The purpose of the present study is to observe in-depth what kind of changes the establishment of a female basketball team in a college of education and the experiences the female basketball players have within that situation bring to their lives and their paths in life and social implications. To achieve this purpose, the female basketball team at the Department of Physical Education in P University was selected as a research environment and its members as research participants and qualitative research was conducted. Research results showed first, that female basketball athletes were already on a set path before they entered college. They had not thought about their path in life independently and had a passive attitude towards their life paths and were experiencing a culture in which studies were not permitted. Second, female basketball athletes discovered a new path upon college entrance. While meeting various friends, they gained friends and not just colleagues and after becoming aware that the main character in their lives is 'themselves', they showed autonomy. Based on this, factors for their change, which are the implications of this study, were first, the environment of P University's college of education which has strict regulations and a strong emphasis on academics when compared to other universities, second, the identity of being the first enrollments into the female basketball team of P University's college of education and the distinct characteristics of being a female athlete, third, the group's leader who contributed to their positively directed change. Ultimately, these factors served an important role in leading their change in the large frame of a university environment.

The purpose of this study was to examine if influence parents on soccer player role socialization. The participants of the study are 149 who are university soccer players. The stratified cluster random sampling method has been used in this study. The material collection device was the brochure named [Influence parents on soccer player role socialization]. The result of reliability check up was Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. 8847~.7306. To analyze materials, the "ANOVA" and "regression analysis" were used as statistic analysis techniques. The conclusion based on above study method and the result of material analysis are here below. 1. Participation of parents influence on status of team internal. 2. Participation of parents influence on position of team. 3. Participation of parents influence on career of get a prize.

A ship operating under rough sea conditions is exposed to a slamming load due owing to its motion relative to encountered waves. In the process of reentering the water, the ship's structure is temporarily subjected to an impact pressure. In particular, bow flare slamming often occurs in large container ships with a large flare angle, and can cause structural damage. Numerical simulations were performed in this study, and the results were compared with reliable experimental results. The simulation results were also used to estimate the bow flare slamming pressures on a container ship under head sea and oblique sea conditions. It was found that a maximum impact pressure of 475 kPa was generated near the 0.975 station of the container ship under a head sea condition.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of coaches' transformational transactional leadership on athletes' self-efficacy among high school students. A total of 400 high school athletes from S and D city were selected through the convenience sampling method. A total of 258 questionnaires were returned and 39 were discarded due to missing values. Therefore, a total of 219 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 20.0. This study found the following: First, the intellectual stimulation of leadership had the greatest effect on self-regulated efficacy of self-efficacy. Second, inspirational motivation of leadership had the greatest effect on confidence of self-efficacy. Third, leadership factors did not affect task difficulty preference of self-efficacy.

Sports areas of the Republic of Korea has been strengthened by the sports powers in various phases of the competition. However, not all students can succeed in greatly athlete, was necessary for these measures. This paper presents the design and implementation of mobile applications to athletic coaching leaders to record dynamic data of student athletes. Stocks applicable in this paper is basketball. The development of mobile applications can choose to 'Assist Records' menu and 'Hot & Cold Zone' menu in the Main Page. Athletic director are stored in the photo file after the screen capture to allow the map to be just athletes. To a point that can be expected can be used as the training time and increasing efficiency of the training effect through the mobile application, it will be able to widen the non-coat to improve the performances.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of social support from friend, senior junior, and coach on student-athletes' stress and deviant behavior. By using convenience sampling method of non-probability sampling, a total of 350 student-athletes from D and G city were selected. Of 217 copies of the questionnaire gathered, 35 were discarded owing to having excessive missing values. Thus, by analysing a total of 182 surveys with structural equation modeling through AMOS 20.0 statistics program, this study found the followings. First, social support has a negative influence on stress. Second, stress has a positive influence on deviant behavior. Third, social support has a negative influence on deviant behavior mediated by stress.

LNG-RV has the additional equipments that enable to re-gastify liquefied LNG in LNG carrier. This vessel has Submerged Turret Loading(STL) system which transports gas through submarine terminal. When LNG-RV is operating at sea, the opening condition is formed by detaching STL equipment from a vessel. The primary objective of the current work is to estimate accurate speed loss for the opening condition of the LNG-RV employing numerical calculations and model tests. In the model tests, resistance and self-propulsion tests are carried out for the bare-hull and the opening condition without STL. In addition to these, flow visualization utilizing tuft is used to make the flow patterns visible, in order to get a qualitative or quantitative information for inner part in case of detaching the STL.

This study purpose is to improve athletes by investigating the relation between the leadership behavior type of athletes and athlete satisfaction and exercise flow. The sampling method was non-probabilistic sampling method. The number of questionnaires was 381 for analyzing the data. SPSS/PC+ Window 21.0 version statistical program were used for analyzing the questionnaire answers. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. The study results are as follows. First, there were positive correlations between leadership behavior type of athletes and athlete satisfaction and exercise flow, but not between authoritative behavior of leader behavior type and exercise flow. Second, the effect of leadership behavior type of athletes on satisfaction of athletes was positive on social interaction related with training, instruction, and social support, on task execution related with training and instruction, and on coaching related with training, instruction, and positive feedback. Third, the effect of leadership behavior type of athletes on flow of exercise was positive on cognitive commitment related with training, instructions and positive feedback, and on behavioral commitment related with training, instructions, positive feedback, and social interaction. So, athletes will be able to perform good exercise skills if they come to the game in flowing exercise satisfaction and exercise.

본 논문은 삼동선의 선형특성에 대한 간략한 소개와 삼동선의 주선체 좌우에 설치되는 보조 선체의 위치가 조파저항성능에 미치는 영향과 그 최적위치선정을 위한 연구 결과를 보인다. 조파저항 계산기법을 이용하여 보조선체의 길이방향과 횡방향의 위치 변화에 대한 조파저항을 계산하였으며, 그 유용성을 검증하기 위하여 모형시험결과와 함께 비교하였다 본 연구를 통하여 보조선체의 횡방향 위치가 삼동선의 조파저항성능에 미치는 영향은 작으나, 길이방향 위치는 그 성능에 커다란 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 주선체의 선수부에서 발생된 커다란 파도의 파저에 보조선체의 선수가 놓이는 것이 저항성능에 가장 유리하며, 선속이 빨라짐에 따라서 그 최적위치는 선미쪽으로 옮겨가는 경향을 보였다.

In this study, amateur baseball team leaders studied ways to train student baseball team players through records management. To this end, a system was developed that could apply the formula for obtaining various secondary records or savermetrics data. The team distributed the information to three leaders of the student baseball team and studied the training guidelines through the target group interface. Through the records, students were able to increase motivation and make sure that all the players were faithful to their roles.
