  • IT는 우리나라 경제성장에 결정적 기여를 해왔으며 사회전반의 패러다임 혁신을 통해 생산성, 효율성, 편의성, 소통성을 증진시키고 삶의 양식에 전면적 변화를 가져왔다. 금융위기 이후 주요국에서는 뉴딜을 촉진하고 신성장동력을 창출하며 사회와 문화의 발전적 전개를 위해 IT에 대한 거대투자를 집행하고 있다. 국민경제와 사회문화에서 지대한 의미를 지니는 IT는 다른 기술 또는 산업과의 융합이라는 새로운 변화와 혁신의 중심에 위치하고 있다. IT 융합은 IT의 자체 고도화를 바탕으로 다른 분야의 기술개발과 산업발전을 견인하거나 새로운 산업을 창출하는 것으로, 우리나라를 비롯하여 주요국에서는 자원과 역량을 선택적으로 집중하고 있다. 이 글에서는 IT 융합과 관련된 주요국의 산업전략 및 기술개발 동향을 파악하고 전문가 조사결과를 바탕으로 우리나라 IT 융합역량의 수준을 평가하고 결론적으로 IT 융합산업 발전을 위한 방향에 관한 전략적 제언을 하고자 한다.

Analysis of Earth Science Area among Competency-Based Elementary Science Gifted Education Programs (역량중심 초등과학 영재교육 프로그램 지구과학 영역 분석)

  • The Gifted Education Program is re-constructured into core competency-based program in line with fourth industrial revolution, where talented people with comprehensive ability are required. Therefore, competency-based elementary science gifted education program which is provided from Gifted Education Database(GED) is developed in accordance with 2015 revised edition in science and 5 main core-abilities; scientific thinking ability, scientific investigation ability, scientific problem solving ability, scientific communication ability and scientific participation and lifelong learning ability. This research, which is provided from GED, is focused on earth science area among competency-based elementary science gifted education program and analyse quantitatively and qualitatively how science and core-ability is appeared in 3 programs developed in science area. This research can be another guideline when someone would like to use competency-based earth science gifted education program in gifted education. Also, the purpose of this research is to help suggesting a right direction for competency-based earth science gifted education program. The conclusion based on research problem is as follow; Firstly, in competency-based earth science gifted education program, influence rates of scientific communication ability and scientific thinking ability are highest, where influence rates of scientific investigation ability, scientific problem solving ability and scientific participation and lifelong learning ability are relatively low. Secondly, in competency-based earth science gifted education program, single activity may includes several core-abilities. Following research is quite meaningful in aspect of giving out the information to choose topic in core-ability when using competency-based earth science gifted education program in gifted education. Also by supplementing lowly-influenced ability in competency-based earth science gifted education program, it is expected for gifted students to build scientific core-ability.

An Analysis on the Competency of School Management Consultants : The Perceptions of Professional and Prospective Consultants (학교경영컨설턴트의 역량 분석 : 전문가와 예비컨설턴트의 인식을 중심으로)

  • This study aims to analyze school management consultants' competency from the perspective of professional and prospective consultants and to draw implications for their competency building and work. To achieve the purpose of this study, an importance survey and a retention survey of school management consultants' competency were performed. The main results are as follows: school management consultants' key competencies are concept, background and principle of school management consulting, process and method of school management consulting, contents of school management, listening and empathy, communication, problem solving, teamwork and collaboration, interpersonal skills, authenticity, commitment. Professional and prospective consultants' perception of school management consultants' competency were different, and importance and retention of prospective consultants' competency changed through the consulting experience. It is significant that the result of this study can be reflected in school management consultants' training and qualification and conform the 'learning' principle of school management consulting.

A Correlation between the Students' Awareness of School Library Service Facilitation and Self Efficacy toward Core Competencies (학교도서관 서비스 활성화 인식과 학생의 핵심역량 함양 자아효능감 간의 상관관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of school library services on fostering students' core competencies. In doing the research, web survey has been conducted and the data of 211 high school students were analyzed. First, the high school students' awareness of school library service facilitation is ranked 3.72 out of 5 point. High school student users' self efficacy is examined toward six core competencies of "2015 Revised Curriculum". The point of communication skills turns out to be 4.07 which is relatively high, and that of creative thinking skills is 3.66, which is relatively low. The analysis of correlations between awareness of school library service facilitations and core competency skills and self efficacy shows quantitatively meaningful correlations in all six competency areas. Based on the consequences of the study, the foundation will be established on the orientation of school library service and the acceleration of practice of competency-based education.

A Study on Core Competency of Beginning Childhood Teacher in order to Correspond to the Future Society (미래사회에 대응하기 위해 초임 유아교사에게 요구되는 핵심역량 도출에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of experts in childhood education field on what is the primary core competency of the beginning childhood teachers to cope with the future society. For this, the survey was conducted for 252 of teachers in charge, assistant directors, and directors who are currently working at the daycare centers and kindergartens in Busan and Gyeongsangnamdo. In order to derive the requirement and priority on the core competencies required to beginning childhood teachers, 3-step analysis method of paired t-Test, Borich Needs Model Analysis, and the Locus for Focus was used. As a result, seven sub-competencies of five competencies of cooperation, communication, self-improvement and development, vocational ethics, and emotional intelligence was identified as the core competencies required by priority to the beginning childhood teachers in order to cope with the future society. These results may provide the basic data for designing the competence and field-based curriculum in the teachers' training schools for pre-service childhood teachers.

  • The goal of this paper is the presenting method that is based on the NCS-Based Competency Curriculum to use for teaching leadership education in petty officer area. The leadership education under NCS-Based Competency Curriculum is developing the overall usage of individual competency with varied knowledge and experience. The leadership education for potential petty officers is formed with four steps. At the first step, a check of personal competency. For the second step, designing a project format and setting a direction of the leadership curriculum. For the third step, a consolidation of theoretical and background knowledge through the project and presenting a training experience of problem analysis and resolution. For the fourth step, showing a result of the leadership education with another competency check. The leadership education under the NCS-Based Competency Curriculum is an essential way to develop leadership to the students who are participating petty officer education program at the college level. Finally, this research paper shows its research limitation and a way of hereafter research.

Development of the Competency Model of Specialized Vocational High School Teachers as Admission Officers (특성화고 미래인재전형 담당교사들의 역량모델 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the competency model of specialized vocational school teachers as admission officers. Whereas professional admission officers deal with a variety of admission activities in universities, teachers are responsible for admission duties in specialized high schools in Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the core competencies required for teachers responsible for admission duties in specialized high school settings. In order to develop a competency model, factor analysis was completed for the survey results of 191 teachers who teach in specialized vocational high schools in Seoul, Korea. For evaluating validity of the competency model, the responses from those who had high experiences in admission duties and the average teachers were compared. As a result, this study identified a total of 14 competencies in three competency areas. The competencies required for specialized high school teachers include responsibilities for admission officers, ethics for evaluators, communication skills, teamwork, understandings of admissions process for specialized vocational high school, developing evaluation criteria, generating interview questions, increasing interrater reliability, interview skills, simultaneous evaluation of interviewees, quantification of evaluation results, synthesis of evaluation results, and decision making skills.

The Effect of Consultant Competences of SMEs CEO on Innovation Performance and Management Performance (중소기업 최고경영자의 컨설턴트 역량이 기업의 혁신성과 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구)

  • In Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs) compared to major, competence of CEO relatively has a large impact on management performance, so the biggest factor to strengthen the competitiveness is the competence of CEO. Meanwhile, a consultant is defined as a subject of execution that directly and indirectly participates in management by inducing objective and rational decision-making on various management issues and problems facing companies. The management expertise, problem-solving skills, communication skills, insights, and leadership that a consultant must have in order to perform his or her duties are the same as the role and capabilities that the CEO must have in enhancing the company's performance and competitiveness. Therefore, through previous studies, this study divided consultant competences of CEO into job competence, communication competence, learning competence, and innovation competence and tried to understand whether those competences affect corporate's innovation performance and management performance. The survey was conducted on SMEs and the analysis techniques were reliability and validity analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation analysis. As a result, it was found that the CEO's job competence, communication competence, learning competence, and innovation competence had a significant effect on innovation performance of the company, and second, innovation performance had a significant effect on the management performance. Through, this study derived a common factor of consultant competences of SMEs CEO, and derived implications for the competence characteristics of the CEO necessary to improve the performance of SMEs.

A Study on the Development of Sensory Integration Intervention Competency Model for Occupational Therapist (감각통합중재를 위한 작업치료사 역량모델 개발 연구)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to draw up sensory integration intervention competency model for occupational therapist and was to confirm a competency model through validation. Methods : We conducted literature review, expert opening survey, and expert focus meeting to draw up draft competency model. And then, we carried out Delphi survey twice and consulted an expert to confirm the sensory integration intervention competency model for occupational therapist. Results : The sensory integration intervention competency model for occupational therapist developed in this study was structured into 4 competency cluster, 15 competency, 60 competency indicators. 4 competency clusters had expertise, professionalism, interpersonal skills, and personal characteristics. Conclusion : The competency model revealed in this study can be used as basic critical data to foster development of competency based curriculum of Korean Academy of Sensory Integration (KASI).

Influence of Self-esteem, Communication and Existential Well-being on Spiritual Care Competence in Nurses (간호사의 자아존중감, 의사소통능력 및 실존적 안녕이 영적간호역량에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose: The World Health Organization identifies spiritual care as a component of health and thus nursing care. There is a need to identify how self-esteem, communication and existential well-being affects spiritual care competence in nurses. Methods: The participants were 189 nurses in G metropolitan city. The survey was conducted from March 21 to April 8, 2016, with a self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 21.0. Results: Differences in spiritual care competence were statistically significant according to education level, work department, position, having received spiritual care education, experience of providing spiritual care, experience of asking religionist to provide spiritual care for a patient and recognition of need for spiritual care. The spiritual care competence of nurses showed a significantly positive correlation with self-esteem, communication and existential well-being. Factors influencing spiritual care competence were communication, experience of providing spiritual care and existential well-being which explained about 37.5% of spiritual care competence. Conclusion: It's necessary for nurses to develop intervention programs to strengthen spiritual care competence through improving communication, providing opportunities for spiritual care and existential well-being.
