Steady-State and Stability Analysis of Multioutput DC-DC Converter (DC - DC 콘버어터의 다출력화에 따른 정상특성 및 안정성 해석)

  • The dynamic chatacteristics and stability including steady state characteristic of the currentfed DC-to-DC converter with multiouput, which has a considerable advantage about the multioutut circuit,are analyzed in this paper. It is performed by using the steady state averaging method. As result, we know that the error, which is caused by secondary winding resistance of the transformer, exists between the two outputs in the steady state characteristics. Furthemore, it is verified that the current-fed DC-to-DC converter has also excellent stability in the multioutput application.

  • The navigation problem for a mobile robot is investigated. Specifically, it is proposed that simple guide-marks be introduced and the navigation scheme be generated in conjunction with the guide-marks sensed through camera vision. For autonomous navigation, it was shown that a triple guide-mark system is more effective than a single guide-mark in estimating the position and orientation of mobile robot itself. The navigation system is tested via a mobile robot HERO-I equipped with a single camera in laboratory environment.

  • This paper presents the new concept in ac power theory with non-sinusoidal waveform. It will be shown that there is discrepancy in the definition of active and complex power in the time and frequency domains when the conventional power theory is considered It will also be shown that the new power theory consistently defines the power quantifies in the time domains.

  • This paper is concerned with a stability analysis of Madam Type fuzzy systems. It Introduces the canonical form of an unforced fuzzy system and its stability theorem suggested in the previous study. Then it gives new simplified stability conditions based on the Lyapunov function method. A common positive definite matrix in the stability conditions is searched by the LMI method.

  • A streaming current in liquid generated by flow electrification in a pipe is very hazardous and has to be reduced before the liquid is put into a storage tank, it was measured in pipe (${\Phi}$: 0.5mm, 0.8mm length: 1.5-11cm), it was increased as increasing pressure of Ar gas and appeared a peak value at 5cm of pipe length in 4m/sec of flow velocity.

  • If a fault occurs in the DC railway system, it is important to find fault location and to remove it immediately for prompt repair. The aim of the present paper is to locate the position of the fault by using Kirchhoff's voltage law(KVL). The DC railway system is simulated using Power System Blockset(PSB) in Matlab Toolbox.

  • This machine is a high-vacuum exhaust sealing device which makes the inside of PDP element in high vacuum state, blows inactive gases into it and finally seals it. This machine consists of vacuuming parts, heating parts and exhausting parts. Applying the energy saving technology, this machine improves the temperature uniformity of vacuuming and heating parts.

  • Since DAS(Distribution Automation System) has been typically managed for feeder automation in passive manner, it has to be managed by operator when feeder over loadings are detected therefore it may be possible for propagating the over loaded area by operator's mistake.   • To control a continuous processing line, it is necessary to take the entire system into account. In this paper observers to estimate the line tension are discussed. Considering a tension as a external disturbance, a closed loop observers are designed. It becomes clear that the proposed tension control scheme has high accuracy performance and simplicity.

  • It was investigated that space charge characteristics and Breakdown characteristics of XLPE/EPDM laminates as a function of interfacial condition. When the chemical A was pasted in laminate interface, there was little space charge in XLPE/EPDM interface and it was shown that breakdown strength of XLPE/EPDM laminate was influenced by laminate condition.
