  • 공동구매는 ‘가격절감’, ‘위험감소’, ‘거래비용 절감’, ‘참여의식’등의 장점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 장점은 소비자들로 하여금 구매형태에 직ㆍ간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 ‘시간지연’, ‘제품다양성 부족’, ‘결제수단’, ‘상품디스플레이’등의 단점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 단점들 역시 소비자들로 하여금 구매형태에 직ㆍ간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 반면 한번 거래를 하게 되면 계속해서 거래를 한다는 의견과 앞으로도 거래를 할 생각을 가지고 있으며 주변의 다른 이들에게도 추천하겠다는 생각을 가지고 있었다. 장ㆍ단점과 관련하여 공동구매를 ‘재수용 하는가’와 ‘주변사람들에게 권유할 것인가’를 연구하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 공동구매 특성이 공동구매를 수용함에 있어서 지속적인 수용을 할 것인가와 더불어 주변의 사람들에게 권장을 하는가를 파악하는데 있다. 본 연구에 대한 자료 수집방법은 D대학교의 재학생들을 대상으로 총 100부를 설문 조사하였으며, 수집된 설문지 중에서 불성실하게 응답한 설문지 8부를 제외한 총 92부를 유효한 설문으로 확보하였다. SPSS_WIN 10.0 패키지를 이용하였으며, 대상을 통하여 제품별(종류별) 선호도와 구매시(저가격, 안전성, 배송, 시간절감, 결제편리, 기타) 우선순위를 빈도분석 하였다. 또한 요인분석통한 타당도와 신뢰도 분석하고, 연구변수로 선정한 각 요소들을 이용하여 공동구매의 특성(가격대비 성능, 편리성, 결제안전, 다양한 제품 제공)에 따라 공동구매 재수용도와 주변사람 들에게 권유할 것인가에 영향력 정도를 파악하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 조사결과 제품 선호도의 측면에서는 서적&음반, 의류&신발, 컴퓨터&주변기기 가장 선호하는 품목으로서 전자상거래와 거의 흡사하게 나타났으며, 구매시 가장 중요하게 느끼는 요소는 저렴한 가격과 안전&안정성으로 나타났다. 또한, 공동구매 특성에 대한 요인분석 결과로는 하나의 독립요인으로 존재하지만 결재안전, 다양한 제품제공의 요인들이 편리성 요인의 하부요인으로 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 공동구매 특성이 재수용과 주변사람 권유에 대한 결과로는 재수용적인 측면에서는 ‘가격대비 성능’과 ‘다양한 제품 제공’이 유의한 영향을 미칠 것으로 나타났으며, 주변사람 권유적인 측면에서는 ‘가격대비 성능’이 유의한 영향을 미칠 것으로 나타났고 재수용성과 다르게 ‘다양한 제품 제공’측면에서는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

Effects of advertisement acceptance according to brand familiarity on ease of imitation and behavioral intention of mobile payment (브랜드 친숙도에 따른 광고 수용성이 모방 용이성과 모바일 간편결제 사용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • Recently, companies that have already the brand familiarity based on IT technology are changing the way of financial transactions by providing mobile simple payment service. It is difficult to apply the results of research conducted on traditional financial products, although the familiarity of the brand positively affects the brand attitude and intention of use in the preceding studies. To confirm this, this study verified whether mobile simple payment services of a company with high brand familiarity can copy the service easily and have intention of use through advertisement acceptance. The empirical results showed that the advertising of brand with high familiarity could be a motivation factor to imitate new services more easily. This results is meaningful in that it confirms the importance of strategic advertising because the more higher the brand's familiarity is, the more efficient the advertising can be used in the mobile simple payment service.

Healthy Dining Out Attitude of Restaurant Diners by Self-Rated Health Status (레스토랑 이용자들의 건강자각도에 따른 외식 태도)

  • The objective of this study was to compare the healthy dining out attitude of restaurant diners by self-rated health status. Using healthy dining attitude and behavior questionnaire and a single question describing self-rated health status, the needs and importance of healthy dining out was detected. Mean age of the 182 respondents was 38.9${\pm}$11.37 years old and 37.4% of the respondents answered their mean monthly income was over 6,000,000won showing the subjects belonged in high income diners. The needs of healthy dining measured by five scales and offering healthy menus(3.80), labeling foods about original country(3.79), using environmentally friendly foodstuffs(3.71) and labeling nutrients on menu board(3.62) show higher score than others. A total of 76.4% of the respondents assessed their health status as 'good-rated Health' and 23.6% was 'poor-rated health'. There was no difference in frequency of eating out by self-perception of health status but, the 'poor-rated health' group need more nutrition information in restaurant specially for calorie(p<0.05), cholesterol(p<0.05), fiber(p<0.05), functional nutrients(p<0.001) showing significant differences comparing to 'good-rated health' group. In good-rated health group, selection of Korean cuisine for eating out was more frequent than the poor. The results shows the needs of healthy dining can be varied by diner's health status and therefore restaurateur should focus on understanding of the needs of diners with various health status.

  • IT기술의 발전과 스마트기기의 대중화로 인한 정보통신기술의 눈부신 발전으로 온라인 플랫폼을 통한 식품구매 비중이 급격히 증가하여 온·오프라인의 경계를 없어지고 있다. 더군다나 COVID-19 팬데믹은 반조리식품, 밀키트 등 홈쿡(Home-cook) 온라인시장을 급격히 확산시키며 소비자 구매추세를 오프라인에서 온라인으로 완전히 바꿔놓는 전환점이 되었다. 이런 트랜드를 반영하듯 다양한 온라인 식자재 이커머스 플랫폼의 출현하면서 브랜드마다 각각의 차별점을 내세우고 있으나 경쟁은 치열해지고 차별화는 더욱 어려운 게 현실이다. 이는 기업이 소비자에게 일방향으로 정보 또는 상품 및 서비스를 제공 하는 수직적 관계가 아닌, 수평적 쌍방향 관계로의 발전으로 이어져 브랜드가 가지고 있는 가치에 대해 보다 정직하게 보여주어야 소비자의 신뢰를 얻을 수 있게 되었다(Kotler, 2017). 또한, 과거에 소비자들의 만족도가 높았던 서비스도 현재 환경에서는 소비자의 니즈를 충족시키지 못하는 경우가 증가하고 있다(조윤오, 2018). 이는 서비스에 대한 소비자의 기대와 니즈가 지속적으로 변화하고 있다는 것을 의미하며, 이에 따라 기업은 소비자들의 새로운 요구를 만족시키기 위하여 다양한 서비스를 개발 및 제공하는 것이 중요하다고 사료된다(김광재 등, 2011). 이미 높은 인지도를 가진 플랫폼일지라도 지속가능한 우위를 선점하기 어려운 상황에서 온라인 플랫폼에 대한 소비자의 긍정적인 태도와 재구매를 유도하기 위해 제품 본질 뿐 아니라 서비스 차별화를 꾀하고 있고 차별화된 포지션을 차지하기 위해 온라인 플랫폼에 대한 소비자 인식과 서비스 품질 요인을 측정하여 고객이 중시하는 요인에 집중하는 것이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 식자재를 구매하는 소비자의 꾸준한 방문과 구매를 유인하기 위해 어떤 변수의 영향력을 높여야 소비자 재구매의도를 증가시킬 수 있는지 방법을 모색하고 온라인 플랫폼 기업 및 스타트업의 경영전략 마련에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 식자재 구매 플랫폼 품질속성, 서비스품질 정도,, 충성도의 전반적인 영향관계를 파악하는 연구 과제를 설정하고, 식자재 이커머스 온라인 플랫폼 이용 전반에 대한 평가를 실시할 예정이다. 이러한 과정을 통해 도출된 결과는 식자재 이커머스 플랫폼 운영 전략을 세우는데 유용한 자료가 될 것이라 기대하며, 기존의 온라인 식품구매 플랫폼의 서비스품질 요인과 소비자 행동 간의 관계를 설명하는 것과는 다른 새로운 시사점을 제공할 수 있다는 측면에서 의미 있는 연구가 될 것이다. 또한, 다양한 산업에서의 플랫폼 비지니스 모델 적용을 위한 전략 수립을 하는 데에 필요한 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다.

  • In 2005, Yuhan Kimberly found interesting points in the existing customers' U&A survey on the kitchen towel. The usage of Korean consumers is usually restricted to getting rid of the oil from the fans and the fried food. This usage limits could be the barrier to the diffusion of kitchen towel. Although consumers were worried about the hygiene situations about the dishcloth, they also percieved that the existing paper kitchen towels were short of something to soothe their inconveniences. As a result, the company made a decision to seek out the solution for the consumers' worries. The relative shortage of the paper kitchen towel compared to that of the unhygienic and inconvenient dishcloth was its lack of water-endurance. The dishcloth could be reliable in the wet environment which is very common in Korean kitchen, whereas the paper kitchen towel was perceived as very weak and unreliable in removing water form the dishes and the sink. To overcome the common sense of the consumers, it is important to shift the consumers' perception of the kitchen towel category. It is needed to expand the usage time from one time to several times in a day. So it is needed to redesign the customers' kitchen life. The company adopted the brand "Scott®" to meet the global brand strategy of the parent company, Kimberley Clark. This brand was also adopted and made a succesful launch of the similar product lines in Latin America. Furthermore, to make an emphasis on the differentiation from the existing paper kitchen towels, the company made the slogan, "Scott® washable kitchen towel." This slogan was designed to expand the familiar product image of convenient paper towels to water-resistance. As a result, consumers show the changes in usage behavior of paper towels and apply them for more various purposes such as cleaning the decks and tables. This change results in the rapid sales increase of "Scott® washable kitchen towel."

A Study on Clothing purchase Behavior through internet of Middle and High School Students (${\cdot}$고등학생들의 인터넷을 이용한 의복 구매 행동 연구)

  • In this study. we tried to provide basic materials for teachers to develop consumer's guide of internet shopping for middle and high school students through surveying their Purchase realities, clothing purchase behaviors. and clothing purchase attitudes when they use internet shopping mall. The questionaires were distributed to middle and high school students in Seoul, Daegu, Kyunggi, Chungbuk, Chungnam, Kyungbuk, and Kyungnam November, 2004. The followings are the results of this study. First, clothing items which were bought in internet shopping malls were shirts. shoes, pants, bags in order and they were below $20,000\~30,000$ won. Main payment method used was sending money to seller's account. Second, clothing purchase satisfaction degree was comparatively high but the satisfaction degree for the compensation policy was low. If they had any claims for the products. they were likely to behave more actively than passively. Third. returned items were shirts, pants, shoes in order which are the same as purchasing items and they were due to the size and the difference between the products recognised by computer screen and the real products. The $89.0\%$ of the subjects who have purchased clothing through internet expressed high intention to purchase in the future through internet. Forth the degree of attitude toward the internet shopping concerned with clothing purchase was high in the factor of 'convenience of shopping', especially they thought that the purchase through internet had the advantage of varieties and prices. The significant differences were found (1) in the experience of purchase and clothing purchase through internet according to their regions. school years, allowances per month, (2) in the purchased items through internet according to only their sexes, and (3) in the desired Purchase items through internet according to school years, their sexes. regions. The more frequently the middle and high school students use internet, the more goods they purchase through internet, especially the portion of the purchased clothing is getting bigger year by year. This suggests that we need to develope well-organized programs to teach good consumer's attitude to the middle and high school students when they purchase through internet.

A Study on Dietary Behavior of Chinese Consumers Segmented by Dietary Lifestyle (중국 현지 소비자들의 식생활 라이프스타일 세분화에 따른 식행동 연구)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the dietary lifestyle of local Chinese consumers and to classify dietary characteristics according to their dietary lifestyle factors and dietary behaviors. This investigation was conducted for 1 month from 1 January 2017 targeting 300 adult males and females living in China using the online survey company surveymonkey. Four factors relating to dietary lifestyle were identified, gourmet factor, healthy factor, convenience factor and economic factor, and these were grouped into 4 clusters according to their dietary lifestyle factor scores. Group 1, the gourmet economy group, showed a high percentage of living alone and a high frequency of eating out, but a relatively low percentage of three regular meals per day. Their dietary lifestyle was sensitive to gourmet factors and economic factors, but less sensitive to health and convenience factors. Group 2, the wide interest group, contained a high percentage of individuals in their 30s, as well as more highly educated individuals and a higher income than other groups. Because their dietary lifestyle scores tended to be higher than those of other groups, they sought a variety of new foods and gourmet meals for enjoyment of dining and life, as well as well-being food materials and foods related to health. Group 3, the health economic group, constituted a family-type consumer group with lower income level than the other groups. Members of this group were seeking health food and natural food in their dietary lifestyle and tended to pursue a high economic profit ratio when purchasing food. Finally, group 4 showed a relatively higher percentage of women over 30 and individuals with a college level or higher education than the other groups. This group was more interested in health and taste than price and convenience, and showed the highest LOHAS orientation among middle aged Chinese women. Moreover, members of this group directly utilized their knowledge regarding nutrition in real life.

A Study on Eva Armisen's Artworks -Focused on Beauty of Universality, Deterritorialization of Art and Design- (에바 알머슨 작품 연구 -보편성의 미, 미술과 디자인의 탈경계를 중심으로-)

  • In the 21st century, the phenomenon of interaction in between fine art and design has become more increasingly prevalent. In this paper, the author has analyzed the major works of Spanish artist Eva $Armis{\dot{e}}n$ on a cultural criticism perspective, and has proposed a framework for a deeper understating of the artworks, which reflected the characteristics of contemporary art and culture such as deterritorialization of art and design. As a result, it has been found that the main theme of her artworks is about preferred attitude of a human being in relationship with others, unlike daily lives or innocence of childhood which are well-known subjects to the public. Her main female character could have been formed by blending all of her aesthetic reason, and characteristics of this era and cultural elements. It means that the area where the public enjoys the sense of beauty have been extending from the area of the beautiful to the beauty of universality. It has been found that deterriorialization phenomena, which is a characteristic of post-modern art and design work to dismantle an existing order, the repression, appeared in her work. However, several research areas of her works such as relationship between text and image or formative elements or aphorism etc. still have remained to be solved.

The Disputes of FTA Preferential Duty Treatment : The Implications of the U.S Customs Case Laws (한·미FTA 특혜관세분쟁을 대비한 미국판례의 동향과 함의)

  • Papers in FTA research have mostly focused on the legal interpretation of the FTA treaties. In this research, more focus was put on the customs laws and related cases delivered in the U.S. federal courts, by which we can analyze the Korea-U.S. FTA in more practical manner to derive the enterprises' solutions to cope with the disputes of FTA preferential duty. The Tariff Act of 1930 is the U.S. customs law to govern FTA preferential duties. The administrative practices with customs duties are coordinated with the FTA rules. The most controversial issue in the U.S. customs law lies in the classification of imported goods for imposition of the customs duties, based on Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States. It was found that the U.S. federal courts had been quite favorable to the CBP(U.S. Customs and Border Protections) in litigation with the private importers and exporters. The reason seems to be that the CBP has been dealing with the customs cases so many times, accumulating much experience in execution of the U.S. customs laws, which is likely to make their decisions on customs duties almost free of errors. Therefore, the Korean exporters need to collect the CBP's past cases on the denial of preferential treatment on imported goods and be fully informed of the CBP's policies on the FTA preferential duty treatment.

Investigation of wearing behaviors and consumer's needs for summer golf wear (하절용 골프웨어의 착용실태 및 소비자 요구도)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate consumer's needs for golf wear and to suggest a direction of product development and planning, based on the analysis of golfer's needs. The subjects used for the research were 150 male and female golfers who were in golf practice fields. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA, t-test and Duncan test. In summary, the results of this study were as followers; Dimensions of consumer's needs for golf wear were extracted from factor analysis as following properties; fashion/design property, textile property, hygiene property, body-shaped property. The most important consumer's need for golf wear was "wearing comfort" and second one was "moisture absorbency" Respondents evaluated that wearing comfort, stretchability, tactile, size of golf wear were very important but price, pilling, shrinkage or color-fading after laundry of golf wear were relatively less important. The evaluation of consumer's needs for golf wear according to demographic information had significant difference. The female golfers were found to consider that fiber characteristics, easy-to-laundry, wrinkle resistance, stretchability, sewing quality were relatively more important, when compared with the male golfers. Also, There were significant differences on the evaluation of consumer's needs for golf wear on fiber characteristics, stretchability, brand name between age groups.
