물산업 통계(2020)에 따르면 우리나라 물기업은 총 15,473개이며 매출규모는 43조원 수준으로 조사되었다. 그러나 국내 물기업은 소규모 영세기업 중심으로 구성되어 있어 시장경쟁력이 취약한 상황이다. 이러한 물산업의 구조를 개선하고 물산업을 육성하기 위해서는 국내 물기업들의 경쟁력 장애요인 및 시장상황에 대해 분석할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 국내 물기업 1,023개를 대상으로 물산업 심층설문조사를 수행하였고 이를 분석하여 우리나라 물기업들의 육성방안을 모색하였다. 조사 결과 우리나라 물기업들은 정부, 지자체, 공공기관의 발주에 대한 의존도가 약 70%로 높은 시장구조를 형성하고 있었으며 공공부문이 수요처, 민간 물기업은 공급자로 시장관계가 형성되고 있었다. 또한 물기업들은 해외시장에 대한 진출에 대한 의향이 매우 낮게 평가되었으며 기술개발 동기로는 내수시장 점유율 확대유지가 48%로 나타났으며, 경쟁상대로는 국내중소기업이라고 대답한 비율이 88%로 나타나 국내 물시장의 과대경쟁이 심한 상황으로 조사되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 물시장의 현재 상황을 개선하기 위한 우리나라 물기업들의 해외진출의 애로사항 및 경쟁력 향상을 위한 성공요인들을 조사하여 향후 우리나라 물시장 성장을 위한 정책방향을 제시하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the barriers and the solutions of the older adults' online information activities. The barriers were categorized into 8 and the solutions into 9 based on the literature review. It revealed that the lack of information devices use skill was the most serious barrier in their online information activities, and the results were different according to gender, academic careers, and residential area.; the improvement of information device environment was the most important solution to resolve the barrier, and different according to academic careers, economic status, and residential area contrary to the barrier. To get rid of the digital devide according to socioeconomic variables, a customized education of information literacy and an elderly-oriented information devices are necessary to resolve the barriers.

This study reviews the current status of Korean traditional creative music groups that have entered the North American World Music market. It also explores some success factors and strategies behind the artists' sustainable activities in the region as well as improvements needed for the Korean government's support. For the purpose of realistic suggestions, music groups that have entered the North American World Music market and experts in artists' global activities have been interviewed for analysis. The interview questionnaire consisted of the following items: 1. how the music groups reached the North American market, 2. what made them successful, 3. what strategies they used to perform in the region, 4. what challenges they faced, and 5. how the government support could be improved. The study found the following success factors: the groups' participation in Korean and international music markets, existence of a local agency, uniqueness and popularity of Korean music, and possibility to organize workshops. It also identified the following challenges: absence of lucrative touring plans, complicated visa issuance, and limitations of networking. It is hoped that this research will provide useful information for music groups planning to enter the North American World Music market and that it will make some meaningful policy suggestions to relevant organizations.

This study investigates cargo management issues in the shipbuilding and marine equipment industry. Problems are analyzed concerning the absence of information about exact cargo location and condition, damage, loss, replacement, and transportation delays during the import and export process. Then, improvements are proposed to solve these problems. To illustrate, real time information about the status and location of cargo should be communicated between import/export and logistics companies to facilitate material logistics for shipbuilding & marine equipment. In addition, a standard cargo classification and recognition system should be established to reduce delivery delays and mistakes, so then enhancing logistical efficiency. Moreover, it is also necessary to nurture professional shipbuilding & marine equipment forwarders to strengthen their expertise with professional education and training.

There's a way to recover unbalanced industrial structure between large size company (LEs) and small size company(SMEs). It's called middle size company (MEs) which can be the magic bullet for Korea to be more healthier than ever. but there are problems with MEs in Korea. Not only the number of MEs is too low compared to developed country's but also the status of amount of research developmental revenue, R&D concentration isn't that satisfied. That's why we need to focus on MEs which was out of center stage until now. Before discussing about how to foster MEs, we need to know what cause MEs makes weak. This research contains actual condition of R&D investment in MEs based on data from Korea information service. Also, survey data can help to know exact factor which make hard to invest research development. Expecially, this research give the answers that relation between the course of growth and concentration of R&D which was observed that has reciprocal relationship.

This study aims to find implications of Korean FTAs and to suggest policy recommendations to facilitate the utilization of FTAs based on the field survey of more than 1,000 trading firms According to the survey, most of the trading firms have utilized FTAs more than once and had agreed that the FTAs have contributed to expansion of their business and trade with partners. However, still a number of firms responded that they have never used FTAs. Even those who are utilizing FTAs expressed difficulties in conforming to the complex rules of origin verification processes and lack of practical information on how to use FTAs. Therefore, government policies need to be more focused on elevating FTA utilization rate and meeting the practical use of FTAs by trading firms. In addition, trading firms were found to express preference to potential FTA partners with large economies in the East Asia and were in the opinion that future FTA agreements should be approached in a way that can reflect the practical interest of the firms.

In this study, HRD-NET (http://hrd.go.kr), a vocational and training integrated computer network operated by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, is used to confirm whether job training information required by job seekers is being provided smoothly The question bulletin board was extracted using 'R' program which is optimized for big data technique. Therefore, the effectiveness, appropriateness, visualization, frequency analysis and association analysis of the vocational training system were conducted through this, The results of the study are as follows. First, the issue of vocational training card, video viewing, certificate issue, registration error, Second, management and processing procedures of learning cards for tomorrow 's learning cards are complicated and difficult. In addition, it was analyzed that the training cost system and the refund structure differentiated according to the training occupation, the process, and the training institution in the course of the training. Based on this paper, we will study not only the training system of the Ministry of Employment and Labor but also the improvement of the various training computer system of the government department through the analysis of big data.

SMEs in Korea have increased their investment in R&D as they have recognized the importance of technology development. However, Korean SMEs have been lacking in technological competencies and commercialization capabilities. Also, SMEs often have difficulties in technology planning and preliminary research in R&D process. Under this background, this paper analyses the effects of SMEs' technology planning competency on the success of their commercialization, as their low technological competencies are due to the low capabilities of technology planning. The result shows that SMEs' cooperation partnership and market orientation are significant determinants to the success of their technology commercialization. The study used logistic regression analysis model.

This paper studies on the optimum design space of solar power plant, application of efficiency improvement facility using various examples, lack of power cost, lack of land development and difficulty of permission. We analyze economic factors and profitability by deriving analysis factors according to the conditions of construction examples and variables by applying efficient facilities that can utilize idle space of individuals and public more efficiently through various cases.

전기공사는 전기공사업법에 의거 전기공사업을 등록한 자에게 발주하여야 하며 도급받은 공사업자는 전기공사업법, 전기설비기술기준, 설계도서에 적합하게 시공하도록 하고 있지만, 일부 발주관서에서 전기공사를 정보통신공사업 등 다른 공사업종으로 발주하는 사례가 있어 관계법령에 의한 전기수용신청에 애로 요인이 될뿐 만 아니라 전문적인 시공능력이 결여된 자에게 시공을 의뢰할 경우 부실을 초래하여 국민의 생명과 재산에 심각한 위협이 되고 있는바, 이와 같은 폐해를 사전에 예방하고 전기공사의 설계 및 적법한 시공업체를 선정할 수 있도록 기본적인 방향을 제시하고자 한다.
