The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of non-face-to-face lectures conducted at universities in Korea under the influence of COVID-19. So this study analyzed the satisfaction level of the students according to the type of class operation, such as face-to-face classes and remote video classes. To this end, this study compared the differences in class satisfaction by class type and class size for a total of 8,707 courses operated by a university between 2019 and 2020. The study found that the satisfaction level of the remote video class was significantly high. In addition, the combination of remote video classes and face-to-face was more satisfactory than other cases. On the other hand, the satisfaction level of small classes in both face-to-face and remote video classes was higher than that of medium or large classes. This means that even remote video classes are highly satisfactory in small-scale classes. Based on the findings, the study proposes a paradigm for new college classes.

대면 수업에서와 유사한 교수자와 학습자, 학습자들 사이의 상호작용을 통하여 지식습득뿐만 아니라 문제해결능력, 창의적 사고력, 협동학습능력을 양성하기 위해 프로그램 개발 수업에 팀 프로젝트 수업을 적용하여 운영하였다. 수업 운영 후 참여 학생들을 대상으로 만족도 설문을 실시하여 비대면 팀 프로젝트 수업에 대한 만족도와 수업에서 만족하는 부분 그리고 불만족한 경우에 그 원인에 대해 조사하고 분석하였다. 연구 결과 분석된 개선 사항을 차년도 수업에 반영함으로써 팀 프로젝트 수업에 대한 학습자들의 만족도를 향상시키는데 연구의 목적을 둔다.

This study aims to investigate the degree of influence of LMS on online classes conducted after COVID-19 at C University in Gyeongsangnam-do, and to examine the relationship between overall class satisfaction and LMS satisfaction variables. C University started the project to construct 'Next-generation Smart LMS' and operated it from the first semester of 2021. As a result of conducting a survey about overall class satisfaction and LMS satisfaction consisting of five variables with 140 learners who have experienced online classes at C University. The learners showed high satisfaction not only in overall classes but also LMS. As a result of regression analysis of LMS satisfaction and overall class satisfaction, it was found that the functional convenience of LMS and interaction with instructors had a significant effect on overall class satisfaction. This study has limitations in that it was conducted only at one college and a limited number of variables were measured.

This study aims to improve the quality of classes by analyzing the role and learning achievement of instructors in programming subjects for non-major students. In order to improve the quality of university education, universities provide various programs to strengthen the teaching capacity of instructors. In this paper, based on the teaching method, learning achievement, and teacher role satisfaction survey conducted in the liberal arts programming course of K University, we study the influence of the teacher's role on the quality improvement of the class. This study was performed to obtain basic data in relation to instructional design and teaching strategy according to instructional modes. For the purpose of this study, participants evaluated the qualities of the instructions they attended and the results of the evaluation were compared according to 4 instructional modes(content class, online real-time class, online and face-to-face mixed class, and face-to-face class). As a result of the study, there were differences in the evaluation regarding the appropriateness of the course according to instructional modes. That is, satisfaction with lecture progress was lower in the online real-time classes than in content classes, mixed classes, and face-to-face classes. As a result of the descriptive lecture evaluation analysis, in the content class type, students answered that they were satisfied with the easily understandable and interesting explanations. In the case of the online real-time classes, it was found that they were satisfied with thorough preparation and effective communication. In the mixed class type, they said they were satisfied with the systematic class and passionate lecture, and in the face-to-face classes, the pleasure of interaction and the enthusiasm of the instructor were identified as the main reasons for satisfaction. It was analyzed that the satisfaction characteristic commonly derived from the four class types was the enthusiasm of the instructor. The results of this study are expected to provide implications for instructional design and teaching strategy establishment according to each instructional mode.

비대면 프로그래밍 수업에서도 대면 수업에서와 유사한 학습 실재감을 느낄 수 있는 수업 방법을 모색하기 위해, 2020학년도 1학기부터 2년에 걸쳐 실시간 화상수업과 미리 제작된 동영상 콘텐츠를 제공하는 온라인 콘텐츠 수업 방법을 순차적으로 적용해보았다. 두 방법의 공통점은 중요한 단원을 공부하는 4주 동안은 플립러닝을 적용하여 예습 동영상을 제공하고 본 수업은 실시간 화상수업으로 진행하면서 예습확인 퀴즈를 실시하고 심화수업으로 운영하였다. 각 수업 학기말에 학생들을 대상으로 5점 척도 방식의 만족도 조사를 실시하여 수업 내용의 이해도, 수업에 대한 흥미도 그리고 수업 참여의 적극성에 대한 학습 효과를 비교해보았다. 그 결과, 세 가지 학습 영역 모두 실시간 화상수업 방식에 참여한 학생들의 만족도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

In this study, the satisfaction level of the class between 'Content utilization and task performance class' and 'real-time interactive class' was compared and analyzed among the types of online classes conducted in elementary schools. The researchers conducted a study to compare and analyze the satisfaction level of classes in 'Content utilization and task performance class' and 'Real-time interactive class', and the research group selected 98 elementary school students in Hwaseong. As a result of the analysis, the satisfaction level of classes for "real-time interactive classes" was high. The satisfaction level of students' characteristics was analyzed, students who were not good at performing their task and those who were not good at concentrating on their classes were more satisfied with 'content utilization and task performance classes.'

This study explores what factors influence college students' synchronous online learning satisfaction and what advantages and disadvantages exist when it comes to taking synchronous online learning courses. In-depth interview results suggest that advantages of synchronous online learning are convenience (no need for travel, no limitation for study place), saving money, and no worry for contracting Corona 19. However, disadvantages of synchronous online learning are instability of online learning system, lack of interaction between learners and educators, difficulty of instant communication, low education quality, and unfairness of exams. This study found that college students taking synchronous online course think that synchronous online learning is more appropriate for theory-based course than practice-based courses in that theory-based courses are lecture-oriented while practice-based courses require interactivity between learners and educators. This study provides educators a baseline understanding on how college students think over synchronous online learning and how to enhance students' satisfaction with synchronous online learning.

The purpose of this study is to explore improvable proposal of instruction through analyzing learners' needs and satisfaction for college of engineering. Based on the online survey date with undergraduate students in Seoul National University, recognition difference between students in college of engineering and all students in SNU was identified. Among several factors influenced on learners' satisfaction in class, it is shown that satisfaction to facilities is higher than any other factor related to instruction. Generally, satisfaction with teaching in class is lower while satisfaction to an extrinsic support to students is high. Therefore, instructors should be more concerned about teaching in class. Learners' satisfaction with instructors' feedback to assignments and tests is significantly higher in college of engineering. However, learners' satisfaction with the progress of classwork and assignment students should perform regularly is lower than one in other colleges.

The purpose of this study is to examine nursing students' satisfaction and to analyze satisfaction difference according to the general characteristics of the research subjects in blended learning. A survey was conducted for 4th grade nursing students who took 'Introduction to Nursing I (1)' course and agreed to participate in the study. 122 answers out of total 142 were analyzed. The findings are as follows; first, students' satisfaction was topped by off-line learning, followed by on-line learning, and blended learning; second, there was a difference in on-line learning satisfaction depending on the gender among the general characteristics of the research subjects, and also there was a significant difference in off-line learning satisfaction depending on the self-evaluation on grade; third, students pointed out that what needs to be improved most is technical support and system. This study would provide the measures to improve utilization and effectiveness of blended learning, and the basic data to establish university policies for the blended learning.
