Importance recognition of the nursing management(N. M.) clinical practice contents and the actual practical experience were studied against 289 students of 3 nursing schools who had undergone the senior N. M clinical practice. The most important item they considered from the practical evaluation was responsibility followed by interpersonal relationship, trust, communication, and ethic. For the importance of the N. M. contents, nursing unit management was considered as the most important(4.37/5). Abilities they could actually experience from the clinical practice were nursing unit management(22.0%), understanding of nursing management(20.7%), and human resource management(19.8%). And, abilities they could never experience were marketing(52.4%) and financial management(44.0%). Since there was an inconsistency between the importance of contents students recognized and the actual experience, I suggest a completion of standardized protocol of N. M. clinical training and implementation of management training exclusive preceptor system.

Purpose: To establish basic data for effective clinical practice program by investigating the clinical practice importance and needs for ophthalmic optics students and optical shop owners. Methods: 263 students and 100 optical shop owners who had experience in clinical practice were surveyed in importance and needs of clinical practice and analyzed the results. Results: In general importance for clinical practice, realized the optician's job aptitude $4.29{\pm}0.72$ was highest among students and understanding the work of optician $4.48{\pm}0.52$ was highest among shop owners. Importance of specific duty for clinical practice, communication strategy & customer service was highest in both students $4.46{\pm}0.70$ and shop owners $4.18{\pm}0.86$ each. Importance of time & optical shop for clinical practice, supportive guide and education by opticians & shop owner was highest in both students $4.53{\pm}0.66$ and shop owners $4.35{\pm}0.59$ each. Importance of school support for clinical practice, administrative support for optical shop and students was highest among students $4.10{\pm}0.78$ and orientation from the school before clinical practice $3.98{\pm}0.68$ was highest among shop owners. In general needs for clinical practice, expanding the clinical practice field $4.43{\pm}0.73$ was highest among students and needs of clinical practice in the curriculum $4.39{\pm}0.65$ was highest among shop owners. Needs of specific duty for clinical practice, spectacle fitting $4.40{\pm}0.71$ was highest among students and ophthalmic dispensing $4.12{\pm}0.83$ was highest among shop owners. Conclusions: For effective clinical practice, clinical practice program should be develop which is reflecting the importance and needs of students and optical shop and also cooperation and interest of school and optical shop are required.

The purposes of this study are to grasp industry vocational subject student-teachers' instruction area, compare cognitive level of cooperating teacher and student-teachers for the importance of instruction area and secure base data required to develop educational practical area of professional teachers in specialized high school. To achieve this, instruction area of instruction teacher in charge of industry vocational subject pre-teacher education was developed by document consideration and expert verification and differences of importance cognition for the area was compared between educational practice insturction teacher and student-teacher. The results are as the following. First, for the instruction areas that educational practice instruction teachers should teach student-teacher, there are 7 categories, 17 mid-fields and 85 subsections. Especially expert group suggested an opinion that areas of teacher's values and personality formation should be added to pre-teachers. And, they judged that category of school business showed low validity for educational practice instruction teacher's instruction area. Second, educational practice instruction teacher importantly cognized 'class activity', 'student instruction and class management' and 'development of desirable view of education attitude'. On the other hand, they cognized 'development and management of curriculum', 'support on educational activity', 'industrial-educational cooperation and tie with local community' and 'specialty improvement' less importantly. Student-teachers cognized 'class activity', 'student instruction and class management', 'specialty improvement', 'development of desirable view of education attitude' importantly. They cognized 'development and management of curriculum', 'support on educational activity' and 'industrial-educational cooperation and tie with local community' relatively less importantly. Third, both educational practice instruction teachers and student-teachers importantly cognized 'class activity', 'student instruction and class management' and 'development of desirable view of education attitude'. However, student-teachers importantly cognized, but educational practice instruction teachers didn't importantly cognized 'specialty improvement'. Both two group cognized 'development and management of curriculum', 'support on educational activity' and 'industrial-educational cooperation and tie with local community' less importantly.

This study data were collected from 217 nursing students in J city to analyze major satisfaction and awareness of the importance of practice and performance of nursing students' practice at the public health center, and to identify improvement plans for the practice contents of the health center. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS WIN 25.0, and the research results showed that there was a positive correlation (r=.55, p<.001) between major satisfaction and public health center clinical practice performance, and the sub-factors of performance It showed positive correlation with all (r=.41~.54, p<.001). In particular, among the sub-factors, Internal growth through practice and Correlation with the actual application of theory were highly correlated (r=.54~.56, p<.001). In order to improve nursing students' satisfaction with their major, theoretical study should be preceded, and through area analysis, in order to obtain satisfaction through identity and internal growth of nursing students while practicing health center practice, practice instructors during health center practice Establish various networks, do our best to communicate smoothly with nursing students, and strive to present opinions through meetings with practice institutions before and after practice to improve the community health center practice environment. Also, nursing college students In order for the public health center practice to be carried out smoothly, practice guidance instructors drew improvement points that nursing college students need prior learning related to practice before practicing health center practice.

This study was empirically to investigate awareness of the on-the-job training of university students of co-op programs and satisfaction of the training for their job intention. The main study results as follows; First, the results of the influential relationship between the importance of on-the-job training and the satisfaction with the training, it was found that students participating in on-the-job training is related to curriculum of the department, job specification, language ability, and future job prospect. Second, the results of influential relationship between the importance of on-the-job training and the satisfaction with the job intention was connectivity factor. That is why the students had the intention to work for a company that is matched for their major and the company where they took the on-the-job training. Third, the results of influential relationship between the satisfaction with the on-the-job training and the satisfaction with the job intention, satisfaction with the on-the-job training was influenced by the satisfaction with the job intention. Through the on-the-job training, it was evaluated that work ability and skills of the students were improved, and they were satisfied with the future employment.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the importance and performance of the educational laboratory facilities for culinary practice. The questionnaire was distributed to 100 students enrolled in the culinary arts department at Y University located in Chung-buk province, and a total of 71 usable, completed questionnaires were received for the research. Collected data was statistically analyzed using the SPSS 10.0 Windows version, and the IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) was conducted to compare importance and satisfaction from kitchen laboratory facilities which have been a key element of culinary education. Results of this study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, it was found that performance (M=3.42) for culinary practice facilities was lower than importance(M=4.09) for culinary practice facilities. Secondly, through IPA, the importance and satisfaction of culinary laboratory elements showed some differences between the students who had have some educational experience in culinary art prior to enrollmnet and those who had not. The former students attached importance to the usefulness of facilities rather than the size of facilities. And as rapidly improved factors, they answered ventilation and water supply facilities for culinary laboratories. The application of this study in physical environment of culinary education will contribute to improve students` satisfaction with the quality of education. However, the critical point of this study is a limited sampling, so the results of this study cannot be generalized.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the desirable direction toward the creative hand-on activities suitable for the characters of the technical high school students by examining the teachers' recognition of sub-factors of creative activities in technical high school and analysing whether the factors are properly utilized. Respondents of this study were 393 teachers at the Technical high school in South Korea. The questionnaire survey on the recognition of creative hand-on activities consisted of questions, which are importance and reflection, from 32 sections in 5 fields. The summary of the results through this study is as following. First, In the results of importance analysis of teachers in technical high school, in club activity field, 'the invention' of 'academic activity', 'film-art' in 'culture-art activity', 'challenge activity' in 'sports activity', 'school specialized major' in 'work practice activity', 'scout federation', 'Red Cross youth activity' in 'youth group activity' were seemed to be higher. Second, In the results of reflection analysis, it was found that the 'academy, culture-art', 'sports activity' fields were similarly reflected in importance thought by teachers in technical high school. However, for 'the work practice activity' and 'youth group activity', except 'the school specialized major', all fields are not properly reflected, independent of importance. For 'the work practice activity', analyses of importance and reflection seemed to be alike but for 'the youth group activity', there was a significant difference between them.

Teacher librarians' teaching practice is a major training course to strengthen their expertise. The purpose of this study is to propose more systematic program for effective teaching practice of teacher librarian in Korea. For this, the course contents of teaching practice were derived from the teacher librarians' expertise standards published by Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation. And the survey was carried out to decide which contents are regarded as more important or less. According to four selection criteria and the result of survey, 13 contents were selected. After all, this study proposed teacher librarians' teaching practice program consisted of practice objective, method of guidance, practice material and attentive point.

This purpose of this study was to identify view of occupational therapy fieldwork supervisor and novice occupational therapists in job. 117 fieldwork supervisor and 104 novice occupational therapists that work on 58 domestic hospitals were chosen. The collected data were analyzed by using the SPSS 20.0 statistics package for Window which determined frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, median, and range. The following are the results of this study. First, fieldwork supervisor considered that basic refinement and manners are most important when they evaluate student. Second, novice occupational therapists responded that importance is 10 points, conduction is 7 points, and satisfaction is 6 points in general job. Third, importance of fieldwork supervisor for the job were problem identification and established intervention plan in intervention plan appears over the first 2 above. But, conduction of novice occupational therapists for the job were evaluation in all 4 of the top 5 except 2 place. The results of this study are expected to be used as direction guidance of fieldwork to the solve difficulty of novice occupational therapists.

The purpose of this study was to identify the duties and tasks of pre-service health education teacher in elementary school using DACUM method. DACUM workshop was conducted for the fourth year nursing students located in J province who completed a health teacher teaching course and performed practical training course in elementary school. By carrying out DACUM workshop duties, tasks, task-specific importance, difficulty and frequency were analyzed, and were derived with the knowledges, skills, attitudes, tools, and future prospects on job requirements and characteristics. The derived job analysis information was verified the content validity from 6 field experts in school and 2 professors of education. Based on the result, DACUM chart was developed. DACUM chart was consisted of 6 duties and 24 tasks, knowledges, skills, and attitudes for job performance were derived. The result of study showed that health care in elementary pre-school health education teacher practicum was listed as the most important duty. Teaching and writing skills were presented to practice basically. Because the importance and role of the health teachers in school are considered necessary, it is considered to increase institutional support for the development of health education program and the improvement of educational environment.
