This study was conducted to understand media and cultivate personality by using media as data for personality education. To achieve this purpose, the Personality Education Promotion Act and the Korea Educational Development Institute's personality virtues were selected as educational elements, and a personality education program using media was developed in combination with the middle school curriculum. For this study, first, in order to extract personality virtues, 13 personality virtues were finally selected as educational elements by comparing and synthesizing the personality virtues of the Personality Education Promotion Act and the Korea Education Development Institute. The final personality virtues selected are self-esteem, courage, sincerity, self-regulation, wisdom, consideration, communication, courtesy, social responsibility, cooperation, citizenship, justice, and respect for human rights. Second, in order to select media and set the direction of development of personality education programs, the process of collecting media data was confirmed, and the direction and goal of the program were set by analyzing the middle school curriculum. Third, in order to propose a method of applying a personality education program using media, the personality grafting unit was selected by referring to the commentary on all subjects of the 2015 revised curriculum.

The purpose of this paper was to investigate science gifted educational methods based on creativity and character by Delphi study. As a result by a total 3 round Delphi method, the concept of creativity and character education for science gifted students was to promote character development through the effectively interactive communications in the process of creative problem finding and solving. Thus this elicited the consensual agreements of experts about science gifted educational aims, methods, contents, and evaluations etc. As a follow-up research will be developed science gifted educational model based on creativity and character.

The Purpose of this study is to investigate and suggest a counseling strategy and practice for solving interpersonal problems of elementary school students that elementary school teachers are now confronted with. In this study, first of all, the actual conditions of interpersonal problems of elementary school students were examined focusing on interpersonal aggressions(violence and victim). The features and problems of existing approaches for solving interpersonal problems of elementary school students were indicated. Although existing approaches for solving interpersonal aggression problems took temporary and external changes, they failed to notice psychological hurts that victims and aggressive victims got. As a fundamental and systematic way for overcoming problems of existing approaches, forgiveness counseling education based on empirical-scientific forgiveness researches was discussed. The Purpose of forgiveness counseling education is to make victims(aggressive victims) overcome the negative responses derived from interpersonal conflict(hurts and victims) and to facilitate them to response positively through experiencing forgiveness psychological process. Lastly, necessary assignments and topics to use forgiveness counseling education as an effective personality education approach were discussed.

본 연구는 지속적인 창의 인성교육을 위한 수업설계모형을 구안하기 위하여 NFTM-TRIZ를 활용하는데 그 목적을 두었다. NFTM-TRIZ는 TRIZ에 기반하여 유아에서 성인에 이르기까지 '지속적인 창의성 교육'을 할 수 있도록 개발된 교육프로그램이다. TRIZ는 주어진 문제의 모순을 찾아내고 이를 극복함으로써 혁신적인 해결안을 얻도록 하는 창의적 문제해결방법론으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구의 과정은 G 대학교의 교직과목으로 개설된 "교육과정 및 교육평가"를 수강한 3, 4학년 남, 여 학생들을 대상으로 매주 10분씩 창의성 수업을 하고 이에 대한 산출물로 창의적 수업안을 만들고 창의성 수업에 대한 후기를 작성토록 하여 연구결과를 모색했다.

ICT is still lacking relevant studies and efforts even though it needs to be accompanied by character education. Against this backdrop, this study has developed and operated an education program that combines ICT with character education and conducted surveys on its accomplishments. The research findings are as follows. The analysis of theme-based correlations has revealed that individual's character has not significantly affected character for others and global character and that building character for others have made a significant impact on establishing global character with a high level of correlations. Therefore, I have found that a program involving a group of people together such as team-based task has a positive effect on fostering problem-solving talents with global leadership. It is hard to obtain tangible results in character education in a short period of time but I would like to contribute to laying the foundation for cultivating and fostering talents equipped with global leadership while respecting oneself and caring for others in everyday life through these classes. There is a study on convergence of character education and different subjects, left behind of this study.

본 연구의 목적은 스크래치 프로그래밍을 활용한 초등과학 '작은 생물' STEAM 수업을 개발하고 적용하여, 초등 영재학생의 창의적 인성, 창의적 문제해결력, 과학적 태도의 향상에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 개발한 STEAM 수업은 과학 지식과 스크래치 프로그래밍을 통합한 내용적 융합의 방법을 통해 학습자가 창의적 설계와 감성적 체험을 효과적으로 경험할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 연구 대상은 26명의 초등과학 영재학생들이었으며, 양적 및 질적 접근을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 7차시의 수업을 적용한 결과, 개발한 STEAM 수업이 창의적 인성 및 과학적 태도에 효과가 있었다. 창의적 인성 하위 요소 중, 독립성에서 효과가 있었으며, 과학적 태도 측면에서는 자발성 및 인내심에서 유의한 상승을 보였다. 본 연구는 생명 과학 및 컴퓨터 프로그래밍처럼 STEAM 수업을 위한 효과적인 수단을 통합하는 일이 과학 기술에 대한 학생들의 창의성과 흥미를 신장시킬 수 있음을 제안한다.

Humanity education is the urgent and final problem of education all over the world. This study tries to promote intimate relationship, reliability, and openness between children and teacher which lack in intensive class, and establishes "Class Management System for Humanity Education" to experience an affirmative human relationship with children' s mutual group activities. "Class Management System for Humanity Education" is an integral system guiding a humanity factor only not presenting data, and is an appropriate system model for meeting information-oriented society actively as well as applying computer.

Future society demands a personal who is equipped with personality as well as creativity. In this study is developed an creativity personality-integrated programing education model combining CPS(Creative Problem Solving) method for creativity and narrative approach for personality. The developed model was applied to the 5th, 6th grade students in elementary school. As a result, there were effects of improvement in cultivating both personality as well as creativity. The result may offer implications in developing a creativity personality-integrated education model and curriculums in computer science education.

The study applied chemistry classes based on Collaborative Problem-Solving for Competency(CoProC) Instruction Model to 86 high school seniors and recognized the resulting changes in Character Competence through character competence test, analysis of argumentation, and analysis of reflective writing. In addition, the analysis of the correlation between the assessment results showed what each evaluation method meant to assess Character Competence. The study found that the average score of Character Competence rose in all three assessments, but differences were found in the detailed factors. Character competency test is meaningful in helping students participate with a sense of mastery of learning as a self-evaluation, and the analysis of the argumentation process seems to be an appropriate evaluation method to evaluate the Character Competence shown by students' words and actions through course evaluations. An analysis of reflective writing showed the advantage of being able to analyze Character competencies that are difficult to show in action by looking back on the entire course of learning. In addition, given that the correlation between the three assessment results is very low, it is expected that the three Character competency assessment methods will be conducted together to obtain detailed and comprehensive information on students' character competencies.

In the beginning of the 21st century, UNESCO (The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) thinks the key to the battle is "morality," and thus proposes the norm of ethic, morals and values. Not only have countries all over the world responded to the proposal, but we in Taiwan are also involved in the campaign, hoping through the new movement, the deviant values are to be modified. "Doctrine of the mean" is the best essence in Confucianism when it comes to the idea of government ruling by a virtuous king, who possesses sincerity, a crucial element to inspire better character. Moral teachings nowadays emphasize the fact that a person should own ethic virtue and behave accordingly. Only via constant practice and training can people obtain sincerity and virtues in the learning process, in which Confucianists rely mostly on self-discipline while more tactics are applied to modern education.
