한국형 워게임모형 개발기법

  • 워게임은 전쟁수행능력 평가를 위하여 수많은 변수들이 복잡하게 연결되어 있는 극한상황에서전투수행상황을 신속학 분석할 수 있는 전쟁모의분석 기법의 하나이다. 최근 컴퓨터의 처리능력이 급격히 증대됨에 따라서 워게임의 활용영역이 점진적으로 확대되고 있다. 워게임운용에 있어서 우리의 전쟁상황과 실정에 맞는 전쟁모의모형을 우리가 개발하여 사용하는 것이 가장 이상적이다. 그러나 이러한 모형개발·운영에는 막대한 비용과 시간이 소요되며, 최근까지 초대형모형을 독자적으로 개발할 수 있는 여건이 충분히 성숙되어 있지 않다. 아직가지 워게임 전문연구기관이 국내에 없으며, 워게임모형개발과 전문이력확보에 대한 투자가 미흡함으로써 전쟁연구의 해외의존이 지속되고 있으며, 한국상황에 적합한 전쟁연구는 국내 워게임 관련기관을 중심으로 제한적으로 수행되고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 당면한 국방정책결정과 전쟁수행능력 평가를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는, 선진외국의 개밞형을 보전·보완·개선하여 활용하면서 이와 병행하여 중장기적으로 독자적인 한국형 모형을 개발할 수 있는 능력을 보전하여야 한다. 본 논문은 한국형 워게임 보형개발에 있어서 필수적으로 검토 분석되어야 하는 사항과 주요 전투논리를 개선하는데 필요한 개발단계별 검증방법을 제시한다.

  • This study is on information literacy standards and models analysis, which will be used as the source material to measure undergraduates' information literacy. After main areas and items that are analyzed with three standards and two models are proposed, finally item model(proposal) for scale development is proposed. It consists of six main areas and eighteen items. The scale development item model(proposal) proposed in this study will be used as the source material to measure undergraduates' information literacy that will be studied in future.

  • The purpose of this study is to present the role and function of Smart Training Education Platform(STEP) as a public online platform that should be aimed at for the development of customized lifelong vocational skills as the existing Occupational Skills Development Act was revised to the National Lifelong Vocational Skills Development Act. To this end, the role and function of STEP's public service was derived based on domestic public online platform service case studies and expert FGI, and an expert verification meeting was held. Based on this, implications for the role and function of STEP as a public online platform were presented.

A Study for Developing Generic Competency Standards Focusing on Professional Engineer Qualification in National Technical Qualification Act (공통직무능력표준 개발연구: 국가기술자격법상 기술사 자격을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the national generic competency standards for professional engineer and so improve the quality of Korean professional engineer into an international level. First, this study intends to develop the national generic competency standards for professional engineer that contributes to maintain and enhance the quality of professional engineers in terms of a linkage among education and training, qualification, and labor market. Second, this study aim to obtain the national generic competency standards for professional engineer that applies to reform the criteria of certification, testing, and interview of National Technical Qualification System as well as to develop the curriculum of engineering education and continuing professional development and the system of human resource management in corporations. As a result, a final draft of the national generic competency standards for professional engineer was confirmed to include 12 clusters of competency standards and 56 elements of competency standards.

  • This study developed a National Competency Standard(NCS) regarding the casino operations management based on the manual for developing National Competency Standard of 13 years and a revised classification system chart of the National Competency Standard. For the research method, this study developed a national competency standard of relevant jobs after going through review, consultation, modification, supplementation, and reporting procedures 10 times with development experts of the National Competency Standard, the industrial setting professionals, education and training experts, qualification(job analysis) experts, facilitators, and a working group of job verification committee based on the phased range and DACUM procedure of study. The major development results of this study are as follows. First, this study selected and defined duties based on the revised classification system chart of the National Competency Standard, then drew and developed total 8 ability units based on the applicable duties. Secondly, based on the developed ability units, total 27 ability unit factors were deduced and developed. Thirdly, a standard system by ability unit factor was developed based on the level of the national competency standard and revised classification system chart, then this study deduced and developed a supra-domain of the standard system by competency units using the standard tranquility value by these competency unit factors. Based on such development contents and guidelines for the national competency standard ability unit classification number, this study deduced and developed category numbers by relevant competency unit. Fourthly, total 27 relevant performance standard by competency units and knowledge, skill, and attitude were deduced and developed. Fifthly, this study deduced and developed a scope of application, work situation, evaluation guide, core competency, and development history in reference to the total 8 relevant competency units based on the duties.

A Development of Career Aptitude Scale for Design Majoring University Students (디자인 진로적성검사의 개발)

  • This study developed 'Design Career Aptitude Scale' to help design majoring college students who are seeking their career goals or conflicting to decide their majors. The subscales of the 'Design Career Aptitude Scale' are 'basic job competency', 'basic design competency' and' advanced design competency'. This study further classified the 'basic job competency' and 'basic design competency' into several subareas and defined each concepts. Based upon the classification of each subareas, tentative test items were developed through the verification of validity three times by seven design professionals. A pilot study of the developed scale was administered to 506 design majoring college students. The results by exploratory factor analysis were that the basic job competency was composed of four factors; ability of interpersonal relations, goal-driven ability, problem solving ability and self-developing ability. The basic design competency was composed of five factor, grounding in design, computer skills, material sensitivity, formative ability and color sensitivity. The results can be seen as an adequate, delicate factor structure to represent design aptitude, and also the scale can be a useful tool to the students who are conflicting to decide their majors and careers. The further study needed to validate the scale through the investigation of the relationship with related scales measuring designing ability, and with other criteria-referenced group.

  • 본 연구는 언어경험접근법을 활용한 유아 현장체험활동 프로그램을 개발하고, 개발한 프로그램이 유아의 문해능력 및 창의성에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 유아의 현장체험활동 프로그램 개발한 후, 현장체험활동 프로그램이 유아의 문해능력과 창의성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 연구하였다. 연구 결과 언어경험접근법을 활용한 유아 현장체험활동 프로그램은 유아 수용어휘능력 및 표현어휘능력 증진에 효과적인 것으로 나타났으며, 창의성의 하위요인에 있어서도 독창성, 유창성, 융통성, 상상력 증진에 긍정적인 효과를 미친 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 언어경험접근법을 활용한 유아 현장체험활동 프로그램은 유아의 문해능력과 창의성 증진에 효과적인 교수 전략인 것으로 해석된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to research the concepts of reading ability and debate ability, and the components of both abilities and to make the performance assessment's standards to apply them to the classroom for reading debate in the school libraries. For doing this, I studied the necessity of reading debate, assessment, and the components of reading/debate abilities. The components of the reading and debate abilities were derived from the theoretical researches and the performance assessment's standards for the reading debate were proposed in the viewpoint of the teacher librarians and classroom teachers in the school libraries in order that the teacher librarians and teachers could apply them to the reading debate classes and assess the performance achievement of the students.

  • The aim of this study was to investigate the priority partner countries for technical vocational education and training (TVET), using the cluster analysis. The partner countries were prioritized for finance supports and knowledge sharing. We had also redesigned the TVET assistance process as well as reflected the needs of recipient countries for TVET. Especially, by redesigning the methodological support process, we also increased the effectiveness and efficiency of TVET official development assistance. In research method, potential 24 priority partner countries have been designated by the international development cooperation committee and selection criteria of international cooperation agencies and banks. Then, we conducted the cluster analysis, using three main variables: economic factor, labor market factor, education factor. In results, we clustered four and three types of the priority partner countries for TVET. In future, we suggested the new approach for selecting the priority partner countries in terms of employment and labor as well as non-designated partner countries, which will need to cooperate for TVET.

  • 현재 대부분의 전공이나 교양 교과목에 관한 교수-설계방법은 연구개발이 많이 되어 왔지만 NCS 직업기초능력 정보능력 교양 교과목에 알맞은 교수-학습 설계법은 미진한 형편이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 기존의 교수-설계 방법론을 기반으로 한 정보능력 교과목에 관한 교수-학습 모형의 설계안을 제시하고자 한다.
