4차산업 이래 급변하는 산업환경과 경기악화로 인해 청년실업율이 지속적 사회문제로 부상하고 있으며, 산업구조 변화로 사회에서 요구하는 진로역량에 영향도 변화하고 있다. 이에 일자리창출의 새로운 동력원으로 창업에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는데다 대학 창업교육은 양적 성장세를 이어 왔고, 더불어 주요 창업지원성과라 볼 수 있는 창업자수·고용인원수·매출액 성과도 상승세를 보이고 있다. 그러나 대학 창업교육이 어떠한 질적 성장을 이루고 있는지에 대해서는 의견이 분분할 것이다. 창업교육은 주로 국내 교육 및 해외교육 현황이나 일부 역량관점으로 대학 창업교육을 다루는 선행연구가 있으나 아직 역량관점에서의 창업교육에 대한 연구는 도입단계로 다양한 시도가 이루어 지고 있다. 대학에서는 실질적인 창업지원 성과가 증가하고 있음에도 창업교육과의 관계를 밝히는 연구 또한 충분치 않은 상황이다. 이러한 점들을 반영한다면 사회 변화와 요구에 따라 창업교육의 양적성장에 이은 질적 고도화를 위한 다각적 연구가 필요한 시점이라 할 수 있겠다. 창업교육의 질적 측면에서 살펴보자면 유럽에서는 수년간 광범위한 연구를 통해 기업가정신역량을 국민의 전생애역량으로 인식하고 평생교육에 적용해 오고 있는 반면, 국내에서는 대학 별로 3~5단계 내외의 교육체계를 세우고 창의성을 높이기 위한 디자인씽킹이나 캡스톤디자인식 등의 창업교과목과 같은 시도가 증가하고 있다. 기업가정신에 대한 교육도 다소 증가하고는 있으나 주로 창업스킬 중심의 교육으로 편중되는 현상을 보이고 있다. 대학은 창업교육을 통해 사업가도 중요하지만 무엇보다 기업가를 육성해야 하는 기관이다. 그러므로 대학별 특성에 따른 교육체계의 다양성에 더하여 이제는 국내 대학 창업교육의 체계성을 높이기 위한 통합적인 접근 또한 필요한 시점이라 본다. 이에 본 연구에서는 역량관점으로 창업교육 현황을 파악하고 실질적인 창업지원성과 간 관계를 밝혀 창업교육 고도화를 위한 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 기업가정신역량(Entrepreneurship Competence) 개념을 기반으로 4년제 창업선도대학의 역량별 창업교육 현황을 파악하고, 대학정보공시자료를 활용하여 기업가정신역량기반 창업교육과 지원성과 간 연관성을 밝혀 지원체계 개선방안을 제안한다. 이러한 연구결과는 창업교육 지원체계를 고도화 함에 더하여 대학에서의 기업가정신역량기반 창업교육을 통하여 대학생의 기업가정신역량을 제고시킴으로써 실질적인 창업지원성과를 높이고, 사회의 한 구성원으로써 사명감을 가지는 바람직한 기업가를 발굴하고 육성함에 있어 좀 더 명확한 방향성을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 부산지역 청년 창업교육의 활성화와 예비 청년 로컬창업자의 맞춤형 창업역량개발을 위해 부산지역 대학생들을 대상으로 한 현장 실무중심 창업교육이 지역 대학생들의 창업동기와 창업역량에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 본 연구에서는 창업동기의 구성요인을 경제적동기와 자아실현동기로 구분하였으며 창업역량은 로컬창업에 필요한 실무역량, 로컬 브랜드개발역량, 재무분석역량이 창업교육 수료 후 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치는 실증분석을 통해 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 부산지역 K대학교 창업관련 교과 수강생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to draw implications for improving the method of reflecting the competencies in Korea mathematics curriculum, by analyzing what competencies are reflected in foreign mathematics and curriculum. As a result of the study, foreign countries were reflecting their competencies in mathematics curriculum in various ways. In France mathematics curriculum, the achievement standards of learning competencies(compétences travaillées) that students should reach by cycle were presented, and the related common competencies(socle commun) were indicated. In Australia's mathematics curriculum, the general capabilities for achievement standards were identified, and the achievement criteria for proficiency strands to be reached by grade level were presented. British Columbia's mathematics curriculum actively reflected its competencies. In the mathematics curriculum, domains were reorganized based on the competencies, and achievement standards of the competencies were proposed. The results of this study will help in improving the ways in which were reflected competencies in mathematics curriculum.

This study was conducted to develop a teaching competency scales customized for teaching programs conducted by Center for Teaching & Learning at A University. To achieve this purpose, a preliminary study was set up, which consists of three competency groups (basic competency, practice competency, innovation competency) and 26 learning competency factors through a review of previous studies. In order to verify the reliability and validity of the provisional teaching competency scales, an online survey was conducted on A university teachers in September 2020, The collected questionnaire data were organized and exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted. As a result of exploratory factor analysis, 26 teaching competency was reduced to 17. As a result of the confirmatory factor analysis, the model was found to be good, Also, as a result of analyzing the construct reliability and AVE of the confirmed teaching competency factors, all 17 factors showed a good level of .7 or more. The teaching competency scales developed through this study can be used as basic data for performance evaluation and development of new programs of CTL teaching program.

본 연구는 수출중소기업의 재직자를 대상으로 기술혁신역량과 수출금융제도가 수출성과에 미치는 영향 및 글로벌마케팅역량의 하위 변수인 글로벌확장성을 매개변수로 하여 기술혁신역량과 수출금융제도와 수출성과 간의 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 독립변수는 기술역량의 하위변수인 연구개발역량, 기술축적역량으로 구분하였고, 수출금융제도를 사용하였다. 전국에 거주하는 수출중소기업의 재직자로부터 수집한 설문지 242부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. SPSS v22.0을 사용하여 3단계 매개모형을 기반으로 회기분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 기술혁신역량은 글로벌확장성에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기술혁신역량은 수출 성과에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수출금융제도는 글로벌확장성에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 수출금융제도는 수출성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 기술혁신역량이 수출성과에 미치는 영향에 있어서 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 수출금융제도가 수출성과에 미치는 영향에 있어서 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문은 예비유아교사 양성과정에서 요구되는 핵심역량 중 재개념화가 필요한 지식정보처리역량의 구성방향과 이를 위한 교육내용 탐색을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 과거 정보화역량과 지식정보처리역량의 개념 및 가치를 비교하여 기초내용을 구성한 후 현장전문가, 교육전문가, 예비교사 등 15인을 대상으로 포커스그룹 인터뷰 연구방법을 통하여 연구결과를 도출한다. 본 논문에서는 선행연구를 참고하여 예비유아교사의 지식정보처리역량을 교육현장의 문제해결을 위하여 다양한 영역의 지식과 정보를 처리하고 활용할 수 있는 역량이라 개념정의 하였고 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 이를 위한 교육내용을 설정할 것이다. 본 논문을 통해 제시된 예비유아교사의 지식정보처리역량의 개념 및 교육내용은 예비유아 교사양성과정의 교육과정개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the teachers' competency for the NCS-based microprocessor course in the 'electronic,' and analyzed the relative importance among vocational teachers' competencies. Findings were (1) the teaching competencies for the microprocessor course consists of 8 major factors and 22 sub-factors, and (2) the AHP gained the result of the relative importance of the teaching competencies. In conclusion, the programming was identified as the most critical competency, suggested a guidelines for Microprocessor course to use in vocational schools.

This study empirically analyzed the relationship with major influencing factors in enhancing innovation capability of start-ups and their influence on innovation performance. If the existing innovation competency studies were analyzed from a general corporate perspective, In this study, it was analyzed from the perspective of start-up companies with less than 7 years of founding. As a result of a survey on startups, learning competency among the sub-variables of innovation competency, R&D competency and marketing competency are significant positive (+) consistent with both organizational competence related to organizational culture and organizational goals, technology commercialization competency, and close product competency. Has been shown to affect. The technical competence part does not have a significant effect on the product competency. However, it could not be interpreted that the importance of these competencies was low. This is because although technical competence did not directly affect product competency, it was analyzed as a meaningful result in relation to R&D competency. In addition, the characteristics of the company were classified into technology orientation and market orientation, and the relationship between each sub-variable was analyzed. The technical competence of a technology-oriented company did not have a significant effect on the product competency, but it was found that it had an effective effect on the R&D capacity. It is also consistent with the research findings that the initial survival rate is low as the characteristics of start-ups are often based on technology and ideas. Based on these results, There is a difference in major innovation capabilities according to the growth stage of a company. From a practical point of view, I would like to present approaches and implications for strengthening the competence of start-ups.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the capacities of innovation in the organization, and to examine the effects of corporate entrepreneurship, R&D capability, technology commercialization capacity and technology orientation. First, the research model and hypothesis were established based on the literature research and 153 questionnaires were distributed and collected among management office workers among manufacturing workers in Kyungbuk. The results of this study confirm that the corporate entrepreneurship positively affects R&D capacity and that R&D capacity has a positive effect on technology commercialization capacity. And we confirmed the significant moderating effect of technology orientation. However, there is no mediating effect of R&D capability on the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and technology commercialization. These findings can provide guidelines for organizational management in the cultural aspect by identifying the effects of in-house entrepreneurship and technology orientation on cultivating the innovation capacity of management office at the organizational level.

The purpose of this study is to develop a competency model for the revision of the dentistry education curriculum based on the competency of W College of Dentistry. For this, this study made progress of the competency model development procedure in three stages. The preparation stages of the competency model was developed by performing an analysis about the awareness investigation of the members, and the development stages were progressed through the competency level and behavioral index, etc. The content validity was verified by an expert for the evaluation stage. As a result, content validity index was high with CVI of .91 and a competency model was developed with the 4 key competencies, which are the common competencies of the university linked with job competency, the major competency. This study holds significance by the fact that the competency model development case developed through this procedure provided basic data for research that requires the development of the competency model and the education curriculum revision based on the competency of W College of Dentistry is planned to also be applied.
