Today, art education needs education of media image production or media in the extended field. The purpose of this study is to develop the basic visual grammar and communication ability. We developed and applied the teaching plan for the interview video production as the fusion lesson. 3 classes were conducted for 30 middle school students. The results obtained through the analysis of the pre & post questions and student works are as follows. First, the students used the shot size and stable composition through the interview video production. As a result, this class was effective for the acquisition of the basic video grammar. Second, students improved their ability to ask and listen, understand and organize through interview. As a result, students were able to apply the basic video grammar through the interview video production lesson, effectively producing the interview image.

이 연구의 목적은 온라인 상에서 수행된 실습 수업 방식을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 연구자는 예비 교사를 대상으로 '전기 자동차 만들기'수업 주제로 실습 수업을 설계하였으며, 온라인 동영상 강의 컨텐츠 3편을 제작하였다. 동영상 강의 컨텐츠 제작을 위해 교수용 홈페이지 제작, 수업에서 사용할 동영상 제작, 과거 촬영하거나 제작해 두었던 동영상 준비, 실습 재료 준비, 실습 활동 관련 교과서 준비 등 다양한 교수학습자료를 사전에 준비하였다. 동영상 강의 컨텐츠는 CODTRA 분석 방법을 이용 하였으며, 분석 코드는 '동영상에서 제시된 교수학습자료'와 '교수자가 행하고 있는 상태'이었다. 분석 결과는 CODTRA 다이어그램에 의해 분석 코드를 시간에 따라 도식화하여 도시하였다. 이 연구 결과는 중등학교의 기술 교과나 공업계 교과에서 온라인 실습 수업을 위한 동영상 강의 컨텐츠를 제작하고자 하는 교수자에게 참고할 수 있는 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Using interesting video clips corresponding to lesson subjects for students who favour visual representation is one of the good methods to enhance students' preference for science class. There are many moving picture web sites to get video clips easily via internet and 'YouTube' is very popular and one of the largest reservoir. In this study, every student in the 'Chemistry I' class, which is a class for 11th grade, was requested to search a video clip corresponding to lesson subjects and to make a presentation in the class. After 1st semester, students' response about the class using YouTube was examined by survey. As a result, students preferred and were interested in the class using YouTube than class centered on textbook. And students preferred YouTube clips showing unusual experiments that were related with contents of subject. In addition, experiments and watching their real phenomena were an interesting factor and helpful factor of learning chemistry in YouTube video clips, respectively. However, translation of English used in the video clips seemed to be a difficult part for students.

The purpose of this study was to understand the perception of professors and students about non-face-to face classes at the university. The subjects of this study were 194 professors and 1,543 students at M University. In addition, 23 mathematics majors and 80 students of natural sciences and engineering investigate the perception of using video contents methods. It surveyed the evaluation from students after progressing online classes using video for one semester. The results of this study are as follows. First, the students preferred distance education type was an audio recording using lecture materials or class video contents. Second, an online class using video content was preferred by the students who are well self-control or have an autodidactic background. Finally, professors advanced preparation and careful consideration for the students enhanced the course satisfaction of students.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the experiences of teachers who participated in the development of online science class videos in the context of covid-19, their perception of online science class, and the characteristics of the online science class content developed by teachers. A survey and interviews were conducted with ten elementary school teachers who made online science class videos themselves. Also the characteristics of the online science class were investigated by analyzing the online science class video produced by the participants. As a result, participants in the study recognized the lack of production time, difficulty in filming and editing, concerns over misconceptions, the problem of solving copyrights for existing materials, and the burden of external disclosure. Although it was a teacher who had experience producing online science class video contents, no research participants actively answered the merits of online science class. On the other hand, the study participants cited that the shortcomings of online science classes were that students had fewer opportunities for inquiry and lack of communication or interaction. In particular, these shortcomings were thought to have a great influence on the quality of online science classes, especially in making inquiry classes difficult. Some teachers took a negative view that online science classes could not completely replace face-to-face classes. However, if multiple teachers are presented with supplementary teaching activities that complement the content-based online teaching method, the method of combining online science classes and face-to-face classes is not. Through the analysis of the contents of the online science class, the introduction and arrangement steps of the online science class were similar to the process of the face-to-face science class, but the inquiry step and the conceptual explanation step showed a big difference from the face-to-face science class.

본 연구에서는 UCC 동영상을 활용한 수업이 미국문화 이해도에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 이를 위해 7차 영어과 교육과정 목표를 참고하여 5학년 학생들 발달 단계에 맞는 미국문화 내용을 선정하고, 알맞은 UCC 동영상을 선별하여 UCC활용형 지식체험교수학습 모형을 개발하였다. 개발된 교수 학습과정안을 적용하여 초등학교 5학년을 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누어 13차시 수업을 실시하였다. 실험 결과 UCC동영상을 활용하여 수업한 실험집단 평균 M=25.15(SD=3.02), 통제집단평균 M=24.09(SD=3.84)로서 실험집단이 통제집단보다 평균에서 더 높은 결과를 나타내었고, 이는 t=2.458(p=.017)로 p<.05 수준에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 UCC 동영상을 활용한 미국문화 교육이 기존의 수업 방법보다 초등학생들의 미국문화 이해도 향상에 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다

The purpose of this research is to investigate how an elementary English class is presented in terms of communicative properties using COLT and TALOS because previous studies mainly used COLT. A lack of TALOS has shown on the previous studies. Also, this study takes a close look into whether the English class is communicative or not communicative since previous studies criticized in that elementary English classes are not communicative. For the purposes of this research, COLT part B and TALOS low-inference were used to analyze one elementary English class which had won the grand prize at English class contest. The result of this study revealed that the class is communicative in terms of high quantity and quality of students utterances, high ratio of students' discourse initiation, students' unpredictable information giving utterances and extension of utterances. Findings from this study revealed the good elementary English class characteristics of this class: students' participation, focus on affective atmosphere, students-directed activities, and unconscious internalization of target expressions through repetition.

This paper describes about a software implementation for class analysis and quantization based on our video synchronization method. We proposed a new indexing method, synchronization strategies, and data structure for our analyzer implementation. We implemented a class video analyzer using intelligent multimedia technologies which can play class video selectively. Our proposed method analyzes class videos depending on the time schedule composed of introduction, development and summary stages. We apply our analysis filters to the class videos in the predefined regular intervals. We experimented on the synchronization performance of our proposed method and software. In the experimental, we could demonstrate the effectiveness and practicality of our class analyzing method within the margin of error.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare the effectiveness of elementary in e-Learning video lessons. In an elementary school where the educational videos are frequently used, the learning about video materials is important but it is difficult to judge all students by a teacher in a classroom. In order to solve the problems of the field, In the fifth-grade elementary school social studies class, learning using video material was conducted by using the online learning judgment system for the experimental group, and learning using video material was conducted by the traditional method for the controlled group. As a result of the experiment, the class using the online learning judgment system was effective in enhancing the learner 's academic achievement. It also positively influenced learners' learning satisfaction. Teachers' satisfaction was not statistically significant because of the small number of teachers. However, The mean value of the teachers' satisfaction in the experimental group was high and the deviation was small.

This study is tried to to identify factors affecting academic achievement depending on the quality of class, learning immersion, level of academic achievement, and class type according to video production classes and real-time video classes in the on-contact learning situation due to the COVID-19 epidemic. The subjects of the study were 122 students enrolled in the nursing department at two universities. As a result of the study, the quality of the class was high in real-time video classes (t=-2.69, P=0.02), learning immersion was high in video production classes (t=1.14, P=0.28), and academic achievement was high in video production classes (t=4.24, P=0.01). Depending on the type of class, the effect on academic achievement is learning immersion in production video classes (β=.37, p<.001) has the most influence, and in real-time video classes, class quality (β=.29, p<.001) had the most influence on academic achievement. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that it is necessary to develop a strategy for instructional design suitable for class types to improve academic achievement in an on-contact environment.
