  • Recent advancement in ICT and IT infrastructure drives the construction industry towards a IT-based industry. Accordingly, the importance of the planning phase of a project is significantly highlighted due to recent large-scale national development projects such as U-city and multifunctional administration city. various development and studies are conducted on the convergence of 3D CAD and GIS in order to support the decision making by simulation of each phase of construction prior to the actual construction of a building. However there has been limits to the implementation of the IT technology in the planning phase due to its characteristics such as high reliability on the experts knowledge and the compliance of the administration work. In this study, a trendy issue of the convergence of the GIS technology with the 3D CAD design data is suggested to improve the efficiency of a decision support in the planning phase.

  • Standardized construction information classification enables extensive information from the construction industry to be shared and exchanged clearly by means of unified information expression. Recently, the constriction information classification in North America and Europe has been revised to adapt to BIM technology and applied to various BIM projects. In Korea, government established construction information classification and made efforts to be standardized. On the other hand, it showed low applicability at the practice field and had no revision plan for adapting BIM. In this study, the authors suggest an improvement plan of construction information classification for applying BIM with the purpose of availability enhancement and adaption to a construction environment change.

  • Recently, we are living in the world of information and ubiquitous technology strayed away from the fixed network systems resulting in an increase of using mobile terminals which is convenient for mobility and functionality. Because the diversification of mobile devices to communicate between disparate mobile terminals is difficult, the two kinds of operating systems and hardware for data communication between the terminals is needed to convert the data. The proposed instant messenger design in MRP-S3C2440A (Windows CE 5.0) and Nexio XP30 (Windows CE .NET 4.1) were tested and applied. Usually the mobile terminal has an information on a central server. Sender terminal receives the message according to the characteristics of the terminal after converting was sent to the receiving terminal. Receiving-side terminal without a separate conversion process, it was the output terminals. This paper deals with the proposal and implementation of designing an instant messenger application program between the two different mobile terminals and network systems.

  • IT communication industries of current society are developed in enormous growth, our country leading the world in the number of super high speed internet equipments in use. In the pride oneself on communication network of those, mobile terminal technology and wireless phone production hold a high rank. Data communication and networking may be the fastest growing technologies in our culture today. In this way, IT fields conjugated in the daily quick, the fact that department of radiological science didn't discharged one's duties on current IT education. The curriculum of radiological technologists that play an important part between skill and occupation's education as major and personality didn't performed one's part most effectively on current IT environments and digital radiological equipments interface. Therefore, in this paper current curriculum of radiological science are catched hold of trend and problems on digital radiology environments, on fact the present state of problems, for radiological engineering and HIS manager, new curriculum course are suggested a reform measure of culture and major education curriculum introduction.

  • The global economy, including Korea, has continuously searched for various market-friendly policies and new economic systems in pursuit of the forth industrial revolution. As a result, economic markets have grown, and factors affecting markets have diversified. Therefore, as for many company's decision makers, it has become an important issue to analyze and forecast markets accurately and effectively for rapid and appropriate decision making. In this study, we aim to improve the accuracy and validity of forecast models by applying extended information criteria in existing restricted information criteria to determine optimized modeling for the accurate analysis and prediction of complex market environments. In order to verify the practical use of the extended information criteria adopted in this study, we compare this study employing KOSPI data with previous studies. Experimental results show that applying extended information criteria is more accurate than using the existing information criteria.

An Empirical Study for Enhancing Scope Management Capability of SW Informatization Project (SW정보화 사업 범위관리 역량 강화를 위한 실증적 연구 -중견·중소사업자 중심으로)

  • This paper examines the complexity of recent SW development such as the 4th industry to apply the requirement engineering and redimimn application to the project to solve the difficulty of scope management during project management of medium and small businesses. These engineering techniques were applied to mid-sized and small-sized SW development projects. It was verified through supervision of 15 SW development projects. As a result, we observed about 30% reduction in related issues. In addition, Redmimn was introduced to SW development projects involving medium and small sized companies, and it proved that it has the effect of shortening delivery time through requirement management and tracking management. In order to secure the safety of the SW system development project, it is necessary to apply the required engineering techniques and tools, and it is necessary to continuously cultivate professional manpower to carry out this.

Policy Directions and Challenges for Revitalizing of Small School in Local Community (지역사회 소규모학교 살리기 정책 방향과 해결 과제)

  • With the low birth rate and the inner city decline, the number of small schools is expected to increase. In this trend, the Ministry of Education has consistently used the number of students as a standard for the merger and abolition of schools since 1982, but it seems that has generated a vicious circle of education in rural areas and also it did not reflect realistic requirements and changes in the times although it is efficiency of local education finances. With the number of students constantly decreasing, it has a high probability to make villages without schools in urban areas if decisions are made by the number of students. In this sense, it is suggested that regional contexts and socioeconomic environment should be taken into account rather than to conduct the merger and abolition of small schools with economic logic. It is necessary to change the direction of improving the quality of education through the operation of small schools for coexistence of schools and villages and a cultivating the manpower needed in the 21st century knowledge information society and the 4th industrial revolution era. Therefore, we tried to find tasks for expanding small schools of the local community and developing small schools suitable for future social change.

  • This review article summarizes the trends and issues around the mobility business and government regulations in Korea. Key issues identified involve unclear government regulations, conflict management between key stakeholders, platform labor, and regional conflicts. The study then offers an overview of the current government regulations on the mobility business and conflict management, along with some policy recommendations in the areas of linking conflict resolution efforts with the welfare safety net, and corporates' social responsibility for the sustainable ecosystem. Ultimately, an ecosystem is required for multiple ministries and stakeholders to participate in the process of improving the regulations, as well as a control tower (government agency) who plays the pivotal role as a coordinator.

  • Our country should continuously make efforts to secure the international competitiveness of the current domestic agriculture in a variety of industries converged with agriculture in order to get over the disaster due to global warming, cope with imported produces caused by FTA and scientific implementation technology provided by advanced countries like USA and European Union in spite of domestic agriculture advancement. Also, as domestic ICT technology is a world-class level, it is essential to make strategies of creating a high value such as the increase of productivity, efficiency and quality throughout the whole phase of production, circulation and consumption with the convergence of the existing agriculture technology and IT core technology including information management and automatic control. Therefore, this paper suggests standardization items which lead global standard and implementation direction on standardization through analysing the current situation of agriculture-ICT convergence in our country and technology/standardization trend.

Comparison and Analysis of FPS Mobile Game Interaction Design (FPS타입모바일게임의 인터랙션 디자인 비교 분석에 관한 연구)

  • The rapid development of the mobile internet has gradually changed the carrier of electronic games from PC to mobile. mobile games have become an excellent choice for many people to spend their spare time and enjoy life. Among many types of mobile games, Number of users of FPS games has increased rapidly in recent years. Based on the 《Emotional Design》 proposed by Donald Norman, this article compares the interaction design of China's most popular FPS game 《Game for peace》 and Korea's most popular FPS game 《PUBG》, and analyzes their similarities and differences, and then use that as a basis to summarize the three levels of emotional design-Visceral level, Behavior level, and Reflection level, which is the user interface, interaction mode, and interaction experience in interaction design Emotional expression on the two games. This theory provides suggestions for interactive design in the information industry such as mobile games.
