The purpose of this study was conducted to examine how human resource flexibility of security workers affects organizational performance and innovation behavior. A total of 350 copies of questionnaires were collected and collected in 340 copies of the security workers. A total of 335 questionnaires, except 5, which were unsatisfactory in the questionnaire or whose answers were missing, were analyzed for frequency, correlation, and multiple regression using the SPSS 19.0 program.The following conclusions were drawn. First, the flexibility of human resources of security workers has a positive effect on organizational performance. Second, human resource flexibility of security workers has a positive effect on innovation behavior. Third, the organizational performance of security workers has a positive effect on innovation behavior. In other words, both human resource flexibility and organizational performance are crucial factors for innovation behavior, and organizational performance plays an important role in innovation behavior. In conclusion, for the development of the security industry, it is necessary to manage human resource flexibility in order to develop and motivate innovation capability through education and continuous training of workers.
This study aims to present implications to the basic directions according to organization's own objectives, roles, physiology and changes, etc for private security being activated. The change in organization can lead to foster the foundation for coping with sharp social environmental changes. The fundamental factors leading organizational changes should include intentional, planned and future-oriented activities. This is because organizational changes can be achieved by organizational learning. Besides, organizational learning is indeed important in terms of improvement in business methods and security services, but it should be also much more examined than in any other organization, since business particularity lies in getting in most sensitive contact with customers on the spot. Therefore, this study aims to propose the developmental directions of organizational learning by positively exploring the basic learning directions according to the influences of organizational learning, focusing the organizational efficientization strategies coping with environmental changes on the organizational learning.
This study was conducted to investigate the effect of strategic human resource management on job stress and occupational commitment of security workers. A sample of 188 persons was extracted using the SPSS 18.0 program as a significant sampling method for the security worker. Frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted according to the purpose of the data, and the following conclusions were drawn. First, strategic human resource management has a significant effect on job stress. Second, strategic human resource management has a significant impact on occupation. Third, job stress had a significant effect on occupation commitment. That is, two factors of strategic human resource management and job stress play a decisive role in occupation commitment, and job stress plays an important role as a parameter. In conclusion, if we select the factors of strategic human resource management needed for each organization and develop new methods and competitiveness, it will be very helpful for qualitative growth of security industry.
Investigation about training of Private Security in Korea has managed status of training and understanding of issue mostly, systematic analysis about transfer effect as well as learning and determinant of training is insufficient. Consequently this investigation research to examine the effect of training program for newly appointed private security guards to learning and transfer then, to analyze factor through incumbent private security guard-oriented hypothesis testing under article 13, section 1 of the security guard law. To grasp effect factors of learning and transfer, this dissertation establishes research model and research hypothesis through domestic and foreign studies and then theoretical as well as positive literatures consideration in the first place. Conclusion of this investigation through techniques mentioned above and data analysis is as follows. First of all, the personal characteristics, training characteristics, work environment, difference of transfer as well as learning are verified in accordance with Sociodemographic characterist of Private Security Guard. After then, there is a difference of great import. Secondly, the effect of personal characteristics of Private Security Guard to the transfer is inspected. As a result, there is a difference of significance statistical. Thirdly, the effect of training characteristics of Private Security Guard to the transfer is inspected. The purpose of this study is to closely examine the effect of exercise behavior change of casino securities on their physical self-description. This observation takes place in casino enterprises in Seoul, Busan, Kangwon and Jeju. Within these areas, we have selected companies with more than 30 securities. Among 450 persons sampling unit, we have excluded 77 copied which seem to be insincere, and actually used 373 copies in this study. Evaluation forms are used as a study method; each form consists of continuance 5 points Likert scales and nominal/proportional scaling and used after excluding a test through the analysis of validity and reliability. After encoding and inputting the framing completed data along with each purpose, it was computerized by computer process, making use of SPSS 15.0 version. Through the data analysis according to these methods and procedures, the result on this study is described below. First, the exercise behavior according to socio-demographic characteristics. Second, the decision-making balance according to socio-demographic characteristics. Third, the self-efficacy according to socio-demographic characteristics. Fourth, the physical self-concept according to socio-demographic characteristics. Fifth, the exercise behavior influence indirectly on the physical self-concept throughout the decision-making balance and self-efficacy.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of job stress on Organizational commitment and turnover intent with targets of Employees of Security Industry. A total of 156 answered questionnaires were used as final data. The following conclusions were obtained by conducting correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 statistical program. First, it is found that Organizational commitment effects some sub-factors of job stress such as inappropriate compensation, insufficient job control and job requirements. Second, it is found that turnover intent affects some sub-factors of job stress such as inappropriate compensation, insufficient job control and job requirements. Third, it is found that turnover intent affects Organizational commitment. Based on the result of the research, job stress seems to affect organizational commitment and people's decisions to change jobs. The two variables job stress and organizational commitment act as key factors in deciding whether to change jobs, while organizational commitment plays as an important parameter. In other words, there should be principles to do work along with channels through which workers communicate with each other. To this end, there need to be programs educating people to work together as well as systematic assistance and support to encourage people to develop their expertise.

The purpose of this study is to explore how security science graduates in casinos are socialized into the workplace. Participants for this study were seven security guards who work for two of three casinos for foreign customers in the city of Seoul. All the participants majored in the security science in colleges. They had 1 to 5 years of work experience. Their main job responsibilities were deterrent to crimes and watch for impending danger in the casinos. A variety of qualitative data collection techniques for this study included formal and informal interviews, stimulated-recall interview, observations, and field notes. Analytic induction and constant comparison were utilized to analyze data. Triangulating and member checks were employed to enhance trustworthiness. The findings of this study were as follow: Firstly, In acculturation, sports experience and media attraction were revealed as factors. Secondly, In professional socialization, college education and senior students in the program were found. Lastly, organizational socialization, Difficulty of relationship, lack of risk management training, lack of team cohesion, pride himself as a security guard, and unclear evaluation system. In conclusion, a variety of influential factors appeared through his occupational socialization even though there were negative and positive factors.
The purpose of this research is to suggest a construction device that can transform a public safety, security service, security system on counter-terrorism device system, from government leading type to private management type. There are purpose on this thesis to research for the bringing up counter-terrorism experts certification system and about all sorts of developed device among our country's counter-terrorism situation and through comparing developed country's private security's developing device. It is considered that various research need to be continued after by bringing up counter-terrorism experts, transforming a consciousness, counter-terrorism education, building an equipment and education center, not for a special group, that can minimize human infringement.
This study was designed to investigate the relationship between the stages of exercise behavior change and physical self-concept and self-efficacy of security employees in hotel casinos. The sampling was drawn from employees at 8 casinos which had more than 30 employees. Participants were selected by convenience sampling method and they completed questionnaires about Physical Self-Concept and Self- Efficacy by self-administration method under supervision of trained researchers SPSS 16.0 (Statistical Package for the Social Science) was used for data analysis in the present study. Reliability and validity were examined for the present study. The principle component factor analysis and varimax rotation were used for the present study. Eigen value 1.0 was the criterion for selecting factors. Chi-square (X) 2 test was utilized for measuring the difference in gender and types of job duties at the stages of exercise behavior change. One-way ANOVA was employed to examine the relationship between the stages of exercise behavior change as an independent variable and physical self-concept and self-efficacy as dependent variables. The Scheffe method was used to determine mean differences of groups as a follow-up test. Multiple regression analysis was utilized to test the difference of physical self-concept as dependent variable and self-efficacy as independent variable. To verify hypothesis for the study, a statistical significance level of $\alpha$=.05 was used. The results were as follow: first, there were differences found for gender and types of job responsibilities in the stages of exercise behavior change. Secondly, as security employees progressed through the stages of exercise behavior change, their physical self-concept and self-efficacy improved. Finally, physical activity and body fat had significant main effects on self-efficacy.
