The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of self-efficacy, hope, and resilience, which are factors of the positive psychology capital of the re-startup CEO, on the quality of decision-making through the absorption capacity, and the effect of the re-startup's absorption capacity. In particular, this study was started from the question of how positive psychological capital would affect to the re-startup CEO. The survey was conducted from re-founders who received funding from Korea SMEs & Startups Agency. And 144 sample data were analyzed by using SPSS 24.0 for descriptive statistics and by using Smart PLS 3.0. for SEM. The factors of Positive Psychological Capital were extracted to three factors: self-efficacy, hope, and resilience. As a result, it is shown that self-efficacy had a positive effect on potential absorption capacity, and hope had no effect on potential absorption capacity, and positive effects on realized absorption capacity. Resilience has been shown to have a positive effect on potential absorption and realized absorption capacity. It has been shown that potential absorption and realized absorption have a positive effect on the quality of decision making. This study is intended to provide theoretical and practical implications.
This study surveyed 413 small business owners who experienced closure to see how the loss perception experienced by small business owners affects their comeback through fear of failure. The analysis results are as follows. First, the larger the received loss of financial capital, market capital, and social capital, the greater the fear of failure. Second, the greater the fear of failure, the less willingness to re-start-up, but it did not affect the willingness to work. Third, perceived loss of financial capital, market capital, and social capital grew fear of failure, which negatively affected the willingness to re-start. However, as for the willingness to work, only the perception of loss to market competitiveness strengthened the willingness to work through fear of failure. This suggests that if you think you are out of business due to market competitiveness, you are more likely to choose to get a job than to start a business. Fourth, those with higher entrepreneurial self-efficiency had less effect of perceived loss on fair of failure than those with lower entrepreneurial loss. In other words, it can be seen that a person with high entrepreneurial self-efficiency is likely to start-up. It is noteworthy that despite the tendency to fail due to market competition and lack of understanding of risks, small business operators were most aware of the loss of social capital. This is presumed to have had the greatest impact on fear of failure because small business owners try to receive funding or business revitalization support through social networks such as acquaintances and relatives. Based on the above results, this study requires sufficient market research to secure a competitive advantage when preparing for start-ups through policy practice suggestions, and suggests ways to reduce financial loss through the establishment of sophisticated business plans.

Electrostatic discharge has been considered as a major reliability problem in the semiconductor industry. ESD reliability is an important issue for these products. Therefore, each I/O (Input/Output) PAD must be designed with a protection circuitry that creates a low impedance discharge path for ESD current. This paper presents a novel Lateral Insulated Gate Bipolar (LIGBT)-based ESD protection circuit with latch-up immunity and high robustness. The proposed circuit is fabricated by using 0.18 um BCD (bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) process. Also, TLP (transmission line pulse) I-V characteristic of proposed circuit is measured. In the result, the proposed ESD protection circuit has latch-up immunity and high robustness. These characteristics permit the proposed circuit to apply to power clamp circuit. Consequently, the proposed LIGBT-based ESD protection circuit with a latch-up immune characteristic can be applied to analog integrated circuits.
The main purpose of this study is to analyze research trend of 'business failure' from academic papers published in Asia Pacific Journal of Small Business. In this review, first, we reviewed research trend of failure, published in academic journals at abroad, explored the major topics, and set forth the framework of classification. Second, we selected and analyzed 16 Korean articles in a refined search from total 1,060 articles published in Asia Pacific Journal of Small Business from 1979 to 2019. Third, in order to understand overall research trend in Korea, additional publication search was done by online database system using keywords, and 24 other articles were selected. As a result, five research themes were identified and analyzed: (1) bankruptcy prediction, (2) emotion before and after failure, (3) costs of failure, (4) causes of failure, and (5) reentry determinants. We believe that this purposed review will offer future research issues regarding business failure.
In this paper, SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier)-based ESD(Electrostatic Discharge) protection circuit for power clamp is proposed. In order to improve latch-up immunity caused by low holding voltage of the conventional SCR, it is modified by inserting n+ floating region and n-well, and extending p+ cathode region in the p-well. The resulting ESD capability of our proposed ESD protection circuit reveals a high latch-up immunity due to the high holding voltage. It is verified that electrical characteristics of proposed ESD protection circuit by Synopsys TCAD simulation tool. According to the simulation results, the holding voltage is increased from 4.61 V to 8.75 V while trigger voltage is increased form 27.3 V to 32.71 V, respectively. Compared with the conventional SCR, the proposed ESD protection circuit has the high holding voltage with the same triggering voltage characteristic.

This study has an academic significance in that it developed the competencies required for micro entrepreneurs recovering from failure. In addition, the results of this study can be used to develop a competency-based education program for micro entrepreneurs and to select suitable candidates for support programs.
This paper presents a new Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT) based on Non Punch Through(NPT) IGBT structure for power switching device. The proposed structure has adding N+ beside the P-base region of the conventional IGBT structure. The added n+ diffusion of the proposed device ensure device has faster turn-off time and lower forward conduction loss than the conventional IGBT structure. But, added n+ region can reduce th breakdown voltage and latching current density of the proposed device due to its high doping concentration. This problems can be overcome by using diverter on the right side of the device. In the simulation results, turn-off time of the proposed device is 0.3us and the on-state voltage drop is 3V. The results show that the proposed device has superior characteristic than conventional structure.
