Development of Teacher-training for Improvement of Teaching Efficacy of Technology Teacher (기술교사의 교수효능감 향상을 위한 직무연수 개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop teacher-training for improvement of teaching efficacy of technology teacher. The study was carried out through Delphi research method. It was executed for investigating the professional and wide-range opinions of expert panel to examine the validity. The validity was confirmed by concurrence ratio, convergence ratio, contents validity ratio (CVR). Major results of this study were as follows: First, necessity, nature, purpose of teacher-training for improvement of teaching efficacy of technology teacher was set up. And this teacher-training have 12 objectives in 3 domains (cognitive, affective, psychomotor). Second, contents of this teacher-training were designed to be applicable for 10 modules (300 hours). For example, module1 (introduction of technology education), module2 (construction technology), module3 (information communication technology), etc. Third, educational method, training educator, evaluation method of this teacher-training were developed. Fourth, each module of this teacher-training is 30 hours in length. And summer or winter vacation is appropriate for this teacher-training time. Appropriate teacher-training time is six hours a day. Fifth, roles of educational institution for this teacher-training were suggested. Sixth, strategies to vitalize this teacher-training were suggested.

  • His study was started in the sense of examining the direction of nurturing calligraphy education professionals as the Act on Promotion of Calligraphy was enforced. The purpose of this study is to derive the direction of nurturing manpower in the calligraphy field, and to suggest a direction for nurturing professional manpower different from the existing Seodang-style and apprenticeship methods. To this end, we first looked at the current status of manpower in the calligraphy field through a fact-finding survey and prior research. As of March 2022, the overall status of the curriculum of the Department of Calligraphy at Korean universities was analyzed and its characteristics were examined. In this study, the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training and the direction of nurturing professional manpower through designated institutions were presented. For the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training, we selected an autonomous training method that enables training members to collaborate together to enhance the competency of participants. presented as Training and training for professional manpower through designated institutions Major . operation . A total of 26 programs were presented for communication competency.

An Analysis of Recognitions of the Programs Offered by a 'Science Education Institute' as a Type of Informal Science Education Institution (학교 밖 과학 교육 기관으로서 '과학교육원' 운영 프로그램에 대한 인식 분석)

  • In this study, we analyze the strengths and limitations of student convergence education and teacher-training programs offered by a science education institute in the capital region and provide suggestions for organizing and running similar programs in other science education institutes and schools. Reviews of relevant literature and interviews with internal and external expert groups were conducted, and an analytic framework was developed. Based on the framework, we collected data using focus group interviews and email communications with experts. The data were analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative methods within two areas, namely, convergence education programs for students and teacher-training programs. The data analysis results revealed the status of student convergence education and teacher-training programs in the institute. Furthermore, we also provided suggestions for improving programs in other informal science education institutes and schools through the interaction between the two areas in the framework and educational and social needs.

An effect of the internal marketing policies of financial institutions on the job satisfaction and customer orientation of employees (금융기관의 내부마케팅정책이 종업원의 직무만족과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study examined the effect of the internal marketing policies of financial institutions on the job satisfaction and customer orientation of employees. Many studies have examined internal marketing policies. On the other hand, these studies focused the employees in the service industries (e.g. travel agencies, airlines and hotel, etc.) With the drastic change in financial institutions in recent years, financial institutions are conscious of the importance of customer service and have increased their efforts to manage and train their employees (e.g. expansion of empowerment, education and training, management support, and compensation system). The authors conducted an empirical analysis based on the assumption that these internal policies are effective in increasing the job satisfaction of employees and further influence the customer orientation. The results showed that 'empowerment, management support and compensation system' of internal marketing policies have meaningful effects on job satisfaction, whereas the education and training does not. In addition, job satisfaction has a meaningful effect on the customer orientation and on a mediating effect between internal marketing policies and customer orientation. These results indicate that the internal marketing policies of financial institutions can help improve job satisfaction and customer orientation.

Analysis of the Effects of In-service Education Program on Rural Amenity (농촌어메니티 교원 연수 프로그램 효과 분석)

  • 본 연구에서는 초 중등 교원들의 농업 농촌에 대한 가치 인식 및 학교 현장에서의 학생 지도력을 높이기 위해 교원들에게 농촌어메니티에 대한 이론과 체험 학습을 제공하는 '농촌어메니티 체험 연수 프로그램'의 개발 적용하고, 프로그램의 효과를 분석하였다. '농촌어메니티 개념 및 정책 이해', '농촌어메니티 현장 이해 및 체험', '농촌어메니티 수업 적용'의 3개 영역으로 구성된 총 20시간의 교원연수 프로그램을 개발하였으며, '09. 7. 23. ~ 8. 13.까지 2박 3일씩 5차에 걸쳐 200명의 교사를 대상으로 연수 프로그램을 운영하고, 연수 전후 설문조사를 실시하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 연수에 참여한 교원들의 인구통계학적 특성을 분석한 결과, 여성의 비율이 56.9%로 남성(43.1%)에 비해 높았으며, 일반교사의 비율(53.3%)이 부장교사(26.9%)나 교장 교감 (19.8%)의 비율에 비해 높았다. 연령 분포에서는 50대가 35.2%로 가장 많고, 40대가 32.7%를 차지하고 있었으며, 경력이 20년 이상인 교원들이 67.2%인 것으로 나타났다. 근무기관 분포에서는 초등학교 교원들이 54.8%로 가장 많았으며, 중학교, 고등학교 교원이 각각 20.3%, 18.8%인 것으로 나타났다. 근무지역 분포에서는 중소도시에서 근무하는 교원들이 70.6%로 대다수를 차지하고 있었으며, 농촌거주 경험이 있는 교원들이 64.8%인 것으로 분석되었다. 연수 참여 사전-사후 설문조사를 통한 인식 변화를 분석(Paired samples t-test)한 결과 참여 이후 '농업 농촌에 대한 관심 정도', '농업의 중요도에 대한 인식', '농촌의 생활 정주, 관광 휴양 여건에 대한 인식', '농촌어메니티에 대한 이해도'가 모두 개선된 것으로 나타났다. '농촌어메니티에 대한 중요도 인식'(5점 척도)에서는 환경자원, 자연자원, 역사자원, 경관자원, 시설자원, 경제활동자원, 공동체활동자원으로 분류된 37개의 세부자원들에 대한 중요도 인식이 연수 참여 이후 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 단, 환경자원 가운데 '수질'의 평균 점수는 사전 4.8671, 사후 4.8960로 유의미한 차이가 발견되지 않았다. 연수 전반에 대해 만족하는 교원의 비율이 98.5%로 나타났으며, 연수 이후 농업 농촌에 대한 이해도가 증가했다는 응답이 98.0%, 학생 지도력이 증가했다는 응답이 95.0%, 연수에서 학습한 내용을 학생지도시 활용하겠다는 응답이 97.5%로 집계되어, 개발된 연수 프로그램이 설계시 수립한 목적 달성에 기여하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

Development of teacher training program for smart education (스마트교육 교사연수 프로그램개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a training program on smart education for teachers, which will contribute to establishing and promoting smart education in schools. To achieve the purpose, researchers set up a process composed of five phases: analysis, design, development,s implementation and assessment. For details of the training program, analysis was conducted on areas such as environment, learners and assignments, and the results were used to design the five subjects - theory and practice of smart education; use of smart education platform; solutions for smart teaching and learning; case studies of smart education; and smart education practice and addiction to smart devices - and 12 learning assignments. Training materials for teachers taking the program and teaching materials that can be used by teachers in schools were developed based on the results of requirement analysis and program design. For the assessment, 72 teachers from elementary and middle schools in D city participated in the training program of through the smart education research centers designated as an in-service training center for teachers. The program was finally completed by incorporating assessments of the participants and consultations with experts. The discussions made in the process of the program development will provide suggestions for future development of training programs on smart education for teachers.
