Analysis on Educational Needs for Development of Principals' Strategic Leadership (학교장의 전략적 리더십 역량 강화를 위한 교육요구도 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate educational needs for development of principals' strategic leadership. The researcher analyzed 128 responses from elementary and secondary school principals who participated in professional development programs in 2019. For data analyses, the researcher conducted t-test and Borich needs assessment and drew the Locus for Focus model. Results are as follows. First, all respondents and secondary school principals considered important competencies data collection and use for setting future directions, vision statement for educational community, preparation of essential values for educational activities in school, evaluation on school finance and utilization, effort for development of school system, and enhancement of positive communication climate. Second, elementary school principals regarded important competencies as vision statement for educational community, preparation of essential values for educational activities in school, analysis of school environment and use, evaluation on school finance and utilization, investigation of educational objectives and planning, effort for development of school system, and enhancement of positive communication climate.

Dental hygienist's job recognition and vocational competency reinforcement (치과위생사 직업인식과 직무역량 강화방안)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to analyze the qualities and problems to be solved to strengthen the vocational competency of dental hygienists and to identify the work to be institutionally established. Methods: From April 1 to May 30, 2019, a total of 325 people participated (152 registered dental hygienists: RDH, 173 students of dental hygiene: SDH) in this study. The survey items were as follows: "job awareness" (6 items), "problem to be solved to strengthen vocational competency" (5 items), "qualities to be equipped to strengthen"competency" (9 items), and "practical work to be institutionally established" (4 items). Results: RDH and SDH had the highest perception of professionalism (3.68, 3.99 points), and low remuneration against work (4.21, 4.18 points) was perceived as the most important problem to be solved. The qualities for competency reinforcement showed the highest results in expertise knowledge (4.68, 4.64 points) and vocation for job (3.76, 4.09 points). Practical work to be established institutionally appeared as follows: X-ray film reading, dental hygiene diagnosis, periodontal pocket measurement, and periodontal pockets (<6 mm) treatment. Conclusions: This study is expected to be actively used to strengthen the vocational competency among dental hygienists, construct work autonomy, and rationalize and legalize practical work.

A Study on the Influence of Shipping Firms' Knowledge Management on their Service Capabilities (지식경영이 해운선사의 서비스 역량에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • In the modern management literature, knowledge has been recognized as a new strategic resource enabling a firm to create its competitiveness. Shipping companies under fierce competitive structure need to pay attentions to the utility of knowledge management. A shipping firm may develop its unique service capability by classifying, sharing, and transferring the data, information and knowledge obtained from both inside and outside its global service network. The current study attempts to analyze influential relationships between liner shipping firms' knowledge management and service capabilities. In order to achieve this goal, this study designed a knowledge chain model measuring shipping companies' knowledge management levels and tested its validity and reliability based on a total of 80 replied questionnaires from national and foreign liners. The empirical result presents that supportive and primary activities composing a knowledge chain could exert significant positive influences on the enforcement of shipping service capabilities. This research shows that the utility of knowledge management is adoptable in the maritime industry, and recommends that shipping firms should recognize strategic importance of knowledge and actively pursue knowledge management at an entire firm level.

The Relative Importance and Priority of Game Contents Industry Policy (게임콘텐츠산업정책의 우선순위에 대한 연구)

  • This research studied how game contents related experts recognize the transition of contents industries in intellectual information era. This study also studied experts' priorities of evaluation elements in contents industry policies. For this, Analytic Hierarchy Process was utilized to analyze the relative importance and priorities of evaluation elements in contents industry policies. According to the analysis, the order of priorities was 'strengthening content technology', 'training content experts', 'improving the contents-related system' and 'strengthening content usage and consumer safety'. Also, in complex importance analysis, 'strengthening R&D system for content' was gauge as the most important element. In the analysis about each related group's thinking, industries and policy institutes considered 'strengthening content technology' important and academia evaluated 'training content experts' as the most important one.

A Study on the Differences in Learning Capability according to the Demand and the Degree of Demand of Learning Program (학습 프로그램 수요 및 요구도에 따른 학습역량 차이연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the differences in learning capability according to the demand of learning programs. The participants of this study included 1,738 S University students. The results of the study are as follows. First, in learning capability according to participation in learning programs, we found statistically significant differences in the ability to organize information, resource utilization, self-awareness, self-improvement and sociality. Second, there were no statistically significant differences in the ability to organize information, resource utilization, self-awareness, self-improvement and sociality in participating in learning programs. Third, there were statistically significant differences in the ability to organize information, resource utilization, self-awareness, self-improvement and sociality in not participating in learning programs. Fourth, there were statistically significant differences in the ability to organize information, resource utilization, self-awareness, self-improvement and sociality in experiencing difficulties in learning. Fifth, learning capabilities in specific areas that students wanted to improve had no statistically significant differences in the ability to organize information, resource utilization, self-awareness. However, there were statistically significant differences in self-improvement and sociality.

The Effects of Patient Safety Culture Perception and Patient Safety Competencies on Patient Safety Management Activities in Nurses (간호사의 환자안전문화 인식과 환자안전역량이 환자안전관리활동에 미치는 영향에 대한 융복합 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the impact on patient safety management activities. In this study, 134 nurses from three local hospitals were investigated for patient safety culture recognition, patient safety capacity, and patient safety management activities, and the impact on patient safety management activities was thus attempted. The patient safety culture recognition level was 4.25/5, the patient safety capacity was 4.37/5, the patient safety management activity was 4.26/5, and the patient safety awareness and patient safety capability(r=.765, p<.001) and Patient Safety Capacity and Patient Safety Management Activity (r=.837, p<.001) and Patient Safety Capacity and Recognition of Patient Safety Culture(r=.728, p<.001) had a significant amount of correlation. Factors affecting patient safety management activities(β=.582, p<.001), Patient Safety Culture Recognition(β=.3632, p<.001), position(β=-.132, p=.009) Patient safety requires strengthening the capabilities of nurses and systematic training and evaluation of continuous patient safety activities.

  • 세계경제 포럼(World Economic Forum)에서 발표한 '교육의 새로운 비전(New Vision for Education)'은 '인재야말로 21세기 혁신, 경쟁력, 성장을 이끄는 핵심 요소'라고 하였다. 이처럼 인재의 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있는 상황에서 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 맞는 R&D 인력 육성을 위해 기업가역량을 중심으로 위험을 감수하고 포착된 새로운 기회를 실현하는 도전정신을 가진 기업가 육성을 위한 방안을 고민해 보고자한다. 다시 말해 4차 산업혁명 시대는 지금까지의 문제 해결중심의 창업, 교육과정과는 다른 문제를 정확히 인식하고 미래변화에 인내를 가지고 유연하게 대처하는 능력의 인재 육성이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 신입 R&D 인력 대상으로 현재 기업가역량을 평가하고 부족한 역량에 대해서는 보다 개선/강화할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다.

대학생 창업교육 수업유형에 따른 창업의지 영향요인 조절효과에 관한 연구

  • 최근 대학교 내 창업친화적 학사제도의 활성화 등의 정책적 노력과 지원에 따라 다양한 형태의 창업교과목 신설 및 운영이 이뤄지고 있다. 일반적인 정보전달 위주의 창업교육보다 실제 창업가에게 요구되는 다양한 역량과 문제해결 능력 등을 체득할 수 있는 체험형 창업강좌가 교육의 효과에 더 긍정적인 역할을 하고 있음은 여러 연구에서 밝혀진 바 있다. 창업교육의 대표적 학자인 Michael H. Morris(2014)에 의하면 창업교육은 학생들의 역량 개발을 기준으로 설계되고 평가되어야 하며, 기업가에게 필요한 역량 강화를 위해서는 모의 창업 시뮬레이션을 포함한 다양한 과제, 협업활동, 체험학습 요소 등을 접목시킨 몰입적 참여형 체험학습으로 커리큘럼을 구성해야만 기업가적 역량을 향상시킬 수 있다고 제시하였다. 본 연구는 대학교 내 창업교육 유형을 실전형, 혼합형, 특강형으로 구분하여 창업교육 수업유형에 따른 창업의지 영향요인인 교육 만족도, 자기효능감, 기회인식, 창의성의 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 아울러 창업교육의 수업유형이 교육 수강 후 창업의지 영향요인과 창업의지에 미치는 조절효과에 대해 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 창업교육이 지향해야 체험중심의 창업교육 표준모델의 제안하고, 창업교육 효과에 대한 연구 확산에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

우리나라 중소기업의 정보 보호 역량 강화를 위한 교육 훈련 현황과 문제점

  • 오늘날 기업 활동 전반에 걸쳐 네트워크 및 정보시스템에 대한 의존도가 높아지고 있는 추세에 따라 이를 대상으로 한 정보 보안 침해 역시 증가하고 있다. 우리나라의 산업 구조상 중소기업은 전체 사업체수를 기준으로 99%이상을 차지하고 있으며 특히 소기업 및 소상공인은 전체의 96%이상을 차지하고 있다. 중소기업은 그 규모의 특성상 상대적으로 정보보안 위협에 취약함이 지적되고 있으며 이들의 보안 역량 강화는 안전한 디지털 경제 환경을 조성하기 위한 핵심 과제로 떠오르고 있다. 그 중요성에 대한 인식을 기반으로 중소기업의 특성에 맞는 정보 보안 교육 훈련이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라 중소기업 및 정보 보안 관련 주무 기관인 중소기업청, 국가정보원 등과 더불어 민간 정보기술(IT)교육 훈련 기관들에서 실시되고 있는 중소기업을 위한 정보 보안 교육 훈련의 현황을 살펴보고 문제점을 파악하고자 한다.

  • SW 개발 프로젝트 시, SW 품질 및 생산성 향상에 저해 되는 SW공학 가이드 부재가 존재한다. 그 중에서 SW공학 발전과 전문 SW공학 인력 양성의 필요성 인식이 존재하고 있다. SW공학 인력의 역량과 전문성을 강화시킬 수 있는 지속적 성장 체계 확립과 인력 활용 가이드 제시를 위하여 본 논문에서는 SW공학 표준 커리큘럼 개발을 소개한다. 프로젝트 수행 시 SW공학 표준 커리큘럼은 SW공학 전문 인력 확보를 위한 기준을 제시 하여, 조직 SW 공학 역량 강화를 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SW 프로세스 분야 표준 교육과정을 소개하고자 한다.
