의 성장의도와 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • Technology-based start-ups have great economic ripple effect such as economic growth and job creation. Therefore, a strategic approach is required in order for such start-ups to continuously grow. However, many technology-based start-ups do not survive the Death-Valley and are being eliminated from the market. This is an empirical study on influencing variables that have impact on their performance. This study presents growth intention and influencing variables that have impact on performance (financial performance, technological performance) based on previous research on technology-based start-up. Also, this study examines the relationship between entrepreneurial competence, team commitment and growth intention, and finds the effect of controlling business-network. Structural equation modeling was performed in order to test the research hypothesis. Survey was conducted on the firms that have been certified by Youth Startup Academy of Small and Medium Business Corporation. A total of 306 samples were collected from the survey. An empirical test was conducted on the research hypothesis using SPSS 21.0 and Amos 22.0. The result of hypothesis test shows that growth intention has positive influence on both financial and technological performance, and entrepreneurial competence (technological competence, strategic management competence, creative competence and team commitment) has positive influence on growth intention. Also, the research proved that business-network has regulation effect between human resource trait and growth intention. The result of our study will provide practical insight to future start-ups for continuous growth and successful running of their firm.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the influence on customers' experiences of products, prices, places of advertisements, staffs, and physical environments, and the impact on store attitudes and revisit intentions of the customers' experiences. For this, in this study marketing activities and store attitude factors were selected as sub-factors and the empirical analysis was carried out. As a result of the analysis, of dimensions that comprise those marketing activity factors, physical environments, prices, and places had a positive impact on store attitudes. In addition, the stores' positive attitude on hypermarkets had a positive influence on the customer's revisit intention. The results of the study suggest that hypermarkets can utilize the experiential marketing using customer experience factors as their important strategic factor through moving away from their traditional marketing activities.

  • Franchise coffee shops have continued to attempt to differentiate themselves using cultural arts to engage with changes in consumer awareness and lifestyle. This empirical study was conducted to analyze structural relations between cultural marketing and brand image, customer satisfaction, and intention to revisit for franchised coffee shops. 322 customers at S Coffee Shop (a franchised coffee shop in Daegu) were surveyed, and collected data were subjected to frequency, descriptive, reliability, correlation, and covariance structural analysis using SPSS software. We found that culture marketing significantly improved brand image and customer satisfaction, and thus, significantly influenced intention to revisit. The study shows culture marketing activities improve brand image and increase customer satisfaction and the likelihood of revisiting.
