Prioritizing of Civil-BIM DB Construction based on Geo-Spatial Information System (지형공간정보체계 기반의 토목-BIM DB구축 우선순위 선정)

  • Recently, BIM proliferates at high speeds so that BIM planning is trying to be used in various kinds of engineering. However, when using different software during design phase and construction phase, the problem of mutual compatibility is coming out. Even the BIM technology has been used or the practical applicability has been made into result, it would be fair to say that BIM has limitations in the visual level. In this research, it is meaningless to obtain the BIM result as the primary purpose. As the usefulness of it is judged incomplete, we committed to master the trend and problems of terrain spatial information systems and BIM. Furthermore, the plan of building the BIM in the civil field, especially the civil-BIM based on the technology ofterrain spatial information has been presented. It can be judged through this research that the high-capacity DB of BIM occurred during the whole process may cause poor performance of the following stage the structure system which connects the terrain spatial information and civil-BIM. In order to manage the optimal full cycle, the spatial analysis technology of the stages after choosing the DB has been described.

A Study on the Evaluation and Improvement of the Korean National Assembly Digital Library by Applying ISA(Importance-Satisfaction Analysis) (ISA를 적용한 국회전자도서관 품질 평가와 개선방안 수립)

  • The goal of this study was to examine ways to improve the quality of databases of the Korean National Assembly Digital Library(KNADL). In order to achieve the goal, we first designed an assessment tool that could measure the quality of the 'contents,' the 'service,' and the 'system' of the KNADL's databases. Each of the three categories also had sub-categories-i.e., eight sub-categories for 'contents'(e.g., accuracy, recency, ${\cdots}$), seven sub-categories for 'service'(e.g., convenience for request, rapid response, ${\cdots}$), and seven sub-categories for 'system'(e.g., usability, response time, ${\cdots}$). We thenconducted a survey using the assessment tool we developed and gathered a total of 270 responses from users of KNADL's databases. We used Excel and PASW Statistics 18 for data analysis. Each sub-category was measured by its importance and by the level of satisfaction(implemented from the DigiQUAL project). Finally, we performed an importance-satisfaction analysis(ISA) to identify what action(i.e., maintain, concentrate, low priority, and exceed) needs to be made in each sub-category. We concluded the paper with some useful suggestions for improving the quality of KNADL's databases.

Proposal for the Model of mobile RPG lobby layoutfrom Viewpoint of UX (UX관점에서의 모바일 RPG 로비 layout 모델 제시)

  • Growing smartphone usage in South Korea has also accelerated the pace of development of mobile games, but competition is intensifying as the market grows. As one of the factors for the success of the game in this mobile game market, UI has been presented, suggesting that the design of such mobile game UI should be approached in terms of designing the user's experience, along with its function, aesthetic expression, function-oriented design and information delivery before. In this paper, we propose an effective lobby layout of mobile RPG using experience among UX factors. Through the layout classification of Ernest Adams and Andrew Rollings, we selected 9 mobile RPGs in the 20th place of google play cumulative sales rankings and analyzed the layout of the lobby. As a result, the lobby layout of the game, which led the first market success of the mobile RPG genre, The result was that it became the standard of the boxed game. It can be interpreted that the lobby layout, which is similar to the game used previously by the user, is effective because low entry barriers and learning are unnecessary due to the experience of using the existing RPG. Future studies may produce a common layout of a broad genre if studies are conducted to measure the optimum UX for other genres than RPG.

  • 트래픽의 흐름을 조절하고 ATM 네트워크 자원의 사용을 최적화하기위해서는 폭주로 인한 성능 저하를 막기 위한 적절한 제어가 필요하다. 기존의 사용자 감시 제어(UPC) 메커니즘이 네트워크의 상황과는 관계없이 매우 불안정한 예방적 기능만을 수행하였고, qvj로 인해 셀 지연을 가중시키는 한계점을 갖고 있었다. 본 논문은 OAM 셀을 이용하여 네트워크의 상태에 따라 능동적으로 반응하는 적응적 사용자 감시 제어 메커니즘을 제안하고ㅡ 버퍼로 인한 지연을 고려하여 서비스의 한층 더 높이고자 한다. 제시한 사용자 감시 제어방식은 OAM 셀이 주는 정보를 바탕으로 네트워크 내의 상황을 판단하여 사용자가 요구한 서비스의 질을 고려할 수 있도록 리키율과 버퍼의 문턱값을 조정하였다. 네트워크가 분주시에는 리키율을 낮추고 버퍼를 줄여서 네트워크 내에 유입되는 셀을 막는 역할을 하고 네트워크가 한가할 때는 리키율을 높히고 버퍼를 늘여서 빠르게 네트워크 내로 셀이 유일도리 수 있\ulcorner 한다. 폭주 발생 시에는 셀의 유입을 막고 푹주 상태가 해결될때까지 스페이서의 작동을 멈춘다. 본 논문에서 제시한 사용자 감시 제어 메커니즘의 트래픽 소스 모델은 IPP로 모델링하였고, 트래픽은 음성과 고속 데이터를 중심으로 시뮬레이션하였다. 음성과 고속 대이타 각각의 경우에 시뮬레이션한 결과를 기존의 방식과 비교, 분석한 결과에서 음성에서는 버퍼지연이 대폭 줄였고 고속 데이터인 경우에는 셀 손실율이 줄어드는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 따라서 제시한 방식에 의해 사용자가 요구하는 서비스의 질을 유지하면서 동시에 네트워크의 자원을 효율적으로 사용하였음을 알 수있었다.에 적합한가를 고찰하였다.베이터에 의한 아파트의 소음 및 진동에 관하여 그 현황, 원인 그리고 대책에 관한여 논하고자 한다.감 방법을 연구하였고, T.Sakai는 5자유도 모델을 이용하여 엔진 공회전시 발생하는 치타음에 대해 이론과 실험을 통해 해석하고, 엔진 회전수 변동, 클러치 특성, 변속기의 드래그(drag) 토크의 영향과 치타음 저감을 위한 개선된 클러치 특성을 제시하였다. 이 외에도 Thomas C.T.와 E.P.Petkus는 특정 차량에 대한 동력전달계의 비틀림 진동 현상에 대해 연구하였다. 이러한 연구들로 볼 때, 자동차 동력전달계에서 발생하는 진동은 이론과 실험을 통해 그 해석이 가능하며 설계에 매우 유용하게 이용되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 4 실린더 4 싸이클 1.5 L 엔진을 장착한 경승용차의 실차 주행실험을 통해 가속 페달의 급조작에 따른 차체의 종진동 현상을 측정하고, 엔진-변속기-타이어-차체의 반환정계 4자유도 진동모델로 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 실차 주행실험의 결과치와 비교, 분석한 후 클러치 비틀림 특성을 비롯한 자동차 동력전달계의 각 설계인자들이 차체의 종진동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 해석하고자 한다.be presented.LIFO, 우선 순위 방식등을 선택할 수 있도록 확장하였다.   • Recently, interests in the notion of PKMS(Process based on Knowledge Management System) utilizing BPMS(Business Process Management System) and KMS(Knowledge Management System) have been significantly increased. Specially, most public organizations require their own effective knowledge management strategies since public business service needs various knowledge types. Based on a comprehensive framework that reflects lifecycle requirements of KMS and BPMS, we propose an PKMS system architecture, which performs step-by-step knowledge-providing strategy in public organization. To propose a PKMS architecture, this paper first investigates inter-relationships between public business and various knowledge types, and classifies knowledge types into three groups and then we suggest knowledge management strategies considering priority order among knowledge groups. Based on the proposed knowledge management, a PKMS system architecture can combine the advantages of the KM and BPM paradigms. This paper presents the PKMS system applied to employment insurance business part in real environment and demonstrated the advantages via inter-relationships between KM and BPM requirements.

Conceptual Design of Automatic Control Algorithm for VMSs (VMS 자동제어 알고리즘 설계)

  • Current state-of-the-art of VMS control is based upon simple knowledge-based inference engine with message set and each message's priority. And R&Ds of the VMS control are focused on the accurate detection and estimation of traffic condition of the subject roadways. However VMS display itself cannot achieve a desirable traffic allocation among alternative routes in the network In this context, VMS display strategy is the most crucial part in the VMS control. VMS itself has several limitations in its nature. It is generally known that VMS causes overreaction and concentration problems, which may be more serious in urban network than highway network because diversion should be more easily made in urban network. A feedback control algorithm is proposed in this paper to address the above-mentioned issues. It is generally true that feedback control approach requires low computational effort and is less sensitive to models inaccuracy and disturbance uncertainties. Major features of the proposed algorithm are as follows: Firstly, a regulator is designed to attain system optimal traffic allocation among alternative routes for each VMS in the network. Secondly, strategic messages should be prepared to realize the desirable traffic allocation, that is, output of the above regulator. VMS display strategy module is designed in this context. To evaluate Probable control benefit and to detect logical errors of the Proposed feedback algorithm, a offline simulation test is performed using real network in Daejon, Korea.

Securing Safety in Collaborative Cyber-Physical Systems Through Fault Criticality Analysis (협업 사이버물리시스템의 결함 치명도 분석을 통한 안전성 확보)

  • Collaborative Cyber-Physical Systems (CCPS) are those systems that contain tightly coupled physical and cyber components, massively interconnected subsystems, and collaborate to achieve a common goal. The safety of a single Cyber-Physical System (CPS) can be achieved by following the safety standards such as ISO 26262 and IEC 61508 or by applying hazard analysis techniques. However, due to the complex, highly interconnected, heterogeneous, and collaborative nature of CCPS, a fault in one CPS's components can trigger many other faults in other collaborating CPSs. Therefore, a safety assurance technique based on fault criticality analysis would require to ensure safety in CCPS. This paper presents a Fault Criticality Matrix (FCM) implemented in our tool called CPSTracer, which contains several data such as identified fault, fault criticality, safety guard, etc. The proposed FCM is based on composite hazard analysis and content-based relationships among the hazard analysis artifacts, and ensures that the safety guard controls the identified faults at design time; thus, we can effectively manage and control the fault at the design phase to ensure the safe development of CPSs. To justify our approach, we introduce a case study on the Platooning system (a collaborative CPS). We perform the criticality analysis of the Platooning system using FCM in our developed tool. After the detailed fault criticality analysis, we investigate the results to check the appropriateness and effectiveness with two research questions. Also, by performing simulation for the Platooning, we showed that the rate of collision of the Platooning system without using FCM was quite high as compared to the rate of collisions of the system after analyzing the fault criticality using FCM.

Design of Interior Space for Psychological Safety of Passengers according to In-Vehicle Activity of Fully Autonomous Vehicle (완전자율주행자동차 실내행위 유형에 따른 탑승자의 심리적 안전성 확보를 위한 실내 공간 설계)

  • In level 5 (mind-off) of autonomous driving, the autonomous vehicle passengers are expected to have various activities such as face-to-face meetings, working, relaxing, and watching movies. In particular, various changes in the interior space of the vehicle are expected. Moreover, according to the survey conducted by the American Automobile Association, 73% of the respondents reported that they were afraid to board autonomous vehicles. In level 5 of autonomous driving, the subject of safety was expected to be transferred to autonomous vehicles; thus, research should be conducted from the user's perspective. Recently, various studies have been conducted to secure the safety of fully autonomous vehicles. However, there are limited studies addressing the psychological safety of actual passengers. Therefore, this study conducted a questionnaire based on the AHP technique. Consequently, the automobile safety system's priority for securing passengers' psychological safety according to each type of indoor behavior was derived, and the interior space for securing the psychological stability of passengers was suggested based on the obtained results. This study offers a new direction for interior space design, satisfying the psychological safety of passengers. This study is important because it advocates that the interior environment of fully autonomous driving cars is expected to be designed to secure the user's psychological safety.

A Study on the Current Status and Educational Needs of Low-experienced Teacher Librarians' Instructional Expertise (저경력 사서교사의 전문성 영역에 대한 교육적 요구도 분석)

  • This study reviewed the current status of low-experienced teacher librarians with less than 5 years and attempted to identify their educational needs through IPA analysis, Borich Priority Formula, and The Locus for Focus Model. A survey was conducted on low-experienced teacher librarians with less than 5 years of experience to analyze their process in the pre-service teacher training and experiences before an appointment and to identify teacher librarians instructional expertise. The results of the analysis of the study are as follows. First, there was a statistically significant difference between the importance and performance in all areas of instructional expertise of low-experienced teacher librarians. Second, 'reading education-practice progress' was recognized as a 'Keep up good work' with high importance and satisfaction, and 'library-based instruction planning, progress evaluation', 'information literacy-curriculum design', and 'digital and media literacy education-progress and evaluation' were recognized as areas of 'Concentrate here' through IPA analysis. Third, In the Borich Priority Formula, 'teaching-learning evaluation', 'teaching-learning progress', and 'teaching-learning plan' in the Library based instruction area showed the highest educational needs. Fourth, the library-based instruction was shown to the high discrepancy/high importancy area as same as the Borich Proity Formula. The results of this study can provide implications for improving the instructional expertise of teacher librarians.

Development of a Korean-version Integrated Message Set to Provide Information on Traffic Safety Facilities for Autonomous Vehicles (자율주행 자동차 대응 교통안전시설의 정보 제공을 위한 한국형 통합 메시지 셋 설계 방안 연구)

  • It is necessary to acquire information on traffic safety facilities installed on the roadways specifically for the operation of autonomous vehicles. The purpose of this study is to prepare a Korean version of an integrated message-set design as a way to provide to autonomous vehicles standardized information on traffic safety facilities. In this study, necessary facilities are classified according to four criteria (no legal basis; not providing information to autonomous vehicles; providing duplicate information; not standardized, and too difficult to generalize) based on information that must be provided to operate autonomous vehicles. The priority of information delivery (gross negligence followed by behavior change) was classified according to the importance of the information to be provided during autonomous driving, and the form was defined for the classification code in the information delivered. Finally, the information location and delivery method of traffic facilities for compliance with SAE J2735 were identified. This study is meaningful in that it provides a plan for roadway operations by suggesting a method for providing information to autonomously driven vehicles.
