This study aims to demonstrate how well SCM analysis, which indicates social cognitive map of categorizing peer subgroups of elementary school students, corresponds with that of teachers. To do this, the subject of this study includes two classes of the 3rd and the 5th grade students in D elementary school in B-gu, Busan city. Over 30 students of each gender in each grade were surveyed with social network questionnaires to collect data. The result of the social network survey was analyzed by SCM 4.0 program to categorize peer subgroups within each class. The categorized peer subgroups were reported to the class teacher. Based on the report, the class teachers observed peer subgroups in classes. After the teachers observed and categorized the students into several peer groups, an analysis was conducted to compare the peer subgrouping by students with that by teachers. The result showed the two were 80% correspondent to each other regardless of gender and grade. If interobserver reliability stays within the range of 80-100%, it is considered reliable. And this leads to the conclusion that peer subgrouping by students' cognition and that by teachers' observation can be regarded quite corresponding. In conclusion, peer subgrouping through SCM is significant when peer subgrouping Korean children, and it appears to be more significant when analyzed considering different variables including gender and grade. Peer subgrouping by girls is shown to be more accurate than that by boys.

We objectively analysis of teacher recommendation on selection process for scientifically gifted program, by having conducted the test of scientific attitude, process skill, logical thinking, creative problem-solving ability and creativity of the students who were enrolled in science gifted-education programs, students who were recommended by science teachers as talented in science and students of ordinary classes. In result, both gifted program students and teacher-recommended students scored much higher than ordinary class students in all test fields, but there was no meaningful difference between the gifted-program students and teacher-recommended students. This result signifies that teacher recommendation is a valuable tool for selecting students for a science gifted-education program.
This study is for the size calculation of classroom based on the size of human body and teaching tools. The curriculum of Elementary school has been changed since 1960. It has been reflected on the size of classroom of elementary school. The new education curriculum-the 7th curriculum- demands various activities in classroom. And the Ministry of Education repealed the statute about the facilities of the schools on September in 1997. So we need to different size of unit space of the classroom in elementary school because the size of classroom will affect the quality of education. It is generally known that a part of human body-size has an invariable proportion with human's status, age and weight. In this study, regression analysis is used to find out a part of human body-size of Korean. Then the size of classroom is calculated by the part of human body-size, teaching tools and the type of desk arrangement.
The purpose of this study vocational courses in general high schools in each city in order to operate efficiently. Provinces operating status and the general high school vocational courses through the regular high school vocational courses siltae analysis to identify operational problems, and that is to derive ways to improve. Operating in the desired direction, the typical high school vocational courses ilbango select students that meet the purpose of operating as one that students admit you need the correct promotion and career guidance and vocational courses ilbango teachers of vocational courses is operating correctly recognize the purpose and students with career guidance and vocational courses so that you can operate effectively at: Provincial Office-wide need to conduct a systematic study. Vocational courses also target students ilbango sosokgyo (wonjeokgyo) to be completed in the course stated in the plan for the school and the need to practice, and professional students ilbango by configuring a separate class is most preferable to operate. If the person is prime target, with each region run by creating a class needs to definitely consider. Entrusted to the agency's key performance improvements in order to improve the employment rate in the direction of promotional materials for the students selected to take advantage of college enrollment than the employment data for the students and their parents ilbango vocational courses for the purpose and intent is necessary to provide accurate information In addition, the employment rate is relatively low industrial (information) to install the school department employment, and employment representatives (industry-academia co-coordinator), and by placing career paths and industries to ensure the needs of industry, including working conditions and students who wish adjusting to the role, and industrial college (2 years), industrial (information) through the school's agreement to the aggressive promotional schemes seonchwieop hujinhak. Getting the need to encourage. Vocational courses ilbango in the new and the abolition, rather than the case of some popular course when you are away from work and there, so if the course-changing industry, new or repealed to reflect the demands of social work and careful review of how to connect carefully to decide by. Commissioned a systematic quality management in education, in terms of industry (information) schools and public vocational training institutions or private vocational school is better than school. However, 16 cities across the country. Also only five of the major cities around the school has industry information. Ilbango vocational courses at the expected continued demand. Degrees, the operation in terms of comparative advantage in many ways the school's new industry information is necessary to consider.
The purpose of this study was to analyze successful intelligence and learning strategies for the scientific gifted and the general students in elementary school. For this purpose, we conducted a survey targeting 327(including 159 gifted students) 5th - 6th grader elementary students in Incheon Metropolitan City. We were utilized to evaluate the students' successful intelligence(Song, 2002) and learning strategies(Kim, 2005). The results of this study were as follows. First, successful intelligence and learning strategies of the scientific gifted students in elementary school were higher than the regular class students, it was a significant difference statistically(p < .001). Second, when compared according to grade level, the scientific gifted students class higher than the general class students, it was a significant difference statistically(p < .001). Third, when compared according to gender, the scientific gifted students were higher than the general class in both men and women, it was a significant difference statistically(p < .001)

To investigate the more effective mathematical communication process, a recommended teacher and a selected class as an exemplary model was analyzed with Flanders system. The mathematical communicative level was examined to measure content level using the framework analysing the mathematical communicative level(Park & Pang) based on describing levels of math-talk learning community(Hufferd-Ackles). The purposes of this paper are to describe the verbal flow pattern between teacher and students in the elementary school class for mathematically gifted students, and to propose the effective communication model of math-talk with analysis of verbal teaching behavior in the active class. In addition the whole and the parts of the exemplary class sample is respectively analysed to be used practically by elementary school teachers. The results show the active communication process with higher level presents a pattern 'Ask Question${\rightarrow}$Activity (Silence, Confusion or work)${\rightarrow}$Student-Initiated Talk${\rightarrow}$Activity (Silence, Confusion or work), and the teacher's verbal behavior promoting math communication actively is exhibited by indirect influence especially accepting or using ideas.
