A Model Test of IE and IR Method to Detect the Cavity Underneath the Concrete Structure (콘크리트 구조물 하부의 공동 탐지를 위한 충격반향(IE) 및 충격응답(IR) 기법의 모형 실험)

  • The impact echo and impulse response methods were applied to the safety inspection of concrete structure, which has the rear cavity. The concrete structure model used in this study was divided into four sections, pure concrete, concrete+cavity, reinforced concrete with iron bar, and reinforced concrete+cavity, respectively. Previous study performed by authors have showed a possibility of success to use these method for detection of the rear cavity of concrete structure. Therefore, we tried to get more enhanced result with IE and IR methods through this study. Especially, IE and IR methods are relatively accurate to map the point of measurement, which makes it possible to interpret the depth of the concrete bed and effect by rear cavity with confidence. Followings were revealed from the results; the IE method shows some small peak zones probably indicating the rear cavity in the frequency lower than the resonance frequency and the changes of mobility and dynamic stiffness in the IR method indicate the weak zones. The proposed methods can be used to delineate the weak zones of the concrete structure.

Analysis Study on Fire Performance with Internal Anchored Concrete Filled Steel Tube Columns According to Percent of Steel-Fibers (강섬유 콘크리트 혼입율에 따른 내부앵커형 콘크리트 충전기둥 내화성능에 관한 해석적 연구)

  • Concrete filled steel tube system has two major advantages. First, the confinement effect of steel tube improves the compressive strength of concrete. Second, the load capacity and deformation capacity of members are improved because concrete restrains local buckling of steel tube. It does, however, involve workability problem of using stud bolts or anchor bolts to provide composite effect for larger cross-sections. While the ribs inside the columns are desirable in terms of compressive behavior, they cause the deterioration in load capacity upon in-plane deformation resulting from thermal deformation. Since the ribs are directly connected with the concrete, the deformation of the ribs accelerates concrete cracking. Thus, it is required to improve the toughness of the concrete to resist the deformation of the ribs. Welding built-up tubular square columns can secure safety in terms of fire resistance if the problem are solved. This study focuses on mixing steel fiber in the concrete to improve the ductility and toughness of the columns. In order to evaluate fire resistance performance, loaded heating test was conducted with 8 specimens. The behavior and thermal deformation capacity of the specimens were analyzed for major variables including load ratio. The reliability of heat transfer and thermal stress analysis model was verified through the comparison of the results between the test and previous study.

Physical Properties of Hybrid Boards Composed of Green Tea, Charcoals and Wood Fiber (녹차-숯-목재섬유 복합보드의 물리적 특성)

  • In this study, eco-friendly hybrid composite boards were manufactured from green tea, three kinds of charcoals and wood fiber for developing interior materials to reinforce the functionalities such as the deodorization and the absorbability on the green tea-wood fiber hybrid boards in the previous researches. The effects of kind of raw materials and the component ratio of raw materials on dimensional stability, deodorization and emission of formaldehyde were investigated. Thickness swelling of the hybrid composite boards increased with increasing of component ratio of green tea and charcoals, but the values were markedly lower than that of Korean standard (KS) for commercial medium density fiber board (MDF), except for hybrid composite boards composed of greed tea, activated charcoal and wood fiber. Reduction rate of ammonia gas for the hybrid composite boards composed of green tea, activated charcoal and wood fiber showed a high value of 96% after 30 minute from the beginning of the test, and the other hybrid boards also showed a high value of about 95% after one hour. Emission amount of formaldehyde was similar to that of $E_0$ grade in case of using $E_1$ grade urea resin, and was similar to that of super $E_0$ grade in case of using $E_0$ grade urea resin.

The Study on the Selection of Suitable site for Palustrine Wetland Creation at Habitat Restoration Areas for Oriental stork(Ciconia boyciana) (황새서식처 복원지역에서의 소택지 조성 적지선정 연구)

  • This study was implemented to select the suitable site for Palustrine Wetland at habitat restoration for Oriental stork, red species and top-level predator in ecosystem. The evaluation items was fitted by review the antecedent studies on the suitable site selection model and evaluation items of wetland. The study sites were setted in $5,884,800m^2$ area including Yesan-gun Dae-ree, in which Oriental stork' park will be located, through DEM(Digital Elevation Model) watershed analysis. The thematic map by valuation items with secure of water resource, soil, topography, distance between roads, houses, etc., land using, wildlife corridor, and type of water resource was prepared using GIS program. The sites with high evaluation score were selected as suitable creation sites for wetland through overlapping those maps. Total 8 sites with over 18 point were selected. The characteristics of selected sites show that the soil are consisted of clay, the connectivity is valued high with surface water, the slope are gentle, and the connectivity is good with surroundings ecosystem. The result of water quality analysis, which was implement to survey available water resources and develop the solution of problem of water environment, showed that water quality at Salmok reservoir and Bogang reservoir is generally good, but the water quality at stagnant water body rising out from groundwater is not good. This study has limit to select the suitable sites of wetland only by analyzing physiotherapy environment in study area. Hereafter, the study is need to examine closely enhancement effects of biological diversity through investigation of biotic environment.

Evaluating the Trapping Efficiency of Vegetative Buffer Systems on Sediment Reduction Using SWAT model (SWAT 모델을 이용한 수변 완충지역에서 비점오염원 저감효율 평가)

  • 유역에서 상류 유역 또는 수변을 따라 자연 자원을 이용하여 조성되어야 할 완충지대는 비점오염의 영향을 줄이기 위한 중요한 최적 관리공법이다. 교란된 토지 피복과 수변 완충지대를 관리 및 복원할 때 같은 지형조건이라도 식생 종류, 발달정도, 토양조건에 따라 오염물 제거효과가 다를 수 있으며, 최소 완충지대 길이도 제거 오염물질 대상별로 적합하게 설계되고 해석되어야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 용담댐 유역에서 SWAT 모델을 이용하여 식생 완충지대의 비점오염원 저감 모의 재현성을 평가하는 것이였다. 소유역의 관측값과 모델 예측값에 대한 모델의 검 보정이 선행되었으며 그 중에서 가장 높은 모델 효율을 가지는 소유역에서 three zone concept의 90m 수변완충지대를 지방하천을 경계로 하여 토지 피복도를 변화시켜 SWAT 모델에 적용하였다. 이 때 교목으로는 포플러 (Populus, 30m)을 적용하였고, 포플러의 높이 및 Leaf area index를 조정하여 관목 지대(30m)에 입력하였다. 잔디 지대(30m)는 자연초지를 선택하였다. 또한 지형변수(average slope)와 Manning's coefficient을 수변완충지대의 조건에 고려하여 변화를 주었고 이에 따른 유출량 및 유사량, T-N, T-P의 변화율을 조사하였다. 또한 5, 10, 30m의 식생 여과대를 밭 지역에만 적용하여 오염물의 저감 효율을 평가하였다. SWAT 모델은 각 소유역에서 발생된 전반적인 유출량과 수질변수의 추세를 잘 예측하였으며 정자천 소유역이 선택되었다. 모의된 완충지대에서는 연평균 940 m3/ha의 유출량이 감소되는 것으로 유사농도는 28.7 %의 저감효과를 보였다. 그러나 T-N, T-P의 농도는 오히려 증가되었는데 본 연구에서 고려된 보다 수변완충지대를 조성할 때 지하수 수위, 식생 성장변화 등과 같은 보다 정확한 설계 인자 산출 및 모델 DB 개발이 유역모델에 포함되어야 할 것으로 판단되었다.한 해결책을 얻어내는 상호보완적인 결과를 추구한다. 그가 디자인하는 작품은 전형적인 이미지를 내포하지 않는다. 즉 그의 작품은 기존의 가치와 이념적인 것은 배제하고, 창의적인 개념을 도출하였다.형모서리는 건물 특화 성격이 강하므로 불가피할 경우 소형 액센트 광고 위치를 미리 벽면으로 할애하는 것이 경관 및 입면계획에 유리한 것으로 분석되었다. 불확실도 해석모형 등의 새로운 기능을 추가하여 제시하였다. 모든 입출력자료는 프로젝트 단위별로 운영되어 data의 관리가 손쉽도록 하였으며 결과를 DB에 저장하여 다른 모형에서도 적용할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 HyGIS-HMS 및 HyGIS-RAS 모형에서 강우-유출-하도 수리해석-범람해석 등이 일괄되게 하나의 시스템 내에서 구현될 수 있도록 하였다. 따라서 HyGIS와 통합된 수리, 수문모형은 국내 하천 및 유역에 적합한 시스템으로서 향후 HydroInformatics 구현을 염두에 둔 특화된 국내 수자원 분야 소프트웨어의 개발에 기본 토대를 제공할 것으로 판단된다.았다. 또한 저자들의 임상병리학적 연구결과가 다른 문헌에서 보고된 소아 신증후군의 연구결과와 큰 차이를 보이지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 자극에 차이가 있지 않나 추측되며 이에 관한 추후 연구가 요망된다. 총대장통과시간의 단축은 결장 분절 모두에서 줄어들어 나타났으나 좌측결장 통과시간의 감소 및 이로 인한 이 부위의 통과시간 비율의 저하가 가장 주요하였다. 이러한 결과는 차가운 생수 섭취가 주로 결장 근위부를 자극하는 효과를 발휘하는 것이 아닌가 해석된다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통해 생다시마를 주원료로 개발된 생다시마차와 생다시마 음료가 만성 기능성 변비 증세를 개선하는 효능이 잠재적으로 있음을 확인하였다. 그러나 생약제재의 변비약 수준으로 변비 개선 효능을 증대하기 위해서는 재료 배합비의 개선이나 대장 운동기능을 향상시키는 유효성분의 보강 등이 필요하다는 점도 알 수 있었다.더불어 산화물질 해독에 관

Exploration into Better College Cultural Contents Education for Manifestation of Creativity (대학에서의 창의성 발현을 위한 문화콘텐츠 교육 개선방안 탐색)

  • The purpose of this study was to make a basic research on college cultural contents education in an effort to step up the manifestation of the creativity of cultural contents experts in line with the development of the fast-changing era of creative economy. It's basically meant to analyze the characteristics of cultural contents education in relation to creative idea to seek practical ways of improving that education. What problems there were with cultural contents education and how that education was actually provided were analyzed to suggest some of the right directions for client-centered cultural contents education. Earlier studies were analyzed, and the results of a survey that was conducted on students whose major was linked to cultural contents were analyzed as well. As a result, current cultural contents education was considered not to be satisfactory due to existing teaching methods, learning process and curriculums that were devoid of creativity. To rectify the situation, interdisciplinary attempts should be made such as multi-major, interdisciplinary programs or convergence education, and plenty of experiments, sufficient practice and an increase in the number of faculty members are all required. In terms of education, existing curriculums and courses should urgently be revamped to strengthen field placement and creative discussions. As for educational methods, the lecture method should be avoided, and specialized education should be offered instead, which should strike a balance between discussion, team play and project education. It is expected to produce good results if there are appropriate connection among different major fields of study and the harmonious implementation of diverse internship, convergence and field placement programs.

An Efficient Dynamic Workload Balancing Strategy (리트윗 행위의 동기, 이유와 가치: 요인 분석)

  • The study aims at exploring motivation, rationale, and values in twitter users' retweet behavior. It proposes that diffusion of message is based on the complex interactional relationships among attributes of original message, user's rationale, and values. Based on a pilot study, we constructed a total of 34 questions asking message attributes, motivation, and values of retweeting. Then, twitter users participated in an online survey, in which they evaluate their own 5 retweet messages based on the constructed questions(5 messages ${\times}$ 34 questions = 170). Then, a factor analysis is done in order to see the dimensions of the concepts in retweet behavior; and understand how message attributes, motivations, and values are inter-related with each other. The main factors extracted were: (1) public fairness, (2) fun and playfulness, (3) communal help, (4) news and information, etc. Factor 2 and 4 show the traditional journalism characteristics; while factor 1 and 3 do alternative journalistic values. The latter may work as a rectifying factors for traditional journalism; however, backfiring mechanism for group polarization. In addition, (1) users' internal identities, (2) communal unity and (3) belongness were identified as rationales and values for retweet behavior.

A Study on Normal Project Period for Parking Lot of Aged Apartment Housing (노후 공동주택 주차장 리모델링 공사 표준공기 설정에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, interest in remodeling apartment houses has been increasing due to problems such as a lack of parking spaces for old apartment houses. However, no method was suggested to predict the construction period of the apartment remodeling project. Unlike general apartment new construction, apartment remodeling construction involves demolition or reinforcement work, so a realistic remodeling construction period calculation plan differentiated from the existing construction period should be proposed. Therefore, this study intends to present a model for deriving the construction period of the underground parking lot of the apartment remodeling construction. Each construction period was calculated based on 19 activities of underground parking lot remodeling work through review of previous studies and expert advice. Activity's workload data and productivity data were derived to calculate the construction period, and the number of inputs and equipment inputs by Activity were determined to correct the productivity data. The construction period of Activity was calculated using the derived data, and the criteria for calculating the overlapping period for each Activity were presented to enable realistic construction period and scheduled schedule. As a result of predicting the accuracy of the construction period through the verification of the case complex, it is expected that it will be possible to predict the approximate construction period of the underground parking lot of the apartment remodeling construction in the future.

Reconsideration and Conservational Scientific Diagnosis of Silla Stone Monument in Bongpyeong-ri, Uljin (울진 봉평리 신라비의 재판독과 보존과학적 진단)

  • This study was focused on the recognition of historical values and the establishment of conservation schemes for a Silla stone monument in Bongpyeong-ri, Uljin by combining the humanistic investigation of inscription reinterpretation and the scientific conservational diagnosis of deterioration. According to the investigation of inscription, a total of 13 letters were reconsidered compared to the preceding researches. Thus, the meaning and interpretation of previous inscription was partially changed. This monument is composed of gneissose leucogranite and the most suitable site as provenance of the stone would be the Jukbyeon seashore (2.1km). The site shows similar color, size and composition of minerals, gneissose structure and magnetic susceptibility as the Bongpyeong stone monument. This monument developed a structural crack (crack index 0.4) and a microcrack (crack index 2.0) along the gneissose structure. The horizontal strength is weaker than the vertical strength. Therefore, the cracks should be reinforced and treated. However, consolidating is not urgently needed because the total weathering grade by ultrasonic velocity shows the stage of moderate weathering(3,403m/s, 0.32). Also, the major problems of chemical deterioration are blackening (85.2%) with soil, iron oxide,rubbing mark, and salt crystals (17.3%) from the sea. Therefore, the contaminants and the salt crystals should be removed using pressure spray and pulp paper, while the application of poultice should be examined through clinical tests.

Scientific Investigation and Conservation Treatment of the Three-story Stone Pagoda at Jangha-ri, Buyeo (부여 장하리 삼층석탑의 과학적 조사 및 보존처리)

  • This study examined the properties of the materials used in the three-story pagoda at Jangha-ri, Buyeo. It was performed in order to identify the objective condition of the pagoda and establish an appropriate plan for the conservation treatment of the pagoda. According to the study, the average total magnetic susceptibility was 3.71 (10-3 SI unit), and at least four types of granite with different origins were likely used in the production of the pagoda. The ultrasonic velocity averaged 1,519m/s, and the coefficient of weathering showed an average of grade 4. The thermal gradient between the cement (restoration materials) and original materials was identified through thermal imaging. In some areas, the cement restoration materials required replacement with new stone materials with properties similar to those of the original stone materials. Taking into account these results, a map of weathering damage was prepared and appropriate conservation treatment plans were established based on the findings of previous studies. Since the pagoda had suffered severe biological damage and discoloration, surface contaminants were removed through wet cleaning with distilled water and a brush. The exfoliated areas were reinforced on the site by mixing epoxy resin with powdered stone with the same properties as the original stone materials of the pagoda.
