Purpose: To establish basic data for effective clinical practice program by investigating the clinical practice importance and needs for ophthalmic optics students and optical shop owners. Methods: 263 students and 100 optical shop owners who had experience in clinical practice were surveyed in importance and needs of clinical practice and analyzed the results. Results: In general importance for clinical practice, realized the optician's job aptitude $4.29{\pm}0.72$ was highest among students and understanding the work of optician $4.48{\pm}0.52$ was highest among shop owners. Importance of specific duty for clinical practice, communication strategy & customer service was highest in both students $4.46{\pm}0.70$ and shop owners $4.18{\pm}0.86$ each. Importance of time & optical shop for clinical practice, supportive guide and education by opticians & shop owner was highest in both students $4.53{\pm}0.66$ and shop owners $4.35{\pm}0.59$ each. Importance of school support for clinical practice, administrative support for optical shop and students was highest among students $4.10{\pm}0.78$ and orientation from the school before clinical practice $3.98{\pm}0.68$ was highest among shop owners. In general needs for clinical practice, expanding the clinical practice field $4.43{\pm}0.73$ was highest among students and needs of clinical practice in the curriculum $4.39{\pm}0.65$ was highest among shop owners. Needs of specific duty for clinical practice, spectacle fitting $4.40{\pm}0.71$ was highest among students and ophthalmic dispensing $4.12{\pm}0.83$ was highest among shop owners. Conclusions: For effective clinical practice, clinical practice program should be develop which is reflecting the importance and needs of students and optical shop and also cooperation and interest of school and optical shop are required.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between stress and satisfaction with clinical practice of 113 nursing students. The subjects scored 3.17 points of full 5 on stress with clinical practice and 3.24 of full 5 on satisfaction with clinical practice. There were no significant correlations between their stress with clinical practice and satisfaction with clinical practice(r=-.048, p=.615). The findings of this study provide the basis for expanding nursing practice and education for nursing students, and nursing administrators and professors should make efforts to increase nursing students' satisfaction with clinical practice and decrease stress with clinical practice.

Clinical experiment is a set of experience to help student acquire technic, attitude and knowledge by participating in the clinical work. The radiotechnologists who are employed in departments of radiology serve as clinical instructors. Their responsibilities include teaching students them to become competent radiotechnologist. Clinical instructors often have no formal preparation in teaching student. The purpose of this study is to review some principals that will help clinical instructors support and foster the professional development of student radiotechnologists. The clinical instructor should be able to identify the qualities of instructor, the characteristics of feedback and use facillitation skills when is evaluated student performance. And the survey was performed to evaluate the satisfaction of student participated in clinical experiment, the purpose of this research is to fine the problems and improvements in clinical experiment of student radiotechnologist in Korea.

The purpose of this study was to identify the convergence that resilience has on clinical performance ability and stress in clinical practice in order to prepare effective educational materials for clinical practice. The results showed that satisfaction of university life, satisfaction of nursing major and satisfaction of clinical practice had significant effects on resilience, clinical performance ability and stress in clinical practice. Also the correlation between the resilience and clinical performance ability of nursing students was positive(r=.510). And the correlation between the resilience and stress in clinical practice was negative(r=-.153). These findings indicate that there is a need to improve resilience of nursing students to promote the clinical performance ability and to lessen stress in clinical practice. The results should be reflected in the development of effective programs.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the needs and effects of convergence-based simulation practice for obstetrical nursing. The study participants were 47 junior nursing students of a university in Chungnam province. Data were collected by a self-administered questionnaire from February 13 to 25, 2012. Convergence-based simulation practice for obstetrical nursing was applied 8 hours in a day for 2 days and consisted of four sessions. Self-efficacy in obstetrical nursing (t=-14.74, p<.001) and nursing skills related to obstetrical nursing (t=-17.51, p<.001) showed significant increase in the posttest and practice satisfaction was higher than practice stress. The needs of simulation practice was 7.96 out of 10 point and higher as practice satisfaction was higher. The needs of simulation practice before clinical practice was higher than simulation practice after clinical practice. These results indicate that simulation practice for obstetrical nursing can be used as the alternative for clinical practice. In addition to simulation practice should be done before clinical practice and strategies to increase the nursing student's cognition for the need of simulation practice are also needed.

This study examined satisfaction with clinical training according to school system and school-related characteristics and analyzed the effect of satisfaction by clinical training task on the overall satisfaction with clinical training. Participants were convenience sampled from students of K University in Gangwon-do (n=279) and K University in Gyeonggi-do (n=154) who have undergone clinical training. The overall satisfaction with clinical training in dental hygiene students differed according to the school system, school-related characteristics, satisfaction by clinical training topic, and satisfaction by clinical training task. Satisfaction by clinical training task had an effect on overall satisfaction with clinical training. Thus, substantial effort, such as ensuring appropriate contents and methods of training.

본 연구는 학년별 임상실습 스트레스 대처와 실습 만족도를 규명하는 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 K도 J시에 소재한 임상실습 경험이 있는 간호대학생 3학년은 141명, 4학년 142명 총 283명이다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 18.0 WIN 프로그램을 사용하였고, 대상자의 스트레스 대처 중 소극적인 대처 유형은 총 96점에서 3학년 63.75(${\pm}6.57$)점으로 4학년 62.21(${\pm}6.45$)점 보다 높게 나타났으며, 학년간 차이는 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다(t= 1.75, p=.045). 대상자의 실습 만족도는 학년간 차이는 실습시간에 대한 만족도가 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다(t=2.87, p=.003). 대상자의 스트레스 대처와 실습만족도와의 관계에서는 적극적 대처 유형과 실습내용 만족도(r=.151, p<.05), 소극적 대처 유형과 실습시간 만족도(r=.138, p<.035)는 양의 상관관계를 나타났다. 종합해보면 추후 실습 스트레스에 대한 대처방법으로 임상 실습 전 긍정적이고 목표지향적인 형태를 유지할 수 있는 자극적이고 효율적인 교과과정과 비교과과정에서의 융합 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between clinical practice stress, practice satisfaction, and nursing image of nursing students with experience of Gerontological nursing practice and to identify factors affecting nursing image. Data were collected from 150 nursing students from September 1 to 23, 2016 and analyzed using SPSS / Win 23.0. Results showed, practise stress was 3.13, satisfaction, 3.14 and nursing image, 3.32. Correlation analysis revealed that there was negative correlation between practice stress and practicec satisfaction, practice stress and nursing image, and a positive correlation between nursing image and practice satisfaction. Meanwhile, the factor affecting nursing image was practice satisfaction (${\beta}=.602$) and the explanatory power was 40%. Therefore, effective nursing education and practical strategies are needed to improve the nursing image and practice satisfaction of Gerontological nursing practice of nursing students.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trend by conducting a systematic review of domestic research on clinical fieldwork in occupational therapy. From 2000 to 2019, papers registered in the Google Scholar, RISS, KISS, and National Library of Korea databases were searched. The search term was "Occupational Therapy" AND "Clinical Fieldwork", and a total of 8 studies were finally selected. As a result of analyzing the research trend, the most frequently used data collection method were surveys 6 studies(75.0%), and the most frequent subject were occupational therapy students was 6 studies(75.0%). The most frequent main theme was satisfaction of clinical fieldwork 4 studies(50.0%). In the future, it was confirmed that quantitative and qualitative growth of clinical research related to occupational therapy in Korea is needed.

This study was to examine the structural model of nursing student 's Professional self-concept, Critical thinking, Clinical Practice Satisfaction, Clinical competency and Clinical Practice Stress. The subjects consisted of 227 nursing students and data was collected through Structured questionnaires. Results, Critical thinking, Clinical Practice Satisfaction, Clinical competency and Clinical Practice Stress showed a direct effect on Professional self-concept for nursing students. Clinical competency and Clinical Practice Stress showed an indirect effect on nursing Professional self-concept. Clinical competency and Clinical Practice Stress showed a direct effect on Critical thinking and Clinical Practice Satisfaction. In this paper, we propose a new approach to nursing students 'self-concept in nursing. In this paper, we propose a new approach to nursing students' self-concept. And to develop and apply an intervention program that can reduce the stress of clinical practice.
