The purpose of this study is to examine how online knowledge-based search service is being used by students in science education. Reviewing information and summarizing data are important parts in scientific inquiry. As more and more information is available online, how to review and summarize online information for scientific inquiry also becomes an issue. In this study, we examined one of the popular online knowledge-based search services to see what kinds of information in secondary school chemistry are mostly sought and how reliable those information could be. The result indicated that users mostly seek scientific explanations and problem solving but about 30% of provided information appeared to be incorrect. It implicates that it is necessary to pay attention for teaching students how to obtain, evaluate, and communicate online information in science education to enhance students' ability for scientific inquiry.

본 연구는 초등학생들의 사이버 가정학습의 활용 요인들을 살펴봄으로써 학생들을 위한 공교육 서비스로서의 발전 방향을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 자료 수집 시스템을 구축하였고, 정보기술수용모형과 관련연구들을 바탕으로 사이버 가정학습의 활용에 미칠 것으로 예상되는 변인들을 추출하였다. 연구 대상은 부산지역의 초등학생 201명이었고, 온라인 설문 시스템을 활용하여 응답결과를 요인분석과 회귀분석 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 (a) 에듀넷 사용에는 유용성, 미래사용의도 (b) 용이성에는 유용성, 인터넷 효능감, (c) 유용성에는 용이성, 주관적 판단, 재미가 유의미한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study was conducted to examine the practical and educational implications of teachers' operation of the curriculum through science and online classes based on data collected for 4 months from 4 teachers who had experience in science subject online classes among homeroom teachers in the 3rd to 6th grades of elementary school in D city. This study was conducted through narrative inquiry. As a result of conducting interviews and in-depth interviews based on the online class experiences of the Earth Science Unit of the study subjects, and conducting field classes with related documents such as online class-related materials and teacher journals, teachers were more likely to take online classes compared to traditional face-to-face classes. They spent more time preparing and showed difficulties in the process of adapting to the new medium used in online classes. In addition, they demanded the provision of scientific materials produced in a pandemic situation and a teaching platform for smooth class operation. In particular, in the case of experimental classes, there is a burden of completing the planned curriculum, and in a pandemic situation, students felt the need for individual experimental tools for intensive science classes. As a result, it is necessary to introduce a blended learning learning system that combines the advantages of face-to-face and online classes as a new class form for the transition to future education in preparation for the pandemic. Continuous teacher research on the format and online class experience is required.

온라인 학습 환경을 효율적으로 구성하는 것은 학습자의 학습 성공을 촉진할 뿐만 아니라 학습과정의 이해에 절대적으로 필요한 일이다. 만일 학습자와 교수자가 효율적으로 교류하면 학습자가 느끼는 심리적 거리감은 상당히 최소화될 수 있을 것이다. 이 연구는 학습자들의 온라인 학습에서 교류적 거리의 구조 지각은 성별에 따라 달라지는가를 알아보고 온라인 환경에서의 수업만족도, 지속성, 학업성취도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 구조의 하위영역이 무엇인지를 밝혀 학습자들의 학습효과를 체계적으로 높일 수 있는 온라인 환경의 요소를 탐색하는데 있다. 설문을 통해 수집된 자료는 연구 목적에 따라 다양한 분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구 결과 학습자의 일반적 특성인 성별에 따른 교류적 거리의 구조 지각수준은 의의있는 차이가 없었다(p>.05). 교류적 거리의 구조 지각수준과 학습자가 지각하는 수업만족도간에 의의있는 상관이 있었으며, 학습자의 학습 지속성과도 통계적으로 의의있는 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 학업성취도와 교류적 거리의 구조 지각수준 간에는 유의의한 차이가 발견되지 않았다(p>.05). 교류적 거리의 구조 하위영역 중 수업만족도에 대한 영향력이 큰 하위영역은 과정 상호 작용이며, 학습 지속성에 대한 영향력이 큰 하위영역은 내용 구성요인으로 나타났다.

This study investigates the relationships between extrinsic motivation (perceived usefulness), intrinsic motivation (perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment), and attitude toward online community. With 252 valid responses, the research hypotheses are tested using by structured equation model. The results show that perceived ease of use affects perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment, that perceived enjoyment has a positive impact on perceived usefulness and attitude toward online community, and that perceived usefulness positively influences attitude toward online community. The study can help IS managers and professionals plan their courses of action more effectively for users' continuous visits on online community.

전력계통의 안정운용을 위하여 대용량 발전소와 주요 345kV 전력소로부터 시각 동기화된 계통 운전자료를 온라인으로 취득하여 계통 안정성을 실시간으로 감시, 분석할 수 있는 전력계통 온라인 안정성 감시, 분석시스템을 개발하였다. 전력계통 온라인 안정성 감시, 분석시스템은 크게 Master 시스템과 Local 시스템으로 구성된다. Local 시스템은 시각동기 데이터 취득시스템(TSDS)이라고도 하는데, GPS를 이용한 시각 동기화된 계통 운전데이터를 측정하고, 지역사고 판단 및 사고데이터를 기록하며, 측정/기록데이터를 Master 시스템으로 온라인 전송해주는 역할을 한다. Master 시스템은 각 Local 시스템에서 전송되어진 측정/기록데이터를 수집하고, 광역사고 판단 및 사고데이터를 기록하며, 과도안정도를 온라인으로 평가해주는 역할은 한다. 현재 1단계 연구결과로서 울진, 영광, 고리 원자력발전소와 동서울,신제천,청양,아산,신옥천 전력소 등 총 8개소에 Local 시스템 설치 및 시운전이 완료되었고, 한국전력거래소(KPX)에 설치된 Master 시스템을 이용하여 TSDS의 확대적용을 위한 활용성 검증작업을 진행하고 있다.

In this study, we investigated opinion leaders' communication activities on Facebook and analyzed the differences of communication patterns on Facebook between Korean and US college students. As a primary source of information, we conducted an online survey to collect data from students currently enrolled at two different universities in US. Additionally, we utilized online survey data previously collected from Korean students. According to our analysis, we found that US male students had more active opinion leadership than Korean male students. Also, opinion leadership of Korean students' was significantly associated with both active and passive communication patterns on Facebook whereas opinion leadership of US students' was significantly associated with passive communication patterns.

The purpose of the study is to identify what search options are used to decide how to search on the online catalog system, and to suggest a format of the initial screen NOTIS and Dynix systems were used. Data collection was conducted in accordance with a $'2\times2'$ design. The study shows the effect on user choices of the initial men formal especially where the arrangement and breadth of search options are concerned. The availability of search options provides various users' search option selection The results of the study suggest that users can input only search term(s) on the initial screen without choice of search option Then, users may select search fields depending upon the results of searching. This method can reduce the search fail when users select wrong search option on the online catalog.

고등학교 1학년 공통과학(융합과학) 중 천문 분야의 교수 학습 지원을 위한 스마트교육 콘텐츠 자료실을 개발하였다. 공통과학과 관련한 현장 연구의 결과들은 개념 전달의 어려움과 함께 과학적 사고를 위한 탐구활동이 절대적으로 부족함을 제시하고 있다. 이에 교사들이 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 스마트교육 콘텐츠를 정리하고 이를 소개하여 학생들이 과학적인 탐구 활동을 통해 천문학 개념 이해에 도달 할 수 있도록 돕고자 하였다. 자료실 개발을 위해 공통과학 각 단원별 내용요소를 정리하고, 내용요소별로 관련된 스마트교육 콘텐츠를 수집한 후, 가장 적합하고 유용하다고 여겨지는 자료들만을 골라 이미지, 동영상, 시뮬레이터, 활동으로 분류하였다. 수집 및 분류한 스마트교육 콘텐츠들을 효율적이며 지속적으로 제공하기 위해서 온라인 자료실 형태의 사이트(astroedu.knue.ac.kr)로 개발하였다. 의견을 수렴하기 위해 현직 및 예비 교사들로부터 두 번의 공개 시연을 거쳐 수요자 중심으로 보완 작업을 실시하였다. 개발된 사이트는 교사와 학생들에게 필요한 스마트교육 콘텐츠를 찾아 제공하는 중간 공급자가 되어 교수 학습 지원의 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study identified types of information source, and explored a path model for consumer information search by shopping attributes in the context of online decision making. Participants completed self-administered questionnaires during regularly scheduled classes. A total of 219 usable questionnaires were obtained from respondents who enroll at universities in the southwestern region of the United States. For data analysis, factor analysis and path model estimation were used. Consumer information source was classified into three types for online clothing purchases: Online source, Offline retail source, and Mass media. Consumers were more likely to rely on offline retail source for online clothing purchases, than other sources. In consumer information search by shopping attributes, online sources were more likely to be related to transaction-related attributes(e.g., incentive service), whereas offline retail source(e.g., displays in stores, manufacturer's catalogs and pamphlets) were more likely to be related to product and market related attributes(e.g., aesthetics, price) when purchasing clothing online. Also, the path model emphasizes the effect of shopping attributes on traditional retailer search behavior, leading to online purchase intention for clothing. This study supports consumer information search by attributes, and discusses a managerial implication of multi-channel retailing for apparel.
