본 논문에서는 인터넷 메신저를 위한 새로운 감성 인터페이스를 제안한다. 이는 상용 인터넷 메신저에 시각과 촉각 정보를 이용한 입력과 표현 기술을 적용하여 원격지 사용자 간의 감성 교류의 증대를 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 문헌조사 및 메신저 사용자 설문조사를 기반으로 감정에 대한 분류 및 응용 대상이 되는 주요 감정을 추출하였고, 이를 바탕으로 시각과 촉각적 정보를 포함하는 visual icon으로써 ECON(Emotional ICON)을 정의하였다. 이 ECON은 ECON Editor를 이용하여 생성, 수정, 표현 확인이 가능하도록 하였고, ECON Player, 즉 실제 형체를 가지고 ECON의 동작 정보를 표현하는 새로운 장치를 제작하였다. 이러한 ECON 시스템을 인터넷 메신저와 연동하여 메신저의 이모티콘처럼 ECON을 사용함으로써 상대방의 감정을 시각적, 촉각적으로 표현함과 동시에 직관적인 입력을 제공하여 Emotional Interface 환경을 구축하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 ECON의 정의, ECON Editor의 구현, 키보드받침과 입술 모양으로 형상화된 ECON Player의 제작 및 메신저와 연동되어 동작하는 전체 ECON시스템에 관하여 설명하고, 또한 메신저 응용에 기반한 Emotional Interface에 대한 사용자의 평가와 향후 연구 방향에 대해서 기술한다.

In this paper, Gabor cosine and sine transform considered as human visual filter is applied to watermarking methods for digital images. Four algorithms by using singular values or principal components of SVD in the frequency domain are proposed for watermark embedding and extraction. Two dimensional image is used as an embedded watermark. To measure the similarity between the embedded watermark image and the extracted one, a normalized correlation value is computed for the comparison of the four proposed methods with various attacks. Extracted watermark images are also provided for visual inspection. The proposed GCST-SVD method which embeds a watermark image into the lowest vertical or horizontal ac frequency band can provide useful watermarking algorithm with high correlation values and visual watermark features from experimental results for various attacks.

This study examines the multi-functionality of the cultural facilities and explores the architectural characteristics of cultural facilities in city environment. For this purpose, 1 examine the major cultural facilities in USA and Singapore. Recently, the inter-cultural communication methods have been diversified and the cultural facilities need to be designed to effectively accommodate the public's interests in these activities. It is also necessary to reexamine cultural facilities' functions in terms of how the multi-functionality facilities reflect the surrounding environment. This study also sheds a new light on the meaning of the relationships between cultural activity, and the cultural facility design. For this, I primarily look at the various design categories of cultural buildings and their main functions. Finally, I demonstrate how both cultural activity and cultural facility design elements are embodied in the city environment.

We usually encounter Electro-magnetics phenomenons and only feel some part of that, but it is hard to feel it visually. Moreover understanding physically and quantitatively is not a easy work. These electrostatic field theory, magnetostatic field theory and interchange magnetic field theory combined with electromagnetic field are formulated experimentally and theoretically by James Clerk Maxwell in 1873. Electromagnetic field takes electro-magnetic phenomenons as a expansion of formula originated in Maxwell equations. Since this is based on expansion of formula, it is hard to understand for many students not only middle school and high school students learning it at the first time but also college students studying physics as a elementary class and even majors in electromagnetic field. The program is developed as a visual aid to cope with these problems, and even to deal with complex problem to estimate solution using numerical method.

현장에서 프로그래밍 교육은 교수 학습 방법 외에도 교육실습 환경을 위한 프로그래밍 교육용 시스템의 준비나 사용면에서도 어려움이 많다. 특히 C언어의 경우 적당한 교육용 시스템이 없어 일반 상업용 개발 툴을 이용하는데 그렇지 않아도 어렵다고 인식되는 C언어 교수 학습에 소프트웨어 도구마저 복잡하여 작지 않은 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 다양한 프로그래밍 언어가 있지만 현재는 구문 교육 및 논리 표현의 수월함과 결과 확인의 편리함에 우위를 가진 로고 계통의 언어 도구가 교육에서 많이 활용되고 있다. 이러한 점에 착안하여 본 연구에서는 기존 C언어 교육 환경을 개선하고 C언어를 효과적으로 교수 학습할 수 있도록 VPL요소로써 순서도 편집 및 자동 구현과 실행 시간 중 각종 흐름과 변수의 실시간 누적 시각화 시스템을 내포한 C언어 인터프리터와 학습 모듈 관리 및 사용자간 및 교수자와 교류하는 기능이 합쳐진 웹 기반 C 프로그래밍 언어 교육을 위한 시스템을 설계하였다.

Since the 1990s, the role of the government has been shifting towards governance. This new governance emphasizes government's role in establishing a cooperative system with private organizations through network structure and interaction. In the 1990s, Korean Government support for artists and exhibitions increased unprecedentedly. In the 2000s, support for the arts shifted in ways so as to integrate genres. Simultaneously, in order to strengthen the creative capacities of artists, support for new artists, multi-art and fusion arts have increased. From 2010, 'visual arts' business support was provided. In addition, 'visual arts' was supported by a joint planning project from 2013 Also, an overseas residence program has actively supported exhibitions through international exchanges. Since 2005, it has expanded to cooperation with India, Iran and Asian countries as well as with the Betani Studio in Germany. In addition local government supported for artists and the Biennale, residences, regional cooperative business through the local cultural foundation.

The Joseon dynasty had close communication with the Ming and Qing dynasties on multiple levels. In the development process of furniture modeling design, the same cultural source and mutual communication, and the same factor was reflected in each other's furniture modeling. In this paper, "Furniture in the later Joseon Period" and "Ming style furniture" are taken as the research noumenon, table furniture as the specific research object, and from the perspective of "similarity" in the history of exchanges between the two countries, the overall modeling design and the local modeling design are selected to discuss the modeling design of traditional furniture in the two countries. In the analysis of specific research cases, there are similar genes in the overall modeling design of table furniture such as soban, warp bed and inkstone bed in the later Joseon Dynasty and table furniture such as kang, square table, wine table and incense table in the Ming and qing dynasties. In terms of local modeling, the appearance of similar desktop, cloud horn, leg, foot and other modeling designs better confirms the similarity in modeling design between the two countries. In this paper for "type of air hole" formative source speculated that traditional furniture is for Korean peninsula a tentative study of cultural studies. Considering the fact that the exchanges between Korea and China are expanding in many aspects, exploring the similarities in the traditional furniture will help to analyze the cultural exchanges between the two countries and promote the exchanges.

As multimedia information is spread over cyber networks, problems such as protection of legal rights and original proof of an information owner raise recently. Various image transformations of DCT, DFT and DWT have been used to embed a watermark as a token of ownership. Recently, SVD being used in the field of numerical analysis is additionally applied to the watermarking methods. A watermarking method is proposed in this paper using Gabor cosine and sine transform as well as SVD for embedding and extraction of watermarks for digital images. After delivering attacks such as noise addition, space transformation, filtering and compression on watermarked images, watermark extraction algorithm is performed using the proposed GCST-SVD method. Normalized correlation values are calculated to measure the similarity between embedded watermark and extracted one as the index of watermark performance. Also visual inspection for the extracted watermark images has been done. Watermark images are inserted into the lowest vertical ac frequency band. From the experimental results, the proposed watermarking method using the singular vectors of SVD shows large correlation values of 0.9 or more and visual features of an embedded watermark for various attacks.

This study focuses on the analyzing historical and cultural resources formed during the Goryeo, Chosun, and Anti-Japanese Movement periods after the Silla period with the aim of finding ways to utilize its cultural contents. The viewpoint of analysis was made from the perspective of exchange, naturalization, and faith, and the following conclusions were obtained from the analysis. First of all, from the exchange perspective, the activities of Choi Chi-won, Seogyu, and Song Young-gu contributed to the formation of regional historical and cultural contents, such as leaving a lot of ruins or geographic stories in the area and a heritage of good human exchange. From the point of view of naturalization, Du Kyung-ryeong, Cheon Man-ri, and Jeong Yul-seong contributed to the history and culture of the story and the formation of heritage by doing such as contributing activities to the war, anti-Japanese movement for the nation, and the formation of the nation. The most representative from a religious point of view is the Guan Yu faith, which has become a faith believed by the authorities and civilian as a brave longevity and a symbol of the victory of war. The related symbols, paintings, etc. also are objects of worship and have become valuable local Chinese cultural resources as artistic values. Therefore, from a cultural point of view, there is a need to further develop and utilize these China-related historical and cultural resources as good cultural contents by elaborating their stories and local festivals, book culture branding, international music festivals, and exploring various cultures such as Chinese tour courses.

Recent performing-art has a trend to be new cultural contents style which mixes various genre not just traditional way. Especially in stage performance, unique performance is playing using high technology and image. In sound performance, one of technology, a new experiment is trying which re-analyze the sound and mixes the result with image. But in public performance we have a technical difficulty with making visualization regarding the sound in realtime. Because we can not make visualization with instant sound from performers and audience it is difficult to interact smoothly between performer and audience. To resolve this kind of restriction, this paper suggests Real-time sound visualization. And we use string music instrument for sound source. Using the MaxMSP/Jitter based the Midi, we build image control system then we test and control the image with Korg Nano Kontrol. With above experiment we can verify verious emotion, feeling and rhythm of performer according to performance environment and also we can verify the real time interactive image which can be changed momently by performer's action.
