This paper proposes a framework for integrated credit risk management system in domestic bank financial institutions. Credit evaluation system, loan processing system, credit monitoring system, and credit risk management system are integrated for efficient and effective risk-adjusted performance management in this framework. Risk exposures, not only for each credit, but also for bank's whole credit portfolio need to be measured and analyzed through the concept of Value-at-Risk (VaR). The effects of changes in credit ratings of individual loaners on bank's credit risk exposure are also considered. We tried to model this integrated credit risk management system by using object-oriented modeling language, UML.

The data are often missed and many errors of the data are generated in the input process for the post evaluation system on the construction projects, and the reliability of the data falls down much. Accordingly, the detailed analysis about missing and error of data was conducted to ensure reliability of the analysis results about post evaluation on the construction projects. As results in this study, a lot of input data were missed at the initial construction phase, and the data errors were found in the inaccuracy of reference reports, the lack of understanding about input data, and the failure of KRW unit.

현대 기업 환경에서 리스크 관리의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 기업도산예측을 위한 다양한 통계모형들이 개발되었다. 그러나 이러한 모형들은 기업도산에 영향을 미치는 변수들에 대한 사후적 정보와 함께 도산여부에 대한 사전적 정보를 반드시 필요로 하는 한계가 있다. 이에 따라 DEA가 기업도산예측을 위한 대안으로 연구되고 있다. DEA는 도산여부에 대한 사전적 정보 없이 사후적인 정보만을 가지고 의사결정단위(DMU)의 효율성(재무신뢰도)을 측정할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 그러나 지금까지 기업도산예측에 활용된 DEA 모형은 바람직하지 않은 산출물(negative outputs)은 다루지 못하는 한계가 있었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 Negative DEA 방법을 소개하고, 이를 기존의 DEA 방법과 병행하여 기업도산예측에 적용함으로써 기업도산예측을 위한 대안적 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

Post-evaluation system reflects the results of performing a public construction project in the future similar public construction projects to be utilized in the planning. However, the current system simply compares the expected values, such as demand, B/C ratio, cost of construction, construction period, with the actual values after the completion of construction. In addition, most public owner does not actively conduct the post-construction evaluation tasks, so that the evaluation results has not been returned to early stage of a construction project. In this study, status of the post-construction evaluation system is investigated by a survey of the public owner and the construction project evaluation system of the United States and Japan was analyzed. This paper presents the improvement scheme of utilization of the results of the post-construction evaluation system. Through improving the post-construction evaluation system, it is expected that public agencies would easily utilize the post-construction evaluation.

Bridge construction is almost complete in many countries. Thus, the government and highway agencies change their focus from constructing to maintaining. Effectively maintaining bridges require predicting their lifespan using a system reliability viewpoint. Likewise, maintenance models based on the system reliability concept should be developed. Thus, this study developed maintenance models for preventive maintenance and essential maintenance using system reliability and lifetime distributions. The optimal maintenance strategy for an existing bridge was obtained using the developed maintenance models.

To develop a crisis management for aviation safety, this study has defined crisis management includes risk management which is eliminates or lowers risks prior to accidents and emergency response after the accidents. A risk management model was developed through wide surveys for aviation hazards including aircraft operation, ATC, and airport operation, etc. The crisis management could not be effective by only using a pre-active risk management. It should also conduct using a pro-active response system. In addition, this study also suggested schemes of development for national emergency response through case studies of aircraft accidents.

본 연구에서는 교통부 자동차 등록 원시자료를 이용하여 자동차제작사가 직접 사용할 수 있는 사후관리를 위한 등록통계 시스템을 개발해서 결과를 제시하고자 한다. 특히 통계 활용범위를 극대화하도록 하기 위해 차명은 코드화로 작성하여 통합차명으로 표준화, 업계재편과정으로 인한 종전 자동차 제작사는 합병, 인수한 최종 자동차제작사에 통합, 단산 및 양산 차명별로 차령별분류, 시.군.구의 행정단위별의 통계정보 수록 및 자동차소유자의 구매성형분석을 위한 년령별분류외 15개 유형별로 개발결과를 제시함으로써 효율적이고 과학적인 통계를 산출할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

The scale of e-procurement through online shopping malls of public institutions including government comprehensive shopping malls is increasing day by day. This study aims to examine how public officials evaluate products, delivery, and post service of online shopping malls for public institutions and to explore ways of improving their satisfaction. The results from a survey conducted among public officials of public institutions who have experience using online shopping malls of public institutions showed generally high satisfaction levels, although there was dissatisfaction with product diversity. Perception of delivery quality was generally positive, but there was room for improvement in delivery service. Furthermore, employing structural equation modeling, the study examined the influences on satisfaction and intention to reuse. Perceived product quality, delivery quality, and delivery service quality were confirmed to influence satisfaction considerably. Therefore, more efforts should be directed towards managing the information and quality of products to prevent returns, exchanges, and repairs and, in case of issues, handling them promptly and transparently.

In Korea, the construction industry has been growing quantitatively because of its aggressive advances into overseas construction market and the Korean government's housing policy. Moreover, visions and goals such as 'construction industry promotion build up plan' have recently been promoted by the government while new strategic growth focused on competitiveness is gaining interests among the industry. However, there are a few problems in the construction performance. First, the specific performance measurement indicator or skills for the construction industry are hardly found in Korea. Currently, the finance or overall management system in the construction business are used as indicators to measure performances in not only the construction industry but all industries including the manufacturing industry. The government, the industry and universities recognized the need for the performance measurement indicator and skill and have developed and actively studied on them.

This study has been conducted to identify the current status and practices of electrical stimulation for patients with dysphagia in Korea. Main goal of the study is to find evidences of developing and distributing a quality indicator and organized performance exam. This study analyzed 50 survey questionnaires given to clinical professionals in upper-scale general hospitals, university hospitals, nursing homes and professional rehabilitation hospitals. The survey sent out and collected by E-mails or interviews from August 21, 2013 to November 10, 2013. Most of the hospitals showed lack of using a quality indicator and organized performance exams in device maintenance, pre-operational tests and post-operational tests. It is strongly recommended to develop a standardized guideline of a higher quality indicator and organized performance exam in using neuromuscular electrical stimulator for patients who are suffering from dysphagia.
