Lambda Architecture Used Apache Kudu and Impala (Apache Kudu와 Impala를 활용한 Lambda Architecture 설계)

  • The amount of data has increased significantly due to advances in technology, and various big data processing platforms are emerging, to handle it. Among them, the most widely used platform is Hadoop developed by the Apache Software Foundation, and Hadoop is also used in the IoT field. However, the existing Hadoop-based IoT sensor data collection and analysis environment has a problem of overloading the name node due to HDFS' Small File, which is Hadoop's core project, and it is impossible to update or delete the imported data. This paper uses Apache Kudu and Impala to design Lambda Architecture. The proposed Architecture classifies IoT sensor data into Cold-Data and Hot-Data, stores it in storage according to each personality, and uses Batch-View created through Batch and Real-time View generated through Apache Kudu and Impala to solve problems in the existing Hadoop-based IoT sensor data collection analysis environment and shorten the time users access to the analyzed data.

  • In the 2000s, the PC package game market has withered, but the internet based on-line game, the wireless internet based mobile game and high-powered console game market have been main stream. Among those markets, mobile game market has rapidly increased because it has 'mobility' that overcomes the limitation of time and area. But, unlike other platforms, mobile game user have to pay the higher price for download mobile game contents through the wireless internet and mobile game developer have to overcome the limitation of storage memory capacity.of mobile phone. Chiefly, the image data consume the storage capacity of mobile game contents, this paper present a technology to optimize image data for mobile game contents through analyzing type of compression method and image formats.

  • This study suggests the configuration of network game portal site supporting multi-platform that indicates different types of games so called Game Omphalos or simply Gamphalos. In general, the existing game Portal site only put the different games together and operates each game separately. But, not only the Gamphalos system can play the various games in a portal site but also integrates the data of different games for inter-working among them. To do this, the Gamphalos System consists of two main parts. The one is Global Game Control Center (GGCC) for integrated management of n and game data. And the other part it Local Game Control Center (LGCC) that serves as a game server for each game. The game user who becomes a member of the Gamphalos System can get more Points and grow rapidly than others because all the game data can be integrated and accumulated in a Gamphalos system.

  • The most commonly used navigation systems work on Windows CE platforms. Linux-based embedded terminals have price competitiveness, because Linux is a free operation system. In order to develop map services on Linux-based embedded terminals, there were a number of technical hurdles that had to be resolved. Since the Linux-based embedded terminals is a low power, low cost, and small size platform with low processing capabilities, we must have developed the spatial database engine that minimize the number of disk accesses. We solved problems that are the processing korean language and the lack of debugging tools on Linux. In this paper, we has developed the spatial database engine and user interfaces on hand-held terminals based on embedded Linux for implementing the location based map system With view of this implementation results, we confirmed the possibility of using our embedded linux terminal as telematics terminals or navigation terminals.

  • 수자원 관리의 새로운 패러다임으로 스마트워터그리드가 이슈화되고 있다. 스마트워터그리드는 현재 직면해 있는 물 문제를 ICT기술을 활용하여 효율적으로 관리 및 운영할 수 있는 기술이다. 가뭄과 홍수 등을 대응하기 위한 분산형 수자원, 그리고 수량과 수질등의 통합 관리를 지향하는 물관리 패러다임과 ICT와 물산업을 융복합화하여 양방향 실시간 운영을 통한 네트워크 구성, 그리고 대규모 수원개발과 장거리 수송방식으로부터 지역단위의 부존된 수자원인 다중수원을 효율적으로 활용하고, 이들 수원의 최적 블랜딩 기술 및 멀티워터루프를 이용한 수요자 중심의 물관리에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지역의 부존된 수자원을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 운영지수를 산정함으로써 지역의 평상시 물관리 운영과 상수공급차단, 다중수원에 오염물질 유입, 가뭄발생 등 비상시 상황에 물관리가 원활히 이루어지도록 하였다. 스마트워터그리드에서 사용되는 물관리 운영지수는 비상시 지역간 플랫폼에 정상적으로 물공급이 어렵거나, 예상되어 유량 확보가 필요시 원활하게 유량 확보가 가능하도록 주변 지역간의 운영지수를 산정하여 최적의 조건을 도출하여 우선순위를 시나리오에 나타내어 사용자가 플랫폼에 물공급이 가능하도록 제시한 운영지수이다. 물관리 운영지수는 중회귀분석 기법을 이용하여 종속변수에 선형적인 영향을 미치는 유량, 수질, 이송거리, 전력비용, 경제적인 영향 등을 고려하여 종속변수의 값을 예측하고 통계적인 기법으로 유량, 수질, 이송거리, 전력비용, 경제적인 영향 등에 대한 장래추정치를 부여하여 회귀모델을 구축하여 물관리 운영지수를 산정하였다. 이를 활용하여 평상시에는 물수요 공급량을 정확히 관리하여 지역간의 수자원 불균형을 해소하고 비상시에는 상황을 대처하여 지역의 물부족 문제를 해소할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • This study, as a study on building platforms for smart campus ecosystem, took an approach that reflected the needs of various stakeholders of smart campus, and focused on functions to help them strengthen their competitiveness and advance into society by focusing on the learning of the most important university student users, college life, and social connection. First, we looked at the theories related to smart campus construction through prior research, and next, through domestic and international environmental analysis and trend analysis, we designed and presented a target model for e-portfolio focusing on core competency development and support system for Industry-Academic Cooperation, and proposed the main point for continuous smart campus development model.

  • 최근 갑작스런 폭우로 인한 제방 붕괴, 침수 및 지진 등과 같은 재해 발생 시 추가 피해를 방지하고 주민들의 긴급대피를 도운 건 SNS를 통한 현장 정보와 경보 메시지의 지속적인 전파이다. 최근의 SNS는 재난정보에서도 활용할 수 있을 정도로 진화하였다. 국가재난정보 중 수재해 관련 정보를 추출하여 다양한 주제도위에 중첩으로 공간정보를 제공할 수 있는 재난정보 제공을 위한 웹서비스를 개발하고자 하였다. 수재해 정보를 필터링하기 위하여 우선 관련된 키워드 선정이 필요하며, 기본적인 키워드는 하천일람표를 참고하여 6개 권역 및 하천이름을 선정하였다. 또한, 한강 홍수 통제소의 수자원 용어사전과 (사)한국물학술단체연합회에서 발간한 물용어집을 참고하여 수재해 관련 용어들 약 300여개를 추가하였다. 선정된 용어들은 1차적으로 적재된 데이터베이스에서 수재해 정보 관련 필터링을 하는데 사용되며, 비정형 데이터들을 필터링하고 주소 정보 검색 및 추출을 통하여 정형화 하게 된다. 추출된 주소정보에 대하여 개발한 지오코딩 모듈을 적용하여 수재해 항목에 대해 좌표정보를 업데이트 하게 된다. 가뭄, 집중호우, 홍수 등의 수재해 정보별, 또한 일자별 그룹화 및 구조화를 진행하고 해당되는 정보를 공간정보 오픈플랫폼 API를 활용하여 지도상에 가시화할 수 있다. 개발한 지오코딩 모듈을 이용하여 실제 테이블 정보를 구성하여 데이터베이스에 수재해 정보 지오코딩 테이블을 구성하여 테스트 모의하였다. 재난정보 중 홍수, 가뭄에 대한 선택정보와 시간정보를 매개변수로 받는 XML 웹서비스 테스트로 검증을 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 재난정보 가시화에 있어서 사용자가 조회하고자 하는 유형별, 날짜별 선택이 가능한 공간적 정보를 검색 및 확인할 수 있게 되었다. 개발한 수재해 정보 지오코딩 모듈 프로토 타입은 수재해 정보 플랫폼 융합기술 연구단에서 개발하는 핵심 목표시스템 내 재난정보 제공시스템에 적용 가능하며, 수재해 정보에 대하여 대국민 서비스가 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

  • Defense M&S (Modeling & Simulation) is utilized as a realistic method to analyze MOE (Measure of Effectiveness) of weapon systems by modeling weapons and their operational environment on the computer, and simulating them under various war scenarios. As weapon systems become complex in their structure and dynamics, model engineering are experiencing difficulties to construct simulation models on a computer. A model repository helps model developers to save model development time and cost by systematically storing predefined and already validated models. However, most repositories for Defense M&Shave not been successful partly due to limited accessability, vulnerability to security threats, and low level of dependability. In this paper, we propose W-Cloud (Weapon Cloud), a cloud model repository for reusing predefined weapon models. Clients can access W-Cloud on any platforms and various devices, yet security and confidentiality concerns are guaranteed by employing multi-tier information protection mechanism.

A Study on the Development of Public Digital Signage Services (공공 디지털 사이니지 서비스 개발 연구)

  • This study is based on the 'National Pilot Project on Digital Signage in Sejong Special City', one of the pilot projects initiated by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security. This project was an attempt to present the digital signage as a 'public service content platform' integrated with smart technologies. This study suggests that the planning strategy for placing public service contents on digital signage platform should focus on interests of local communities or users rather than high-tech suppliers of digital signage. In consideration of growing needs for smart technology-based public service, this study concentrates on the strategy for developing 'public digital signage services'. In addition, 'digital signage service tools' were designed to easily establish or execute the strategy. The aim of this study is developing the strategy to make digital signage a public cultural service platform as well as a digital advertisement tool. The final goal of this study is to demonstrate public value creation performance of the 'Revitalisation Project of Sejong City's Commercial Districts', which was possible thanks to the proactive involvement of citizens coupled with progressive utilization of interactive media.

An Exploratory Study on Artificial Intelligence Quality, Preference and Continuous Usage Intention: A Case of Online Job Information Platform (인공지능이 적용된 온라인 구인정보 플랫폼의 품질 및 선호가 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the continuous usage intention of artificial intelligence products and services. In this study, we try to define the artificial intelligence quality and preference on the online job information platform and investigate the effect of artificial intelligence on continues usage intention. A survey of artificial intelligence users was conducted and recalled 184. The empirical analysis shows that the artificial intelligence quality and preference have a positive effect on satisfaction, and that the satisfaction has significant effect on the intention of continuing use. but the artificial intelligence quality does not significantly affect the intention of continuing use. These results are expected to provide useful guidelines for artificial intelligence technology products or services in the future.
